Doctor Motto screwed surgery up twice and son still requires a new surgery to correct the other 2...
He blacked his eye and broke 2 of his teeth after being upset with me (mom) for calling him stupid and having another doctor to step in on E.R. care that refered to him as an idiot...
Filed lawsuit which was dismissed not enough time passed to give him time to contact his lawyers and still haven't refiled. Lawyer requested Medical records in Feb and now June and nothing so I called his office and the receptionist said no problem advised me it would be $35.00 I said that is fine when can I pick them up and she placed me on hold a minute and returned to tell me that I sued Dr. Motto that I can't request my sons medical records that my lawyer would and I advised there is no lawsuit as of yet that it was dismissed she called me a "###" and hung up in my face. I was greatly upset as that was severly unprofessional and she had no right refusing me my medical records or cursing at me in the first place...
Several complaints arose after mine a total of 6 people filed complaints with the medical board as of apr 2009..

Oh yeah I wanted to get my point across to all the people that would come in contact with Dr. Motto. Yes we have hired a lawyer but his lawyer is screaming that it is TMMA case and that requires experts to testify and that means more money out of out pocket. I would be happy to list every problem that my son had but again this happened on 3 seperate dates and every detail has been tattooed inside my head from that wacked Doctor
I love Dr. Motto, I seen him 20 years ago for years and just looked him up to seek his services again for my youngest daughter. He is a terrific doctor & person, he is firm, straight to the point but got a wonderful heart. I can't wait to see him again.
Dr Motto treated me very well and did more for me than any other dr. He put me in the hospital and even visited me while I was there. ive never had one visit me in the hospital before. He takes a lot of time and really cares. I have had problems with other Drs. But never Dr. Motto.
I used Dr. Motto's services for years and never experienced any type of problem. I had a very serious case ear infection which spread to the surrounding bone and Dr.Motto completely cured it.
I have a handicapped son, who had numerous ear infections and sinus problems and Dr.Motto put tubes in his ears, curing the problem.
I know that Dr.Motto has never been anything, but kind and polite to me and my family and he always was very friendly and professional.
Whomever called him a drug addict, is in fact setting themselves up for a defamation of character suit, unless they have documented records proving such à malicious statement.
Now, that being said, if my child was about to die and a doctor had to do an emergency intubation, I'd rather have a live child missing one or.two teeth, than a dead child with a mouth full of teeth. Teeth can be replaced( implants or dentures), but your beloved child can never be replaced.
I think that you are being hateful, mean and malicious and you attacking any and everyone just proves it. How about thanking Dr. Motto for saving your child's life?
Blah_blah excuse me for putting my nose into ur business but like every other person standing on ur side se idiot has to stand up for his mistakes I'm sooooooooo glad he got what was coming to h and that several doctors refuse to use his services shows we made a stand for our kids I am proud of u! Ur so stupid! I didn't write the first one fool and trust me I can give u all the lawyers info that did sue h again we were a settlement group so understand that... Again there were 6 families whom filed but mr. Neil settled out of court on behalf of T.c thompsons... So laugh it up since ur such good friends ask Dr dick about it! Anyway quit writing on her wall she didn't ask idiots to respond... If u could read the first law suit was dismissed for time limits law request 60 daysfor his lawyer to respond again putting ur tounge in thongs u no nothing about...
You seem to have a very bad vocabulary, usually the sign of someone who is ignorant. I looked up his record and there has NEVER BEEN a malpractice case brought against him Why you don't like the man, I will never know. Your letters show that you are deeply troubled and I can only hope that you are not as FRUITY as the LOON who shot the Congresswoman in Arizona. I wish that I knew who you were, for I would let the law know about you before you create a tragedy Also GET YOUR FACTS CORRECT. In your first letter you said there were two teeth damaged, now you claim three. Are you sure that you are not abusing the child? Also inyour first letter you said that the lawsuit was dismissed. Please get your own facts right
She told the truth her child has 3 broken teeth and a black stating from medical records it was a critical matter for dr motto himself to intubate since the child was nearly dead, in the reports he put to muchptsser on the Childs face to insert the tube and it was the metal piece that broke his teeth... So just because u who has no insurance can't pay for your surgery and a wack done it for free doesn't give u any rights to slander a person or call him/her a liar

So next time don't speak of people and their cases unless u know what ur talking about..Dr motto is a piece of ### we were in a group that sued him and each one took what we requested his clean record!
First of all either you have a very bad lawyer, or you are a very malicious person. I know that in Tn. any lawyer can get any medical records which he wishes by requesting them through various legal methods. The fact that the case was dismissed implys that your lawyer had the records but just did not follow the law. In tn you must have another physician review the records to say that what happened is potentially medical negligence. I know Dr. Motto very well as I work in the Operating Room with him for the past 28 years. He is an excellent surgeon and furthermore he is very compassionate. I have seen him operate on several patients for free. As a matter of fact he has also operated on me for free as my insurance did not cover the care that I needed. To see a comment like this is to me very upsetting. It's people like you who are MONEY HUNGRY and go out of their way to make up things to try to sue doctors. I can't believe that Dr. Motto could have possibly blackened your childs eye as well as broken his teeth since these two structures are so far apart . This seems like an exageration. In the future please comment with truth.
While you are shy on facts, if the broken teeth and black eye were solely retaliation for you calling the doctor stupid, you could make a case for criminal battery on your son.
