Especially considering that you guys are asking me to spend real money on imaginary money. But I figure to pass some time sometimes it's okay.
Every time I buy a chip package, lock precise clockwork--I notice that I get the worst hands one after the other after the other on Black Jack.
I recently purchased a 3 Million fake money package and spent 3 dollars in real spendable money to get it. Within 3 minutes Double Down Imaginary Casino stole it all back from me.
And I thought to myself, Wow! That's just 3 dollars from me alone! Imagine how many other innocent people they do this to!
You're making money from giving what?
You give Nothing!
I come on your site to try to relax and enjoy and I end up feeling hurt.
I end up feeling raped and demoralized and left feeling violated.

on 9/11/2017 . D/C TRN FACEBK *K7BJHDSP was on my bank account page for $99.99. I didn't authorize that payment. I didn't order any tokens at that time. I would like a refund of my funds please. I don't know what else to say. I did enjoy playing even though I knew I was being taken. but that was my choice. but to be charged funds when I didn't buy the tokens is just wrong. look, I'm on fixed income. I cant afford to just give money away like that. please

This casino should not be allowed to continue until they improve their gaming website. Their games do not function properly. Seemingly they are designed to take your money by having the games to not run correctly in the casino. If not improved they should be deleted from the gaming website. I purchased a 39.99 package last night, I had a little over 7 mil on my acct. I logged in this afternoon and I have my 12 mil but the 7 I already had is gone? You have been charging double on purchases on never even played on 6-3-17 and was charges 38.14 0n 6-1-17 was charged 50.86 0nly charged 17.99 then another charge of 38.14 0n 6-1-17 that I never even purchased had to take credit card information off of iTunes in fear that more charges would be added to account deleted double down casinos app off of phone they are a scam

I have been playing this one game for a long time. I have bought chips often and every time it gets close to winning the triple diamonds across the one diamond slips off and it quickly replaced with another bar . It has happened several times so that I realize that the top prize is no longer attainable and even buying more chips doesn't change that aspect of the game.

The past two weeks I have constantly been freezing and program just stops. Ithe happens often in the middle og bonus rounds it used to come right back to bonus rounds but now, it does now, I play many different games and all the same, I've lost ober 4-5 billion in chips. I will not continue to buy chips until resolved I spend over $1, 000 a month, but I will no longer be buying chips if this is not fixed.

Today Saturday 15 th April 2017. I have just won $3000050 chips on the daily bonus wheel, but when I opened the slots I wanted to play, the chips have been taken off my total. When you submit a request it used to be that they would respond. Now ? they have a thing where you submit the issue and then have to go to your email you provide them. They state you have to get the link in your email before you can submit your issue.

Well twice I tried the email submission request and twice when I get the link ? It say " I " have a bad connection ? I have a bad ssl ? I have a expired certificate ? I dont need a certificate !

They need to be shut down if this is the way they now conduct business. This is wrong they take your money but then wont be responsible for the tech issues ? My computer is fine. I am here writing this. I can get on email and FB and my bank site, so DDC is full of crap ! Even if you copy and paste the email addy to your browser it still comes up as a bad ssl, expired cert etc.
