This web site is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen.
Any hurt, pathetic or crazy woman can go ahead and post anything they want about any man.

This is defamatory, against civil rights, this company should not be on business.

I am going to place complaints all over the place against this company as well, as taking them to court for letting people anonymously place any time of comment they want against men.

I agree with what you are saying here. Did you get anywhere with your complaint? Someone posted info about me that is very defamatory violating both the site's policy and also breaking the law.

I, too, had an awful experience with dontdatehimgirl.com. Word is out that they like to send out intimidating legal letters as a bullying tactic. This company seems to be a 1 employee company run by Tasha Cunningham and is extremely difficult to contact or get a response from which has “ripped me off” a considerable amount of time and energy which equals to loss of my monetary funds. The website lists a ridiculous 8-12 week response for technical problems but I never received a response to my many contact attempts. I am listing some PUBLIC records and public media posts with sources below to make it easier for the next person who may wish to contact the company and its owner or for those who would like to learn more information. The Cavelle Company changes addresses frequently. Again, I listed sources because all of this information can be easily found on the internet. If anyone has additional information or corrections, please feel free to post.

Tasha Cunningham is listed as sole shareholder of the Cavelle Company Ref. http://www.howappealing.law.com/DontDateMotionToDismiss.pdf
Originally incorporated by John L Jackson and Tasha Cavelle Joseph, the Cavelle Company Inc’s first principal address was located at 1604 Michigan Avenue, Unit #10, Miami Beach, FL with both Tasha Cavelle Joseph and John L Jackson listed as officers with mailing address of PO Box 011964 Miami, FL 33101. http://www.corporationwiki.com/Florida/Miami/the-cavelle-company-2876253.aspx

Reading Mary19524´ s comment( which, besides, does not sound criminal to me) a few bells rang.

It s not a crime to share informations anyone can get from Google, Therefore Public.

About Domain Discreet:

Many people don t know that it s based in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.
The address in Madeira being a shrewd move to psychologically discourage any attempt of legal pursuit from the ones who have been seriously cheated.

A lot of domains certainly are associated and hide behind Domain Discreet registrar which seems to be designed to protect criminals.

Google [ Domain Discreet scam].

If after more than a decade of plenty disgraceful actions the scammers aren t disturbed by the authorities it s because they are well organized, they are swift, ubiquitous, shrewd.
They have the skills and the means to muzzle their victims.
And the money they robbed to settle an arrangement with offended people in case of legal pursuits.

Google (suckerswanted.blogspot.com/.../impex-consult-financial-consulting.html )

If in 2008 it was so easy to disappear behind a new address/ identity, how about today?

Nowadays, , so many sites are * on the process to being acquired *as soon as they become fishy!

DontDateHimGirl is obviously related to inexhaustible suppliers of prospective dupes (whose computers will cheerfully be hacked without their owners knowledge ), for instance free dating sites such as Connecting Singles or Plenty of fish having, both, mail boxes /phone/fax in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.

And, if DDHG accept and incite ( after all this is big business) their users to publicly defame people, innocent or not, well, they don t have any right to complain or send a complainer on their behalf to muffle righteous comments such as Mary19524's !

JKM123, you're a [censor]. All of this information can be found on Google. Additionally, Mary's post included NOTHING about harassment, but simply listed avenues to try and get results, which isn't possible from this sham of a website, Don't Date Him Girl.

I too have emailed nine times over the last three months trying to get content removed that has violated policy, to no avail. I called this number: 1 305 610 6872. However, like any reputable company, the number has been disconnected.

I employed legal tools to find another contact number listed for The Cavelle Company: 305-576-8145...again, like a profitting company who is proud of their product and interested in generating business, THE NUMBER IS AGAIN DISCONNECTED.

I will post any and ALL contact information that I find for Don't Date Him Girl on this message board. As of this date, there is NO reasonable manner in which to contact the company--email simply does not work. It has not worked for me, nor has it worked for the others on this site. Therefore, it is reasonable that those who are affected by the site have a valid means of contacting the site administrator.

Keep you all posted!

FROM DDHG - The only way to get your customer service request addressed is by e-mail. There is no other way. Calling these numbers that are supposed available on the Internet (and ALL disconnected from over a decade ago), are not related to DDHG. If you have a problem with the site, a concern you need to have addressed you must do it by e-mail.

siteabuse@dontdatehimgirl.com for abuse complaints and techsupport@dontdatehimgirl.com. For legal reasons, this is the way most social networking sites provide customer service so that each request is tracked.

Do you really think that by attempting to harrass the person you thinkowns DDHG that you're going to get your post removed? Don't advise people to do stupid things like this. Instead, follow the rules posted on the site. In 3-6 weeks, your e-mail will be returned and you can take it from there.
N  18th of Jun, 2010 by    0 Votes
Cedr1498, the only problem there is that whoever maintains the website (Tasha Cunningham) refuses to answer emails at all. Forget 3-6 weeks. There are many MANY people who have been ignored altogether.

Legally, it is not harassment to try and contact a company who owes a duty to someone, yet refuses to follow through. Don't Date Him Girl generates revenue from advertisers, so they reap that benefit, yet they refuse to actually maintain the complaints on the website. Pretty sad and pathetic.

I encourage any and everyone who has an issue with the website to try and contact them any way you can. Email does not work, that is proven. It's lazy and negligent to have a website where it's known that people can slander each other and completely ignore your "customer service" inbox.

I'm not afraid of any idle threats to sue for slander. All that I say and all that those above say is absolutely true.

Answer the emails in your inbox, Don't Date Him Girl, and then maybe you wouldn't have so many complaints INTERNET WIDE.

I hope a subpoena is issued to Complaints Board to unmask Colt_B_5? Pretty stupid to admit your motivations to harrass someone over the Internet. You'll never get the post about you removed from DDHG if anyone from there ever sees it. They are not required to remove it and with stuff like this where it is SO EASY to find out who you are, if you're ever unmasked, you will in quite a bit of trouble. You are responsible for what you post on this site. EVERYONE, please remember that. This site can't be sued for what you write, but YOU CAN.

f a little girl of eleven so easily becomes a scapegoat INTERNET WIDE instead of getting professional help and emotional support, why should we spare an adult who welcomes heinous people to publicly disgrace men ( guilty or not) with sordid details.

SOME untrue or enhanced by anger ?

The lady in question surely being a woman of straw.

Anyway, she recently made a pledge, under the pretext of focusing* on quality content * ( LOL!), to freed villains from the pillory and consecrate more space on forums to comfort wounded specimen of the weaker sex !

Milk and honey are going to freely flow on DontDateHimGirl!
Let s rejoice!

Let s not forget either that DontDateHimGirl are working hand in hand with Connecting Singles, under the banners of Domain Discreet (precisely designed to protect criminals), therefore Godaddy s (it s poor/dumb-parent/brother)

Some pure haters roaming around those registrars; computer geeks of the worst kind who count on our web ignorance.

And we are still watch watching dot arghhh...

There is a website that said the women using DontDateHimGirl (and another site called Womansavers) are hypocrites and some are lairs. It said a guy listed on DontDateHimGirl actually took a blood test to prove his ex girlfriend was a fraud. It also said "Women who think infidelity is wrong only for men are useful only as sex toys. They have no value in a long term relationship and are worthless as wives". Excellent line!

I think "Complainant01" has a legitimate complaint.

this website is bogus. I'm a female and I have a guy friend on DDHG posted by his angry ex girlfriend. That is BS! Defamation of character, against his civil rights, slander, and beyond! I am outraged that a website like this exsists! Who and where is this rediculous website out of?!? I know they're out of their minds!

I do not agree that the website it is at fault here because it is ultimately the person using the site that writes the stuff. I mean they can write the stuff anywhere and unfortunately because of freedom of speech the sites do not have to remove it. And they will not. Yahoo will not remove things that others write. I would highly recommend that people thinking of saying bad things about someone online, think twice and then three times before doing it. It will come back to bite you in the ###. He started writing things about me first, so to defend myself I told the Internet what I knew about him. I wrote some stuff about someone and have paid for it ever since, years later after I took the stuff down I am still paying. Even after someone else wrote stuff about the guy, he still thinks it is me and my name is everywhere. My life is a living hell now. The stuff about him was true and other woman should be warned but even still do not do it. He was a crook, sexual abuser, abusive etc... Keep your nose out. True or not about you, that person will most likely post your name everywhere and humiliate you. Google your name and there you are being accused of horrible things. It is your word against theirs. How can you prove some of the stuff is not true? You cannot. You can try to sue someone but it is highly likely that you will spend thousands upon thousands of dollars to lose that case. I cannot stress enough to just keep yourself hidden as much as possible on the Internet.

The website DDHG.com is NOT a forum for sick, disillusioned, psycho, angry, scorned and bitter witches. It is forum for women to speak the truth as ugly as it may be and warn others before it's too late and they too are crushed, used, abused, ;ied to and cheated on. I wish I had been better schooled and read what was on all of the websites and known these types databases existed prior to my 4.5 year catastrophic mistake! I praise these websites and if for some strange reason someone posts total lies about a supposed deceiver? They should be able to prove it wrong by a) a qualifying rebuttal and b) friends and family vouching for them in a separate rebuttal or to a potential partner in person. Otherwise, if the ### tittle fits...wear it.

This site is rubbish. I am a woman and someone posted not one, but two slanderous, untrue postings about me. They are taking my photos from my Facebook profile and posting stuff about me. The posts don't even have anything to do with me. I am concerned these posts will impact my professional reputation.

If the site can't be managed properly and emails responded to in a timely manner than the owners of the site have a moral and professional responsibility to take it down.

You know when let's say women leave the porn industry and try to make a new life for themselves and maybe publish a book about the workings of the industry and what it is really like, they are targetted by that industry in some cases because they are a threat to the industry. In the same way dating sites like connecting singles will remove those members who complain or speak out because they are a threat to their dating business. What dismays me is that google allows all content on connecting singles to pop up on their search engine which includes members profiles/photos etc. connecting singles have a responsibility to remove abuse but often they don't letting the members get on it with it. It's abit of a free for all and occasionally connecting singles will remove or lock a thread. I think all members and potential members of dating sites should have the right to know who the owner is and what the company is connected to. It seems to me there are some ethical companies out there but I think all information should be transparent.
