Hello 3rd Complaint same issue
Match Co. said, "There is a problem with your account".
Today is 12/3/11 & original complaint on file is from 11/27/11
Asked for new password under [protected]@earthlink.net & haven't received any e-mails for the requested change.
**Won't take password & unable to allow me to change password.
The account is paid for & now asking for an extension of days that I'm unable to access my account.
Please call me...thus, we can fix this situation

Follow up on original complaint.
This site said... sent a account confirmation to my e-mail with directions of what to do & maybe in my Spam Box.
I never received or didn't know of it.
PLEASE SEND AGAIN!

Douglas Gesner Can't Access Match.com web site

Hello
I tried to log on & they said come to this web site.
I joined yesterday - 11/27/11 & was on for while by auto log on. Now, unable log back on & sent request for change of password 3 times & no e-mail reply
I checked with my credit card company & the payment went through.
So, I need some help of know to access Match.com that I paid for.
I hope this isn't a trick or something.
