Dr L R Bhojwani — Non-delivery of consignment
Docket No.[protected] from Bangalore to Pune. We had ordered two books from flipkart, Bangalore. According to seller delivery is within 3 days. The shipment was despatched on 31st August, 2010. According to tracking records - attempt was made to deliver the docket. However, I regret to inform no one came to delivery the consignment. We are open 6 days a week 10-6 even for Gokulasthami we were not closed. When we followed up with Customer Service on Friday she promised that the consignment would be delivered by 6.00 p.m. Friday. However, we regret the same was not the case. Today - 6th September the Customer Care, Jyoti informs the consignment has been returned to the sender. I do not understand how your customer care works. When consignee is following up for the consignment, how can it be sent back to the sender. Even today, Jyoti promised to deliver the consignment by 6.00 but till now we have not received the consignment.
Can you please look into the matter.

P.S. Another book was sent by Flipkart through Professional Courier on 1.9.10 We received this consignment. Professional Courier has come lately on the scene, but I feel their service much better than an established courier like Aramex.
