Domino's Pizza delivery driver

August 4 2017 @ 11:45 p.m. one of your delivery drivers hit me with his car in my driveway after having and arugment with a friend of mine about a delivery charge that was already added into the credit card payment. The driver said we owed him another $3.40. as I was walking out to the Driveway to give him the money he snatched the food back and was pulling out of the driveway, processed to drive off, and struck me with his car and speed off.

Domino's Pizza employee

John- At Dominos in West Point, MS dominos was EXTREMELY rude when taking my order. He had no patience, kept placing me on hold, was not listening to me, ended up hanging upnone time, I had to call from a landline and place my order with a different employee. Overall worse employee I've ever dealt with at dominos. I hope my food is delivered within harm because I am expecting and trying my best to trust public restaurants

Domino's Pizza location refused to help me

On August 2, 2017 I was hit by a car that fled the scene. I was struck on Wheatland Road, east of the store about 2 miles away from STORE #6973. I do not have a phone so I was unable to call for help. This all occurred about 11pm that night. My legs we understandably shaken and I was in pain needless to say. I looked up the street and noticed
Domino's had its light on so Ill go there and get some help or at lease help me contact a police officer. I approached the Door where there was a young man on the phone and the outside doors was locked. I've worked fast food and totally understand that during the closing process you lock all doors and never open them. Yes understandably i was physically disheveled and looked out of normal character. I admit I'm sure the young man was just following company policy and i'm in no way going to complain about that. Its company policy that keeps those workers safe. I completely agree and understand. I knocked on the window and got his attention. I did the best i could to explain to him i needed help but he just waved me on and would no longer even look up at me. My problem is i pick up so many pizzas at that location and then when in a time that i needed some help i felt turned away. I't makes me wonder if customer and corporate relationships no longer mean anything outside the exchange of cash? I am okay. Iv'e got a little hitch in my get-a-long that's all. I'm not asking for anything and this doesn't have to be replied too.

Domino's Pizza quality

We have always ordered from the dominos near us for about two years now. We used a coupon and order pizza, wings, pasta, and also a sandwich. I was iffy about ordering from them again because the past three times we ordered our food was burnt and poorly made. This time we had only recieved our pizza and pasta and i was still charged 31 dollars. My husband called the store and aparentl/ our driver forgot our other food. I am very dissapointed in this dominos for now and i will most likely drive to another one further away.

Domino's Pizza pizza

I just order pizza for my tonight, pizza is mess up no cheese inside pizza . I call store, guy Andy who manager that in charge hang phone up in my face, said Store manager put in computer that if I call or make delivery to my house don't re make pizza again, who going on here I am paying consumer that not way you treat customer . This guy need to band for store, you have manager like that hanging up phone in a customer face that not acceptable. I want refund back 28. 32 ! Store Manager that work there in tall fat Hispanic a guy with a big head he talk to customers very ruled and he always don't wash his hand . Cross- contamination.

Domino's Pizza poor customer service. rude management.

Ordered a pizza online. $7.99 large pizza 3 toppings
Sent my partner to pick it up. He comes back with the wrong pizza they made him pay $13 for?!? (I didn't know he paid 13 until after he left to pick up the other pizza)
I call to have the right order created so he can pick it up and they elk me he was refunded already?! And had the nerve to argue with me saying he paid with card.
I was put on hold 3 times after asking to speak to a manager.
After numerous times of explaining we paid cash and I want this handled and I'd still like to speak to a manager she says she is the only manager on duty. So this whole time I was already talking to the manager. A manager that called me a liar and argued with me.
She said she would re make the pizza and refund him the $7.99 plus tax.
I call my partner and he told me he paid $13! And she didn't give him a receipt.
I plan to call corporate if she doesn't give him back the $13. But really nice should just do it anyway with this horrible of customer service.

My replacement pizza is cold...and the manager didn't even help she made a worker do it while she stood back looking pissed.

Domino's Pizza dominos in seymour

if you know a driver is going to be on a double, don't cook my food yet. also, now my pizza will be sitting under a warmer for over an hour. I was looking forward to fresh pizza out of the oven. But now, that's not what I'm getting. when I placed my order it said 25 to 35 minutes. You informed me with the wrong information. And now, because you informed me wrong I'm waiting 2 hours for my pizza. And it's not even going to be fresh! If I wanted warmed up pizza I would have just heated up a pizza in the microwave out of my freezer and now paid almost $20.00. I am a regular customer and this is not fair. I placed my order at 1:00pm it was done at 1:31pm and it's 2:30 pm and I still have no pizza. Thankyou dominos for being dishonest about your time wait. I now get WARMED UP pizza. Not fresh. Yummy! Just what I wanted. Not. I mean seriously, who wants warmed up pizza?

Domino's Pizza i'm complaining about [censor] service

Ordered are delivery and hour and half ago, give the dominos in Hoffman Estates il a call ro see where are order was at just to find out that they cancled it on us and continued trying to convince us that they called us to say that they could not deliver are order, they had no proof of the person that so call called us and left a voice mail, there is no voice mail or missed phone call, they wouldnt even look if they had called the right number, i have a crew of 5 guys starving on the site and already took a break with no food, very unhappy and displeased with the company location, im not one to complain but when your manager is rude and cant back up there story makes me not want to go back

Domino's Pizza rude customer service

Hi. My last name is khan. Few minutes ago i ordered online 2 pizzas at 2602 Columbia Pike Arlington, VA, 22204 When i went store to pick up it. One of the guy he harras me. Most provably he is the manager there. As when i ask for the manager he said he the one. His name humayun and last name khan. He told me why my name is khan and tell me to change my name and i said why. He keep saying change your name. You can not have this name then when i said why u talking like this he tell other crew take the money from the guy and get out the [censor] out of here! I am shocked with his behaivour. I want to complain about this guy to domions head quater. Plz let me know how can i do that. I am paying money for the pizzas . Its not free . How he can behave like this

Domino's Pizza manager assistance on credit giving by gm

I am tremendously dissatisfied with the manager Cherisa at 1202 Delaware Street in New Castle, De 19720. I advised that the GM Nay Nay had given me a $20 credit due to a very unprofessional experience I had with the company. I provided the telephone number and was advised that there was nothing notated on my account. When asked to speak with upper management I was advised that she could not give out any contact information to corporate or anyone else. I have chosen to lodge my complaint here and I hope it will be dealt with accordingly.

Domino's Pizza manager at local domino's

Hi, my name is Lauren Turpin and I called dominos in Harriman, TN prior to placing my order to make sure they still delivered to my residence due to them making changes to routes. I was told by the young lady over the phone, yes they do deliver to my address, this was after she confirmed with her manager Kristen Matthews. I called them back within 15 minutes to place by order. Which was over $35. She ran by debit card which was approved and told me to expect pizza within 52 minutes. Within 1 minute from hanging up, she called me back to advise me they will not deliver to my address. Mind you, I called prior to placing order and my debit card funds were approved. So when I ask her when my funds would be released she advised me 24-28 hours. This was not acceptable because this was dinner and leftovers would be lunch for my family tonight and tomorrow. I ask if anything can be done. She told me no. I ask to speak with manager & she hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again. Finally was able to speak with manager, Kristen Matthews and was informed it was her first day at this store that her supervisor sent her there and she wasn't fimilar with area but I called before my card was approved to make sure was advised yes by manager. So my funds are held up for 24-48 hours and she would not send a driver to my address due to her error. She had no sympathy or empathy and I have no more money to feed my family dinner tonight due to funds being on hold. She was extremely rude and I was hung up on by her prior to telling the full story. But I finally got to tell her story and she never offered to do anything to make it right. How am I supposed to feed my family dinner tonight with my funds being tied up? It was a very bad experience to say at the least. She provided me with her supervisor name & number that sent her to this location. I tried calling her but no answers left message and still no return call. I've called a customer service number I found on Google also. Wanted to try every avenue to reach the appropriate person who can rectify this situation. Can you please assist me? Domino's Pizza service complaint

I call to make an order they put me on hold for more thnan 25 minutes. After no answer I went to the restaurant to order in person nobody was in the front I wait until someone came from outside, he ask me what I like to order, but i was sad for the long waiting over the phone so I told him and he just said "o, oh ok what you like to order" he acting like he don't care with a sarcastic smile on his face, that make mad so I ask to talk with the manager but she just turn and told me I will be with you an a moment and let me wait for about 20 minutes.I am so so mad I hope you take care of it.

Domino's Pizza service, not receiving what I ordered

On 7/28/17 I ordered food from your location. I ordered 3 pizzas, a large deluxe, a 14' thin crust with pepperoni and mushroom, and a 14' pepperoni, I also ordered Choc Lava Crunch Cake.
Here is what I got:
A large veggie pizza
a 14' pineapple and ham pizza
a 14' thin crust with sausage and bacon
also NO Choc Lava Crunch Cake

I did not check them until I got back to the house and as soon as I found out what they were I called back to the store thinking it was an order mix up. The explained the issue to the person that answered the phone but they were extremely rude, first by laughing, to which I said this is not funny I live 30 minutes away. Then when I asked about bringing the products back he said that they didn't do that.
I would like to know what is going to be done about this?
I spent about $50 on that order which was never eaten and some that I didn't receive.
I would like to request a refund for this issue.

Domino's Pizza lies

I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery and after an hour i called back why it was taking so long...The guy the answers the call 1st didn't recall my order then he finds it but according to him cant deliver it because its too cold they must re-do it again.. I told the representative cold was fine and they didn't have it ready they completely forgot about it. He said he would deliver the new one in 30 min that would of been by 10:30 pm...ordered was placed at 8:45pm and paid upfront. I called to cancel order since my two younger siblings were up late waiting for the pizza to arrive. I felt so disappointed because they fell asleep waiting for the pizza.

Domino's Pizza rocky mount va location

I ordered delivery on 7/31/2017 around 930 pm my food took 40 mins to get to me from leaving the store via the tracker. They said only 1 driver since 4pm which is fine but we're very rude not the driver the workers JR was manager. Driver finally arrived forgot dipping sauce when I called back said they couldn't sent it till after close almost 2 hours later. Pizza was also horrible look like a kid made it all cheese and toppings in middle no sauce or cheese or topping on outer 2 inches or so of Pizza my lava cakes were smashed and no fork and cold. Bread bites were good but no sauce. JR refused to give me the owners contact info as the GM Steven is useless I know him and he would have done nothing. They won't even hire drivers even if qualified. Just because they are mid 40s hence only having 1 driver since 4pm. I myself am a pizza driver but not for them and this is why. I have worked for them there service is horrible and they treat there employees badly and don't pay enough bad service means bad tips. I'm not sure if I'll order again from them only reason I do is cause I like pib lava cakes and bread bites. And after 5 years of my job I'm not big on our food not for quality just cause I see and smell it everyday. Please do something the old owner was a good guy idk who owns it now but they obviously aren't doing there job.

Domino's Pizza personal complaint

I went into the dominos at 3168 2nd Division Drive, Ft Lewis, WA, 98433 and ordered the stuffed cheese bread. The shift manager, Mercy Sherbourne was the only one there. When I received my food I saw she had spit on it. I asked to make a complaint and she sarcasticly said "alright sir one minute" as she went back to the make line. I threw the food away knowing she wasn't taking me seriously and left store #7121. If nothing is done for this I will continue to clime higher for I was disrespected and my food was wasted for this. I want that shift manager fired from dominos for her rudeness and lack of professionalism.

Domino's Pizza pasta

-I always go to domino's to get pizza's and pasta's but today I went there to get 4 chicken alfredo pastas and when I went home and opened them, they were only 3 small pieces of chicken in each dish and only few macaroni, which is very ridiculous! cause I always go to many other branches and the make my orders perfectly except this time!

Domino's Pizza handmade pan pizza bbq sauce pepperoni bacon

Store 7805 culver city. I ordered two handmade pan pizzas. One bbq, bacon, pepperoni and one white garlic, pepperoni, philly stake and feta cheese.

The philly steak pizza was fine.

However the bbq pizza was smashed against the edge of the box and lid, not cut evenly or all the way through. It had an enormous amout of bbq sauce, a bunch of unmelted cheese, i thought it was chicken which i dont eat, it was luke warm and tasted awful.

I called dominoes back and told them the problem. First i spoke to a worker about the problem, then was transferred to a manager. At which point i was put one hold 4 times for roughly a minute each time. I asked for a replacement pizza and they said i would have to wait at least 40 minutes because they were busy. Then i said nevermind please give me my money back for the one uneaten pizza. The manager then tells me well since they were mix and match the price would be way more for 1 pizza so he couldnt give me the full amount of money for the pizza plus there is delivery fees, then he says i can give you store credit. I said no i want my money back, then he says im going to have to wait, he follows up and wants to know then have i eaten the pizzas cause they cant take them back. Well i did not eat either pizza. Customer service is very poor.They finally returned with my money 30 min later. I showed the delivery guy the pizza and asked him how he thought the pizza looked. He shook his head and said they put to much sauce i can see.

This is the 2nd time within a month ive had a problem with dominos. The time before this incident a super long straight black hair was layin across the pizza when it was delivered. Uggggh, they did replace that pizza.
I do not understand how workers dont check their delivery items out before they deliver them and how a manager argues or debates with a customer about their food. Very poor business practices & customer service at this Dominoes location !

Domino's Pizza awful pizza/management

I order 2 medium pizzas bread bites cinnamon twists and 2 liter soda. Driver got lost said gps took him to wrong place which by the way was all the way on oppisite side of town. I called dominos spoke with someone told them the situation she said driver was almost here when he arrives check my food see if it was satisfactory. I tried to do that when driver arrived but he refused to give me all my food to check he handed me one pizza. I told him i needed my food to check it he still refused to let me check it. I went inside and called dominos again. I asked for a manager I explained my situation to him he said it was policy not to give me my food. I told him the lady before said to check if so if he doesnt hand it to me how can I check it. He asked to speak to driver, driver than handed me my other pizza I opened the box and the pizza wasnt to my satisfaction. I called dominos again told them I would like my order remade the manager agreed. He said it would be another hour and 15 minutes I said ok. That was all he said I asked him if he could offer a free side for my incovience he said no all he would do is take off the delivery charge. I said thats all you are going to do for my incovience because of their error he said yes. I said I have to wait another hour for their mistake and all he would do was take off the delivery charge. He said yes i asked for corporate number he gave it to me. I called and got a recording saying message was full. So here I am now. The delivery charge should of been taken off regardless it was their error. I should have been compted something for my incovience

Domino's Pizza very bad service

ı m one of your customer in turkey 14rh jul 2017 at 21.39ı have ordered one Pizza by call center of dominos pizza and ı have been past nearist branch which is 4 km away from my home ı got sms 21.41 and shows my ırder gas been taken 22.25 still i was waiting my order ı again called call center and they contact with branch and ı have been informed my ırder is on the way.4 km:) 10 min later ı called call center and ı said ı m still waiting they connected me to branch and they said weekend we are busy and i have right to not to pay fee and again they said in 5-6 min ı will have my order after 10 min still no pizza and ı called center they open complain file and they said manager of branch will connect to me ı ask again to connect me to branch and ı talked again with branch ı ask why dont you contact your delivery person and answer was his mobile close:)finaly 23.16 ı got my pizza 1 hour 37 min later
