I gave him five stars on consultation. He is very nice and great bedside manner. After the consultation I felt so good inside and excited, I felt I met the right doctor that was going to make my stomach and breasts look perfect.I had previous breast reduction in 2008, weight loss, and having 3 kids I had loose abdominal skin and no boobs. The plan was to do 600CC silicone under muscle and a full tummy tuck with lipo of the flanks. I scheduled surgery for April 2016 and post op I noticed my right implant was really high and in my armpit. He gave me a breast band to try and get it to move. It didn't move I had to go back into surgery June 2016 to fix my right breast. After that post op surgery I went in for my follow up and told him that they are falling too much to the side (I look flat chested laying down) aka lateral displacement and they were too low and were bottoming out. I still have loose skin in my lower abdomen. His response is give it all time for swelling to go down and everything to settle in. I waited unhappily feeling disfigured and ugly. I went back in 8 or 9 months later and explained my struggles and my heart break and he tells me it's my body and my skin nothing he did. I was like it was like this after surgery and I was 29 years old. Instead I get a quote for almost $8k to do another revision surgery. Are you kidding me I've already paid almost $15k and now another $8k I don't think so. I tried to talk to them about the cost and to lower that to even $5k which is still insane and they wouldn't budge. Nicole told me that they have already taken all of the "fluff" money out of the cost. I am sick to my stomach about this whole situation and I can't afford a revision right now so I have to deal with my horrible results. I honestly feel like I should get a refund for this surgery he did since I will have to pay another surgeon a lot more to do a revision.

I have surgery scheduled for next week, but I saw your review among others. I think I want to cancel. Please tell me more about your experience.

Had the ‘Quicklift, Upper/Lower Eye Lift, & Neck Suction’ done in May 2017. Very DISAPPOINTED! My left ear HURTS 24/7, I can’t lay on my left side anymore, can’t even stand for the pillow to touch my ear. The incisions behind my ears are AWFUL, I won’t be able to wear my hair up anymore. My left eye is bigger than the right eye, the left eye will not shut completely which allows light in and now has dryness and irritation. The vision in my left eye has been compromised, I MUST wear glasses now to see. My JAWLS appear bigger now which makes my chin look elongated, I look totally GOOFY when I try to smile. People look at me now with the “WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU” look. Appointments always ran an hour to hour & half late, with no one keeping you informed on how long it was going to be, once in the exam room there was never an apology from Dr. Kotoske about being late. Total WASTE of $14, 000. I think maybe I should notify the TV networks that air his infomercials on my results, maybe they should show my results or LACK of results.

I had a horrible experience with him too! Make sure and submit a complaint with the state medical board. They need to know all of this!

Hi, I’m sorry for your experience. I was considering getting face lift but now I’m reconsidering it. However something else.., when I’m wearing mask , shortly I get an intolerable pain behind my left ear. And only behind the left. Is there something more sensitive in this region? I started to tie the mask to my hair on the left side. If you know something, your response would be much appreciated.
