I have been coming to the dental office for 10 years for dental work the consider me almost like Family, they all very Nice and professional. I Have a full mouth of implants 16 and it change my life.

Thank you Dr Marco and dr Hillary for make me Healthy happy and pretty again!

I suggest to stay in one of the hotels dr Cavallini have as my hotel was fine but not the best choice.

I totally recommend Dr marco cavallini clinic.

I am having a bad experience with working with Dr Marco Munoz's office for a loose implant abutment that was put in 2 1/2 years ago. I remember when this work was being performed by one of Dr. Marco's associates, he literally spent hours trying to get this particular implant abutment to fit in place. He would work for a while and nothing would fit then he would go away and come back with new or different pieces to try. My mouth was sore from being held in that position that long. Eventually he got something to work but I remember the uneasy feeling I had at the time with this guy's ability to get a simple abutment to sit inside of an implant. I was moderately pleased with the overall outcome of the implant and crowns.

Now fast forward 2 ½ years. All of a sudden #7 implant abutment is extremely loose. I've sent emails to Dr. Marco Munzo's office and a big fat nothing, not-a, zero response of what they are going to do about this. Remember they offer a life time warranty and the last time I looked, I was still breathing. So, I remember coordinating a lot of the dental work with a Bobbie Jean, Dr. Marco Munzo's international patient concierge. She immediately takes the stance that it could be not using a water pick. Well, the day I returned from all that dental work I purchased and have used a water pick religiously twice a day including getting one for just when I travel.

Needless to say, I will never recommend going to Dr. Marco Munzo's for any dental work.

Upon my very first visit to this clinic of Dr. Marco Cavallini, I had 7 implants done I had to come back in a few days later in dire pain and have one of the implants taken out and re-positioned. This was the beginning of many mistakes that were to come over a period of 3 clinic visits over the next 10 months.
I endured a lot of Pain/ Suffering got two different opinions from different dentist at the same office, post surgery my dentist here in Canada in his report/ clinical notes says that in the pano xray he sees excessive amount of cement in and around the gum line, that was the cause of my present infection. He also reports that the crowns bridges are ill fitted the crowns are not allowing for proper cleaning as the margins are not proper and the 7 implants need to be redone as no bone graphing was done and the implants are all to short in length, as result they are barely held in place and I will loss them. I should not have to endure this, removal of implants and ill fitted crowns, this is totally not acceptable. I have no confidence in this clinic, taking care of any of my dental heath and well being. I have requested a immediate resolution on this matter I am still waiting for the clinic to give a refund a year later. My lesson that I learned, cheap prices does not guaranteed a professional treatment and perfect results, buyer beware.
Update:7-1-2016 All 7 implants and crowns have been replaced by a expert dentist that i am so happy to of found.

In 2012 my wife and I went to Costa Rica to view sights and have some dental work done, back then my wife needed to do two crowns and I needed just few fillings. Today is 2015, just three years after that my wife needs all crowns replaced and I am having HUGE decay under their fillings. Now I need to do two root canals and place two crowns. And fillings on other teeth are almost touching nerves. Thank you dr. Cavallini for messing up with my teeth. I don't recommend to use their services
