Domino's Pizza delivery and customer service

On 12/2/2017 I Justin Bryant ordered pizza at dominoes store location (Domino's Pizza, 3305 W Walnut Hill Ln, Irving, TX 75038) around 8PM. This was an order for delivery, when asked "how would I like to pay for the order?" I informed the employee with credit card but I advised him that Its for my teenage kids and I would not be there to show Card (which I've done befor with the store) the employee informed me that that's okay the order will be delivered. Once the delivery driver made it he told my kids that he would not be able to give them the pizza my kids Ed mediately called me and I spoke with the delivery driver asking him why is he refusing the pizza which I've already paid for. He told me in exact words " I don't trust no damn teenagers" I was very shocked by the way he spoke to me about my kids and informed him to get away from my house. My wife and canceled our evening outing to go and confront this store on the Rudeness of their employee and also get a refund receipt. The store manager denied all what we was telling him about his driver and but did admit to telling us we would not need to be there (home) for credit card verification, he also told me that he was unable to give me a refund receipt and to call my bank to check the refund status.

Domino's Pizza large pizza and 8 piece hot wings

After 40 minutes of waiting for our delivery the driver showed up and left saying ill be right back. After calling dominos we where told that the driver had delivered the wrong pizza and a new one was being made, we where not given a discount and before our order was revived I had to leave the deleaverly location and cancel my order of wings. I hope to get something to make me want to order from dominos again because that was terrible first time service.

Domino's Pizza pizza

Ordered 7 pizzas online for a kids birthday party. Ordered one day before. Delivery scheduled for 5:45PM on 12/03/2017. It was 6:00PM and no delivery. Tried to call store multiple times and either no answer or call answered then hang up. I finally, drove to the store myself to pick up the pizza as we had all these kids in the house and nothing to feed them. Got to the store and they said they ran out of "large pizza boxes" all my large pizzas were in medium size boxes. They actually made large pizza but broke them apart to fit in the medium boxes. It looked like they just dumped 3 or 4 slices on each box. (WE HAVE PICTURES OF THE WHOLE MESS). So I Got all my pizzas in broken slices, late, I have to pick up myself and to add insult to injure was still charged the $3.99 delivery fee. Horrible experience.

Domino's Pizza delivery and bad customer service

I did an online order for $50.66 on
Dec 2, 2017 at 8:17pm from the Domino's pizza store in passaic nj on main ave..they had me waiting for my food till 11:00pm for them to say that they canceled my order cuz nobody picked the phone up when they called an that's [censor] cuz keep calling them an the female was like the driver car broke down an another driver is coming but we have to make the pizza over cuz it was out for to long so 15 mins an they will be there...so I waited 15mins and called back she said it's still in the oven a few more mins so a half hr went by an I called back an said I'm outside in front my house an nobody came or called my phone were is my food at so she said it left already but hold on the a guy come on an say it's canceled an I can't see or tell u who canceled it an the girls that u was talking to had left so I can't do nothing cuz I can't see yr order call tomorrow at 8 when the manager is here so I sent a email to cooperate an called the shift manager this moring now doing this complaint cuz that shift was just being lazy an didn't want to do there job.an that's not good customer service or satisfaction to ppl like me that's spending an this is my second problem with them...the 1st time the same thing waiting 2-3 he's just for pizza an wings an that was $30 to get it an it was so cold I really kept it an called them the next day for them to say I will think bout sending u a coupon for a discount...i never got so I don't recommend this pizza store to nobody they don't do there job an they suck at Customer service it's poor...

Domino's Pizza food, managers, delivery, and more

Last night I ordered a pizza that took an hour and a half to get to my home. The ENTIRE pizza was burned. When I called to complain the woman told me "well you asked for it well done". Seriously! I can not believe someone actually put that pizza in a box and sent it out thinking it would be ok. When we order pizza I automatically turn on the oven so when it gets here if it is not cooked correctly I can go ahead and throw it in. We usually order two pizzas, one of which is the deeper dish pizza/pan pizza. When the pizzas arrives the cheese on the pan pizza is either 1/2 cooked or a big pool of mush, almost liquid like in the center of the pizza melding with the sauce. It ends up being goop.
On one occasion I placed a complaint on dominos.com about the pizza and the manager that I just spoke to called me right back and had some very choice words for me about she just talked to me and why would I go make a complaint. I was very shocked by her behavior.
Needless to say, this goes on and on.
I only order from them cause Pizza Hut is worse

Domino's Pizza my order

I order my food approximately 3:20pm on Sunday 3rd December. Driver called approximately 4:45pm explaining the order is on the way, what nunber he will be calling from (347) number and he will be arriving shortly. I called called the store on 686 Nereid Ave Bronx, New York 10470 at 5:08pm and explained and inquire about my order and the employee by the name of "Alex"responded that they are "busy" and that is the reason the order is taking that long. I then explained to the employee that its been 2hrs and i have yet to receive my order and i would like to cancel it, the worker hanged up the phone. I called back and spoke to the manager and neither the manager or employee showed any sympathy towards the situation

Domino's Pizza unfair employment, bad hygiene, and overall customer service

I once applied to this Dominos and the manager never took the time of day to bother with it as I have applied to other pizza shops and all told me that I was a great candidate for the position. But the overall attitudal aura of the manager is unfriendly and rude Not to mention the one time I went to place an order and the smell radiating from the manager was atrocious it smelt like something died in his clothes and I don't appreciate him working with my food with facial hair.

Domino's Pizza delivery

On December 2nd at 2:04 pm I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and some chicken. I placed my order on line. At 4:30 pm the pizza had not arrived at myh residence. I called the tremont street location(it is the closest location to me so I assumed that was where the pizza was coming from) I talked to a young lady who was apparently too busy. She placed me on hold after announcing that I was calling Dominoes Pizza. She did this 4 times as she kept picking up the call announcing the location and placing me back on hold. After the 4th time she asked if she could help me. I stated that I had placed an order on line at 2:04 and it was now 4:30 and the order had not arrived. I told her that I wished to cancel the order. At this time I was placed back on hold. When she returned to the phone she announced that the order had been cancelled and slammed the phone down in my ear. I was not given a apology or explanation. The rudeness of your employee is inexcusable. I fear that unless your employees learn some common decency you will loose more than me as a customer. From the person answering the phone to the delivery person who was SUPPOSED to deliver my pizza. Customer courtesy is very much needed at this location. Thank you for your time Debra Purdy

Domino's Pizza rude management and employees

I was having problems with ordering online too get the 50 percent off. It was saying there were no deliveries too my area, and that was false so I called the store that was supposed too deliver too my are and told them what was going on they told me too order for pickup and they would change that and give me the discount because Ithe was taking me over a half and hour just to get my order in.so I did that and I called the store too make sure that everything was fine And if they gave me the discount I had very rude people tell me that I get no discount that the information they gave me was wrong that they cannot help me I have too pay full price, then they got a very very rude woman who said that she is the manager and she has hundreds of customers that order online and it was my problem i told her of all the time I wasted trying too order dinner and I wanted too talk too a manager who was above her she said there was no one above her! I told her she was a rude [censor]!and I was going too never order dominos again she didn't care.I can't beleave your company has such rude management working for your company, I went too hungry howis after all that from your company. .I used too like dominos after this experience I will tell everyone about how they don't care about there customers.

Domino's Pizza manager customer service

Hi I live in Hugo Minnesota the Domino's down the street from me has a manager that works nights this manager has an attitude with customers every time we call it's not just me it's other people I have talked to two he treats the customers like crap and has an attitude on the phone I put in a complaint the day before Thanksgiving and never heard back from you guys they had closed their tails an hour early would not let me place an order in because they would not accept cash and before I got there I was on hold for 15 minutes on the phone then they said it would be an hour for delivery and when I got there they were not busy at all that one pizza order I'm quite frankly Fed Up with the way this Domino's being run and how I'm getting treated and would like something done immediately

Domino's Pizza slow business, rube workers, and not answering their phone

I went to dominos on highway 49 in Gulfport Mississippi 39503 on December 2, 2017 two times and I was sitting in there for one hour just for them to make one pizza and they gave me the wrong one and they wouldn't give me the right one saying that I order a cheese pizza and not a pepperoni pizza. Then I went back the same day and I went to the drive through and sat there for 20 minutes and they didn't take my order they saw that I was there ( I have video of when I when to the drive through)and I tried to call them and they won't pick up the phone I called five times and they still won't pick up.

Domino's Pizza pizza

I order 2 Large, three topping Pizza's to go at the Elyria, ohio location . They should have cost 7.99 each ( So Total cost should have been 15.98 ) Had a buy one get one Midview Band booster Card . See Attached I have Dominos gift cards . But if this is not corrected . Once they are used up . We will stop buying my pizza there . And I'm sure my friends will as well . When I complained the Female Manager made a Smart remark, something like you people always want something for nothing, very upset right now with Dominos, I have just opened the boxes and yet again another mistake, the order was not as I ordered it. I am not sure what she meant by you People, I am a retired person and I have never gotten anything for nothing I worked all of my life for everything I have and I have never been so rudely treated by anyone. I guess that's what you get when you hire people that don't care about their jobs, so much for all of your advertisements. I guess I should have just purchased one for 7.99 which is not supposed to be a special, she said I couldn't use 2 specials ?

Domino's Pizza order never delivered, had to go pick up after waiting 45 mins for 20 pizzas

placed an order of 20 pizzas for a kids Christmas event, ordered placed on 12/01/2017 around 3:20 P.M. contacted around 11:12 a.m. on 12/02/19 to verify the order would arrive on time, around 11:30 call the location was told they was taking last pizza out. 11:45 still no pizza, called back got put on hold, around 11:55 I Shelby Williams called location I was on my way to the location, the person that answer the phone was very nasty, I requested discount or free pizza, I was told I could get my money back but I would not get pizza, granted We had over 50 kids with parents waiting to eat, so of course we went on and took the pizza. I am requesting that something be credit back to the card that was used to purchase the pizza.
email for this order was sent to Lisa.[protected]@honeywell.com, pizza were supposed to be delivered to 3475 N. Wesleyan Blvd Rocky Mount N.C. 27803, order was placed online with support from an employee name Pam.
this was really a stressful situation, Had the employee told us they where running behind and would be there at ___ time. we could have worked with them to try to make the best of a bad situation, But instead we were lied to, and given the run around, first we getting last ones out of oven, then we are waiting for a driver, when I arrived to the location on 1272 Independence Dr, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 they were just taking last Pizzas out of oven.
again we are requesting compensation for the very poor service.

Domino's Pizza pizza and boneless chicken

Complaint is in reference to store #3677 located on 3rd ave. In bx.

I placed an order online at 1205 pm dec 2, 2017. I think it's ridiculous that not only did I wait 1 hr and 38 min. For my food, but that it was cold. It's totally unacceptable and most importantly inconvenient! Im reheating my pizza and chicken as Im writing this review. Furthermore, I'm Totally disgusted by how a manager wasn't available to fix this problem when I called the store. Can't say I'll be ordering dominos again. To many options to settle for a franchise that still operates this way.

Domino's Pizza hold time

Been on hold for over 30 minutes. Im trying to spend $30. I have never been in hold this long. No one has even came back and said hold or anything. I like your pizza but this is ridiculous. Im gonna have to wait 30 or more minutes for pizza and everything when its all sad and done.poor customer service. Merchants location. Knoxville TN. I would appreciate it you would have talked with staff. Im not happy at all.

Domino's Pizza 3 bread bowls

I was charged for 3 bread bowls but i got 3 pans . If i knew i would've got a refund and the wait was ridiculous i had to go pick it up myself . I ordered my pizza at 8:36 PM then i called they answered told me 15 mins . 15 mins passed and hours passed at 10:37 i called again told them I'm coming to pick it up they put me on hold and never got back to me when i reached and received my pizza cashier was nasty and my food was cold and the wrong order so not only was my food cold, and late nor the right order but i paid for what i didn't have.

Domino's Pizza incorrect charges to my bank card

I ordered 1 large pizza, 1 order of 8 wings and a 2 liter of sprite, waited over an hour and called back to see if my order was being delivered. I was told by Zach that my order was deleted so I asked if my card had been charged and was told no, checked my bank account within minutes and they had taken the wrong amount 0f 27.32 (8 times) from my account and was quoted 24.24I called back and asked for the manager and was told that he could not come to the phone. So I asked for the manager name and was told Derrick and I asked for the last name and he said that he did not know it. I called my banking institution and notified them and I called the Charles County Sheriff Dept and an officer met me there. I have ordered from Domino's a many of times but was totally disappointed. I know after having my account tampered with before by another company has me worried. I was told that there was an error, but I placed the order I was asked if there was a party on my street and II may have paid for the other people pizzas I will be checking to see if my money has been returned

Domino's Pizza local store hwy. 29 lilburn, ga

I have lived in my home for 22 years and have ordered Dominos quite a bit over the years. "My" store used to be on Indian Trail Road, Lilburn, until the store near the CVS opened a couple of years ago. This has been the most horrible store ever. I ordered a thin crust extravaganza that I realized was burnt after delivery. I just let it go. Next time I ordered the same online and it was burnt. I let it go. The third time I called and asked not to burn this time, please, and the person told me he had to burn a thin crust to get it done. I then told him I just didn't want it burnt and he said I was being disrespectful to him, . How ridiculous? I refrained from ordering there and then my grandson was here over Labor Day weekend and wanted Dominos pizza. I live around the corner from the store, walking distance, and it took over 2 hours before it was delivered. The excuse was only one driver showed up. About two weeks ago, I ordered online for Pickup. I waited until the Tracker said checking for quality and then went for p/u. To my disdain people were walking in off the street and placed an order and got their product before me. Very long wait. I even asked those customers if they had called ahead or ordered online and no, they had just walked in. This is totally the worst pizza store in America! Shame on you for not checking up on the poor management of this store.

Domino's Pizza not receiving my order correctly and prior to disorder the last one was never delivered at all without notice

I ordered 2 large pizzas with three toppings. When I placed my order I said I wanted pepperoni and hamburger. When I arrived to pick up my order the pizza was very skimpy barely had any toppings at all. I took a picture of the pizza 4 proof. I spoke to the manager and complained and he told me that that's all I get. The pizza was thin as ordered so there was not very much to it at all. We had company waiting and the pizza was not enough. How they put a reasonable amount of toppings it would have been enough period prior to this past Sunday when this last piece it was ordered... We had ordered that pizza and called when we were around the corner from our house and the person that answered the phone at Domino's said that the pizza had not arrived to the house and it should be fine. We waited for a pizza for two and a half hours no one ever called no one ever arrived so we called Domino's. turns out the pizza guy had come to the house already and left. We pay for the pizza with our card. Again no one ever called and we were without dinner.

Domino's Pizza chicken wings undercooked

We waited an hour when we were told wait Tim was 30 minutes for pizza and wings. The young girl at the window was the best thing there she gave our young daughters a sucker. We drove from Rainsville for dominos we get raw wings. Unacceptable period. I hope nobody gets sick. I work in management as well at a different restaurant chicken should NOT bleed after it's done
