Domino's Pizza poor customer service and bad quality food

Today I went to dominos pizza located at meridian street, WA, Bellingham, 98226 to pick up my online order. When I went there my name was on display that my order is ready for pickup and when I asked them the girl charge me and then she said they forget to make my order. She said it will take 3 minutes and I sat there it took 10 minutes and after that they gave me pizza which was burnt from sides and when I showed them the there was another tall girl who showed me very bad gesture and tons of negative attitude. Instead of being courteous they were very rude and impolite. I would never ever go to that location and tell all my friends and family members not to go there. I really want some strict action should be take against them.

Domino's Pizza domino's pizza service!

Bad service. Every time I order with not garlic they have garlic in them! One of the employees is a racist! The employee that helped us what very mean and ignorant! Last time also, I order one of the employees starded laughing including all the young ones and one manager. When they re did my order on the box one of the girl employees exaggerated and coverd the whole box with "no garlic" stickers. It wasn't a good experience. I honestly don't recommend dominos in bolingbrook. Bad service only high schoolers work there!

Domino's Pizza employees after store closes

Employee s will talk, yell, play ball, smoke weed till six in the morning. Police department have been called many times. Now the employees are doing this every night. I have to sleep with ear plugs in my ears to limit the times they wake me up. I have written several complaints now, Manager refuses to do anything, she's aware of this issue. The police suggested I close my windows, I have but the sound of them yelling, laughing carries through panes of glass, walls, air conditioner and ear plugs. I have been called a +itch by an employee after she came over to my fence, across the street from where they were hanging out, after she noticed me taking pictures to send to you. She told me to just call the police again, as they come out talk to them but in an hour are back in the parking lot playing ball, as in one photo, or sitting on crates talking loudly about their lives, in the second picture. The second picture is when the employee yelled from my fence at five in the morning to the others to see if she could hear them, called me a .itch for taking pictures to send to you.

Domino's Pizza unauthorized credit card charges

On 9/10/2017 my USAA credit card was used twice to order $193.40 worth of pizza from your STORE #7902, 1421 Solano Avenue, Albany, CA 94706 resulting in my card's cancellation. When I called the store I was repeatedly put on hold and ignored by your staff. While my bank will dispute the transactions and rebate me the money, I'd like to be able to obtain identifying information on the individual(s) who fraudulently used my credit card so that I can hand deliver a complaint to the police department.

Domino's Pizza delivery/manager

We recently ordered pizza/cheese bread/ dessert for delivery at 4:31 pm and on the app it stated it was delivered. So I call at 5:49 pm and the employee said she would put me on hold to talk to the manager, I waited ten minutes then hung up...called again got ahold of the manager and he stated it was still at the store and it would be here soon. I was upset at this point and said "it's still there after an hour and a half!?" He said "it's just been slammed today!" Offered not an I'm sorry, any refund, or even something for free. Highly disappointed! I will no longer be using this store or domino's at that!

Domino's Pizza the phone service

hi there im making this complaint due to how rude the guys are and papakura dominoes ...i made a online order and it said my estamated time for them to deliver was 12:10 ...its 12:30 and i called them up and they put me on hold for 15 min on the phone ...with no excuse of wait and no appoligies ...they then told me there car broke down and it wouldnt arrive til another 15 minutes i thought this was overall rude and silly act .

it didnt actualy arrive til 12:50 almost a hour wait for two pizzas to be deliverd

Domino's Pizza carryout

Ordered 2 meatlover pan pizza and 2 brownie and 2 order of parm bites. Picked up paid cash only received 2 undercooked pizza had to throw out due to no oven or would have just finished cooking it here. Only one parm bite order no brownies, very disappointed. Just got into a bemus point motel after being homeless, I'm very very hungry and haven't had food in couple days. Idk what to do. Just desperately need what I ordered. Feel sick and tired please help me asap

Domino's Pizza domino's pizza/ food

I called the Dominos store on Merrick after waiting over an hour and twenty minutes for my pizza order to be delivered. The Manager who handled my call was the extremely rude and condescending . He obviously does not know the meaning of Customer Service.

When my order finally arrived the pizza was extremely greasy. I could not eat it. Very dissatisfied.

Domino's Pizza price of pizza

I called and ask for a 5.99 cheese pizza and was told it would take 25 minutes. When I went to pick it up the girl said that would be 10.dollars and some cents and I said what happened to the 5.99 pizza . She said Oh you have to order two to get the 5.99, I said why wasn't I told that when I ordered, she said sorry, so I said take a picture of me cause you'll never see me again, I scraped up enough change and left with my pizza. So I'm home eating my picture and thought you know in my business I would have said sorry there was a misunderstanding, you can have it for the 5.99 this time and please except our sincere apology...

Domino's Pizza delivery

I literally have been waiting for an hour and half for my food. They delivered only half of if the first time and now I'm waiting for the other part of my food. They even forgot the dipping sauce I asked for. I didn't think it would take this long for two simple things. I asked for a salad and boneless chicken. I would of just picked it up if it was so much of a hastle. I'm really pissed off and tired of waiting.

Domino's Pizza customer service

We dined in today at the Domino's in Liberty, Texas 77575 and the girl working the counter was very rude. She seemed like she absolutely hated that she was there and it was an absolutely horrible experience. We will never dine in at that store again. She didn't bring plates or utensils with our meal. How did she expect our kids to eat? The pizza wasn't cut all the way either. Overall horrible experience.

Domino's Pizza the managers disrespectful actions and behavior

I am a current employee of the dominoes that is located on 500 N Henry St and yesterday September 9th, 2017 my father walked in the store to speak to the general manager "nail wailer" and my dad was very respectful to him but as a manager there is no reason for him to disrespect my father to the point where he almost wanted to fight him . That is very unprofessional and there are witnesses that saw what happened. You guys should take this serious because you have a manager that is not fit for his job tattle. Domino's Pizza pizza, pasta bread bowl, customer service employees

This complaint is based on several occasions that I have ordered from Domino's Pizza on mobile hwy in Montgomery Alabama. This is the worst place to order from ever. Once a few years back I ordered a pasta bread bowl, when I picked it up I thought it was a bit heavy, but I thought maybe they added some extra meat or something. When I get home I open the box and begin to eat when I hit something hard underneath the bread. WTF! They left the damn oven pan in the damn box..
Second incident was months after the first. I ordered a pizza some wings a soda I spent over 30$ and I'm following the pizza on the tracker when my phone rings and some flat voice guy says, ( you ordered a pizza) I said yes, he says either you can pick it up or I can cancel the order because we don't deliver in your area. I said you can cancel it, and he immediately hung up on me. It took 3weeks to get my money back from these people. I even called corporate and tried to complain but was told. This location is a franchise and all they could do was deliver the message to the owner...whom I never heard from. After speaking with the store manager who clearly only works long enough to open to doors and count the money because when you call there's never a manager on duty. I was told by him that they DO in fact deliver to my area and he would have a word with the rude flat guy that called.
Third incident.. my job is maybe 3-5 minutes away from this mobile hwy location so I order our lunch from there at times and OMG... The guy comes in the store stands by the door and looks around never said a word to anyone and never called me he just left and when I called the store I was told that there was no one at the store by my name ...are you serious I paid online and you think I'm playing games with my money SMH.
The fourth was just recently I ordered online and I called the store to update some information because online it says they don't deliver to my job but I knew that was wrong so I called to let them know I wanted it delivered. Mind you I stated previously that my job is 3-5 minutes away from Domino's Pizza and the person taking the information put in the wrong address ... really that shouldn't have mattered you can point to my job from there and you cancel my order, this time the manager was in and she apologized and told me she would remake our order and bring it herself and she threw in a free order of wings. Thanks to her only.
This last one is crazy and like I said it's the last one ...I ordered online and I called the store again to let them know I couldn't get delivery online...the lady that answered the phone tells me that the didn't go through because she don't see it and also tells me that they don't deliver to my job and I tell her yes you do deliver to my job and yes my order did go through I'm watching my order tracker, and she hung up on me... I kept calling until someone finally answered and tried to be helpful but she was rude too but she confirmed the order and fixed the delivery address. The pizza tracker told me that my pizza left the store so I went out front of the building to wait 30minutes later I called to see what was going on and the lady said she left with your pizza it should be on its way. I got my order 45minutes late because as I stated I'm 3-5minutes down the street so she intentionally delivered my pizza last and cold. I will not give Domino's Pizza any more chances to play with my money. Just shut the door already.

Domino's Pizza coupon for domino's

So far I have noticed twice when using a coupon on the app the price was 23.99 for the coupon but when it goes to checkout it changes to 26.99 which then there is a delivery charge on top of that plus tax. Assentially my meal ended up costing me 32.58. Doesn't sound right. Be order the same coupon twice. It's not right you are ripping people off making them think it's a deal until they go to checkout.

Domino's Pizza staff

I am standing in your store from 20 min and still they are not ready to take my order they are busy in the calls and telling me to wait for a while and there while is not finished in 20 min also then they have take my order and i was standing for another 15 min and then also they where telling i have placed the order but not yet punched and not even calling the manager to talk whats the problem is and then again they starred they dont have change of 2000 and it takes me 1 hour to take an order.

Domino's Pizza food quality, customer service or lack thereof

I ordered two philly cheese steak sandwiches this evening from store # 115 (Marconi Avenue ) in Sacramento Ca ( 9/7/17) They arrived within the prescribed period of time . It went to hell from there. Upon opening the boxes and then the sandwiches there was nothing but charred cheese (the American, particularly, who's blackness was draped over the edges and the "steak" was more like [censored]! In hindsight I wish I'd taken a photo, [censored]! We were starving and picked off all of the burnt crap- basically leaving a provolone and mushroom sandwich. I'm a business owner- I would NEVER allow a product to go out like that! Anyone that would send it would be terminated immediately if there wasn't a REALLY good excuse, ie robbery in progress! I did call the store and ask for the manager who answered and referred to himself as "jevan' or something similar. His response was to send me more sandwiches, which I do appreciate. I simply wished that he could give me the address to send a complaint, which he said he did not have..."try corporatedominos " I guess ". There was no number evident on the store's website. I've been lamenting the loss of my local Pappa Johns for the last year and have given Dominos a very fair shot at taking it's place. So far Roundtable is looking like the winner...even though their pricey. I'd rather pay more and get what I ordered... I strongly suspect this complaint will be ignored, but will continue to hope.

Domino's Pizza late order and manager made excuses

Last week I ordered 2 pizzas and chicken wings at 9:30pm, the cashier advised that the order would arrive to my house in 45 min. After waiting for over 2 hours I fell asleep to be awaken by a knock at the door at 11:50pm. I then called the store to ask why was it 2 hrs late. To be advised by the manager that I did not even pay for the pizza yet so there is nothing she could do. Her name was Renee. So I told her should she first sympathize with the customer at that point she hung up on me. I called back and asked for the GM number and she told me she does not know, call the 1800 number. As she hung up once more. This made me feel like I do not want to do business with them again.

Domino's Pizza app

I order pizza on my app (order#570914) from store 6915 at 406pm to be delivered.

I was at work, at 5pm I called my mom to see if it was delivered and she said no. I called the store and they gave me an excuse that they we sorry but it would be delivered until 6 because they had a big order, so I ask them if I can pick it up and he said yes he could have it ready at 515 and he told me that he was going to give me credit and he did not. When I got there it look like nobody was there, I took a picture and then it took then 5 minutes to actknowlege me, bad service, never had a problem before

Domino's Pizza delivery service, customer service, food quality

Just want to give a complaint about this store because my order was completely wrong. I ordered wings well done and got undone chicken and all were drums. Second I called back to change my order which I did. The new order ended up being horrible as well.which was the specialty chicken. The delivery driver gave me an attitude after I gave her a 5$ tip.

Domino's Pizza online delivery was late

On September 6th, 2017 for a staff lunch meeting. I placed the order online at 11:24 am, My Order #552610. Store #8452 - 955 N. La Brea Avenue, Inglewood CA 90302.

It took over and hour to be delivered. My Dominos Tracker said Delivery
Time would be approximately 20-30 minutes. My work location is literally less than three miles away...

I called to check on the delivery status and was told that Driver was on his way.

I called back and asked to speak with the Store Manager who said that there were two deliveries mine included on the same route using same driver...

I don't understand...One driver? Multiple Deliveries? Store Manager claimed that the other delivery order was placed the night before and therefore they were delivered first ? Then why have the Domino's Tracker predict 20-30 Minutes. He told me if I need it delivered on Time for a meeting then to order it the night before...Lame...Really Lame...
