Domino's Pizza quality of pizza

The pizza was delivered and half of it was upside down with cheese sticking to the bottom of the box. The quality of the pizza was also really bad with a hair sticking out of one slice and additionally the pizza was cold by the time it arrived. I have attached a picture with this message.

I am requesting a full refund of the pizza as I was not able to even eat it in that state. The pizza was ordered on October, 10, 2017 at 7:44pm. The order number was #80035.

Domino's Pizza pizza service

I logged a complaint for my previous order and your manager Navin Patil told me that he is going to place the whole order again for me. But when I got the order, only the pizza and the choco lava cake has been delivered. When I asked the delivery boy, he said that no matter even if the manager has promised you to place the whole order, there was no problem with the garlic bread. Hence won't be able to give it for free...I never called anything for free. It's was Domino's who called me and told me that they are going to place the whole order for me again. I had requested for a refund. But I was still ok with the gesture from Domino's that they are giving me the whole order for free.
I got the following msg with the link that the whole order is been placed: Experience the "All New Domino's Pizza". Your order no is 38. Click HTTP://piza.store/di/7331397045660714.Png to check if we got your order right.
If you people cannot fullfill the promise...please don't make false promises. Instead you would have directly fiven me the refund instead of this [censor] service.

Domino's Pizza online ordering

Placed an online order at 7:56pm and was told in my email delivery time was 38-48 mins. After an hour I called the store just to be told the tracker doesn’t work and delivery time was about 2 hours. The gentleman that answered the phone was rude, unsure of what to say and didn’t even offer an apology. This is ridiculous. This is one of the reasons I quit ordering from Dominos and started using Pizza Hut. I just want to say thank you for making my final opinion of which business is better with customer service.

Domino's Pizza service

Poor Service. Unprofessional Staff and Management. Ordered food online from here. Had the wrong number in the online order. Called back once I received the email from Dominos to give the correct number. The person who answered the phone I gave her the correct number to give to the driver. That didn’t happen. An hour goes by, I check the tracker, says my food has been delivered. I called back, was put on hold for 15mins, then hung up on. Called back, spoke to the same person explained the situation and told them this order should be free. She was ghetto and wanted to argue. I asked for the manager. She got on the phone and offered a free soda and that I would have to wait another hour for my food. I told them to cancel it. If I was anyone looking to order pizza, I would avoid this place TOTALLY! This Dominos needs to go through a customer service training course and learn how to communicate with each other oh and not be ghetto but professional. I wish I could give them 5 negative stars.

Domino's Pizza service

Friday, Oct. 6th at around 6:21pm we placed an online order at the said Dominos location. After over an hour, I called to speak to a Manager, and the person that answered the phone was very, very rude! Will not give me his name or the manager's name and actually hang up on me! Also, he challenged me to go over at the store and deal with him because I was getting very upset!
My daughter called back after a while and was able to get his name. He said his name is Mark or Mike? The delivery guy said Mike.
That person should not be allowed to work with people because he cannot deal professionally with people.
Lost my appetite after all that.
Please address accordingly. Thank you.

Domino's Pizza pizza making

U will sue dominos for unsafe pizza making.safety and insurance is very important.I need every single dominos pizza to.start using gloves, no matter what for everything.Someone can have an std and a cut while making pizza and putting toppings on and give the virus to someone, I was really disgusted watching employees man pizza without gloves.it is so unsafe and STDs are real.please get on this case before something happens to a customer.

Domino's Pizza pizza order/delivery

Yesterday on 10/6 between 9-11pm, I ordered Dominos online from the Fort Green, Myrtle Ave, Brooklyn location. Within 10 mins of my order being place, a call made to my phone to let me know the delivery guy was in front. The delivery guy was not in front & was actually up the block from my apartment building waiting to meet me in his car. When I arrived back to my apartment, feeling sceptical about the time it took to delivery the pizza, I opened the pie boxes to discover that both pies were underbaked, not properly devided into 8ths & 1 pie had 1/2 a section of toppings missing. I will be honest & say that every time I order pizza from Myrtle avenue, they NEVER deliver to my door. I do not have this issue with other foods places that delivery to my door. I personally feel as if I should not be entitled to tip the delivery guy if I have to leave my apartment & walk partially up the block to meet him when there are no restrictions or anything preventing them from coming to the front of the building. This issues needs to be addressed. I am at the point where I no longer want to order from this location, especially after how my order looked yesterday. I personally feel as if this location recognized my address & decided to rush my order because I stopped tipping the delivery person once I realized that I had to walk to them to get my food.

Domino's Pizza complaint my pizzas were not as ordered!

I made a recent order and was very disappointed the pizzas I ordered were NOT as I wished! I specifically requested they pizzas have MORE SAUCE and light on the chees. I received two pizzas with MORE cheese than sauce.

They tasted rather bland and dry as pizzas go. I'd like to order more from this local Domino's in the future but I'm concerned I'm going to get the same thing ... less sauce and more cheese than I prefer. I realize the pizza chef's are working hard and do try to do their jobs well; however, I think this is a case of "Monotony" impacting the chef's. Especially on a busy night when many orders are called in.

I just wanted to mention it. More sauce means better taste; less cheese means less cholesterol and fat.

Domino's Pizza avacoins not received

So I play this app called Avakin Life and I take offers to get Avacoins but I Only had to enter my email for a chance to win a dominos gift card for 4480 avacoins and I didn't get it. I'm kind of mad about it I would really like it if you guys could do something about that? Like give me the amount of coins I was supposed to receive I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Domino's Pizza pan pizza

So I ordered a pan pizza but right away I realize the crust is thin, looks undercooked, and horribly cut. I taste a couple slices and it just didn't taste like it usually does, it tasted liked it needed to be cooked longer. So I call in and tell them so they offer another free of charge but the second one tastes undercooked but at least has thicker crust. They were chill though but waste of $10. The funny thing is I've eaten from this store before and it's never been so [censor].

Domino's Pizza order was mixed up

On Saturday 30 September 2017 my friend and I ordered 2 pizzas for take-away. We told the lady at the counter that we will be back in 20 min time because we had to go quickly to Spar as well. I ordered a Traditional Hawain pizza and my friend ordered a Epic Extravaganza pizza. To qualify for the R40 discount the lady at the counter suggest that we order instead any 2 Epic pizzas, I changed my order to a Epic Carribean (because I love pineapple on my pizza). We paid and leave to go to Spar. When we were finished at Spar, I quickly popped in a Dominos, collect our pizza and we went off to home. Only at home we realised that our order was mixed up. We received a Traditional Hawain pizza and a Epic Carribean (my friend do not like pineapple at all). We were so dissapointed and we had no time then to drove back to Domino's as we had an appointment to attend to. I know I was supposed to double checked our order and double checked the till slip but I never had any problems before with a mixed up order when we ordered from Domino's and I was in a hurry. I still do love your pizzas, best in town and I will order from you again but next time I will make sure and double check every thing before leaving the store. I just wanted to bring this incident under your attention for future mishapps.

Domino's Pizza pizzas

Our order looked like they were threw together and the toppings was very little than normal they were not very hot and our two liter coke was hot not like usual we ordered two, two topping pizzas one with Bacon and Philly steak the other was light sauce, hamburger and pepperoni with two garlic dipping sauces I love dominoes but not very happy with the last order I do hope y'all can fix this for me please

I recently ordered a med pie and garlic knots from Kissimmee store and on arrival pizza was burnt cheese melted completely garlic bites had no garlic barely I was very i satisfied the driver also forgot my soda so I had to wait 45 additionally to even start my dinner I called mgr all they did was replace knots I was very unsatified with this experience I would like refund or voucher for another meal or something

Staff and Manager has a hygiene and health problems.

On 9/29/2017 at 1:08 pm I went into the Dominos pizzeria and placed an order for stuffed cheesy bread. While waiting for my order, I witnessed the manager named Alee or Allah cough in his hand and then proceeded to make oders without washing his hands. I also witnessed a staff member using the phone to take orders and continued to make pizza without washing their hands. When I informed them that I saw them touching the food without washing their hands, the manager was very rude. I asked for a refund and was told by the manager that I could not get a refund. I did not see any signs in the pizzeria stating no refunds. The manager told me that I can buy something else but will not give me a refund. I was forced to take water bottles. There was another person, a man, who was behind me who also canceled their order because of the hygiene problem in that pizzeria. He left without taking any merchandise. This location must be investigated and the staff must be trained on health and hygiene. This was added hardships for me and my family because I had to spend additional money that I did not have to feed my family.

Domino's Pizza order for pizza

I ordered from the Hinesville, GA store on September 29th at around 1800. At 2030, I called the store to check on my order. I was told that they were waiting on a driver to deliver my pizza. I called back at 2130 to check on my order, and found out it was canceled and no one knew why. I did not want to submit another order. I called PIZZA HUT and placed my order with them. My food arrived in less than an hour. The DOMINOS store is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I guess I will stick to PIZZA HUT!

Domino's Pizza customer service and problem with order

I'm Sept 29th at 5:28 I placed an order online with my local Dominos on Athletic Blvd in Clayton, NC. I used my free pizza thru my rewards and then ordered two other items. When i placed the order it said 20 to 30 mins. After 20 mins of the status not changing on the phone i went to their place. The guy that waited on me said my order was not ready and it would be about another hour. After asking to speak to the manager Allie came and said they were like 50 pizzas behind. As you can imagine I'm upset and in can't believe what I'm hearing. I told her to cancel my order. I then called another Dominos on 70 Hwy in Clayton and they could have my order done in 15 mins. Another problem when she cancelled my order it took away my free pizza I originally had. I called back to the athletic Blvd location and talk to Will the district manager and he said he couldn't did anything about the free pizza rewards it will show up again in two days... that will do me no good now. He said he could make my pizza there but they were 120 pizzas behind! I couldn't wait til bedtime. How does someone get that far behind? I have never had a problem before but very upset and do not plan on going back after this. Felt like the people didn't care. Didn't offer to contact other location to help me and explain what happen so I could get my rewards pizza. I really hope someone will look into what happen at that location tonight so nothing happens like this again to people. I hope someone will at least care enough to reach out to me about what happen. I know I any just one customer but I was a long time customer and very disappointed in what happen.

Domino's Pizza late delivery

Ordered a 2 topping medium pizza and a 8 pc boneless chicken and 2 liter coke at 1:58pm. Received them at 3:56pm. Dominos store is 5 mins drive distance away from our business. (7836 wise ave Baltimore, MD) Pizza and chicken both cold and hard. Not even warm. Such a nice way to waste $21 and time. Is it so hard to make a single call to let us know? Or if it is going to be late, at least bring food in good condition?

Domino's Pizza pasta with merinara sauce

The whole pasta was either over cooked or it was raw it was so hard to chew I almost garbaged the whole pasta
It is very disappointing that in the process of delivering something there is one section of quality check inspite checking this is the case all together delivery took so long and what I want to eat is raw that’s hard to chew is highly disappointing

Domino's Pizza very bad service

On Tuesday, September 26, 2017, I phoned in my order at 5:35 and said I would pick it up at 6:05. I was told "no problem". When I arrived I found out the order had not even been placed. It seems a new hire was being trained and many of the orders had not been put through properly. The place was packed with angry customers. I was told it would be just a few minutes but that was not the case. I kept on asking how much longer and they kept saying just a few more minutes. I wound up waiting for over an hour, and when they finally gave me the pizza and wings, the pizza wasn't even what I ordered. Waiting for over an hour is completely wrong and horrible customer service. I have been going to this Domino's for as long as I can remember, and the service is hit and miss. Sometimes it is great and other times it is pretty bad, but this was the worst ever. This was not how I planned on spending my evening after working a long day. I hope to hear from you soon.
