Domino's Pizza bad pay for employees, managers, and gm,

This is the most ridiculous place I've ever worked at, they underpay there AMs, and GMs especially there drivers for what they deal with from whiny drivers who get stiffed out of their tips everyday almost 4 to 5 times day or night and only get a dollar for their runs and have too run almost 20 miles out of there way back and forth for little to nothing, and have drivers in worst conditions such as tornado sirens going off twice, snow storms for only 20 dollars come on guys what the heck is going on, I've been there for 8 months nothing works properly equipment wise, foods great just top heads dont care for there business just there money and dont want there business to grow losing drivers and business everyday too low pay and no tips, this store has been in business since I've moved here in 1999 and has a bad reputation with employees stealing, employees quitting due too poor and bad management, managers need more pay 7.25 an hour is not right for AMS, and $500.00 every two wk salary is wrong for GMs running a good business and keeping employees for only 5.25 an hour and no tips isn't right I know its Franchise but can't something be done too keep from being shut down due too lack there of from the TOP HEADS.

You have to add the promotion code to the pizza to get the promotional price.

$12.99 is only for the pizza, doesn't include tax or delivery. That's probably where your extra costs are coming from.

Domino's Pizza poor customer service @ store & corporate level

Below this paragraph, I decided to include the store information & the letter I sent to the Domino's Customer Care Department, prior to calling & confirming that my complaint was received. Now after speaking to a rep in the claims department, I was informed that my complaint would be forwarded to corporate executives as well as the person who oversees managerial operations. In addition, I would be reimbursed the full amount charged to my account for the inconvenience, & should receive the credit to my account in several days... well, that was over 1 week ago, & still nothing. So today I called the customer care hotline again [[protected]] to find out why I hadn't been credited my money, & the rep tells me that the initial complaint was missing detailed information regarding my credit card. With that in mind, whomever is responsible for overseeing complaints couldn't possibly be doing they're job because if so, they would have addressed the issue of missing information, & contacted me as well... After all, the website does say that a customer care rep will contact you if additional information is required. Hmm, interesting... Well, now I am going to file a complaint to NYC's 311 hotline for the store & the Better Business Bureau. Quality starts w/ good customer service & building rapport, especially when mistakes are made; I could care less about the product if I'm being cheated & mistreated.

To whom this may concern:

I spoke with the store manager, Corina, regarding an overcharge made to my debit card after placing an order online. In initial order, I applied 2 coupons to my order, and the online server confirmed my total at roughly $26; however, my receipt showed $48.83, & my bank account reflected a charge at $53.83. So not only did the store overcharge me, but the driver gave himself a $5 tip against my will. I called again on 3/9/11 to discuss the matter w/ management, where I was put on hold several times in 10+ minute increments, & then hung up on. I am very frustrated, & plan on seeking legal action if this matter is NOT resolved. Experiencing this type of service makes me NOT even want to ever purchase food from Domino's again, and I WILL publicize my complaint to NYC's 311 hotline. The attitude of the manager was awful, and though she sent a driver to deliver again at no charge, it didn't matter because I was never reimbursed to begin with. How does that work?

I ordered a pizza for my kids on 3-3-2011 store #7069
order#32 server #9397. My pizza didn't take long at all however my pizza was cold! The middle of it was doughy. It was by far the worst pizza ever! I also spoke with the young lady on the phone who said her name was Cassie, she offered me a combo, 1 large 1 topping pizza, chic wings and a bottle of soda. I asked her if the chic can come with buffalo sauce and a side of blue cheese. She said yes, not a huge deal but they came plain and with no blue cheese. But the worst was that they were gold to. I called the store and Cassie again I spoke with, I explained how I felt my food was, My kids wouldn't even it it!, she sat on the phone saying nothing, finally I started to repeat my self when finally she offered to remake the pizza which would take an hour to get us or the next time they would replace the order for free. It would have been nice if she acted like she showed a little concerned instead she acted like I was bothering her. I don't want the free pizza because frankly I wouldn't want to risk ordering another pizza to get a pizza no one wants to eat. In the pizza world there is a huge selections out there for the consumer!

I am quite disappointed in the service i recieved, the pizza was not edible, the delievery was extremely late and i was handed a pizza that was not stored in a thermal sleeve. i call to explain my complaint only to have been disrespected and hung up on. i dont know where they get their training, but in our community such as fresh meadows, this kind of behavior is frawn upon. I will make sure to be reinburst, i will call corporate headquaters, bbb, food inspector, the franchise owner, the superviors, and my bank to stop payment. i have never in my life experienced such poor customer service and disrespect as to hang up and laugh as i make my claim. rest assure this situation will not ever happen again. cold pizza is unacceptable and disrespect of someone whom is a paying customer, is unheard of, you have croseed the line. my advice to them, be sure to know whom your customers are before ever attemping to behave in such a manner, that person at the other end may very well the person to shut you that location down!

Courtney, I'm so sorry that this 1 store has made a bad impression of what the majority of us are actually like. The store owner should have gotten into contact with her supervisor. She does have one, whether it is the regional or district manager or even the franchise owner. I do have a question, did you save your receipt for the delivery? If you did, I would in actuality report the fraud to the authorities because that is unacceptable in any way shape or form. If you ever decide to visit the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan in Holland, MI please give my store a call and let us show you what real customer service is.

Domino's Pizza they cannot, and will not, deliver pizza to my house

I am located less than five miles from Domino's pizza and have been told several times -- quite rudely -- that they cannot, and will not, deliver to my house.

That although other pizza places farther from me will deliver.

Mikarany- I'm not sure if you are aware of this at all but Domino's pizza stores don't get to decide their own delivery area. Corporate Domino's based in Ann Arbor, MI has specific guidelines set up in determining how far stores are able to deliver. Current guidelines are 9 minutes in any direction this is unfortunate in your case but continuing to call back after they have told you "no" will not make them any more likely to deliver it to you.

You are rude for calling multiple times asking the same question when they tell you no. A policy is a policy and they are not based on distance.

If they are so close why don't you walk there and pick it up?

Domino's Pizza bad service

I have order at this location before but this night service sucked. I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas at my brothers home, one was burned completely. I called to let them know since I could not catch the driver Maxmum, spoke with Junior who said they will bring out another pizza in 25 minutes. Waited one hour and called to check the status, spoke with Scottie who said nothing was cooking for me, so he would put a pizza in. I explained to him again and wanted my money back at this time. I felt ignored since nothing was seemed to have been done. I was told the driver would bring my money back out to me. In the meantime, my brother ordered a pizza, me not knowing and the driver brought his, unaware of my situation. The driver called the store and Scottie told him I have to wait for the driver and he is on his way. I am very pissed off right now, due to the fact, one burned pizza that I showed the driver that brought my brothers pizza and the fact no one still has not showed up. Car is getting fixed, ready to get a ride to go up there.

I call local delivery at my area location and talk to the phone girl: she address herself as "Robin", and said can you hold with out even giving me a chance to say yes; this was very rude and improper but I over looked this because it can get very chaotic in there very quickly, well when she got back to me it was appr 6.15pm when I called and she pick up back up the phone at 6:35pm, so more or less I was on hold about 15 minutes, well when I went to place my order she was very rude and very ugly about her answers, I have order from this store since 1989 and never hold a problem like this, well I ask to speak with the manager becki which I knew because she has work there for 13+ year but come to find out she at a different store and the new manager rhonda is nice but she doesnt put the customers first, especially this robin gal, if that the kind of people she hires I will just order from Papa Johns.

Domino's Pizza kelly g

Last night I called Domino's to place an order of 3 medium pizzas for $5 each. Once I ordered I asked the price and the lady on the line said that we had to pay in cash to get the deal. Being a college student, before I hung up and made the order final, we all tried to search around to make sure we had the correct amount of cash, plus a tip, to pay for our pizza. Apparently we took to long the Domino's employee hung up the phone. Annoyed and still hungry we called back, after finding cash, and re-placed our order, giving room number and address information. We were told it would be around 45 minutes, which is the usual time of Domino's for around here. An hour later we still didn't have our pizza so I called back and was told that all of the delivery men were out around Springfield College and that we would be receiving our pizza soon. We waited another 45 minutes, to around 12:45 AM (when we ordered at 11PM) and attempted to call back. On my 3rd try of calling back after no answer, someone rudely picked up the phone saying "Sorry we're closed" and hung up. Knowing that they were not closed we used another phone to call back and got an answer from an employee. When we told them our situation and how we did not receive our pizza we were wrongly accused of being "high or under the influence." The argument that was presented by the Domino's employee to us was that they could hear "remarks about being high in the background, giggling made by everyone, and we made it difficult to place an order." Being mid-terms week, everyone was up late studying and Domino's was going to be our choice food for the night to keep us awake. Small college rooms packed with students at 11PM will usually have some laughter going on in the background, especially when we were rushing around looking for cash to pay when usually we put our order on school ID cards. I asked to speak to a manager and the employee said that her manager was sitting next to her and heard the entire thing and agreed that they are not allowed to place an order to anyone under the influence of anything. I plan on filing a complaint with the headquarters of Domino's, for this is not the first time my order has mysteriously not been delivered. Domino's needs to start changing their ways, and maybe order some employees that are more willing to work with customers. The most disrespectful part is that when I called to follow up with my order, not once, but TWICE, I was told it was coming, or that they were closed. No one would just answer and say it wasn't coming. Needless to say this is turning me away from every ordering Domino's again.

I've just had the worst experience ever with a manager Ellis Wood from Exeter branch at domino's pizza. I called in and ordered 2 pizzas with double decadance crust, the pizzas turned up with what seemed to be a regular crust so I called and confirmed what crust they had used to which they said Dominator. I advised I ordered double decadance he checked with the person who took my order and said no you didn't you ordered dominator I said I am absolutely positive I ordered double decadance, he said well I believe my staff and I said well your staff are wrong because I know what I ordered! I told him to listen back to the call but apparently they are not recorded. I said I want the pizzas I ordered and he shouted at me saying I cannot believe you are going to waste all that food, I said well if you had got the order right in the first place I wouldn't have 2! He was very aggressive and said to me that if I dare even eat one bite of the pizza I wasn't going to get my other pizzas I said don't worry I wont and he said you better not! Never experienced such shoddy customer service he was so rude! Well I certainly wont be ordering a dominos again if this is how they treat their staff!

Domino's Pizza poor service

I had checked the mail today and the only thing was a add from Domino's. I dicided to place an order but it had on line coupon so I did it through my computer. I placed it and thought right after I did not order a soda, so I called. They knew who I was since I had to put my number in the order. So i asked if I could add a Coke to the order, if not i'll go get one when my pizza is cooking. The man said that he could do that but I would have to pay cash for the soda. so he asked me 3 time what I wanted for soda after I said I would like a 2 liter of coke. I understand he wanted to make sure but a little overkill. So my pizza came fast and when the worker gave me the soda it was diet, I can not stand that stuff. Well I was told he would go back and bring me the right one, I told him if it was not really out of his way. he said he would call me to let me know what they will do about it. So they did not even bother to call me, really pissed me off about this. I see all the commercial about how they have changed and how they are about the costumer. Well I feel like they did not want to do anything for me and once they brought me my food right or wrong they had nothing left to do. I see this as being very rude. on a side note the pizza was undercooked. Really don;t think I'm going to have that food again, I payed good money for poor service and undercooked food. I should have just made food myself.

So thank you Domino's you will not have to worry about my business anymore. in short your workers have no respect for your customer. I wish instead of spending all that money on your adds you would spend it on training your workers to at least not lie to the customers.

I was called back by the manager who was very nice and told me that he was very sorry for not getting my soda and also gave me a credit for a pizza and soda. it was nice to get a call back but not sure if I will use it. With that said it did make me very happy that I was called back and told this should not have happened.

Second time in less than a week I tried to get decent hoagies. the hoagie bread was burnt and it had maybe a tsp full of mushroom sauce, little cheese. 2 pickles and no onions that I could taste. My husband and I had a very dry burnt hoagies I dont get it why is it so hard to make a decent hoagie

Domino's Pizza rejected my pizza request

I called two seperate Dominos Pizza stores, 1 being in Eustis and 1 being in Mt Dora Florida. Both stores would not sell me a Philly Cheese Steak with Pizza sauce added. "They don't put pizza sauce on that particular pizza." Not sure why but it tastes wayyy better with pizza sauce on it. I have been ordering the Philly Steak Pizza WITH pizza sauce since the pizza first came out. Since when can you not get a pizza the way you want it? The pizza already costs $17 + taxor a large and now they won't even make it the way I like it? This is sooo stupid, I still feel like I'm dreaming. Needless to say, I will not be going to Dominoes pizza anymore. Corporate stores need to GOOOO... bring back small buisness!

Domino's Pizza my order was wrong and burned

my order was 3 sandwichs. one it was the buffalo chicken second was the italian and the last was the chicken habanero and the was the sanwich it was wron they had me waiting for a long time because the had my order wrong and when i when to my hause my sandwich was burned and it was not what i wanted. they give me 2 buffalo chicken and miss the other. above all one of the guys the he was working in there he was eating in the food area while he was working and touching the food he was going to serve i think they need some body in there to supervising they costumer service .because i call back and there was no manager in there and they hang up on me 2 times and they didn't want to redo my order or give me my money back the guy just hang up on me. i hope the i hope the by this complaint the customer service change. thank you

Domino's Pizza will not honor coupons

I had purchase coupon book from local middle school, I have not had any problem using the coupon book at any of the 66 precipitating restaurants dominos is the only restaurant that dose not want to accept the coupon book. I ordered chicken wings and 2 pizza's and ask to use coupon book, the young lady stamped my card and then took my payment, I ask her for the recipt when she gave it to me I saw were I was charged for both pizza's, the young lady name sherry told me that the owner did not like for any one to use the school coupons. I told her that he should not have them put that in the coupon book if they did not want to accept them. The coupon book is called - the pickens middle school pto restaurant coupon card, dominos coupon says — dominos (Pickens only) buy any menu priced item get 1 item or equal or lesser value free.

I've ran into the same situation. Apparently, a couple of employees were skimming. I went to use a school purchased coupon (Buy 1 get 1)and was told that I couldn't. This employee wouldn't explain why. I contacted the general manager and he couldn't believe it. We ended up paying the $20 without the coupon. However, the employees entered "FREE" on the computer. So, they ended up screwing Dominos and us. Luckily, when we explained what happened the GM gave us 2 free pizzas. Be careful out there. If they refuse coupons, ask to speak to a GM. They could be trying to run a scam on you.

So, wait, the Domino's places are raining? If you're going to complain, at least have a basic understanding of your language, please. I'm not even native to the United States and I can properly state that participating stores accept the coupons, but stores that do not participate will not accept them. It's unfortunate that people like you exist to make the reset of your people look more stupid.

Domino's Pizza left out some of order

More than once we have had delivery service and when started to open the boxes the order would be wrong and somethng was usually left out. Because of this we started picking it up ourselves. Last night when we got home with our order one of the pizza's was something we did not order and one of the pizza's that we ordered was not there. We usually have ordered severalpizza's. It really causes our meal to be in an upset. If we go back for the corrections some one ends up eating alone or every one eats cold pizza. manager(ahad) is very dis-respectful to employees, he do'nt know how to talk to people, he proclaims that he is better then everyone working there with him.(ahad) and one of his employees got into a mis-understanding about a customers address, and (ahad) stataed to his employee that the customer do'nt know where he lives and that he can't tell him anything, nobody can tell him anything.he (ahad) stated to his employee that the customer dont know his own address, and that he(ahad)is better than allah and if nobody wants to listen to what he say can leave.

Domino's Pizza extremely late delivery

I would like to Complain about the Service I had on the evening of 14th February, I ordered a Pizza at 19.09, (as per Receipt) and after an hour waiting, we rang Staines Branch and asked them where our Pizza was, they had no recollection of a Pizza being ordered, so we ordered again, but this time it was 20.10, by the time the Pizza arrived in was 8.30. Although they had no order for that Pizzam the timing on the Receipt was 19.09, I know it is or was a very busy Valentines night, but to wait and hour and a half which was totally unacceptable. I think they realised their mistake and gave us measley Garlic Bread with no apology. I would like to know how you are going to rectify this mistake and make sure that when we order again from you(if ever) we will not be treated like this again!

It's Domino Pizza for goodness sake... they will always SUCK. They just launched a whole new PR scam (in the States) to get folks to start buying again, so I took the bait and bought a few pizzas last month. I also waited an hour and the pizza dough was raw on the bottom side of the pizza. I filed a claim, because the new commercials claim a refund if you're not happy with the service or food, but they never returned my call, my e-mail and I never got that refund.

Domino's Pizza not given blue cheese

i order 3 pizza and chicken kickers with blue cheese.i didnt get blue cheese i got ranch, so i called back and told the guy i wanted my blue cheese and he said he wasnt sending the guy back just for blue chhese.so i told him i didnt want the chicken kickers and wanteds my money back, he told me i would have to call back tomorrow.i asked him his name and he said he wasnt going to give it to me and he said he didnt have to give it to me.i asked for the manager on duty name and he said that she wasnt going to give me her name either.i said to him is this how you treat all your customers.at first he told me there wasnt anyway he could get ahold of the driver and when i told him the driver had a cell phone because the driver called me when he was outside thats when he said he wasnt sending the driver back just for blue cheese.i threw the kickers away because i cant eat them without the blue cheese and i would like my money back please.i cant believe i was treated like that.i spoke to the guy at 925pm.address is 59 mill pond road apt d32 [protected].i dont have a camera to show i got ranch..

I understand the opinions of both parties. They should right their mistake but I understand not sending a driver back for dressing. Though you shouldn't have thrown them away, you should have saved them to bring back, they should offer you something.

Domino's Pizza big black hair on pizza

I ordered a pizza from dominoes queen st auckland city and it had a big black hair on it.i rang them back and with alot of convincing they said they would bring me another one for free.i waited an hour and they didnt turn up so i had to ring back and when i did they said it would be 2 minutes away.so i waited another half an hour and had to ring back again.they kept acting like they didnt know what i was talking about.then another hour later i finaly got my pizza.iam not impressed, itz very unhygenic and slack, im not happy.

Not for nothing here, but you should have read the cancelation terms before you canceled the membership. It is clearly in the terms and conditions, which you did not read before you canceled. While most memberships work, like you said, until the end of the current term, not all do. I'm sure you are right that Netflix did this for the reasons you said, but I would not call it a scam. Again, if you read the terms, you wouldn't have this problem.

My wife and I both use netflix now, and we both had separate accounts in the past. In both cases when we closed our account the service did stop immediately but in both cases netflix prorated us the difference. I would verify that you did not receive your partial refund, and if you did not then I would call their customer service department and ask about it.

Domino's Pizza rudeness

the first complaint i have happened about a year ago when i was delivered cold pizza and i called the manager he told me i would get one free to replace it. I called about a week or so later and they claimed not to have any info about it and refuse to help.

So now i though i would give another try and when i called to find out what specials you have they asked if it was delivery or pick up i asked again what special and instead of answering me he insisted on pick or delivery and i had even decided if was going to order from them. i hung up very upset and set not to do buisness with them again.

you show all these comercials on how you are improving your pizza taste and quaility.

But you need to work on your personells attitude.

i chose to go with another company. and to be honest until i decided what i wanted to do i called them 3 times and each time they were patient and very kind.

The reason they ask up front for pick up or delivery is because they have specific specials for each one. For instance, at the one I go to, you can get a two topping medium pizza for $4.99 if you pick it up. If you have it delivered, it is $7.99. Big difference.

Concerning getting your next pizza for free, you should always get the manager's name and employee number so they can contact the manager and find out if such an deal was made.

Domino's Pizza rude employee/ manger

Jan 18th 2011...Called in an order carry out for a 1 lrg 1 topping pepperoni for 7.99. When i got home started eating the pizza.The crust tasted like dominos crust use to taste. (nasty and flavorless) It didnt taste like it had the garlic sauce on it. I called them and told Chris which claims to be the general mange, what the pizzz taste like. I wasnt calling for anything free just wanted to let him know how it taste and i didnt like it. This guy (chris) said i know the sauce is on there because i did it myself very rudely. I told him it didnt taste like it and i have over half a pizza left and i will bring it to him to taste it if he wanted. At this time im upset because he hade a very smart tone and pretty much told me i was lying. I asked him for his last name because i was going to write a complaint but he refuse to give it to me. So i said thats fine i dont need it i will give the store location (jefferson ave texarkana ar 71854) when i write my complaint. All he said was ok sir. Didnt even try at all to listen to my complaint. He was so unprofessional and he was suppose to be a manger. With that note i wont even eat there anymore if dominos has people like that working for them. He hade no right to get smart with me because i didnt like the taste of the pizza he made. I tried to take a picture but how can you take a picture of taste. Again, i will never buy dominos pizza again. He ruined it for me.

If you don't want any money for it why complain? Just because you don't like the sauce does not mean everyone else does. Just next time tell then not to put it on. You made a big deal over something small.

Domino's Pizza rude customer service

well, i called up for my daughter and she was asleep and needed know what time she started work that night, so i could wake her up in time for her to get ready, i called up introducing myself, but was given a rude introduction of what store, and the name of who was taking the call, i politely asked what time my daughter started and all i got in return was '5:30 until 8:30' and followed by them hanging up, i didnt even have time to thank them for doing that for me. i later found out when my daughter woke up that it was the MANAGER ! being a manager he should have known better, im so disappointed that i got spoken to like that, and his attitude and customer service needs adjusting
