Domino's Pizza dominos delivery person

I never had any problem with dominos but the ppl they have hierd as delivery had been rude and disrespecting . this will be the last time ordering at domins pizza. If they dont like the job they should not work there. I have been a customer for the past 3 years and the employees that they have hierd have been more rude then ever. The delivery have been over two hours late and their explanations dont make any sence.

Domino's Pizza 3 pizzas

I wanted to show my work team how much I appreciate them by ordering 3 large pizzas from dominoes. When I received the pizzas and we all sat down to have lunch it was not the pepperoni pizzas I ordered it was pepperoni BBQ pizza. I am so upset and disappointed. No one would eat the pizza because it didn't taste right. I was so embarrassed. It was a huge waste of money and 3 large pizzas are not cheap.

Domino's Pizza my order

Wow I ordered a med pizza (@9:08pm) philly cheese steak and wings that were requested to be ran thru cooker twice... I was told it would be ready 15 to 20 min I leave to get my food get to dominos in Scottsbluff nebraska as the look for my wings I was then told my wings were being ran thru cooker a 2nd time... I was told to pull forward and they would bring it out to me in 5 min... I pull forward and wait at 9:51pm I go to the window and request my money back the guy tried to give me a gift card and a fee meal for next time! Why would I go back after waiting for nearly a hr for my food? The guy grabs my card voids out the transaction... not only did I waste my gas and a ur waiting for 1 med pizza and a 8 PC. Wing I left that place without food and he slammed the window in my face I went to burger king and spent my money and recv my food completely at loss for words I have never been so disrespected by dominos nore did I ever have to spend a hr waiting for my pizza and end up not even leaving with it this is unexpectable the way I was treated tonight and the way the situation was handled.

Domino's Pizza delivery

Good evening sir/mam,

My sister dropped her 3 kids came over and the food she gave me ran out by the time she came back which was 2 days later. They requested pizza and i told them that there is a local dominos nearby. I ordered 2 pizzas and 16 wings. 1 pizza with extra cheese and one with pepperoni. When i recieved my order the 2 pizzas were great but i only recieved 8 wings and 16 garlic knots. I would have just ate the garlic knots aswell but im lactose and tolerant which is why i got the wings for myself. I am a bodybuilder so this was a cheat day for me. I thought the wings would have been lower carb. The garlic knots
have dairy which makes me sick. I called back twice about this immediately after i recieved my order( about 5 mins). I spoke to a few people and the manager but i dont know if they hung up or if they lost connection. The next time i called back they said there is nothing they can do. I told them i would contact dominos corporate and they repeated that there is nothing they can do. Im not sure what to do next but i feel like i have been cheated and will take the next step that is available. Please help, thank you.

Domino's Pizza customer service

I ordered two large pizzas. The gentleman with an Indian accent asked for my phone number and address. I gave him. He said someone had just called and ordered two pizzas from the same number but with a different address. I told him that was my number. I told him he could even call the number to verify what I was saying, he said nothing. He took my order and I waited almost an hour and a half, then I called back. I got a lady who told me that the order was sent out. I said thank you. I waited another half an hour then called back, and got a third person. She asked for my number then told me to hold on. She came back to say that the pizza was delivered and someone from the address said that they didn't order any pizzas. I told her that no one came. She then proceeded to tell me the address they were sent to. I told her that that was not my address. She then asked for my address, I told her it was ok. I wasn't willing to wait another hour. The most important aspect of any business is customer service. It matters not how business is good, but how satisfied every customer is. It's one less customer for your business. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Domino's Pizza pizza

I am writing in regards to an order that my husband and myself got at the Rockland, Maine Domino's. We were visiting our friends and wanted to treat them to pizza and decided buying yours, because we have had your pizza before and never had a bad pizza. We spend $60.00 and was very dissapointed with the order. We got 3 large thin crust pizza with different toppings and we also asked for extra cheese and got charged for that. We didnt get extra cheese, it honestly didnt have much at all and I have gotten thin pizzas, but these were so thin they were really dry. We wouldn't have minded spending that money but we didnt get what we wanted.

Domino's Pizza poorest customer service i've ever received!

Last night at 10:20 PM, I used my mobile order app to order two orders of chicken wings and cookie bar. The app indicated the order would be delivered in 20 minutes. I watched my Domino's tracker; it wasn't progressing. At 11:15, 55 minutes after ordering (Store at 605 A1A Beach Blvd #421 St. Augustine, FL 32080) I called the store. Was placed on an extended hold for over 5 minutes then hung up on. I called back. Was placed on another 5 minute hold. Spoke to the person asking about the status of my order (which Tracker indicated had been delivered). The woman I spoke with had a terrible attitude. She told me, "I told you we are very busy and your order is already out for delivery." I explained that if I had known it would take well over an hour, I wouldn't have ordered. She said, "Are you serious?(sarcastically), and said (again), "I told you we are busy" and then she hung up the phone on me. About 10 minutes later (1 hour and 20 minutes or so after ordering) my order was received. The wings were cold and soggy. I am extremely disappointed in my experience. I feel my money should be refunded and the person on the phone should get some type of customer training. I won't be ordering from Dominos ever again.

Domino's Pizza inside store

I went to Domino's here in Plainview, Tx. I ordered, paid and waited inside while my pizza was being made. First thing I noticed off the bat is that not one employee had any gloves on at all. So I sat there and watched as he made my pizza. No gloves as he touched all the toppings. He then wiped his hands on his pants, touched the tip of his hat then stuck his hands in the box of dough. I asked one girl "Do you guys not wear gloves when making the pizza?". She said we constantly wash our hands. Which is not true because then she answered the phone and took an order. After she was done she went to make the pizza. She did not wash her hands like she said. She had germs from the phone and the computer screen. That is gross and unsanitary. Please resolve this issue

Domino's Pizza ordering

I tried to order from online and via phone call for 2.5 hours constantly and was not able to get an answer, from 10pm-12am. The store advertised 1am closing time. I am very disappointed. I called repeatedly and was sent to hold and repeatedly tried to order online with 2 different credit cards. My order was repeatedly not accepted or not answered on the phone. Never have I been so frustrated within dominoes pizza.

Domino's Pizza treatment by management - domino's store 7843

Delivery Time - Approximately 7:30 PM

I have not really been a fan of Dominos for some time. However, with the recent changes in quality and advertising, I decided to give it another try. The on-line ordering process is easy, the pizzas got delivered on time, they were fresh, and tasted delicious. The only problem is that I didn't receive what I ordered. I called the store to explain the situation to the manager. I explained to her that I clearly remember ordering two thin crust pizzas with regular cheese, regular sauce, and several vegetables. What I received was two thin crust pizzas with extra cheese. Her only response was that I must have made a mistake and I should have read the confirmation email more clearly. I explained from several different perspective how I felt that the on-line ordering process was great. I felt confidant that I ordered correctly so did not feel inclined to double check the confirmation email. Her only response to my complaint was that I should have read my confirmation email. After she responded with that same response several times, she finally told me that I can repurchase the pizzas at my owe expense if I wasn't satisfied with what I received. As if I needed that guidance. As she repeatedly told me this, I could hear the smile on her face as if she was gloating to those around her...

I do recall something that could have caused the issue. At the end of my on-line ordering experience when I was inputting my credit card information, my computer offered an autofill option for the card that I was using. After about four failed attempts, I realized that the autofill had the wrong expiration date (recently got a new card). I corrected the expiration date and the order submitted. Possibly the system reset my pizzas during that process.

Regardless if this was my mistake or not, I was dissatisfied with what I received and a decent manager would have replaced my pizzas with what I intended to order. I explained that I would not eat the pizzas while we waited for our replacements if she felt that I was trying to manipulate the system, but her only only response was the very immature, arrogant, disrespectful statement that it was my fault and I can just buy them again. Her behavior is unacceptable by a manager at any establishment at any level.

We did end up eating the cheese pizzas and they tasted great. However, the way I was treated turned me off, possibly for life. Not worth a $30 correction in my opinion.

Desirable Resolution: We need the same order for free from the same Dominos.

Domino's Pizza never got the pizza

I ordered a pizza at 3:20pm from domino's pizza at Boston road, Bronx 10466 and this is the time I called the store and the lady that picked up prefered to cancel the order because she didnt have excuses to use for me even they said that « jamal » (the delivery guy) wasnt there and that he left the store at 4:30pm with my ordered but I never got it

Domino's Pizza food are not delivered

I ordered a pizza and chicken sandwich last night on iPhone app. They told me my estimate time my food will be ready. They still haven't delivered my order and I paid online check out! So freaking beyond pissed! I ordered my food two hr ago before store closing. I called to see what's up with my Order they didn't pick up phone. I've been a loyal customer to dominos and you called this excellence customer service. False advertising! I wanted my money back! Updated: I received my order late. The delivery guy arrived with rude attitude.

Domino's Pizza pizza delivered.

In 6/29/18 I ordered 2 pizzas and 2liter sprite. First I waited over 1hour and 15 min for delivery. I called the store and they said the power went out and I should receive my order within the hour. I did. But one of my pizzas looked horrible. The pizza was in bad shape. Not like the other and my past orders. I have pictures if needed. My name is Cynt Ann, [protected]. Domino's Pizza an order, as well as, poor management!

I placed an online order, for, a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza! I have do so numerous times. It does not, come, with Pork. Which, is something I am allergic to! I did not, add the pork. I called your store, and was told, that, is, how the pizza comes! Even if, that were true, I customized my toppings, and none of them, we're, Pork! Go through my profile, you will not, see, one, single Pork order. I am nauseous fifteen minutes into this issue! Since when, do you and your affiliates, not take responsibility, for your mistakes! I have to deal with a day or two of sickness, and I am told, well, that's just too bad! Your company is usually, far better at customer service, than this. I wanted to at least, bring this horrendous service, to your attention. Before, I went and said, or posted, anything on my experience. I sincerely hope, your office, is a little more concerned, about company mistakes, than this store, apparently, is! I am highly upset, and was, already, by discovering hidden Pepperoni under my cheese! The employee actions, only intensified, this horrendous, experience! I am saddened to know, that this, is how you treat customers, especially, us older ones! In all my years of purchases, I have never, encountered, such lack of empathy, and, accountability! Domino's Pizza delivery

I ordered a pizza and BBQ Bacon chicken my delivery tracker said that my food had left 29 min prior. It only takes approx 10 from the store to my home I called the store and they informed me that he was at my home and no one answered the door I informed them that my door has been open and porch light was on and I was sitting in my chair 5 foot away from the door on my laptop and no one came to my door. Then she said that they tried to call and no one answered. I told her that my phone didn't ring then she said well he is a new driver and doesn't know the area and was lost She said she was going to give me his cell number and I could call him. I told her that I was not going to call their employees that they need to do that she said she would and they would call me back I waited 15 min and nothing no call from anyone So I called back and told them to cancel the order that I would just make something to eat. She said well he just left the store with your food "what's the point he is just going to get lost again" why lie to me not once but 3 times and almost an hour later? Don't they have GPS? Or a cell phone? Maybe he should download "maps or better yet WAZE" I live in a popular dominos delivering community I see their cars driving through a minimum of 3-5 times a day and if he didn't know the exact location why didn't he ask someone before he left the store or call another delivery driver? This is Ridiculous I can't believe such poor service and now they are starting this new delivery to a "hot spot" location I hope this guy doesn't get any of those deliveries because the customers will NEVER get their food! Does someone that matters read this or is it just a site for me to vent and nothing gets done?

Domino's Pizza food

I ordered a pizza. Bbq bacon Chicken piece with ranch. And an posta bowl. My order came. No ranch. My grandmother is very pick. She orders and pay for what she wants and expect that. Called and told them I just done a whole nother order since you all messed up my 1st order. Still have the product not one piece touched. Since your on ur way back here anyways can you re-do that BBQ chicken and make sure ranch is in it and I'll switch it out to you once u get here. I was told no. There not redoing the chicken because of an ranch Sause. Wely grandmother only eats chicken with ranch. It will be cold waiting on an ranch packet so just redo it. Again I was denied. I spent over 45$. Been an loyal customer for an couple years and was treated wrong. I really feel some type of way about this like my money isn't good. It wasn't an problem when they were collecting myoney so why one when you made an mistake.? I even ordered again to show my dedication to Domino's as an member and still got miss treated by the manager Ashley on Lanes Ave branch. Jacksonville Fl

Domino's Pizza delivery man

When I ordered through the mobile app i accidentally put the wrong phone number down so I called the store and the person who answered said no problem its fixed! The issue wasn't that, the issue was the delivery driver who paid no mind to the note or whatever was given to him about the change in number. When he arrived he started beeping his horn angrily & proceeded to question me on why I didn't answer my phone with the worst attitude I've ever received from a driver. (I was waiting outside because the app said he was on his way). He didn't get out of his car and he tried to make me sign a receipt that wasn't mine. I always order from the company and I've never had a problem but the way he acted towards me was unacceptable as customer service.

Domino's Pizza the pizza

Simple order medium pizza.. Pepperoni.. Ham and onions with extra cheese... We get a fully cooked pepperoni pizza... With raw toppings thrown on a sitting there already cooked pizza... How pathetic can you possibly be to even dare serve annold pizza with raw toppings... I have a photo of the mess below... Notice the extra cheese that is non existant.. And that a couple slices under all that raw stuff dont even have cheese on them at all... Would have been better off going to the grocery store grabbing some 79 cent frozen piece of junk and ate it frozen... A little kids easy bake oven makes a better pizza than this place.. And sad for them the photo proves it

Domino's Pizza delivery

My brother have recently ordered a delivery to our house but apparently who ever sent this stupid delivery person with our pizza made a terrible choice. I was told to find the person with the pizza at Village Barn and then get told shes not there and that she can't even use a GPS. I wasted my time. Get yourself better delivery employees that actually knows how to navigate with a GPS.
