Dr. Benjamin Schlecter review: Scar revision surgery 1

I visited Dr. Schlecter of Proserpi- Schlechter Center for Plastic Surgery for scar revision on a flat, painfree scar. He took a look at it and said that he could minimize it with surgery. I trusted him. What I did not know at the time, and what he neglected to point out, was that there was not enough tissue for this surgery to be successful. He pulled my skin too much which resulted in a raised and painful hypertropic scar, which is far more unsightly than my original scar. I do not advise Dr. Benjamin Schlecter to anyone. I highly caution anyone who is considering any type of surgery to avoid Proserpi- Schlechter Center for Plastic Surgery.
