DonnaPlay Tv streaming

I googled the walking dead hoping to watch season 5 episodes. Donnaplay came up with a link showing the to show with what appeared to be a video link to the show. Once I clicked it and filled in my information and gave my bank card details I was referred to the main customers search page. Unfortunately, when you then try to search for the walking dead in their catalogue I realised they dont actually have ANY walking dead episodes at all, let alone series 5. I found their link entiely misleading and had I know prior to my account info being taken I would NEVER have signed up because I only wanted to watch the walking dead show.

DonnaPlay False advertising and charging and difficult to cancel

I have had exactly the same issue as everyone else. It said sign up for free and by the time I had actually done it I had been charged $1 for the trial, even though that was supposedly for premium (which suggests to me that premium is the only option anyway) and then it gave the impression I had the option to donate another $1 to charity. And I'm trying to cancel my membership and it seems impossible. I emailed ([protected]@donnaplay.com) them requesting information, but received no response. Please help. Thanks, Ingrid.

I Agree with the complaint lodged and seek to get my money back after having cancelled from a 5 day Free trial that Donnaplay.com made charges from my bank account for. Do NOT give them Creditcard details!

DonnaPlay Deducting money from my bank account without my knowledge.

I am also trying to cancel this donnaplay.com subscription which has been deducting money from account on a monthly basis. I am not really aware of how I even became a member of this donnaplay.com. I have been trying to contact them and so that I can get it cancelled but with no luck. There have been no response from any one yet. Please can someone help get rid of this unauthorised deductions from my account. Thanks, Tom

DonnaPlay False advertising and charging

Date- 4th November 2015. I have had exactly the same issue as everyone else. It said sign up for free and by the time I had actually done it I had been charged $1 for the trial, even though that was supposedly for premium (which suggests to me that premium is the only option anyway) and then it gave the impression I had the option to donate another $1 to charity. Well I skipped through and by the time it was over I had been charged $2. Since I am in the UK I guess this is like £1.50 It is a disgrace, totally false. I know it is only a little amount of money but I have obviously cancelled the membership. I will be speaking to my bank to monitor what happens. I can't seem to find an email and I am damned if I am shelling out money to phone them. If there is an email I would appreciate someone letting me know.

DonnaPlay Unauthorised credit card charges

Some time ago, I noticed a charge on my credit card from an organisation called Donnaplay.com I have no idea what or who Donnaplay.com is and do not remember signing up for a membership. I emailed ([protected]@donnaplay.com) them requesting information, but received no response. I then forgot about these charges and only realised that I was still being charged when the next amount came off my credit card. I then emailed them informing them I wished to cancel my so-called subscription. Again, nothing happened. This has now gone on for a few months and on 13 August, I received an email from [protected]@furplay.net informing me that my "Account has already been cancelled" (their reference number: [protected]). But again, the charges kept coming off my credit card. So eventually in desperation, I sent a rather blunt email on 22 October demanding cancellation again. I then received a reply from [protected]@furplay.net informing me that my subscription had been cancelled (their reference number: [protected]). But again, the charges keep coming off my credit card. Today I posted onto their Facebook page but I have now been blocked and again all the emails I sent today, have gone unanswered. Please help! How do I prevent them from stealing any more money from me without having to cancel my credit card?!

These Companies should have a policing service which I would like to be employed by, which uses pop-up SCAM Alerts any time people are asked to give their details, especially Financial details like creditcard info!

DonnaPlay Rip off scam

I canx my acct on the same day i signed up for a free trial because it claimed to have an e-book i needed. Lies. $1 to canx? Then, a week later, they still tried to take money out of my acct. Thankfully, my bank caught on to your little scheme and i clicked fraud alert and i did not authorize any charges. . They are full of crap. Try it again.

DonnaPlay Being charged for an unauthorised premium membership

On Thursday 22 October, DonnaPlay website advertised the availability of a book I wanted - Peterhoff Palace in Russia. I did not sign up for Premium Membership - only the trial period of four days. I was dubious about giving my credit card details but the website advised the credit card would not be charged unless I agreed to Premium membership WHICH I DID NOT. This is an unacceptable business practice and I expect a total refund to my credit card of the $19.42 that DonnaPlay has fraudulently debited from my credit card. After this experience, I would never deal with DonnaPlay again.

I have three direct debits for this service. I have never seen this site, nor would I use it, I'm a senior citizen of Australia. I will be reporting this to the authorities, including police. I have tried every avenue to contact donna play.com without success. I would appreciate it if you would cancel this membership, that I never opened in the first place.

DonnaPlay Premium membership

My son was charged $2.95 for a Premium MultiMedia Membership via donnaplay on the 29th July reference 0832 - 84 - [protected] . He was then signed up for a premium membership which he has no recollection of agreeing to. He did receive an email notifying him of the premium membership. Unfortunately, it went to his spam email and he did not see it. The email is pretty misleading - it indicates a one month membership and recurring payment is written in very small faint letters. He first realised that he was being charge £23.50 / month when he opened his quarterly bank statement today. He went to immediately cancel the subscription - only to be told that there was an extra charge for immediate cancellation. He would like a refund for all the payments he has made as he has no recollection of agreeing to this membership and is unsure how they got his bank details.

DonnaPlay False Advertising

10/22/15 Searched for an Algebra supplemental workbook for a special needs student I am working with. After searching the internet several advertisements directed me to DonnaPlay. I was offered a weeks free trial for their service. They intimated they had the book and I could download what I needed. They require registration with a credit card which I did. I thoroughly searched all categories for the material. They did not have the book I was looking for. Was charged a dollar twice for a free week. Canceled my membership and went on to the internet to search again for the same book. It still shows up in the search with a link to 'DonnaPlay' indicating that they have the book.

DonnaPlay Free trial online movies,games etc.

I just signed up for the free trial which is a fake there are no movies nothing just a blank page with the website name at the top of the page. I have attempted to cancel my trial subscription and get the same web page. I want my application canceled and want nothing further to do with this site. If I am charged a single dime I will sue and this is no joke. I will contact the BBB first thing if there is a single charge placed on my credit card. This was a fraud to start with the fact that the site attempts to force me to donate money to an organization in order to continue my subscription is ludicrous! I do not authorize any funds to be paid to donnaplay.com or any of the sites affiliates in any form not as a donation or as a new member nothing.

DonnaPlay Everything about this company

Donna Play is as dishonest and unscrupulous as is possible. They lure you in with a false "trial" period, have an incomprehensible website from which to withdraw your subscription, and no matter how earnest they seem on the phone, reassuring you that you will not be charged again, they continue to do so. I now have to cancel my credit card to avoid being charged again. Shame on a company with absolutely no integrity, basing its profits on deceit.

Hello DonnaPlay This evening, October the 21, 2015, I have just subcribed to your free trial, and would like to cancel my subscribtion, so that I wouldn´t have to pay $46.50 per month after my trial expires. The problem is that your website does not work, and that I can´t cancel my subscribtion from my computer, so please send me an Email or something, that I should do to cancel the subscribtion.

DonnaPlay Book plays

Completely fraudulent site. One is assured that there will be no charges and that Credit Card details are required only to verify that you are in a country which allows access to books, games, etc.. "Continue" buttons are designed to mislead you into thinking you are proceeding to see the catalogue when in actual fact they lead to charges. A similar fraud is perpetrated once one tries to back out of membership - more charges to be "put to the top of the que" - cancellation que that is. A swindle site - very credibly fronted - very dangerous! Have complained to the US Internet Crime Complaint Centre (C3)

DonnaPlay They stole money from my account

I don't use my Visa card much. But one day when I checked my money there was money withdrawn 6 times from my account. I had no idea how or for what. So I contacted my bank and they told me it was Donna Play. I have no idea how they got my Visa Card number.

DonnaPlay Deceptive

I looked online for a movie. I hit the play button to start the 2 hr movie, but it was an advert that says to go to DonnaPlay to watch for free. I went to the website, had to register to verify what country I was in to watch the free movie. I registered, then found out I was charged and have now signed up for a $39 monthly draft. I looked on their website and they didn't actually have the movie. What an absolute scam. Do not go there. Avoid!

DonnaPlay Account investigation and removal

What a nightmare, stupid company this is. I wanted to watch a movie, like most others whose complaints I have read on this site. I entered my name etc, but stopped short of entering my c/card details. I know better than to do this with ANY company that says it wants your c/card details but will not deduct anything. So, I basically gave up at that point, but it did occur to me that I might have had an account opened in my name. I did not want this, so I went back into the site and found a window where you could ask for your account to be closed, but it only offered the option to do this as a rush job, for which they wanted fees. I decided to play this differently and went into their Support page. I filled in a coupon, explaining what I had entered (name and email address) and had not entered (c.card info) and duly asked if they could (a) check whether they had given me an account, and (b) if they had, delete it. I was sent a ref no for my coupon/ticket, which looked good - except in it they asked for all the info I had just sent them. I sent it in again, and got the same again. I have since had 3 requests for the same info. I swear there is no human being there at all. Just robots. Avoid Donnaplay like the plague, or point a fraud office to them. And if anyone knows the name of the girl in their youtube ad film tell her to get out of there. She should not have her name associated with these bandits. They are clearly not providing a service at all. It is all just designed to get your money up front. Shame on them.

Scam, scam SCAM! ALWAYS watched my show on YouTube, suddenly I can't. Get DonnaaPlay, free! YouTube changed terms...never could watch show, now charged almost $35. Verification problems...yadda yadda yadda. DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING! Donna Play is a big scam!

DonnaPlay Youtube movie charges

I tried to watch a movie on youtube, the site said it was free. The next screen asked for payment information and said it would not be used or sold unless we asked for an upgrade. I entered information, then was told would automatically be upgraded in 30 days, so I cancelled it the same day (five minutes after entering it) They have made multiple withdrawals from my accounts for $1 each sometimes more than one time a month or more than 1 in a day. If they do this to a thousand different people, just think of the money they are stealing!

DonnaPlay False advertisement

I couldnt sleep one evening and was browsing Youtube for a movie and came across one that I missed seeing in the theatre recently. I clicked on it and it said It had been removed but I could follow the link and watch it there. I was directed to Donna Play and it appeared as though the movie was actually going to start when it cut off and said I had to register, simple, easy and FREE! Like a fool I did this. Once registered it then explained that the FREE was only for 5 days. I decided ok Ill try it. I searched for the movie that I had seen advertised and it was not even in the playlist. WOW! I immediately called c/s and complained and cancelled. She told me ok, you are only going to be paying $1 as a donation. I thought Hmm isnt a donation my decision to make? I told her NO, Im not paying anything and she refunded my $1 with a confirmation email. After reading all of these complaints I will keep close watch on my account. I believe a class action suit is called for?

DonnaPlay Unauthorized credit card charges and unethical behaviour

On September 27th, 2015 I was re-directed to DonnaPlay.com site while looking for some movies on the web.
It was very well explained that the subscription was free and no-charges were due.
This did not happened since I was charged for 1.15 USD without authorization from me.
Moreover they say I have to pay an extra fee (not clear how much!) To unsubscribe!

I wanted to tell you something...
I registered in Donnaplay for watching a movie.. but couldnt find that movie on Donnaplay.. so anyways i decided to deactivate my account i mean to delete my account . And then finally i deleted my account.
But then i noticed something. ..
I noticed that even after deactiavting my account on Donna play ...
The Donnaplay system is still reducing money from my account ..
Today morning they reduced $1 from my account .. and its written internat5 transaction Fee..
I dont know that even agter i deleted everytjing why is it still reducing miney from ACCOUNT. .

I want yo to repky as soon as possible because this sone serious issue to me .

This website just did the same thing to me. Nowhere on the webpage I was directed to did it say it's costs ANY money. If anything, the bold print "NOT BE CHARGED" right before you enter your information should have meant that this COMPANY SHOULD NOT HAVE IMMEDIATELY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT MONEY! Fifteen minutes after entering my information my bank's fraud detection center called me about this unauthorized charge otherwise they would have gotten away with it and who knows how many other charges. Yet when I called donnaplay's 800 number they have no record of me yet they had just tried charging my account. SCAM! I don't care if it's ten cents...this company has no right to take my money when it says NO CHARGE. I look forward to continuing my conversation with my bank's fraud detection center since no one at donnaplay could give me a reason why they did this and why they find nothing wrong with misleading and stealing people's money.
