I am one of the past consultant worked here. It has been long time since we left Doon Tec, and even today blood boils when hear the word 'DTI'.
They act smart but they are not, they play around all legal tricks, but they don't invest this valuable time to make client and grow firm, they don't have any good client associated with them, nor do they have any good consultant :(
Symptoms which your wife find when you join this company
sleepless night
no job and by luck if you get than also low wages as they don't have good direct clients
late salary and bad living standard in US as they pay you less in market.
They lie you too their best and make you feel they will help you at every step, but ones you join them they start showing their original face. And by mistake after working long if you ask raise in salary they give you good convincing reason, see we also need to money... work sometime and we will take care of you, are you happy now?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
People are misleading here and try to keep a real company away from doon technology a real company.
Doon tec (Doon technology is good company and who are saying is bad because they have mislead both employer and doon tec too.
Some time employee cheat the company and recruiter too, so in that case only employee will be responsible for such deducted amount. So if you go fair will face fair things.
I do not agree with this. I have known Doontec for the last 12 years and they have very high work ethics.

I absolutely agreed with all am from India...they charged me 3 lakh for H1B visa and It refused by the embassy. The did not refund me anything...am still fighting with Mr Sanjay Gupta. He said do whatever you can. I cant do anything from India. The Doon Technology should be shut down.

Honestly, Sanjay Gupta, so called owner is a big cheater. He and his wife got green card through this company, He used to work ina WalMart, does not have any professional ethics. His wife sits in the Bridgewater Mall, and sells the leather purse and Sanjay used to run her payroll throgh DoonTech He did a fraud.I have a proof of it.
He got his wife labor certification from NJ and filed 140 and then 485. he was luckey at that time that no one compalined agained him. But please do not worry, we are after him we filed a complain againt. He will he out of the country for this fraud. Anyone can challenge that his wife does not know ABCD of IT and got Green Card through Doon.
He is such a manupulative person a BIG stupid person that no one ever met.
I am hoping that he will be caught before June 2009.

If this company is not retruning money they took for visa filling can complaint to
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE),
even if you are in India.

You will Listen/experience following things once u join them :
1. Sanjay : We Dont Pay Bench Salary! arrange for urself!
2 . Unnati : Market is down .. what can we Do .. why dont u work at a gass station sometime!
3. And if get the project AFTER 3-4 MONTHS... then u will hear that... u didnt do well on the interview ... so they are paying less for u ... so dont expect much from us.
4. Sanjay : will make u sign lot of false/fraud papers like u took Leave during bench period, and sign a bond of 24 months ... n lot more.. esle they say openly that forget the project forever!
5. Unnati : will say bunch of lies everyday!
6. DOON TEC : You will receive insurance but .. will know about the actuall plan once u visit the doctor (Golmal!) ... so aaume that ur paying the 100% amount NOT 50% as they say and for a stupid plan.
7. DOON TEC: Pays u late atleast 2-3 months late not at every month ... so u work part-time to survive ... while working mon-fri

Wake up guys... Complain to DOL ... my complain has already been processed and I am about to get my lump sump amount :) ... my own hard eraned money...
So Goahead and Complain ... even if ur working in this company .. it does not matter ... anyways DOL will take 4-5 months and will not disclose ur identity ... so dont be scared and also just forget that he can harm u or ur visa in anycase .
They already 5 DOL complains against them and 3 Police complaints against sajay and unnati ... so why ru guys scared !
Legally Your employer must have to give you salaray whether you are on the job or on the bench. If he doesn't pay you, you can complain to Department of Labor and then DOl will be resposnible to fight your case and get the salary back to you.
This information is for those who doesn't know about this.
My sympathies are with all those people who made the victims of DoonTec. This is your right to get your money back from Doontec if they didn't keep their promises what they did with you. I know most of the desi companies show the dreams of extra ordinary job with handsome salary and when person reaches in US, he finds nothing except abuses from Employer. Now the time has come to wake up. Get your money back before Sanjay ran away after looting all your money.

Like you, he have cheated many, so don't get upset call Right Number @ Right Time
You can file DOL Complain, even though you are in INDIA. DOL will accept your complain and will take action against them and will also return money to your address. With these filled complain receipt you can apply next time NO PROBLEM, nothing will going to happen. While giving Visa, Visa officer look whether candidate is true (Wht he is claiming, correct degree certificate) and company which had applied your visa.

My wife applied her visa with them last year and also paid $4000 as filling fee...
She was lucky to get through the lottery...
but her visa was put on hold because of this companies bad reputation(during the interview)..
VO said that this company seems fake and they need payroll/salary details of he company ...

she did asked for papers from Doon tec but no one responed! ...

then that recepitionist UNNATI, who tells herself as HR Manager(BULL ###!) picks up and talks in a rude way as if we r here slaves(SHE SHOULD LEARN HOW TO TALK)... they also fought with me when i asked for my money!

and dont want to return that now and ofcourse as this forum says they dont pay there employees ..
