21 March 2009 I moved into a townhouse to rent, managed by Douglas Drysdale Real Estate. Subsequently I requested an additional remote for the complex entrance and garage. After many emails and phone calls with the unit owner and Douglas Drysdale Real estate, I still have not received the remote to date. In fact I only received a phone call on Wednesday 30 September to my voicemail from Douglas Drysdale Real Estate in connection with above. I think that this non service delivery needs to be mentioned to protect and inform other tenants what to expect from Douglas Drysdale Real Estate.
