I had septorhinoplasty on Nov 20 2008. She was just supposed to straighten septum and slightly soften tip but instead she aggressively over shortened my nose, retracted my columella (excessively removed cartilage and mucous membrane) and moved my nostrils which was never discussed nor had I ever consented to. 4 months later my septum is still deviated and my nose resembles a pig snout with a ball for a tip. She tells me I need therapy to accept the result and avoids taking any responsibility for making me look embarrassingly worse than before. I've learned of 2 other patients of who she also mutilated in the last 4 months. She has no compassion but instead laughs and shrugs while saying "well you can't get your original nose back". She operates with no ethical or moral decency but behaves downright cruel. She continually lied to me in telling me that she did what I asked. Pictures speak for themselves.

The first picture is current. The 2nd picture is my better looking nose BEFORE Copeland butchered it.

She basically stole money from me. I was putting small payments of $300-500 dollars to save for an eye lift for my mom after I had had my breast augmentation and lift, and she had to do it twice because the first result was not satisfactory. So, my mom changed her mind, and I had already given the dr. Around 3500 or more. She was not going to even give me credit there until my father intervened. She also flat out lied about fat injections that I had gotten around my mouth, saying that they were 100% permanent. I was only 24, and she was a bully, and had zero empathy, or patience for someone who spent almost 20, 000 in her office.

I feel awful you went thru that with Dr. Copeland. I hope you can go to another surgeon and get your nose modified. Dr. Copeland does not ever take responsibility for anything that she does wrong, and yet she has made many errors sadly. She completely overlooked a red mark I showed her on my leg, which turned out to be a basal cell cancer. She is more motivated by money and greed than her patient's well being.
