Domino's Pizza 2 pastas

Good afternoon.. Im a regular customer with Dominos and i was very disappointed today once again 2 time.. I ordered two penne pastas with alfredo sauce chicken breast.. Bacon.. Shredded Parmesan cheese.. THE PASTA HAD NO BACON NO SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE AND A TINY BIT OF ALREDO SAUCE.. Really and i paid 17.39 and gave 3 dollar tip.. Are you serious never again!

Domino's Pizza cooking food without the use of gloves

My sister and I went to Domino's Pizza in Kingstree, SC, located at 1335 N Longstreet. We ordered a steak sub. As we waited for the ordered we noticed a male employee tossing and mixing chicken with his hands and no gloves. we were told that it is not
mandatory to use gloves when cooking. THIS IS SO UNSANITARY. That is so nasty. We request to be reimbursed. When we asked where are their gloves a female replied it is not necessary to were the gloves when cooking. Who give anyone the right to mess with food that I am going to eat without wearing gloves. I don't know where their hands were or even if they were washed. We ordered a sandwich, so that means that the steak was placed on bread and the bread handled without wearing gloves. No thanks you can keep your nasty food. We was told that the hot oil will kill any bacteria or germs in the food. REALLY NOW.

Domino's Pizza delivery and manager on duty

Orederd online received food 45 minutes after it left the store when I recieved my food my box of pizza was smashed in like it was dropped or thrown when asked to sign for pizza I was handed the inside of a pen th ink part I called the store spoke to the manager on duty was told I would receive a credit for my order I asked if I could have it delivered again eas told would take 2 hours I then looked inside the box to find the receipt to my food inside the pizza box on top of the pizza this is just beyond ridiculous my children and I can no longer eat the food and just paid 25 dollars or more for never had issues until now and beyond upset

Domino's Pizza driver and location

Store- 241 Rockaway ave Driver- Claudy
My driver contacted me via text at 10:20pm saying he was here. I responded Going downstairs the driver left i contacted him to come back. When i called the store they were rude and laughed in the background when i said i was going to contact Customer Service. They told me the driver was coming back i would have to wait 30-45 mins on top of the 1hr i already waited. This location is extremely unprofessional.

Domino's Pizza the taste and size of the product have diminished

Hello, I have been a Domino's pizza loyalist for over 3 decades now. I relocated to Nigeria in 2009, and was particularly happy when the franchise moved to Lagos, Nigeria.

2 months after they started operations, they began to use a different kind of pepperoni. I immediately wrote your office via email (not this platform) and thankfully, it was corrected.

About 3-4 months, Domino's pizza Nigeria decided to reduce the size of the pizza (the medium size now looks like a small size, while the large size is now the size of the medium).

Worst still, the pizza itself taste like one is just eating dough. In essence, it has lost the Domino's taste ( I tried it 4 to 5 different times) and well as friends and family. I personally have vowed not to waste my money until the 'disaster' is corrected.

Therefore, I am using this medium to inform you and urge you to investigate. I feel the owners are not using your standard or preferred ingredients causing a difference in taste (or lack thereof) and ultimately, this would tarnish the image of the brand and product.

I look forward to a better product in Nigeria

Domino's Pizza they won't deliver

I used to get pizza delivered at my address but for the last year or so. I have been told that delivery doesn't exist in our area. As I was coming home I noticed a Domino's delivering past our street into a subdivision not even a mile from our road. Why can't we get delivery anymore. My address is 20061 Dunson Park Avenue #26 Ponchatoula, La. This truly saddens me because I am a loyal customer. Check your records from all of my old numbers to new numbers. I hate Pizza Hut but they will deliver. So that's who I go to when I can't get to them...Please fix this. Thank you from a loyal customer.. [protected].

Domino's Pizza customer service

I ordered my order by phone at elen thirty p.m. and let them know I would be a few minutes past twelve to pick up my order (they close at twelve and will not deliver to my work location as it is a kilometer or two too far). The fellow who took my order checked with someone first then said OK. It has not been a problem in the past as I order from there on afternoon shift as often as not. The fellow who took my order I could tell was dismayed. Just to put in my order in was difficult because of the language barrier as I wanted extra this and that on the pizzas and his English must be limited because his responses were puzzling and we had to work through it. So...I punched my time card eight minutes early ran to my vehicle and was halfway to the store (2-3 minutes away) when my phone rang and I was told that they were sorry to inform me the store was closed. I asked what he meant I explained that I had explained I get off work at twelve and I'd be a few minutes late. He said shoot we have already rang out. So it would seem to me the the guy who took my order didn't relay the message and the one left to close the store likes throwing out food and doesn't care about customer service relations. I am sick about it .

Domino's Pizza pizza made wrong for the second time in a row.

I order on line, today and for the second time in a row my order is made wrong. First time, the manager tells me, look man, we are really busy and can't get you another pizza for a couple of hours, or I can throw a free cookie next time you order, am like okay, we are humans and make mistakes.
Today for the second time my pizza is wrong, called store and waited on phone for 10 min, who answer told me, let me get a manager. Well the hung up on me. Called back and same thing, let me get a manager, waited 20 min and still no one is on the phone, guess I keep waiting... I have no.more time to waste, hopefully you care about customers more that what they do at this location and call me back.

Domino's Pizza late delivery

Order no. # 79, store no. 3458
Ordered pizza on 8/15/18 at 8.36 pm, delivery tracker says pizza was delivered, however pizza wasn't delivered. Pizza finally arrived at 9.48 pm.
I called the store at 9.28 pm and was told the pizza was on its way.

The driver asked me to pay $ 20. I hereby request a full refund of $ 20.00 for late delivery of my order.

Domino's Pizza delivery drivers not having change upon request

My name is Barbara Burnor and I live in Rutland Vermont. On August 15th at approximately 830pm I called my local dominos pizza and placed an order that came to about $22 and I had said to the guy taking my order 3 times that all I had was a $50 could they please bring change and 3 times the guy told me "yes ma'am no problem". So when the delivery person showed up she only had $20 for change and I had said to her the guy told me 3 times that you would have changed there is no way I'm feeling that generous to give you a $8 tip. I came back inside and my husband called dominos and they said that they didn't know what to tell us so my husband told them that they could take their food back. I am very angry and we will never ever order from any dominos establishment again. If a customer calls to order food and requests that they need change there should be no excuse what so ever why that can't be done! I am not impressed and thanks to dominos I had to figure out something else to feed my kids! It will never happen again I can garuntee that!

Domino's Pizza delivery and lying

Ordered 2 pizzas provided correct address and community gate access code. I waited 30 mins after Joseph left the store. I received a notification that it as delivered. I called the store and the lady answered and explained the situation. She checked her computer and couldn't provide any feedback. She then put me on hold. Another rep answered and asked how he could help me. I had to explain the situation all over again. He said "Yea that was me. You weren't there! And you didn't give us the right phone number. " i said if the number wasn't right you had my access code for the gate that is connected to my phone I never received a call. He said well I was there and u weren't!" I said excuse me? My husband then grabbed My phone after I asked for a manager. He then spoke to the manager Mike and was told by the manager a different story that the deliver boy came to the door and rang door and was told they didn't order pizza. He then said which story is it? Manager tried to confirm the address he confirmed it w him he said yea that is the correct address we delivered. Our garage was open lights on 3 families celebrating a birthday. By this time I re ordered pizza from Marco's pizza which I picked up myself and had home within 20 mins or the order. My complaint isn't just about not delivering but being honest goes a long way. Do not place blame on the customer as if we gave the wrong address and phone number. My email is mflores @gmail.com and you can check how much we order from Dominos's. This type of service makes me reconsider ever going back to Dominos in the future. Please train your employees to take the right action after a situation such as this. Being in the customer service industry as a manager this was handled poorly.

Domino's Pizza farm house and onion pizza

Pizza is hard and not tasty.veg singles onion is totally waste .The delivery boy doesn't deliver the coke with pizza, first he deliver pizza and after 15 mins he delivered coke.The pizza is not worth according to prize.cheese is not spreaded nicely and taste too hard to eat.Resolve our issue as soon as possible.some pieces of onion got burst and overcooked.

Domino's Pizza about your milford delaware store

If you stores can now deliver to hotspots why can't your Milford store deliver to places on Clendaniel pond road all of the road they go to the stop sign they go straight they go right but that don't go left because the box numbers are high than where they go there some house not even 5 mins from the stop sign. I think Everybody needs to be responded to .

Domino's Pizza customer service / overall experience

I cannot understand how a whole chain can consistently get bad reviews and nothing be done to change this. Between (always) having to wait at least 20 minutes to sometimes over an hour JUST for some one to answer the phone to take your order already begins a less than ideal situation.

If some one is patient enough to sit and wait until they are able to get their order in; they then have to worry about how long the order is going to take or if it is even going to arrive at all. It would be different if it was on one occasion but on almost 3 different occasions I placed an order - WAYYY before closing - and did not receive it either due to wrong information like the phone number or just no call no show. It would almost be funny if it didn't mean being left starving after TRYING to be EXTREMELY patient through an already tenuiuous situation.

Worse off, you can't tell yourself that one location is bad so you will call another. NO WAY! ALL OF THE LOCATIONS NEAR 11203 AREA CODE ARE TERRRRIBLE! Same bad service. Same cold distorted food. Same old Dominos.

It may seem like this is a rant but it is more than apparent how much bad publicity your franchise is receiving from those locations with numbers of bad reviews on a monthly basis. Again I ask, why has nothing been done to change this? As good as business may appear I am sure that those locations are nowhere near bringing in the numbers that they could.

I send this complaint to state that I no longer promote Dominos nor offer it for suggestion. It is simply not worth it. There is no convenience and you usually end up with a headache - between the service & being hungry at the same time. Just doesn't work and there's way better options out there.

Domino's Pizza my wife's employer

James at Domino's Pizza in Saint Mary's PA was refused a brake after being scheduled to work over 5 hours yesterday she worked 2- close with no Break. She also shows up 1 hour early and stays late willingly. Earning more hours but he said he's cutting her hours because she made a couple minor mistakes. Instead of teaching her. He did this to her co-worker as well who quit because of it. These are illegal and goes against the fair wages act it's also goes against descrimination. As one of her co-workers was promoted to manager when she herself makes more mistakes than Sara. Not to mention that this co-worker has only been there for 4 months herself.

Also he illegally fired me when I missed work after being informed I cannot work early mornings due to a sleep disorder he continued to schedule me too early knowing I cannot work early and fired me because of it.

Domino's Pizza delivery

I ordered my food around 10pm and the dominos doesnt close until 2 a.m. The food was not delivered. I then called back the next day around 1 p.m and they stated that it would be at my home in an hour. By 6 p.m I went to the Dominos and they stated that they didnt recieve a call and they cant find my order. So we just made another order and they only delivered half of the order.

Domino's Pizza customer service

I order from Dominos in Booneville Ms 38829 online at around 7:30pm the delivery driver messed up twice taking my order to the wrong place it was around 11:00pm before we received our pizza the manager was very rude about the situation when the pizza arrived at my house one of the pizzas had a piece missing & toppings off of some pieces (I have pictures of this pizza) when we called the store the manager again just acted like we were being picky. I had other people besides me here that night too so it was not just me that thought what happened was very wrong. We have order pizza at least once a week sometimes more for a while from them so we've been regulars. I called corporate they said they would called Booneville & be in touch but have not heard from them we've ordered from them once since this happened but now for the past month I can't order online & everytime I call the store there's no answer. I would like to know why I'm the one being punished for their mistakes.

Domino's Pizza inside male worker

Today I went to the Domino's in mt Penn as I got there the male with braids was extremely rude as I placed my order, he seemed very annoyed. As I placed the order I took notice of a female driver Hispanic maybe that was leaving to take a order as soon as she left the male workers began to say sexual things about her from the size of her breast to what they would do to her in bed. The whole thing made me feel uncomfortable and very sorry for the female driver that look to be the only female there. there was a white male manager a heavier set manager with glasses and a driver that drove in a gold color SUV. Them guys need to clean it up. Will never visit that store again. Hopefully that poor female driver will find some where else to work. Totally disgusted.

Domino's Pizza unethical behavior+undercooked pizza

Store in Shoppes of Arrowhead Davie Florida. I'm so upset how my transaction went at this particluar dominoes store. Basically i pre-order with the app for 8:35pm to grab the pizaa after work. I tracked the preparation with app and i realized that my pizza went in 8:20pm and came out at 8:32pm..thats 12mins preparation for a pan pizza? Thats very short, no?. When i picked up my pizza i noticed it looked very weird and had max like 7 pepperoni thrown on top an dlittle pieces of pineapple dropped here and there..i grabbed it and left because i was hungry. Long story short, I got home and had a slice; digusted is understatment to how bad the pizza tasted. Verrry undercooked and like the cheese and pepperoni was just thrown on without care.the whole pizza wasnt cooked at all..just very undercooked. Upset i took back the pizza to the store and the manager that goes by the name of Araceli(if thats even correct) had the audcaity to tell me not to "order pan pizza anymore" and walked away. First of all..how dare you tell me what I can and cannot order..As a manager she should have better customer service skills and poeple's person skills..no apologies..nothing. Im highly dispppointed and i wont be returning. Taking my business elsewhere.

Domino's Pizza delivery driver and manager east kearney springfield mo

My household orders pizza from this dominoes alll the time. We always have problems with them not giving us our condiments we paid for and act like we are bothering them when we call to have them redelivered... I mean we pay for them! This last situation involved a very rude and disrespectful delivery driver. It was past 10pm and the delivery driver had his music blasting! Driving up n down our street waking up several neighbors including me. My son told him to turn down his music it was too late and the delivery driver handed him his food and said "nah I'm good". naturally I was very upset with his rudeness and lack of respect. My son called the manager of the store and the manager said he would handle it. Also my son asked about his card receipt because the driver didn't give him anything which at that time the manager said he could have a driver bring it back by. Which we stated ok but not the same driver. No one ever came. We called last night to place an order and the manager stated they won't deliver to our address anymore because we refused payment and tried to "swing" on the driver. Well I have a security camera and proff that this is farthest from the truth. So I'm not only upset with the driver but your manager has done a terrible job correcting this matter. I work at Hiland Dairy where we order from this Dominos quite frequently also, but I will make sure to let everyone know of your poor poor lack of customer service and the lies not only the driver but your manager come up with to make them seem in the right. But like I said, you can't lie with the camera!
