We were promised a "free" vacation before donating our car, as well as being able to use the donation as a tax deduction. Well, needless to say, we never received the receipt for the donation (they promised it would be in the mail) and here it is, 6 months later. We've called about a dozen times and spoken with "customer service" agents who could care less, and at times, were beligerant. Also, the "free" vacation they speak of is something you can PAY FOR once you BUY some sort of certificate. THEN, you have to purchase either overpriced airfare from a disreputable travel agency, "Executive Tour and Travel, " to get a couple of free nights in a roach motel, or you have to book an expensive hotel in order to get "free" airfare with tons of travel restrictions. Oh, and did I mention all the associated taxes and fees that you are responsible for? Do yourselves a favor and do not give your car to these crooks. It will cost you lots of money and headaches.
