Originally, after an accident, an ENT “reset” my nose which was unsuccessful causing my left nostril to collapse while breathing in. I then went to Dr. Campbell for a consult to correct this issue. He convinced me he was one of the best in the region. I signed up for surgery and he performed an open rhinoplastly/septoplasty. The result has been unsuccessful and extremely disappointing. Since Dr. Campbell performed the surgery, I have had nothing but problems. I cannot breathe at night which has resulted in chronic sleep deprivation, and other related symptoms that has greatly affected every aspect of my life. I have recently been diagnosed with Empty Nose Syndrome (ENS) which is irreversible. At this point I am desperate for relief and have made appointments with top ENT clinics.
I have noticed he also deletes reviews from other disgrunteled patients from sites such as ratemd.com. He also does not have an email address availible to patients, you really have to question those red flags. Do not, I repeat do not let this man operate on your nose. You have only one life/body please do your research and find the best possible surgeon. You have been warned.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

What I posted on this site about Dr. Andrew Campbell (both under this user name AND Campinggirl321) between [protected] was not accurate and thus completely unfair. I have tried on numerous occasions to have these false comments removed but to no avail. I have worked with Dr. Campbell's office several times since authoring these inaccurate comments and have had nothing but SUPERIOR service and care. Dr. Campbell's surgical coordinator, Lauren, deserves a specific shout out as she goes above and beyond for patients. In fact, I couldn't be more IMPRESSED.
I had cosmetic surgery with Dr. Campbell over 12 years ago. He and his staff were awesome! He didn't try to oversell me, in fact he offered me some cost saving suggestions. Some of the things I wanted he pointed out I would look overdone and not natural. He wasn't interested in the money, just a satisfied client. One just has to take a look at some of the Hollywood people who have had plastic surgery to see that those doctors will do whatever you ask for to make money. Anyone having plastic surgery should realize there are no guarantees tho. Doctors are not God. I am 55 and constantly mistaken for being in my 30's or early 40's. People just can't believe my age. I am planning to return for some new aging issues soon. I have full confidence in him!
I have had many issues as well. Did anyone get a very successful revision? If so, who/where is the surgeon? I'm definitely considering a revision. Thank you!
I also went to Doctor Campbell and he screwed up my nose and fat grafting so bad I can't even look in the mirror anymore. My nose is flat on one side and rounded on the other side. It's horrible. Also he put so much fat in my face that I look weird when I smile. I have 3 lines of fat. I get called ugly every day. I really hate him for what he's done to me. It's been 4 years. I really want to sue him but I'm still looking for a lawyer.
Dr. Campbell completely screwed up my nose. I paid $11, 000 for a huge bump on the tip of my nose. It looks atrocious! I warn everyone to run for the hills. He should be paying me $11, 000 to live with these results. I have talked to him and his staff numerous times begging for some justice (a refund), but of course this money-hungry scam of a plastic surgeon won't give refund a dime. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
...I want to second the fact that he TOTALLY censors his ratings on websites. Anything negative (TRUE!) I write about this doctor is either posted for a only a very BRIEF while, or is not posted at all! So many doctor rating sites are controlled by the doctors themselves. For example, if you contact Realself, they will even tell you that the doctor chooses what comments they display under their name. I know so many people that are unhappy with their results from Dr. Campbell. His only talent is in marketing and censorship. You have been warned!
I had a "revision" rhinoplasty done by Dr. Campbell and my results were terrible (I have since had it redone, but much of the damage is still apparent). For some crazy reason, he added grafted cartilage to my already bulbous and over-projected tip. Consequently, on the left side of my nose, I have a large lump of cartilage! Needless to say, my nose was/remains very crooked and asymmetrical. Further, I paid way more for a revision with Dr. Campbell than what most any other surgeon charges (per consultations, email correspondences, and extensive research). I want my money back so I can actually go to a skilled surgeon to fix his mess!
Dr. Campbell and/or his staff have deleted numerous reviews that I have written online, so I finally posted my review on this site.
This man has ruined A LOT of patients self confidence - DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT let this man operate on your face! Like the previous reviewer said, you have been warned.
