I have it downloaded on my kindle fire and have enjoyed it when it works. For three days it would not stay open. I log in, the wheel spins and no faces to my contacts then it Knicks me out. I deleted it and downloaded it again and it's okay but I lost my 30, 000, 000 credits. I'm asking that my credits be restored so that I can continue to enjoy your games

you are about the crappiest online gaming site I've ever seen. You addict your patrons, expect them to pay real money, don't give them a dam of a chance to win, and never give any money back in return. You throw a few chips their way and expect all to be made nicey. You really suck, you know that? is this the way you monetize your famous FAcebook, but taking advantage of gambling addicts? Pretty low-life if you ask me.

It has become clear that this game is just a waste of time... The only time I have ever won a decent amt in your casino is when you introduce a new game and at about day 2-3 of it being rolled out you loosen it up and I have a great night, win big and then it just stops, as a matter of fact.. All past games suck, nothing pays out ever again... Its really bad when you dump 10 million bucks in a wheel of fortune game and never get one "spin" ? It has become obvious to me and other friends that ddc is all about eating the money and asking for real money to continue play... Super shady : (

This happened at about 9:00 pm 12/20/2016. I just entered my code for today and I had over a million chips. When I went to play the games. I had only a little over 500. What happened to all my chips. I love playing these games but come on. It takes a long time to make any chips and when you do, you guys just took them away.
I really want my chips back and to see the problems is fixed. Please refund my chips as soon as possible .

When I first go into a game - Any game it spins fine for the first dozen times, after that it gets long spinning, slow and jerky! I just went to High Speed Internet and this doesn't happen on any other app! Just one more way to rip us off I'm figuring! Think I'll stick with High 5 Casino - definitely NOT the glitches DDC seems to experience on a consistent basis!

While playing DDC on my Ipad, I hit a big win and the second it hit, my screen went white and it was thrown out. This happens often on my ipad and other friends as well. When it came back up, it had not paid me my win. I took a screenshot of it and sent my problem to Double Down, hoping to get me win from them... this is what they sent me...

I'm sorry to hear that you may have missed out on a payout. That would obviously be immensely frustrating. We constantly test our games to ensure the highest quality experience for our players, and we have not encountered an instance where a payout fails to add properly.

Unfortunately, in this case, to prove that something had gone wrong, we would need a series of full-size screenshots or even a video capture.

In the future, if you believe you have encountered an error in the game, we recommend closing the browser window and relaunching. If you would like to report an issue that you are able to reproduce, please provide video so that we can be clear on the error.

When I contact ddc zendesk they say don;t know why and lookinginto it. This has been there answer each time. Exactly what is it? its been happening daily the last couple weeks, and then when I play my game keeps spinning and takes awhile to stop. I also have a hard time getting the games to download. I've tried to capture the box that this shows up in, but haven't been able to. I want to know what its for, if it is for playing the games or spam, or trackers.

I will never play your game again. I spent $99 tonight (and that is the money I would set aside to spend time with my friends) - It didn't take 45 minutes to lose it all. i purchased chips and recieved email confirmation of payment from my amazon acct. for 7 payments made to this app. i filled all of their numerous date information pages and provided them copies of amazon reciepts and copies of the forms i filled out even though they sent me email to verify i had joined the diamond club and then gave me 1million points as a bonus for joining and all of this they have never done anything but send verification they hed recieved a complaint they fail to recognize me or answere any of the numerous. emails i even had to create a new acct and login password to get here thier zendesk customer service is a ghost that cannot be reached even by going to zendesk who are a customer service network i believe is very legitimate organization . i have a hundred and 73 apps connected to just my amazon acct. alone and never have i even come close to this type of just blatent disreguard for a customer who has even provided them with the proof they took and recieved my 7 payments and then i disappeared to them my moneys free and if they make it difficult enough i guess most people will give up after a few hours. even with the points they gave free as bonuses i have spent 10 times the amount of time trying to get my points or money or any response to the matter then playing the game. i cannot comprehend such disreguard by people who are so large an organization. it is rude and incredibly dis hearting to have them treat me this way after sending me emails for years after i deleted thier app because it quit loading on my device, and when i return this is what i get on day one.!

If you do hit a big pot you are totally cut off until all your chips are gone. When I hit a bonus that supposed to be, for example 3x25, 000, 000 plus 3 time this, I got a total of 45, 000, 000. after this they took all the chips. Back on or around March 18th, 2016 I had a good day playing the slots.Built up to over 12 billion in chips.I logged off came back later and it was dropped down to 2 billion.When I contacted them I spoke to a man named Quinn (this was through messaging) who proceeded to tell me that they had a glitch in the system and that they added the 12 billion due to the glitch .So I informed them that was not correct that I had played and won those chips.He refused to compensate me the difference and at one point made a reference to me being a liar, which I believe the messages are still there.I even mentioned that if there was a glitch then is it possible it didn't affect me but showing you it did, I mean it was a glitch.He started patronizing me so then I started looking for a contact other then him.I couldn't find one until now so that is why my dates are a few months back.I was bothered by this treatment considering I have been a customer for quite some time and for them to act in that way bothersome.

Double Down Casino says the game odds are completely random. This statement in completely not true. They clam slot games have a theoretically expected payback from 92.90% to 95.03% and is in accordance with fair gaming practices. Again this statement is simply not true. In my opinion DoubleDown Casino is engaging in improper unethical and fraudulent business practices and also violates all social and professional expectations of fair play. I feel DDC is also lacking the basic moral principles necessary to run a fair on-line gaming site. If you want to play their games I would recommend using promotion codes to get free chips.

Once I started buying chips my daily free chips numbers dropped significantly. And it has gotten so bad I only get a paultry amount nowadays. And the free chips go quickly. Usually 10 to 20 spins at minimum bet. Never ever buy chips you will regret it. The more I have spent the worst it gets.

Today I checked my bank account and facebook double down casino took $99.00 from my account that I did not authorize. I did authorize $99.00 yesterday, 9/21/15 but not again today. How do I get that back?

Good Day... The last 3 weeks everyday I have been ripped off by this website. I have purchased chips and when I've had a winning hand I bet it like crazy only to lose to a lesser hand. Like just now I had three sevensw and a pair of kings I et it and lost to a flush. This isn't right and I want to be compensated.. I am not here just to give my money away and this website has like I said doing this to me every day. How can we make them stop and correct there problem. they have a little box with a list of what your hand is and it doesn't register. Like when I was dealt three sevens and a king and another king came up it only registered three of a kind instead of a full house and I lost 100, 000 in ethat game alone. Now I shouldn't have to if I was paid for all the games I have won that you gave the pot to a person with a lesser hand. Played this morning andlost big time and when it started to turn around and I started winning again you ripped me off and gave my big pots to a lesser hand.
