Domino's Pizza pizza

Unfortunately, this will be the second time this has happened at this location. Thursday evening we ordered three medium pizza. All three pizza's looked great but once we bit into them, they were undercooked to where the dough stretched like hot cheese. The customer service was outstanding. The food unfortunately was not. We love where the business location is but I don't think we will return. We live 20 minutes from this location but are willing to travel there because of customer service. We have one that is 10 minutes away but we love the people at the other location. I hope we can resolve this so it does not happen again.

Domino's Pizza customer service representative

Hi koushal here went to dominos on wedneaday which is 18 April in Richmond town and ordered pizza at 10.29 pm one was golden corn and other was bbq chicken I got my order at 10.43 and on my table I repeat on my table der was chilly flacks, origami and ketchup was der on my table I didn't go pick it from counter nor other table beacuse the restaurant maintenance team dey have nt sealed the ketchup bottel correctly wen I pour the ketchup it completely ruined my pizza so dominos team told will replace the pizza and took the pizza at 10.45 and got back the pizza at 11.15 when I raised my voice y is the delay they r blaming me without der permission I have used the ketchup wen I again raised it was there mistake dat ketchup was on my table that person holding my pizza took my pizza inside and sent someone else and that person is coming and saying will refund ur Monday back I don't even take that money nor the pizza so wat is the solution

Domino's Pizza manager rude and store unsatisfactory

Our family ordered 2 pizza's and chicken online from Domino's on 3204 Springs Rd NE, Hickory, NC 28601. I put in the instructions to call us when they got to our gate. I usually watch the domino's tracker to see the progress of our pizza but today it wasn't working. After 40 minutes went by I seen they hadn't called and my husbands phone had just died so I called the store to see what had happened. A guy answered and I asked about the pizza and he told me the driver had already come back from the delivery and said to hold for the manager. I waited for sometime and a guy answered the phone and I said hello I have been waiting for awhile and he then hung up on me. I called the store back asking to speak with the manager and a woman answered and I told her that the last person hung up on me and she said no he didn't there wasn't anyone on the other end. So I told her about the pizza and she said I gave the wrong phone number and name. I told her that I didn't give the wrong name, now I realize looking back thru what I did I was off a digit on the number but not the name. I told her I didn't give the wrong name and she argued with me. I told her I have 5 businesses and this is not how you conduct business and again she accused me of giving the wrong name, so I asked her age as she was not listening to what I was saying. I asked that so I could communicate with her in away to which she might understand me better.She then hung up on me. I will not be ordering from Domino's again from that store as I will be concerned about the quality of the food. After dealing with such I will not as a company owner buy domino's for my family, factory, warehouse, or business functions.

Domino's Pizza online order/refund

I got charged twice on my card that i have saved into Dominos app when i payed cash in person upon delivery. I never wanted to pay card i clicked cash and paid the delivery guy come to find out i was charged twice on my card as well. I'm just curious as to why this happened and if I can get a refund. The order total was $31.44 and i was charged twice (card) so $62.88 and i also paid cash upon delivery for the $31.44 and gave him $35 letting him keep the rest.

Domino's Pizza mattapan dominos delivery

I ordered a bread bowl and brownies (order #130) for my 14 year old that came at 8pm. My 14-year-old complained that the bread bowl was dry ...I checked it, and it had no Alfredo sauce. This is tge second time I have experienced this so I called the store and was told another one was going to be sent to me. I called the store three times. I was told the manager couldn't get on the phone, and was told another one was going to be sent to me, I called back and was told they were really busy and had two drivers out, but the breas bowl would be delivered, and I called the third time and no one ever answered. I went to sleep while on hold and when I woke up at 1:24 I was still on hold! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? I was on hold for 2 hours and 34 minutes and have a screenshot of it on my phone as proof! I woke up at 1:24 still on hold with the store that was now closed STILL ON HOLD...no one ever picked up the phone!

Domino's Pizza unethical behavior and unauthorized credit card charges

I am a student in charge of organizing an end-of-the-year celebration for the club members that worked so hard throughtout the year at Coral Reef Senior High School. Our sponsor got the approval of our school administration to receive a delivery. On April 19, 2018 around 10: 40 AM I called to order the delivery (2 medium cheese and 2 medium pepperoni and used the "slice the price card"; code: 9029), that was NEVER received. I called (around 11:15 AM) the location of the store to speak with the manager, to ask what happened. Apparently it seemed the driver asked for the person whose named appeared on the credit card from which it was charged (mine) and not the sponsor. Therefore, administration of the school declined the delivery. Not my fault. I tried explaining this to the store manager and she aggressively responded, "the delivery man doesn't want to return". Additionally, I asked for her to please do me the favor of removing the charge from my card, since we clearly did NOT receive the pizza's. As customer, one can not be charged for food that was NOT received or eaten. Our sponsor tried speaking with her but she rudely kept hanging the phone. I'm complaining because it's not just that I'm charged for pizza's that were never received. As a solution I would like to request my money back. Thank you and have a good night.

Domino's Pizza wrong sauce

Everytime I order a pasta bowl with marinara I receive Alfredo sauce and it's becoming ridiculous at this point I am allergic to Alfredo and wish you guys could get it right. When I ordered this order tonight it took over an hour to receive it, and I called the store and the representative told me "it will be there eventually" and proceeded to hang up on me

Domino's Pizza rude store manager

On Sunday, April 15th 2018, at 1:02pm, I called Dominos Pizza on Route 40, Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City to order 7 boxes of pizza. The gentleman that took my order seemed to be a rookie as it took almost 10 Minutes to place and review the order. He made so many mistakes with the toppings and the number of boxes. He told me the total amount of my order and how long it would take and I hung up. After about 40 Minutes, I remembered he didn't ask for my payment information. So at 1:49pm, I called the store back and the same gentleman picked it and said he didn't have my name on any order. He said my order had disappeared! I told him to put the manager on the phone and when she came on, she said she was trying to talk to me when I was ordering but I hung up. I responded by asking why they did not call me back because I knew they had caller ID in that store. And also asked her how I was supposed to know she was trying to talk to me. She responded by saying I was yelling to which I told her I wasn't yelling but was upset because my order should have arrived and I needed it for an event. She told me she could not talk to me and hung up! At 1:55pm, I called again and told her I did not want to continue with the issue and asked to place the order and she flatly refused, claiming I was yelling. And she hung up a second time. At 1:57pm, I called again to place the order and she told me she was going to call the police and hung up a third time. At this point, I had to call their competitor, Pizza Hut to place the order. I was shocked at such rudeness and conduct of a so-called manager. Clearly, she does not have the temperament and skills for the job. She is unfit for that position. She did not attempt to make peace even when I was clearly trying to do so.

Domino's Pizza pizza

4/11/18WdVQf6fV (west main dominos pizza725 west main farmiongton n.m. 87401) Me and my wife Timothy Mcthias and Angela Mcthias we walked into dominos pizza at about 705 p.m. for a dine in, so we ordered a large 3 topping pizza half with pine apple and ham and bacon, and the other half peperoni, sausage and mushrooms, so we waited and 30 minutes went by, so i asked where my order was and they had just put the pizza in the oven. So we got our pizza and noticed it was wrong they had forgot my sausage, so they had to remake my pizza, and this time they forgot my wife bacon on the large pizza. We did not have time to wait for another one because my daughter was getting off of work at 800p.m. That pretty much ruined our evening for dinning into Dominos.

Domino's Pizza home delivery delays

On 24 March, we ordered a pizza at 7:30 pm from the Ajose Adegun branch near V.I Shockingly, it arrived at 8:45 pm, by that time we had ordered else where. They said their customary SORRY and conveyed apology. Strangely, our home is 5 min away from this outlet.

Yesterday, we again placed an order with the same outlet, thinking it was a one-off incident and will not be repeated again. Guess what! The pizza arrived 2 hours after giving the order! :-D..funny enough, the excuse given is that staff were less. This is what Dominos Nigeria is all about. We then ordered our pizza from a lesser known brand and they delivered within 20 mins despite being less close to our home than Dominos and amazing taste.

This Ajose Adegun branch is ridiculous and useless and will spoil the international image of the brand. Pathetic!

Domino's Pizza fake promises domino's manager & customer care (poor services)

I ordered two (Cheese Burst) pizza from dominos but they delivered completely ice cold and almost no cheese, I want to complain customer care they solve complaint and Promise me Next time you order dominos give you on free Cheese Burst Pizza.Today I order to call Local Manager he says me I don't know and treat me rudely (NNhi Milge Chahe kuch b Karlo Kahi Head office call Karlo yaha ka malik Main hu) discount my call.

after I call to customer care head office she not able not help me, So Dominos make me fool and Fake Promise to Me.

Domino's Pizza pizza wings cinnamon sticks

On April 2nd 2018 I need an online order at Domino's Pizza on Illinois Street in Dallas Texas what I receive my order the pizza toppings we're stuck all to the top of the box and my pizza was slung to one side of the Box mashed my cinnamon sticks was hard and cold my wings were cold a call to complain about my order they was telling me that were closed I called at 10:30 didn't receive my order to like 12:05 pay with cash over $35 so I called to complain about order she told me there were clothes and hung up in my face I called this evening to tell them about my order and she tells me I should have called last night when I tried to explain to her that I tried to call last night and got hung up on she hangs up again

Domino's Pizza food poisoning from pizza, and bad supervisor

On Friday, March 30th, 2018 I ordered a medium pizza from dominos on St. Andrews street in Cambridge, ON. It was around 7:15pm that I placed the order. When I brought it home I noticed some problems with it- instead of pizza sauce, it had BBQ sauce, and biting in to it something just didn't seem right. I noticed a lot of toppings in it that I did not order as well. When I picked up the pizza, the supervisor was screaming at her staff and repetitively demanding something she could have done herself. She's clearly a bad leader and should not be in that position in the company. It turns out my pizza was grossly undercooked- I had horrible food poisoning from it, and even the dog wouldn't eat the leftovers yet he eats everything.

Domino's Pizza pizza service

Myself Nilesh contact # [protected], yesterday we ordered pizza from seawood (Navi Mumbai) with order # 193 & 198, while ordering clear cut instruction given that order should come together with payment mode of CC, in spite of that both order came with a gap of 15mints and no Credit card machine was available for payment and insist for cash, Which very unprofessional that such big resturant not having Credit card machine.
Also we didn't enjoy our pizza due to gap, need to take correction action and let me know about action else this matter will take with social media.

Domino's Pizza employee(s)

I ordered a pizza and went to pick it up. When I arrived an employee was making a pizza. The phone rang and the same employee making pizza answered the phone. Then instead of washing hands the employee started back making pizzas. I hope new management and employees are at the new location being built. I will not go back unless there's a change. Employees and manager need to be neat and cleaner appearance. 1st impressions go along way.

Domino's Pizza delivery

I am very disappointed in the service I have received from dominos today! I want a total refund. I ordered a pizza that was suppose to be delivered to my work place, specific instructions to leave at the security office. I am hearing impaired so therefore I did not hear my name when the pizza arrived. When called and asked dominos about why it wasn't there, the guy that delivered the pizza himself told me he left it at the security office. They did not leave it at the office, they left it on the ground outside the office! To say this is unprofessional is an understatement! I don't want to eat pizza off the ground, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't either. This complaint sounds like someone is wanting free food . This lady sounds like she is one of those type that goes around filing complaints just to get a pity party for free food, and items .

Domino's Pizza cold food and poor management

My order never came to my address and driver indicated he came but never did then he finally gets to my house with cold food he barely speaks english properly and when i called 2 times to the location manager was very rude i told her i was going to make a complaint and i need her name she instantly hung up. That was very unprofessional in her part as a manager. I worked in dominoes before and the whole management in that location (3961) 1003 bergen st newark nj 07112 was very unprofessional i spoke to three different people 2 woman and one man. The driver was also very rude and nasty. I will never again order from dominoes they are very rude and nasty.

Domino's Pizza wrong pizza delivery

Today, I placed an order medium veg farmhouse pizza Rs.385+65(extra cheez) order no 175 through mobile app with extra cheez but the order get delivered with no cheez.
Also, I called to dominos store @vasant kunj new delhi regarding the same but they refused to accept the mistake.

Now, I need refund against this order.

Domino's Pizza failure to take me off hold

I called dominos to order about 10 large pizzas for a party and I sat here on hold for 30 minutes and I had to hang up and try again and the same thing happened again. I guess you guys are consistent. By the way you just lost around 200 dollars cash because I tip well. I am very disappointed with your service and now I am about to stop eating at dominos for my parties and banquets and go to donatos they have much better service than anyone in the pizza delivery world

Complaint: Worse management and customer service ever. Weekly customer never returning after this experience. Local manager does not value her customers. I have made a lot of purchases in my time at dominoes and have always made recommendation regarding your product at Dominoes. No longer will i buy your product because of one of local managers at spring creek, Plano TX.
I made an online purchase and used my reward points for a free pizza. Also added to other coupons. After I placed the order I noticed that the coupons did not take effect on my purchase. I called the manager and she could not honor the coupons and made up excuses of why they didn't work. One was that it was an online offer. The other was because of an added sauce for the Parmesan bites. By this point I felt cheated and I cancelled my order. The manager then hung up on me without any notice. I called back regarding the refund of my rewards points and I have never been spoken to the way Lexi the manager did to me. Very unprofessional, did not care about me, did not care about the company. Answered my questions by playing stupid and was mocking me with stupid answers. She did not address my concerns. Did not listen to what I was saying. I asked for my points back and she stated that I would have to buy more pizza in order to accrue my points back. I asked if she would honor my points at the store, she would not. She wanted to charge me $11 for a med cheese hand toss pizza.
At this point i asked for her name and said her name was Lexi. And i informed her of me calling corporate and she didn't even seem to care about that. I said good bye and then hung up.

Redeeming a free pizza using your points is for pickup orders only. If your big rear end wasn't stuck to your bedroom bed in-front of your dresser television with the cheesy glue of last week's pizza, you'd be able to wobble down to street to Domino's and claim your free pizza in person. I'm terribly sorry for your potential children that must endure such a monstrous example of a parent that grazes on pizza on a weekly basis.
