I received an email saying that my order was in process, trouble is that I never gave them that order, tried to contact them with their "CONTACT US" and received back it was not a working sight. I will call my cc to void that charge. RICARDO36

thank you so much for posting complaints (whether they are old or recent has no input other than bad service) i was going to place an order but thanks to you guys for posting your complaints - I am backing off from doing that and being that i am a Texan ( Don't mess with me Dream Products - Dream is like a nightmare for these people that have ordered and been screwed.

I only disagree because the complaints are all over a year old. To put down a company compaints should be much newer or rempve these old ones. With that said, it appears customer service i run by the lower quarter of the Van Nuys HS dropouts. If I order I will use a credit card. No merchandise? No pay, cauae I tell cc company to cancel the payment. Best way to deal with people like these.

Dream Products not what it was supposed to be

these plant has never done what you said they would do they have not grown any still look the same as they did when i got them they are not lush fern you said no water but i have to wash them every week and keep water on them i think i have been had

This is a rip off from Dream Products for this plant. I bought 3 of these plants & all they did was come to life and never did grow any more and certinaly not in the 3 hrs time frame that the pictured add says it will grow to full length. I'm sending them back & I hope they refund my money.

Don't depend on what pictures say sometimes. This plant looked beautiful in the add & that is all. Don't buy one, save your money for something you know will work.

Dream Products hard to return product/not satisfactory

The clothing I ordered was way too small. The instructions to return said to put it in the original packaging, however, the packaging had to be cut open to get products out. I tried to send it back but postal carrier refused to take it. I tried to call but the customer service had me on hold forever, on my cell phone. They have no toll free number to call so I had to use cell phone. I hung up and gave up after a long wait. I guess I will just chalk it up to experience and throw away the stuff I can't wear. It will cost me as much to send it back as it did to order the product. Never again will I order from a catalog company who doesn't have a good return policy.

Advertising clearly states "shipping is free" if ordering 3 or more products. Returned product for various reasons. I paid the return postage. After a very long to do and many phone calls, I was refunded for the product but paid for shipping both ways. My total cost was $7.00 for which I received nothing. Dream products sucks.

Dream Products Resurrection Plant

I ordered the Resurrection Plant. WHAT A RIP-OFF. never did turn green, grow or anything. I think you should refund my money. I will not order anything else from you.

I recently ordered a pair of slippers for my boyfriend...they came in 2 different sizes and look simialr but not alike...1 pair but 2 different slippers. then I also ordered the windshield cover for frost, snow, etc. "Magnetized" no less. Ok. It is a sheet of black drop cloth with self sticking hunks of thin magnet that DO NOT stick to the sheet of plastic. but I did get 2 of these...yahoo..for $10.00. thirdly, ordered slippers for my mom in size 8 but must be for a pigmy foot. To top it off, was promised a $20 calculator for my order of $30 or more..ha! It is a tiny little "thing" in tin that is more of a pretend toy that at the Dollar Store would probably sell for 25 cents. Will I ever order from them again? No chance! Will I advise others? you bet. You say "rip off"? In triplicate. Nancy Ericson

now i am wondering if i am going to get ripped off too. was charged to credit card but if they give me a problem I will contact the credit card company and I will enforce in getting my money back. So glad I took out fraud protection.

I am the Vice President at Dream Products and was very distressed to see the complaints listed here. We ship thousands and thousands of orders every day and recognize that occasionally a mistake will be made. However, each and every one of our customers are vitally important to us. Anyone who is not satisfied should call our customer service dept TOLL FREE at [protected]. You may also email me directly if I can be of service. Without addresses, I am unable to check the various orders listed here, but I was able to find at least one of them. The order was rec'd 6/10 and shipped on 6/17. We ship through the post office so occasionally it does take longer then a week to arrive. This person had simply not allowed enough time to receive the product before posting their complaint. If you have not rec'd your merchandise, or are unhappy with any service provided, please contact us. We understand that our customers are what makes our business so each of you are very important to us.

Why do they not give you an acknowledgement of your order right after it is received? They should immediately e-mail you back an invoice that shows items ordered, how many and the total cost. An estimated time of arrival should also be included. I ordered some Comfort Bras a few days ago, and it seems like my order got lost in cyber space. I will call the number Linda Denninger suggested at [protected], And will definitely call my bank first thing in the morning! Kathy

Dream Products Refund not received

I purchased Anti Arthritis Health Glove on 05/22/08 which cost $12.97 and later returned it to exchange for Arthritis Wrist Support which cost only $9.95, I have received the exchanged item but the company has not issued me a refund of $3.00 until todate.

Dream Products only 1/2 of my money returned

I had to make 3 long distance calls on my nickel and on the phone for 10 minutes holding. Then when I got someone to talk to she was very rude when I said I was frustrated by how many times I had to call and how long I had to wait. When I said I would send them the long distance charges because it was their fault they did not return my money, she said we don't pay for phone calls. Then I asked for an 800 number and she hung up on me... I for sure will never attempt to order anything from this company again and I will tell my friends of the hassle and rudeness I received. How does it become my fault when they screwed up?

Thank you for listening and you should try to hire more caring people to handle complaints and then they would not alienate the customers. I work retail and would be fired for conduct such as this girls.

Dream Products Place order on 5-27-08, check has cleared my back but still no product

I placed an order and mailed my check in the amount of $31.91 on 5-21-08 and as of this date havenot received products or notice of company mailing the product. My check has cleared my bank account.

Terry, you do know that Shipwreck Beads, off the I5 Exit to Martin Way in Lacy (turn right instead of left), is the world's largest bead store, don't you? I buy enormous quantities of magnetic hematite there for what can only be described as rock bottom prices!

I placed an order for anti-arthritis health glove for $12.97 on 9/26/08, my check cleared shortly after that date and as of 11/12/08 I have not received the product. I am very disappointed in Dream Products and feel they should be responsible for either returning the money or sending the item; otherwise, they are FRAUDS. I will not recommend their items to ANYONE.

I ordered two security wallets and they arrived in a timely fashion and that's about all the good I can say. The first wallet started pulling apart within a couple of days. Thinking there may have been a defect in the wallet, I put it aside and started using the second one which started pulling apart almost immediately. I wrote the company Explaining my problem and never heard back from them. After reading the many complaint about this company I will not send these products back at my expense Knowing full well I'll not only be out the shipping cost but the cost of the wallets also with no merchandise to show for it. I can't believe they haven't been shut down yet.

First, anyone who is having an issue, please contact our customer service dept at [protected]. I have noticed shipping time seems to be an issue on many of these complaints. Please note that we ship through the US Post Office as a way of keeping our product costs low to the consumer. We ask that the customer allow at least 4 weeks for delivery of their product. In most cases it will arrive within 2 weeks from the time we ship it, however, sometimes it does take a little longer through the post office. Also, if you send cash or your order form is not filled out clearly, it definitely causes a delay in processing. If you mail in the order, you need to allow at least a week for us to receive and process that order. Our customers are very important to us and we will take care of any issue that you have. This is an update on my previous entry. I finally received my gloves yesterday afternoon (2/19/09) And I was told I would also be reimbursed for this item. I have read some recent entries of complaints on this company. I filed a complaint with the BBB and was surprised that I was the only complaint filed on the company? There are so many complaints on this site about this company. Why aren't more people complaining to the BBB?
The company did apologize, got my gloves to me and are supposed to reimburse for my trouble.

My check has been cashed and come back through my bank but still today 3/15/2011 still have not rceived the wallets.

Nov 6 2008 I ordered 2 pair of Indoor/outdoor Moccoasines from Dream Products Inc. To date I have not received the package.
My check has been cashed Nov 12 2008
I have called several times, the answer it went out the Nov 19, 2008 and this was Dec, I called several days ago they keep stating another week and here it is Dec 29, 2008. and nothing,
I am contacting the Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau. This comapany is a sham.

I received the 2 pairs of slipper socks I ordered. Free shipping-Great. (they don't tell you there's a $1.50 "processing fee")

They were very cheaply made and didn't fit even though they were the correct sizes for me and my wife (large). So, they said to send back for refund. However, the cost to send this junk back was $8.42. So I'm now out a total of $9.92 and have nothing to show for it. They won't pay return shipping or refund processing fee. BUYER BEWARE!
Guess I'm not the only one getting screwed by this disreputable company judging by all the complaints on this site. Wish I had gone here first.

After my Wife showed me this nice looking newspaper ad, advertising these great looking wallets (2 for 1), I went to the site on Apr 2, 08 to order them. The cost wasn't much, but it is the principle. These PPL claim to be in business for 25 yrs. so should know what the heck they are doing. I complained by email. They did respond, apologizing, saying that they would re-ship the order, Their email to me, on 5/12/08:

"Please accept our apologies for you not receiving your order. We will reship your order via expedited mail immediately. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for delivery. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and for allowing us to correct it. Have a wonderful day!

Well tomorrow is the 22nd of MAY, and will be the tenth day. I doubt that it will arrive. These PPL appear to be con artists IMO. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

On June 6, 2008, I wote a check and ordered an item from Dream Products. Since I had dealt with this company before with good service, I felt comfortable about this order----But----my package did not arrive by sometime in July; so I called and was informed that my order had shipped out JUNE 24-------I waited---still NO PACKAGE---called Calif. again----was told that my order had been sent to my physical address, which should have been sent to my PO Box address. ANOTHERcall to CAlif, and was told the second order would be shipped out to replace first order---Today is JULY 29th --called Calif, AGAIN and was told me 2nd order was sent to my PO Box onJuly 21st. I AM STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE MY ORIGINAL ORDER OF JUNE2, 2008!

I and my husband Albert McGinnis, sent an order form to Dream products, INC. We enclosed a check for $17.97 for a cheap looking set of hearing aids for my husband.

I wrote the check and sent in the order on May 11, 2008. I see in my bank account they did deposit the check on the 19th of May 2008. So far we have heard nothing from them! We are worried it was a scam and would like to have some help in either getting the hearing aids, or our money back.If you can be of any help to us please will you help?

Dream Products Did not receive mdse.

My check cleared my bank 2/25/08 to Dream Products for 19.94 for two swim suits. I called and was told they were shipped March 5th and to wait four weeks for delivery. I called again and was told to wait another week. It has been 10 weeks since my check cleared. I am put on hold each time I call. I cannot wait 30 minutes each time for no one to answer II want my money refunded.
I have seen some interesting items in the catalog they sent me (with an account number for me), but will not send them any more money.

well, now that we all know that our money was taken, how the hell do we get it back? I live on $800.00 a month and have to account for every penny I spend. MONEY TAKEN 3-12-9 TODAY 4-27-9. No letters no excuses NOTHING
I got the advertisement and order form out of the coupon section of the newspaper; never thinking I would have to stop and ask myself " if I would recieve the product if I sent the money ahead of time." Sounds like the MOBSTERS are starting to get desperate. I use to think they had a little respect for themselves, but this must be a new low; even for them. No more Sorpranos for me!NO LETTERS< NOTHING
A shame a lousy bathing suit. I guess the other crooks will have to get my money! You know them Wal-mart. You know, I have nothing but time on my hands right now; maybe I should tract down the S.O.B. who cashed my check and see if some" REDNECk PURSWASION" won't at least get my money put into an offering plate somewhere. signed..Highly Pissed Off!

Dream Products Never received product!

My moms sent out a money order to dream products for 3 bras at the price of $21.91 a set it was sent out on jan 25th 2008. She never received the product so she called dream products and they told her she was not in the system. She called to trace the money order and they told her it was cashed. The money order was made out to dream products and was sent to 412 dream lane van nuys ca like it said on the order form. She calls and they tells her she is not in the system, somebody within the company had to have cashed the money order and we never received the product.

I JUST SENT 2 ORDERS TO DRAM PRODUCTS. ONE IN SEPTEMBER AND ONE IN OCTOBER. HAVEN"T RECEIVED EITHER. SURE HOPE I GET WHAT I ORDERED. IT SURE IS A SHAME THAT PEOPLE HAVE TO GET TAKEN AND LOOSE OUT . DREAM PRODUCTS WILL SUFFER AND THE WORD WILL GET OUT ABOUT THEM. THANK YOU.. A WISCONSINITE..

I want to know who I can contact about dream products .Some one has to be able to stop them . They took money off my credit card . I did not recive the product . Thank you all for posting you complaints - i was going to order some things from this place with the ad i saw in my paper -for some reason decided to look into them first before i did - think everyone should look up a company they have not delt with before -thanks to all your posting I will NOT be ordering anything from them, i guess thats why they can put the cheaper prices they do for an item since they dont send it out!

I strongly feel the California Attorney General office should investigate Dream Products, Inc. for consumer fraud! In addition, Parade Magazine should immediately deny Dream Products advertisements. The magazine is distributed nationally and readers believe its content reputable-this applies to advertisers.

I ordered and sent a check approx 4 weeks ago, and although they cashed my check immediatly, I have never received any of the products. After going to their webb address and finding numerous complaints, I hink the company is totally fraudulent. I would appreciate a total refund before taking legal action. This sounds like a total scam, and should be be shut down immediatly.

APPROX 4 WEEKS AGO, I ORDERED AND SENT 2 CHECKS FOR 2 ITEMS ( SLIPPERS AND A LEARNING DOLL) MY CHECKS WERE CASHED AND TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PROUCTS. SINCE THERE IS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO REACH THIS COMPANY, I WENT ON LINE TO FIND THE WEB ADDRESS, AND WAS AMAZED TO FIND SO MANY COMPLAINTS REGARDING WHAT APPEARS TO BE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I WOULD APPRECIATE AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO THIS E-MAIL. IF THIS IS THE CASE THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP IN THIS MATTER, BEFORE I PERSUE LEGAL ACTION.

Dream Products order never received!

I found this insert along with my Sunday's paper advertisements from Dream Products, Inc. for D-Tox Health Patches. I ordered a set of twenty for $19.97, wrote my check on February 14 and noticed my check was cashed on February 26th. It is now March 12th and I've been anxiously awaiting my order, but I have yet to see a box of D-Tox Health Patches grace my mailbox.

I wasn't sure if I was just being impatient or if I needed to wait a little longer. I've never had to wait so long on an order and if I did, they were at least courteous enough to send me a letter notifying me of my order. It kind of made me feel suspicious so, I went on-line, found this website and noticed that another consumer was complaining about the same company. Now, I feel it's highly possible that I've been ripped off.

I've also noticed that Dream Products, Inc. have a website where you can order different products. Their number and fax number is listed and I will attempt to call the about my order.

I never received anything from these people not one thing and I never order a vip membership I corrected this all last month and they said I would no longer get billed I have proof by email but they keep sending me threatening emails account [protected]-E7 I'm not paying any vip bill I told them at [protected] they said they will refund me

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Took 4-1/2 weeks, three or more phone calls to finally get my order delivered less than 50 miles from order location, which is a piece of crap, nothing like advertised. Also, charge processed within 2 days of order placement. ALL reputable companies I have ordered from before do not put charge through until order is shipped. Automated order info stated my order was due for delivery on Monday, 9/29. On 9/30, automated into still said my order was scheduled for delivery on 9/29 which was passed. Finally went directly to customer service (real person, Rachel) who told me their records showed my order had been shipped on 2 different occasions and showed it was received. When asked where it was received and by who, she just ignored me. Called again that afternoon and again, Rachel, repeated same thing and said she would place order again and expedite it. Well, finally came and, as stated, merchandise is a piece of crap. Gel cushion on sock is nothing but a piece of 2 sided duct tape. After full day, only thing that happened is that my feet stuck to sock. This company is a rip off, scam. Never, never order anything from these people.

I'm a Disabled Veteran and I placed an order and sent it back and they failed to inform me of a problem with the means of payment. I think they should be responsible for replaceing the item at their expense for the item @$16.99. Thank You

I made an order on the 24th day of July and sent it back to the company to get a smaller size and they didn't have the gall to tell me of the outcome of my order. They let things go by for about another month and they still haven't let me know anything about my order and the reason why it was not sent to me. If they would have let me know there was as problem with my credit card the matter would be resolved now instead of the ideal of reordering the product, they made alot of extra stuff on my credit card I didn't care for and don't
want to this day. I think instead of me making the order over they should pay for the order themself. I'm a Disabled Vetern of the Vietnam era.n Thank You
