Domino's Pizza outrageously slow service

I ordered last night and was told 1 to 1-1/2 hours, I agreed to this .at the 1:40 mark I called and was told they had no manager there and it sucked to be there, I asked and how is this my problem? the response was it was my problem, then I asked if me was wanting to give you my money for your service how could this be my problem, then he said well the food was ready to go out the door. I told him are you still asking that I pay for this he said no and honored it.45 minutes later the food arrived not fresh of course. I have ordered frequently from this location 1781 west 5400 south Taylorsville Utah 84129 but I most likely no longer

Domino's Pizza unsanitary workers

I ordered two pizza's yesterday, 5/3/18 and some dessert. I went to pick it up and paid the person. The person who took my money then went to make pizza, didn't wash his hands or wear gloves which is extremely unsanitary and disgusting! I told the store employees and their answer to me was "we will remake your pizza". I told them no, I want a refund which I received. This is a disgusting way to do business and I am letting everybody know never to order from Dominos because of how unsanitary they are! I haven't ordered from Dominos in over 20 years since the last incident and that was on the news and now I will never order your pizza again. I will also post this on social media so everybody will know how unsanitary your stores and workers are...shame on Dominos!

Domino's Pizza staff members

Staff members are very disrespectful and rude. They've made fun of my name on several occasions. When I ask a question they laugh about it or ignore sometimes they walk away and stand in the back chatting. Also I always get a notification that my order is ready for pick up but whenever I get into the store it takes an additional 20 minutes before my food gets ready.

Domino's Pizza pizza, sauces, cheese bread

All the cheese was stuck to the top of the Box on my pizza. I also ordered a Habanero sauce on the side along with my Habanero chicken sandwich sauce did not come. Two marinara sauces and they didn't come either. My cheesy bread was burnt as well. I have only ordered from this location a handful of times and the last 2 times were terrible. I should get what I pay for and that's all I ask.

Domino's Pizza pizza with substandard quality

We ordered a cheese pizza on 4/21/18. It was of substandard quality and not fit for human consumption. Unfortunately we ordered this for our kid in our absence and she didn't eat. We understood her decision to not eat dinner when we got home later that night to find the poor quality elastic pizza. I am not expecting a healthy meal when we order fast food but definitely not something chewy and rubbery. It tasted yuck

Domino's Pizza unsanitary pizza making

I went to pick up a pizza this past weekend, and as I went to the counter, I could see en employee in the back, making a pizza, with his bare hands. I was very disturbed at seeing this, as human hands can have a plethora of bacteria or even open wounds. I am writing this complaint in hopes that this establishment will up its hygiene standards and require its employees to wear gloves while handling and processing food.

Domino's Pizza pizza

Little or no toppings
No flavor what so ever
Pizzas were a pick up arrived at home in approximately 5 minutes
served between 5 people
Toppings were completely inatiquite for the 50% off deal
Not impressed at all what so ever
Will be shopping for better pizza or make our own
Worst pizza I ever had

PS. My 8 10 and 13 year old children were still hungry and I had to cook another meal

I ordered 3 take away pizzas and 2 garlic breads last night (1/5/18) for pick up at 6 o'clock under the name of Kate. Once I got home within 5 minutes and opened the pizzas they looked terrible. There was very little topping, you could see light through the pizza when held up to the light. The pizza also had no taste and was bland. One pizza was chicken and bacon rasher. There was virtually no chicken and very little bacon.

I am very disappointed as my 3 children were still hungry and I had to prepare another meal for them. The point of getting the pizzas was to have an easy night and not have to spend time preparing a meal.

The cost of the meal was $27.32. I would request a full refund as I will not be purchasing anymore pizzas from Domino's Swansea (Ph [protected])

Domino's Pizza there was no pizza in the box when I got home

Ordered a pizza on line April 27, 2018. Went to the store to pick up. They were very busy. The person at the front desk kept picking up the phone saying hold and slam the phone down. After about 5 minutes watching this she gives me my order. I go home to feed my hungry family and open one of the boxes and it was EMPTY. I was also missing my dressing for my bread twist. I called and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. They would come on every 4 minutes say hold and slam put me on hold. I couldn't even get a word in. Normally I wouldn't say anything but when I FINALLY was able to speak to someone they apologized and said the manger would credit me for the pizza. It's been several days and there is NO credit. I will never go back to this store. Y'all still owe me my money!

Domino's Pizza delivery driver

One of your delivery drivers needs to drive a hell of alot better, get off peoples [censored], drive the actual speed limit instead of going way over it, and not flip people off! Sorry that your driver was going really slow and we passed her then she decides to speed up and get super close to our vehicle, a few times! Then passes us and flips us the middle finger! All while having the dominos sign on top of her car! Unbelievable! She should be fired especially since she did this with the sign on top of her car! That says alot about the people that work for dominos, rude, reckless and careless drivers, and dont care if they get caught! This happened in Fridley, MN. She drives a white car with license plate 256 HKW

Domino's Pizza about the service and the manager

So on Saturday 9:56pm the 28 I went ahead and called to place a dilivery order and the manager Maria answered the phone and took my order and serval thing that we're on the menu were not available ... so I just ordered 2 medium pizza one pan with jalapeños and pepperoni and another thin chrispy light sauce with pepperoni and mushrooms... and she rushed me taking the order she got my card wrong and I repeatedly told her the number ... she informed me it would take 45 mins to get delivered and I wanted ... as the pizzas got her she got my order wrong after I told her how I wanted I called back and told me that she could give me credit for the pizza or she could redo it again but I would have to wait another 45 mins by that time it would of been midnight I found it super unfair that I paid money for my order and for her to tell me that instead of rushing my order ... worse service ever and management

Domino's Pizza customer service/food quality

Hello, normally I wouldn't take the time to even submit a complaint but this time I believe ab exception needs to be made. I ordered delivery yesterday from your Merchants dr location in Knoxville Tennessee. I was told my delivery would arrive in 30 minutes. After an hour and 10 minutes I decided to call inquire as to about how much longer it would be. Being that I worked many many years in food service I ALWAYS make sure I am nothing short of kind and patient as I am fully aware of how these things happen. What upsets me most is what ensued next. The girl on the phone had a horrible attitude to begin with. I asked her about my order and she laughed, then said "what's your address Bec you might be waiting another hour" I said "pardon me?" She repeated herself. After giving my address she said that they were waiting on the driver to return and that my food would be delivered after that. I was not pleased with her demeanor but again, I know how it can be working with the public so I didn't make a deal out of it. My food arrived 20minutes later; cold, old, hard, burnt on the edges and missing the sauces. My kids were so hungry I decided rather than call back and wait another 2 hours that we would just eat it. Im unsure if I will order from domino's at a future time but if I do I really hope my next experience isn't so terrible. Thank you for your time.

Domino's Pizza late, cold pizza

On Tuesday, April 24th, we placed an order at 5:30 for 3 pizzas to be delivered at 6:30 from the Domino's located at 7007 Burden Blvd, Pasco, WA 99301. The order arrived 15 minutes late despite the hour notice. This would have been alright had the pizzas arrived warm. The assistant manager delivered them and assured us that she would send us 3 more hot pizzas since these we're obviously subpar. We waited ALL night. The pizzas NEVER arrived.

Domino's Pizza pizza carryout

My order was placed online at about 11 pm April 22, 2018 for a medium pepperoni pizza with parmesan garlic knots and 2 garlic sauces, the website informed me that someone named ronnie had been preparing my order. Once i recieved my order right before closing i got home to find that i had a cheese pizza (made poorly) and i did not recieve the garlic sauces i ordered and paid for. I stay near the establishment but once i got home the Dominos had already closed for the night. This was my first time eating here and im very disappointed with the service i received.

Domino's Pizza pizza

Unfortunately, this will be the second time this has happened at this location. Thursday evening we ordered three medium pizza. All three pizza's looked great but once we bit into them, they were undercooked to where the dough stretched like hot cheese. The customer service was outstanding. The food unfortunately was not. We love where the business location is but I don't think we will return. We live 20 minutes from this location but are willing to travel there because of customer service. We have one that is 10 minutes away but we love the people at the other location. I hope we can resolve this so it does not happen again.

Domino's Pizza customer service representative

Hi koushal here went to dominos on wedneaday which is 18 April in Richmond town and ordered pizza at 10.29 pm one was golden corn and other was bbq chicken I got my order at 10.43 and on my table I repeat on my table der was chilly flacks, origami and ketchup was der on my table I didn't go pick it from counter nor other table beacuse the restaurant maintenance team dey have nt sealed the ketchup bottel correctly wen I pour the ketchup it completely ruined my pizza so dominos team told will replace the pizza and took the pizza at 10.45 and got back the pizza at 11.15 when I raised my voice y is the delay they r blaming me without der permission I have used the ketchup wen I again raised it was there mistake dat ketchup was on my table that person holding my pizza took my pizza inside and sent someone else and that person is coming and saying will refund ur Monday back I don't even take that money nor the pizza so wat is the solution

Domino's Pizza manager rude and store unsatisfactory

Our family ordered 2 pizza's and chicken online from Domino's on 3204 Springs Rd NE, Hickory, NC 28601. I put in the instructions to call us when they got to our gate. I usually watch the domino's tracker to see the progress of our pizza but today it wasn't working. After 40 minutes went by I seen they hadn't called and my husbands phone had just died so I called the store to see what had happened. A guy answered and I asked about the pizza and he told me the driver had already come back from the delivery and said to hold for the manager. I waited for sometime and a guy answered the phone and I said hello I have been waiting for awhile and he then hung up on me. I called the store back asking to speak with the manager and a woman answered and I told her that the last person hung up on me and she said no he didn't there wasn't anyone on the other end. So I told her about the pizza and she said I gave the wrong phone number and name. I told her that I didn't give the wrong name, now I realize looking back thru what I did I was off a digit on the number but not the name. I told her I didn't give the wrong name and she argued with me. I told her I have 5 businesses and this is not how you conduct business and again she accused me of giving the wrong name, so I asked her age as she was not listening to what I was saying. I asked that so I could communicate with her in away to which she might understand me better.She then hung up on me. I will not be ordering from Domino's again from that store as I will be concerned about the quality of the food. After dealing with such I will not as a company owner buy domino's for my family, factory, warehouse, or business functions.

Domino's Pizza online order/refund

I got charged twice on my card that i have saved into Dominos app when i payed cash in person upon delivery. I never wanted to pay card i clicked cash and paid the delivery guy come to find out i was charged twice on my card as well. I'm just curious as to why this happened and if I can get a refund. The order total was $31.44 and i was charged twice (card) so $62.88 and i also paid cash upon delivery for the $31.44 and gave him $35 letting him keep the rest.

Domino's Pizza mattapan dominos delivery

I ordered a bread bowl and brownies (order #130) for my 14 year old that came at 8pm. My 14-year-old complained that the bread bowl was dry ...I checked it, and it had no Alfredo sauce. This is tge second time I have experienced this so I called the store and was told another one was going to be sent to me. I called the store three times. I was told the manager couldn't get on the phone, and was told another one was going to be sent to me, I called back and was told they were really busy and had two drivers out, but the breas bowl would be delivered, and I called the third time and no one ever answered. I went to sleep while on hold and when I woke up at 1:24 I was still on hold! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? I was on hold for 2 hours and 34 minutes and have a screenshot of it on my phone as proof! I woke up at 1:24 still on hold with the store that was now closed STILL ON HOLD...no one ever picked up the phone!

Domino's Pizza unethical behavior and unauthorized credit card charges

I am a student in charge of organizing an end-of-the-year celebration for the club members that worked so hard throughtout the year at Coral Reef Senior High School. Our sponsor got the approval of our school administration to receive a delivery. On April 19, 2018 around 10: 40 AM I called to order the delivery (2 medium cheese and 2 medium pepperoni and used the "slice the price card"; code: 9029), that was NEVER received. I called (around 11:15 AM) the location of the store to speak with the manager, to ask what happened. Apparently it seemed the driver asked for the person whose named appeared on the credit card from which it was charged (mine) and not the sponsor. Therefore, administration of the school declined the delivery. Not my fault. I tried explaining this to the store manager and she aggressively responded, "the delivery man doesn't want to return". Additionally, I asked for her to please do me the favor of removing the charge from my card, since we clearly did NOT receive the pizza's. As customer, one can not be charged for food that was NOT received or eaten. Our sponsor tried speaking with her but she rudely kept hanging the phone. I'm complaining because it's not just that I'm charged for pizza's that were never received. As a solution I would like to request my money back. Thank you and have a good night.

Domino's Pizza wrong sauce

Everytime I order a pasta bowl with marinara I receive Alfredo sauce and it's becoming ridiculous at this point I am allergic to Alfredo and wish you guys could get it right. When I ordered this order tonight it took over an hour to receive it, and I called the store and the representative told me "it will be there eventually" and proceeded to hang up on me
