I have delivered two playing systems to Drakan Systems and the rep said that he would fix them within 2 weeks .I got them and back and after a week the same issues appeared. I called to the rep and asked if he could repair them again, because it was bad situation. He told me to bring it again and sent me the bill for $1, 500. I asked about warranty, but he pretended like he hasn’t heard about it.
I shouldn't be surprised he did that to you. The man is a thief and a con artist. Like you, i brought 2 repairs to him, but then when them back to him after they continued to have same issues, he proceeded to make excuses while never finishing them, and actually had them for 4 or 5 years before closed shop. Now for nearly 2 years, he hasn't returned my attempts to contact him, and has at some point fled Tulsa. My guess is he feared legal repercussions for his repeated business offenses. Btw, wasn't a rep, only 1 employee, the owner.
