AFTER A FEW YEARS FOLLOWING MY RHINOPLASTY, I WENT TO AN ENT TO FIND OUT WHY MY NOSE SEEMED TO BE "COLLAPSING." REFERRED ME TO A PLASTIC SURGEON...WHAT WAS FOUND: AFTER SEVERAL XRAYS AND SCANS---THE RESULTS: MY NASAL BONES WERE LEFT BROKEN AND ALL THE CARTILAGE WAS REMOVED FROM MY NOSE...ALL DUE TO MY RHINOPLASTY. ALSO, DEVIATED SEPTUM WAS NEVER REPAIRED. I NOW HAVE TO UNDERGO RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY DUE TO A "BAD SURGERY"...ENTAILING BOTH A CARTILAGE GRAFT (BEHIND EAR) AND SKIN GRAFT (FROM SCALP) TO FIX NOSE. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NOSE JOB...COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY NOSE, AS CONFIRMED BY ANOTHER PLASTIC SURGEON IN ANOTHER CITY...WORST NOSE JOB EVER SEEN...

My daughter was recently treated by Dr. Ted Ortega. His office staff is unprofessional and rude and he isn't much better. He did not see us after the surgery was done to tell us how it went, and when we asked for the operative report, the office manager basically said no, telling us she could tell us everything about the surgery. She wasn't there! We want to hear it from the doctor. Dr. Ortega called us back after overhearing her saying no to the operative report. He assured us we could have it and made it sound like he would take care of it. Four days later, we took our daughter for her follow up visit. When we showed up, he told us to go home and come back in two weeks. This is the first time since surgery to see us and he is turning us away. And of course there is no operative report! We'll never go back!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Ted Ortega. They could definitely update their office, but I had no complaints and found everyone there to be helpful and kind.

This was recovered "We are investigating the patient history around reality television show contracts signed at your location, and exist a question: How does a physician contract a film in proximity to clients who are told they will never see the cameras?"

Thank You,
