Domino's Pizza pan pizza had no sauce

Today I ordered a pizza from my local dominos, as I do fairly frequently, and I ordered 2 Pan Pizzas with Pepperoni and Sausage. When I received them today, I bit into a piece, and there was no sauce! All of both pizza's were like this. I can't eat pizza's like this. I would really appreciate a full refund on my order. I really do like my Dominos here but this is really frustrating to me, had to change lunch plans for my whole group.

Domino's Pizza delivery

Every month I place an order and one month they deliver the next they refuse and say that they don't deliver after 6:30! They assured me months ago that this issue had been resolved. It happened again so I made a complaint. 3 days later, no response! Much to my surprise, I called corporate to inquire. They pulled up my account and stated that there are notes indicating that I was contacted the following day, which is a lie! I assure you that no one has contacted me. I've never had any other problems with any other location EVER. Boycott the location at 6316 North Main, Columbia, SC!

Domino's Pizza pasta

I am a financial struggling college student who makes money from babysitting. We constantly order pizza there with no problem until this time, when we decided to order pasta. when we reviewed the pasta, we ended up getting half a tin with pasta and cheese only. The kid who I babysit even looked at me and said "is that it?"and I agreed with the question. If I knew that we were going to get that little for that price then I would not have ordered it in the first place.

Domino's Pizza pizza touched by naked hands, cheating in recipe

I am complaining about bad service, using naked hands on pizza and cheating on backing process at Umar Bin Abdulaziz branch road, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

I ordered one large cheese pizza with black olives only and a chicken fajita.
The backer forgot to put olives on the pizza and when placing in the box, the other guy realised that olives are missing.
Then asked to wait some more time as olives were missed. I thought they will bake another Pizza with olives. But, here is how they cheated me...
The guy (who took my order) just placed olives in the oven and heated them in a bowl, then the guy used his naked hands to pick olives from bowl and placed on previously backed pizza, he was pressing olives by his naked fingers inside the cheese... this is cheating to me as they didn't followed recipe to bake all ingredients at once and try to make up my order, and used his naked hands touching my food for my kids...
I am looking forward to have your strong action against 2 defaulters in this incident and penalise them by removing them from business as they are high risk to health of your customers.

Domino's Pizza food & customer service

I 1st call another near by dominos before calling dominos on 5545Robinson Rd Ext but i was told they store was the only one's that could deliver i order around 11:15pm as my order was being taking i notice it was the manager Chris disguising his voice as i was saying how I'd like my food he would tell the cook i ask whom i was speaking with because im receiving great customer service I'd like to let the store manager know he replied Mr Jackson i ask for the 1st name as well he said it's just Mr. As him & other co'workers laughing in the background finally my pizza arrived his greetings was very unprofessional i said Chris how are you i finally see your face reminding him of a previous accident he & i had i payed with 2 different debit cards the rest in cash which was change in a clear zip lock bag i handed it to Chris he looked at me asking WHAT IS THIS my response my money what you mean sir he said is it the full $12 i said yes would you like to count it or do you take my word standing in my door waiting on my food he act as if he wasn't going to give me the food i was willing 2 help him due to alot of change he said have a good night turning & walking away leaving me standing in the door still with food in hand in a utter shock because im always giving change when my food arrive I've never felt so uncomfortable in a customer service setting due to how im paying im disable & have no job so maybe the change came from my piggybank i feel discriminated as a mother whom was only trying to feed her child after Chris arrived back to the store he called my personal cell phone screaming i was a $1 short before i can say i due apologize asking him is he sure it was a full $1 and not maybe 10cents off i can admit maybe there were a miscalculated counting i was letting him know i thought i maybe added extra change in the bag he told me i should of wrapped cause he didn't have time to count it i replied i never nor do i ever wrap my change & its always accepted he said well i see you have a problem being technical after him yelling at me i told him Chris really a $1 i was about to order another object to allow him to use my debit card to get the $1 but he hung up in my face i most definitely have the right to ask for a full REFUND of my purchase because i feel my food will be tainted with since I'm always complain against this store i don't have to order from anywhere else because workers should take pride in their jobs and treat customers according i just can't believe he wouldn't take my order on the 1st accident because it was 20 or 30 min before closing but can call my phone after closing hours how dare him that's so unprofessional he need a couple days off to think & work on his professional skills because he's a bad asets to the company i don't want a store credit nor free pizza i don't trust them anymore this has accared to many times i want my money & I'll no longer be a dominos pizza customer...i can be contact by email Sharmelk.[protected]@gmail.com cell phone [protected]

Domino's Pizza done with dominos

I ordered a pizza at about 7:25 pm, they confirmed delivery at 8:30 pm. I didn't receive it on time and called them. The guy said they were having technical problems, but right now my order judging by his words was about to leave the store. I never got my order. Because it wasn't confirmed. and when I called back again, their service and the store itself were already closed. What kind of service is that? If you have issues like that then just make an effort and call your customers. Now I have to wait for my refund to come and on that note, I'm sure I'm done with Domino's forever.

Domino's Pizza service

I called the Dominos on S Tryon in Charlotte and ordered chicken alfredo. I also ordered Garlic Twist and Cinnamon Twists. When the ordered arrived it was missing the garlic twists and cinnamon twists. I called to find out that they didn't take my order correctly and the gentleman on the phone acted like he could care less. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy tried to stall so I would change my mind but demanded to speak to the manager. The manager indicated that the order would be replaced. The replacement ordered arrived, and you guest it, no garlic bread or cinnamon twists but I did get the chicken alfredo once again. I didn't even waste the time to call back. It was obvious no one cared enough to listen

Domino's Pizza product/service

I did a online order today. For a pepperoni pizza, half chicken and have pineapples. With 8 boneless wings and there was only 5 in there. So i called the store the representative started get loud and getting smart. I spend too much with your business to get treated this way. I use your business for my job and for my family. I will not be returning if this is how my family will get treated.

Domino's Pizza gluten free pizza

I called in an order to pick up, a lare 3 item and a small 3 item gluten free pizza. First the pizza's were cold when we got there (we arrived at the time we were told). Then my G.F. pizza was over cooked, the crust was so hard I could barely eat it. I think had they not baked it so long it probably would have been very tasty! My husbands pizza look great, just cold. I don't like to complain but at $11.00 for a small pizza that was cold and rock hard... to say the least I was very disappointed! :-(

Domino's Pizza delivery order/service

Hello,
We had ordered 2 pizzas, Cinn knots & bread app this past Saturday.
The order was to take between 28-37 mins.
The pizza had sat over 30 min & delivery took over 30 min as well. We had called & this was confirmed but nothing was offered. We thought about cancelling but we're still hungry. When the food arrived it was cold and dissatisfying. We saved screen shots & receipts as we ordered from somewhere else. I would like a refund.

Domino's Pizza food complaint

I placed my online delivery Oder at 10:44pm on August 13th, 2017. It arrived quickly and the driver was nice, as always. I ordered 2 items I have had many times before from dominos, as well as from this same exact dominos store. Upon arrival everything looked fine, although the lighting in the area was dim, and I was famished. I ordered a stuffed cheesy bread & an 8pc mild chicken wings. My first bite was a warm middle piece of cheesy bread, and I immediately noticed an under cooked texture and taste, but continued to eat The rest of that piece. I then moved on to the chicken wings. The first one I grabbed was very Mushy and soggy, so I returned it and picked up another that felt the same way and took a bite. I immediately rejected the food and spit it out. I Took out my flashlight and got a closer look at the chicken and the bread. The chicken was not white inside but it was a soggy rotten looking brown color throughout to the bone. I picked up another piece and opened it up and saw the same thing with the same texture. It is as if this meet is under cooked or rotten or spoiled And there is no way that I will be able to eat this chicken. I then looked at the bread and noticed that the Dell on the inside was also soggy and after taking other bites begin to taste the under cooked dough. This is THE WORST experience I have ever had from Domino's and I have been eating from Domino's for over 10 years. I hope this quality control issue can be solved and I would like to be a happy customer again, but tonight the meal I was excited to eat I will no longer be able to eat or enjoy at all. Domino's Pizza order I placed

I placed a order for dilivery today 8/13/2017 I got a coupon from the website 2 medium 1 topping 16 pice parmesan and cinimon twist and a 2 letter for 19.99
Well I added the marinera sauce with my order never got here I called and asked them if they could bring it to me they said yes ..
It been hours and still no sauce my family is not happy . I don't think is fair for my family to wait on something that is not coming .I'm really upset hopefully someone does something about this problem..

Domino's Pizza pizza is consistently under-done at a specific location

At the Hudson, WI location (706 19th St, Hudson, WI 54016) we have ordered from them at least 6-10 times in the past year and nearly every single time (and we make sure to order our pizza's well done) they are ALWAYS under-done, soggy and the dough is literally like mush. We reside approximately 15 minutes away from the location, and have (in times past) had to return the pizzas only to get them done the correct way. It is our understanding (from speaking with some of the line employees there) that the owner "purposely" keeps the ovens at a lower baking temperature, in order to save on costs.

This is simply unacceptable.

We will not be going back to this location again, ever. At other stores, we have not had this issue, so the owner of this particular franchise in Hudson, WI needs to have the health department conduct an assessment of his ovens.

We will be referring this to the Department of Health for the St. Croix county to ensure this store is compliant.

We are very disappointed in the overall demeanor and attitude of the managers we have spoken to in the past as well as the owner himself, to whom I have talked to on at least two separate occasions.

Domino's Pizza pizza delivery

We arrived into Minneapolis late at night and checked into our hotel at about 1:30am. We were starving after a long flight and decided to order a pizza, and the closest Domino's is open until 3am (1113 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis). We submitted our order online (just 2 pizzas) at 2:05am and received a confirmation email. The email included the pizza tracker, which noted that our pizza was already being cooked. The delivery time said 100 minutes. I checked the tracker several times and it still said our food was being cooked. Around 2:45am, I checked it again, only this time it said that there was suddenly no order associated with my number. I tried calling the store several times and they did not answer. The pizza was never delivered. The next day (today), I called the store several times to attempt speaking with a manager, but no one ever answered the phone. I tried waiting till later in the day and tried again, but there was still no answer.

Domino's Pizza incomplete orders

Last evening I ordered from one of your franchises. And while the food was delivered in a near record time (and was exceptionally good) my order was incomplete. I immediately called the store located on Broad St. in Providence RI. The employee was very courteous and stated that the rest of our missing items would be sent out once the next driver was available. As of this email, we are yet to receive the items we paid for. Now I understand mistakes are made, it happens. But after being told that the problem would be remedied, I now feel that I was just ignored. I am one customer, but it this era of social media, one customer can very quickly multiply. I can not fault the home office, but if there is any sort of oversight on your franchise branches I believe word from your mouth would serve to be much more effective in correcting this behavior. As a loyal customer, I would prefer not to switch brand loyalty. But I will not deal with that particular store again.

Domino's Pizza service from delivery driver was horrible was rude and my order was wrong

Placed order for delivery driver called to say my buzzer wasn't working he never left his car or attempted to buzz in both my husband and myself he's to go look for him. When we found him he was very rude to me I called his store to complain about him as well as my 12 inch pan chicken bacon Alfredo had no chicken or bacon and I was told 45 50 mins for their mistake this is unacceptable $45.15 was my total if I wanted to be treated like trash I would have went to one of your competitors.

Domino's Pizza The new and improved sausage (ewww)

Hello!,

Recently, you came out with "The New and Improved" Sausage that goes on the pizza. I think it's disgusting and doesn't taste right. Something is off about it. So, now I have to order pizzas without sausage, even though it's my favorite topping, because I don't want disgusting pizza. Please go back to the old sausage. There was nothing wrong with it to begin with.

WHY DO YOU (DOMINOES PIZZA) continue to serve that disgusting sausage? Could you at least left the old recipe as an option? I am a sausage pizza lover and I cannot eat your pizza anymore until you bring back the old sausage or use something similar to Papa Johns or Pizza Hut.

You don't seem to listen to your customers, because my friends hate your sausage, my wife hates it and my kids do as well. I cannot order a pizza from you if it has sausage on it and that is usually all the time. My family and I usually get pepperoni and sausage pizzas and we used to love your old sausage recipe.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to use this sausage on your pizza needs to be fired!

Please change your sausage. I think it has a terrible taste, when you can taste it. That has always been my go to topping, and won’t be ordering from domino’s when I have to have sausage on my pizza. It is so bad that my dog even turned his nose up, and didn’t eat it.

It's absolutely god awful. Spongey and square in shape...it ruined my pizza. It is my favorite topping, but had to stop ordering. Going to Pizza Hut as well.

The new sausage has no flavor compared to the sausage it replaced and it looks similar to the ground beef making it almost impossible to distinguish one from the other. I don't like it and will be giving my business to Pizza Hut in the future.

Domino's Pizza disgusting!!

That was so disgusting and unhealthy!

I ordered a pizza from local Domino's, Charlotte, NC.
The courier’s shirt was almost fully covered in dog or cat hair. I swear there was so much hair on it!
Don’t know why he didn’t care about it and what he did before delivering the food. Moreover on the pizza I was eating I found a four inch hair obviously from someone’s head. Terrible service!

I don't recommend you to order from them... at least I will surely never do.

Blow this place off! Go to papa john's! Sent internet order... waited 30 minutes... went to store..."Sorry, we don't have the order!" Then spelled my name to 'brain dead dolt' at counter..."oh, here you are!" Not even seen by the five people behind the counter!... So... OK.. sat down..3 other groups of people were sitting there too. All had car keys in hand, no drinks... waiting... So... after 5 minutes..."a guy' comes out of a corner office, older guy... walks up to counter and asks people next to me,"are you waiting for an order?"DUH... NO, they are there enjoying the air conditioning!... So he asks..."NAME?"... guess what, he turns around and pulls their order off the hot window. they leave.. so, he asks next couple,"You too waiting for an order?"Yes they respond and he too pulls the order off the hot window and they leave. This happens again and the hot window is empty and I leave to go get gas. 20 minutes later I return and give the 'dolt' behind the counter my name. Guess what? They don't have my name!... DUH, I all but yell my name to him and, well, guess what? He finds my name and it too is under the hot window! He turns and gives me the order and then asks me..."Oh, do you want the Coke you ordered too?"... my response..."No you dolt... I want out of the store for the last time in my life!" So I get home... I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich... Should have taken a picture of it. 1/2 the bread was butter and burnt lettuce and three little, burnt pieces of... well... I will call it some kind of meat... You want hot buttered cheezy bread for a sandwich... go here... othewise...

Domino's Pizza old food being delivered with another delivery sticker on it

I placed an order for a large cheesy garlic fingers and I got a call saying they had a system malfunction just making sure I ordered I confirmed and they delivered it on time. When I got the order I went to go inside and I checked it and it felt cold and looked like it had sat under a heat lamp for some time so I told the driver and he said to call the store and they will make a new one. I called and told them and they sounded very reluctant to send the order. The fact I am a former employee shouldn't make a difference I am a paying customer I should get treated as such. A member of my family pointed out there was two delivery stickers on it. I called back to the store asking why was there a different delivery sticker under mine. It was noticeable. I was told by a member of the staff (because I worked there I know her name but I'll leave It out unless I'm asked for it). I was put on hold while she talked to the manager. I was told that they had a fake order placed and that because there was the same thing I had ordered in this apperently fake order that it would be quicker for them to send that then make a fresh one. I then asked why wasn't I asked if I was ok but I get it this aged product ad a reduced price or to wait for a fresh on. (Amongst all this I have saved th delivery sticker and you can see the time from this previous order to mine there is a 40 minute time difference if not longer.). Same employee put me on hold again to talk to the manager. When she came back on the phone she was real rude and snappy. Just cut me off and said that my food will be delivered in 15 to 20 minutes and then just hung up on me. I was going to call back and ask for the manager but had a feeling that it would do me no good cause the manager would not talk to me when I called back with such a major complaint. When I was working there this stuff would not happen. I use to be a massive fan of dominos and enjoyed the food dominos made across Canada. But after this experience I feel I may not order from it again. If this happened to Someone that use to work there would I would hate to see how many other people they have done this too. If someone from a hdifferent corporate office would like to see be delivery stickers I have saved them. Would appreciate if someone from the corporate customer service would contact me please.
