Domino's Pizza poor product

My family orders often from the Domino on Hyw. 59 in Mandeville, La.. The pizza is a;ways cold and orders are not filled properly. 3/13/2010 our order was cold and seemed to have been dropped before getting to our home. The service is terrible and the product is worse. There are not many fadt food delivery in this area and Dominos is very close to our home. We have spent a lot of money at the store with hopes that the next order would be better. NO SUCH LUCK! I would like to hear a response to my complaint soon.

I live in Kingaroy OLD, My family and I order Domino's at least twice a month, and roughly speeding $50-$70 each time which is a lot of money to my family. My complaint is that we had to wait over an hour for our pizzas on the 12th of April 2011 and when they Finley delivered them we had only got half the order. I had rang the Kingaroy Domino's store and a junior had picked up the phone and the Manager was standing behind her telling her what to say I was rather upset with is as i have two young children waiting for their tea as they are young they didn't under stand and were getting quite upset about not having tea at this late of night, we had finely gotten all our order witch was six pizzas and it took them over an hour to deliver them and all we got was 1.25 l of coke. We had apologist's from the driver and the junior that i was on the phone to but non from the manager, they we under staff and under organize as far as i am concern it shouldn't take this long... This is not the first time that this has happened to us the last time my family had to wait over three hours to eat just because they said that they had forgotten about as and had NO apologist's from non of the staff about this.. We always hope our next order is better.. BUT NO JUST AS BAD!

Domino's Pizza I didn't get pizza

Hi, this is bidyut I ordered pizza yesterday but I didn't get when I called there, they cheated with me and I ordered again buy one get free that also not provided me and after that I spoke with manager he told me u given wrong numbers but I gave my numbers when ordered csr pickup my call his name ganesh and I told coupon code - advo2 and my number [protected] so many times happened like this so kindly u reply me what your domino's service

Domino's Pizza put on hold for long time

I called to make an order from dominos pizza on broad street in new castle, indiana. I was put on hold for 15 minuates and no one came to phone so i hung up and called back . I was put on hold again for 7 minuates. I finally hung up and called pizza king. I understand that restraunts are buisy sometimes (I work in one) but i should not have been put on hold and ignored. It only takes a few minuates to take an order.

When your put on hold, you get put in line. If you hang up and call back, then it's basically you stepping out of line and to go stand in the back again. [censored].

Domino's Pizza not good business practice and maybe even illegal

When Dominos pizza came to our town it advertised free delivery. That was a good benefit to the customer. But for the last 3 years the Dominos here in Statesville, NC has charged $1.60 service charge for every delivery. It was added when gas started going up. We thought it was to compensate drivers for their gas costs. But the $1.60 doesn't go to the drivers it goes into the owners pocket. The drivers always got a dollar a run and didn't recieve a penny extra when the franchise added a $1.60 charge to the delivery.And to add insult to injury this franchise even started paying drivers a base pay as if they were waiters. But waiters don't have to drive there cars from house to house. Drivers already had it hard trying to keep their cars running. Now they reduce their pay to less than minimum wage and customers take away tips because their being charged that extra $1.60 for delivery. Where's the brains at there? That's not good business practice, and maybe even illegal to charge a seperate tax just to go into the owners pockets. I'm going to check with the north carolina state department of wages to find out if it's legal to charge extra for delivery if the drivers aren't getting every penny of it.!

there is a standard delivery charge for our Domino's here in ohio, we charge 1.75 for delivery, the driver gets a 1.13 of that 1.75, the rest goes towards the labor and food cost for the store. not owners pockets, we have to pay the driver minium wage, and our drivers actually get above minium wage right now plus the 1.13 on every delivery, plus tips. i was a driver for a very long time, now i'm in management, some of my drivers are making out better hourly than i am. so i can promise we (at least in ohio) make sure everyone gets a fair wage.

Domino's Pizza delivery time

i ordered a pizza from hatfield dominos pizza and took nearly 2 hours to arrive from 1 mile away from where i live. it came to my house at 12 midnight, and it was cold and needed to be reheated. I won't use the Hatfield branch anymore as i have no confidence in them so i tried to use the welwyn branch which is 3 miles away from where i live and they will not deliver to me as they say that the hatfield branch is the one i have to use. You claim to be the best pizza service and you charge premium prices for what you call quality pizzas! I consider myself to be a good customer of yours and you can check your records to prove this. but because your service on delivery is so bad, it affects the quality of your pizza so that in turn is also bad! you need to renstate 30 minutes delivery or a pound off! I'll not use you again as your let down by your staff and service

my 2 grandchildren ordered pizza from your company @ 12:42 and the pizza wasn't delivered until 2:13. when my grandchildren told me i called and spoke with the acting manager on duty; i was told that the delivery guy had to make 6 deliveries, and the my grandchildren didn't call him back. he told me he told them it would tak about 45 min. but it was almost 2 hours. to me that was uncalled for. i am in management and has been for 25 years, if i had that no caring remarks and attitude when someone was to complain about something then i would lose out on some very nice coustmors. i do not allow any of my employee's to act as he did or they can tell you, i will let them go; my coustmors come first. very dissapointed in the way it was handled.

i ordered pizza and 2 mousse cakes . these guys took one and a half hour to deliver the pizza and on top of that when they delivered the, order was incomplete as i got only one mousse cake . my house from the kidwai nagar branch, kanpur is just 6 km away and your people took one and a half hour . when i called them to ask that where is order ? your people were so rude and used a very disgusting way of talking . this thing i cannot accept from dominos pizza who say 30 mins delivery or free . i want you people to take a strict action against these guys and specially to that person spoke in okward manner to me . and reply me email me at - hb5467@gmail.com

My complaint has to do with delivery. Dominos decided last week to stop deliverying down my highway. Although they do deliver and have to drive right by my street to deliver to Tan Tara Resort.( on the highway they say they do not deliver down anymore. ) I live in a big subdivision about 1 minute off the highway so it doesn't make any sense. Now we have to drive to meet them. Needless to say, they do not get our business anymore and we order pizza for the kids 4-5 times per week. Terrible way to do business. Must be nice in this economy to not need the business or money. Osage Beach, MO 65065

Domino's Pizza rude employees

I was on the phone... With domino's.. Simply asking a question. But they kept asking for my number. I said, "can I give you my number after I ask you my question?" "uh no... I need ur number" "srsly? I cant just ask a question without giving u my number?" "no maam.. I will get the sheriff on the other line!" "ur going to call the sheriff because I wont give u my number?!?! To ask a question?" "uh yes maam" thats when I told myself ive had enuff of this guys crap and told him "f* u!" and then I hung up. I called again hoping for a different guy... Luckily I did and he let me ask my question. :) and order pizza... And I didnt have to give my name, number, and address until I was done ordering. :)
That other guy should've been fired :)

Domino's Pizza poor service

I put in an order for delivery on Feb. 6th, 2010. I had asked for wings (with ranch), breadsticks with marinara sauce, and a 2-liter of sprite. The delivery guy came and they gave me cinna-stix instead of breadtsicks...they did the same thing to me last time O ordered also...all they did was apologize over the phone, but what they should have done was gave us a complimentary pizza, wings, or breadsticks for bad service...

I went to 7091 Indian Head Hwy Bryans Road, MD [protected]
Phone: [protected] Store number: 6085 to purchase about $30 worth of pizza. It was about 40 degrees, raining and about 4:00 PM. I arrived and my pizza's were done. I handed them my credit card and because they had a food order pending in the back, it could not push my credit card through.

Ivan, the manager, told me that I needed to leave the restaurant and find some place to get cash to pay for my meal. No apology or anything. My pizzas were on the counter. I told him that I wanted his name and corporate number when I returned. I went across a highway in the rain and got the requisite funds.

When I returned, my pizzas were still on the counter (and as I later learned--cold). The manager Ivan was on the phone and pawned me off on another employee. I request the phone number of the corporate headquarters and another young man approach and stated that he was the owner. In addition to his insincere apology, he took my money and told me that he had not trained his manager to know that the food transaction was short and that my trip to the ATM in the rain was unnecessary.

The thing that really upset me was the sheer lack of concern for a customer that I witnessed. Outside of the insincere apology, no attempt was made to appreciate what I went through as a Domino's Pizza customer.

No one cared about the customer.

If this is the standard for Domino's Pizza, then I encourage all potential customers to refrain from dealing with this organization. I tried to contact their customer service department but could not find one online. Apparently the lack of concern for customers does transcend this store otherwise, registering a complaint or concern would not be as difficult.

I hope Domino's Pizza is pleased with its image.

The bulwell store has decided nt to deliver to specific area's giving no reason why.
they are willing to deliver hand outs through our post promoting their service AND delivery. Then when i ring up to order they state that they do not deliver!
I was rather stessed abut this.

I order couple of large Pizzas from dominos located at5912 N. Clark Ave in Chicago first of all the attendant seems like she doesnt wanna work besides that the delivery was 15 minutes late as per their commercial if the delivery is late you should get it free and that never happened other than that the delivery man got angry and ask me if I want it or not I am going to give Jack. And I am a regular costumer for that particular location since past 5 years so thats it from dominos from me. Go Rosatis

Domino's Pizza delivery

I have been a great customer to Dominos Pizza here in Costa Mesa, California. I give great tips and have been very patient on soooo many occassions, but today has taken the cake.

I placed an order at 10:05 am or so, so that I would be one of the first ones to receive my order. I did not receive my order until well after 11:00 am. I spoke to the owner of the location and his attitude was as if he did not care. I told him I was going to write and report this store. This is a on-going occurrence with this store. I do it on purpose to see if this is true and it is. My order as I am writing is still not here. I just canceled my order and will not do business with Dominos Pizza, or will I recommend any to do business with them.

I may order first, but my food comes last and cold. My location is on the way back to the store, so therefore, I get my food last. ITS NOT FAIR, NOR PROFESSIONAL!

I want something done about this.

I have had terrible problems with all corporate pizza companies in this area, and domino's takes the cake. I ordered a pizza and it was delivered an hour and a half later...cold. The best part is they are located a few blocks down the road, and when we called domino's to confirm our order they said it had been delivered! This was 15 minutes before we actually received the pizza. What are these corporate conglomerates doing with our money...we demand service for the ridiculous prices we are paying. I ended up going to a local pizzeria and getting great service. The bottom line is to support you local businesses and put these big corporate a-holes into their place.

i ordered a 7 inch pepperoni pizza and the man said it was under price so he canceled the order then they rang me back and said that i orderd something over £20 that i didnt order then i tried to order a pizza that was the right price which was a medium pepperoni passion and the lady said that she cant take my order because they cant trust me and i didnt even order anything over £20. i am disgraced at this! what a great way to open and i normally like domino's but i wont be going back to domino's again unless they send me a apoligie.

Domino's Pizza charged me twice

After ordering Pizza, it took 40 minutes to deliver, when the driver came he did not want to go knocking on my door, after having my kids outside waiting under the rain at night for ten minutes I called the store, a clerk named Sandra told me that the driver did not want to go because he was robbed by me!

I went outside to ask the driver and he was an old man scared because he was robbed last week at another place, no it was not me!

I called the store and the manager Sergio told me to pay him cash, and only half the price.

I did and we use the microwave to heat up a pizza that took an hour to be inside my house, .

After a while i checked my credit card statements and I found they charged me for the pizza that took an hour to get here, after I was accused of robbing the driver, after i was asked to pay cash?

That service *** and even the corporation is not helping, here is not the money, is the principal.

Please dont go to that roach infested place.

Dominos here in Bennington Vermont...Has very bad manners and has over chargered me and i caught them in the acked and they tried to explain to me why the cost was that way..i called them lairs and reported them to their main office..And all they done was send me coupons for fifteen dollars off..and they still over charged me..Dominos over charged me for 1 pizza large deepdish with 4 toppings 33.75...talk about being much huh...and charged me suppose to be 5.99 for med pizza and which came to 9.99 when order wasn't finished on their sale of 2 for 5.99 each, , , before they double charged and at the end and recharge taxes and deliverly charge and top of the order and treat me as i was stupid and i told them to shove their garbage pizza;s where the sun don't shine and i will let everyone know of my dealings with Dominos...PIZZA HUT IS THE WAY TO GO AND TASTE ALOT BETTER THAN DOMINOS..

THe store employees were incompentent and continued to lie to me each time I contacted them about my pizzas not being delivered. Domino's Pizza online order

On Wednesday, December 30, 2009, I place an order online around 10pm. The reason why I place the order online was because that was the only way I was able to redeem my coupon. Upon placing the order, I was informed that it would be ready in twenty minutes. According to the hours of operation posted online, this location was not scheduled to close until 11pm. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the open sign had been turned off and the door was locked. In my attempt to gain entrance the employee on duty said that she could not assist me. Returning to my car, I called the location to discuss my order made online. I was informed that they shut there computers down at 10pm. Thus, no order was received at that time. I inquired about why I was not informed that I would not be receiving the order place tonight. She told me that I would have to go online to find out why I made a blank trip to this location. This leaves me with travel expenses and no food to compensate my hunger.

If the location is supposed to be closed @ 11pm as it stated then they should still be opened. The area director is going to love you for sure.

I was let go from the company which I can't state but if you ordered online then it should have been made for sure. The stores that I worked at we would stay open till 11pm and sometimes later depending on how the shift went.

My advice would be to call Dominos or even email them telling them of the horrible excuse that they pulled and you will get free stuff.

Some franchisees will send you a certain amt of coupons for the cost of what it was.

I hope this helps.

This is the second time we are disappointed with Domino's Pizza. about a month ago we ordered online an extra large pizza but they delivered a large one which could not feed either us or the people we had over. We did call to find out what the reason was but we were told that they did not offer that style in extra large and it was a mistake in their online...

Domino's Pizza change of pizza to garlic and butter, not telling customer

Ordered pizza but garlic and butter were added to pizza, no indication from order taker. Called back and wanted to know if I could come back and get another, I am not going back for it! I emailed customer service and they say talk to store, not me, that is poor customer service and they should have given me a coupon or something. I will Be shopping at PAPA Johns now! Domino's Pizza poor food quality

I decided to take a try at Dominos since the Pizza Hut I normally order from ETA for delivery was more than 75 minutes out! What a mistake! I should have waited and known better! I ordered the mac n cheese bread bowl and chesse sticks. Upon arrival, the delivery person was pleasant. Kudos. However, when I opened the box for the mac n cheese bread bowl, evidently, they either slopped the bowl together or it spilled in transit?! It was a mess! The bread bowl itself was under baked and doughy so eating the mac n cheese meant eating dough! Gross! It was also cold! Cold, messy, doughy mac n cheese on a chilly fall day in Oregon, whoo hoo! On the upside, at least the breadsticks where good!

P.S. As I was writing this, the manager called me about the experience, as I left a my feedback re: my order. They offered to remake my bread bowl and send another out my way?! NO THANKS! I used to work in the industry and only the man upstairs knows what they would do to my order this time :) At least they took they opportunity to address the issue and attempt to make it right?! A refund I would have gladly accepted but that wasnt even an option, appartenly?!

Her/his logic made no sense in my opinion. Why didn't I just make the steak, pizza, or seafood and bring it to "work"?! I was going to be snide but decided not too...

In the process of moving and prepping for a birthday for my soon to be 4 yr old?! Simply put, I did not feel like making mac n cheese?! Live and learn, you know. That still is no excuse for poor quality of food. It wasn't even edible for a dog, if I had one?!
