Domino's Pizza pizza

I ordered pizza at 6:30pm and called them at 8:00pm asking what happened and why my pizza never arrived. They claimed that the order was never made and I needed to wait another hour. When I complained and said that I had been waiting, they put me on hold for 10-15mins. I hung up and attempted to call again and catch another worker. They took my information and told me to wait a little while and then hung up on me. This isn't the first time something like this has happened either. I've had to wait upwards of 2 hours for an order and I've frequently gotten my order cold. This place has terrible customer service.

I've always bought dominos pizza's...this past year has been awful ...wrong orders...if u can get someone to answer phone they disconnect...I'm soo disappointed I've spent a lot of money here over the years...sooo rude people.please address this matter .😢...thank you

Domino's Pizza lindstrom mn dominos

I ordered Domino's 2 days in a row and every single time that I've ordered they have messed up my order and didn't add my wings that I wanted and I wanted boneless wings and they gave me bone and every time that I've ordered on the phone for those two days they read the order back right but then when I would get to the store to pay for it they messed it up so I will never ever eat Domino's again because of this and I most likely never going to get a response back because Domino's all they do is give you credit and expect everything to be okay when it's not okay because I don't like having to deal with having a bad order and dealing with calling people to deal with it so I ain't complaining to you because I think it's messed up that your employees don't know how to work and how to do their job right if you get this I would like a call back please my number is [protected]

Domino's Pizza dine in restaurant out of cups and plates

My family and I are visiting the Fort Wayne Indiana, Stadium location downtown and we ordered 3 large pizzas and three 2-liters of pop for dine in and the manager told us they are out of cups and plates. What kind of restaurant Doesn't have plates and cups? This is the worst dominos pizza I have ever been to and they don't deserve to have the Dominos pizza name. Shame on you manager

Domino's Pizza delivery

I called to the Emporia location and made a delivery order and paid for it. Over 30 minutes later the shift supervisor Terrance called nd said they do not deliver here. I just recieved a delivery here last week. The address here is 2500 Rodgers Road Emporia, Va which is 11 minutes from the store.He quoted his policy says 15 minutes away. When I asked his name he got smart and when I asked the district manager name he got rude again and said he busy but gave me tbe name David Tillar. Too many times have I called and been really rude to nd also when I come in its the same thing with inside service to others. I will be making other calls and definitely letting others know about the poor customer service and the way this situation was handled.

Domino's Pizza burnt pineapple and ham pizza

My family ordered a pineapple and ham pizza from domino's pizza in marlow heights shopping center in marlow heights md. This pizza was burnt all the way around, top and bottom, just wanted to let you know, this is a brand new domino's, I took pictures but I don't know how to load them on this site. Domino's Pizza non delivery of ordered pizza.

Ordered a pizza around 7:30pm from Richmond Cambie and 5 road. May 29th 2018 .Was asked specifically if it was for a pick-up or delivery. I said delivery, twice. Phoned back an hour later and was told it was on it's way. Phoned an hour and a half later and was told it was for pick -up. Then that they had no order from this number or address. I have been ordering pizza from this location very often for past few months, always delivery. Many tips. It was a male who I talked to the first 2 times. I will now order elsewhere. Thanks .

Domino's Pizza the service

I find it repulsive when customers bring in their dogs and claim them to be service dogs with no visual indication of being a service dog. Everyone knows service dogs are not to be touched by people except their owners. I complained when Dominoes
workers were coming out from their work stations and petting a dog that was supposedly a service dog. First of all your not to pet them and second the workers were supposed to be making my pizza. YUCK. This was Battle Ground, Washington Dominoes. Something needs to be done.

Domino's Pizza pizza/sandwich

I live in Wellford, Sc I believe the store # is 7286.

My order: pepperoni/onion pizza, philly cheesesteak sandwich

Recieved: burnt pizza poorly cut, very little onion/pepperoni

Chicken sandwich. Very spicy chicken sandwich.

I live in a nursing home due to mental health/injuries from car wreck, and yesterday was my four year clean date from drugs/alcohol. Nursing homes have very bland food and I had been looking forward to yesterday for a month. I can't begin to describe how low I felt.

Domino's Pizza order placed

I have Placed one order today that is 26th May'18.
That was for sector 3A Laxman Vihar Gurgaon which has been given to some random store which I am not aware of. After placing the order I have received the call after 15 minutes that delivery is not possible as they said that "Owens is shut down". I do understand that might be the store has been closed. But they supposed to inform me the same within 2 minutes or they should not have accepted the order online over the application. Then I have placed one more order with some other store, with some other address, they people were so rude like, "kardo place fir aap application pe kardege deliver". Then I have come from a very far place to have the order, lets have a pick up as they will take some time. Then I came to know they people don't provide pick up after 11 pm, which is fine, but when I have asked about any guess of time they gonna take the state reply was, "sir 45 minutes hi lagte hai usse kam me nahi hota". I just want to say that at least people should not repeat the same line which has been taught by their trainers, they should have customized something to sympathize to the customer. And what about those 15 minutes which I have waited for.

Domino's Pizza pizza

I have ordered from Dominoes online a couple time 3 in a row to be exact, always trying to give them the benefit of the doubt just because Dominoes use to be my favorite! every time I ordered they hardly put ingredients and I always ask for extra cheese and seriously it has nothing! its like they are getting worse every time! Papa johns it starting to be my favorite now! They have made me so upset. Its Dominoes in Dalton GA, Cuyler St 30720 to be exact!

Domino's Pizza way staff is treated

My son in law had started there the first part of December in Hutchinson. He was GM for a little bit and then all of a sudden a young 19 year old started accusing him of sexual harrassment and she claimed she could not work with him. One day he was at work inside and she was driver who needed to come in and get pizzas to deliver and someone actually asked him to step in the walk in cooler so she didn't have to see him and he refused. After that his manager dropped his hours from 40 a week to 4 forcing him to quit.

Domino's Pizza horrible supervisor

I have a friend who recently had a family emergency he's a manager in one of the dominos in Hialeah, Fl. He had a family emergency and was given a couple of days to attend the matter. When he came back to the States he was rushed to the hospital for a emergency operation. Right now he's back at work with stitches inside his stomach, lots of pain and still he's doing his job. And now the supervisor is bullying him calling him lazy and being extremely rude. Saying that he's not needed. And he can leave whenever he wants to. I mean it's his job how can he leave. To me it looks like his trying to get him to quit. He's bringing new people to the store. So my friend thinks that's why the supervisor is being so unprofessional and mean. He can't get fired for a family emergency nor a emergency operation he had to get done. How can dominos have these horrible supervisor? That only appear when there job is on the line. And he was given a final warning and he's never had a first warning to begin with.

Domino's Pizza delivery

The last two times I have ordered from Domino's there has been an issue with my delivery order. It's the time. I've been ordering from this Domino's for the past two years I do know at least. They have always been late but they started getting later and later like up to an hour for delivery and I'm 5 minutes away from the store. The last time I had an issue they issue me a refund gave me the full for free and told me that I wouldn't have this issue again. I ordered again tonight on the app it shows that the food was already here but the food had not arrived. I called to the store and the manager of the store said oh that's a glitch between the app and their store that that will always be ahead of them. That's false advertising for one and I sat patiently and waited for the driver to arrive. Over our head pass I called back to the store and they said the driver said he came and nobody answered the door. I have cameras in and around my home. He never showed up and I was sitting at the door. Even before I ordered to come downstairs there was a 20-minute Gap he never rung the doorbell. So now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back from Domino's and I didn't get any pizza. 8 and a half months pregnant and I just really did not feel like cooking and now dinner is ruined for the night. When I call back to speak with the manager he had a complete attitude. And that well will give you a refund your money back on your card and hung up. Even though I'm never using this Domino's again and probably any other Domino's just because they're individually owned they're making the brand look bad

Domino's Pizza wrong order

On Monday (05/21/2018) morning I ordered 3 types of wings (14 pc.) from the Dominoes Pizza in Riverhead, NY which is located on old country road. I called in the order at 12:51 am and was pleased that they agreed to make the delivery. The delivery arrived sooner than expected. I opened the 3 boxes of wings to find that although (2) of the wings were the correct type, 1 was plain when it should have been spicy. I called the store immediately (1:14 am) to see what the best resolution would be, and was greeted with "sorry, we are closed", then they hung up before I could say any more. I tried 2 more times and each time the gentleman on the phone became more angry with me and began yelling "we are closed!" and hanging up before I could say anything. On my 4th attempt a young lady picked up and I got a few words in, I said" Hi I received the wrong order"... she said "what do you mean". I said "I received the wrong wings and provided my address...she hung up. I feel this was extremely rude and I would like a $50 gift card to dominoes as this is what I paid the delivery man (including tip). I couldn't enjoy my meal after being yelled at and hung up on that way and I'd like the $50 gift card so I can try again next time and hopefully have a better experience.

Domino's Pizza management rude and disrespectful

The Dominos at 5219 has the rudest female managers I have ever encountered. After placing a phone order for delivery and waiting and hour and half for my pizza I called to find out where it was. The girl put in pick up which thats not what I ordered after saying I would come pick it up the manager told me they threw it away and hung up on me. I called back got the other female manager said her employee told her I was screaming and being rude which I was not she said I have to believe my employee. I asked for both of their names she told me it was none of my business, I said I wanted to call corporate she said call whoever you want it wont matter. I feel so disrespected and just in aw at how unprofessional this woman was. She should not be in management.

Domino's Pizza online order #476256

I ordered a Diet Dr. Pepper and when arrived it was a regular Dr. Pepper. And I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and it came as just Chicken and Onion on it. We were to hungry to have it reordered the right way. This is the second time we have had a order not right with the same location Dominos 7825 E. Harry St. Wichita KS 67207.
This is our favorite style in Pizza over the rest of other competitors and am sad that we continue to have messed up orders.

Domino's Pizza gift cards online and less than good customer service

I have never been so frustrated with a Domino's ever! First my UNUSED gift card wouldn't work online despite being new, still having the original balanced. Second when I called the store, they were instant that I had to come in, defeating the purpose of an online delivery! Third I had to constantly repeat my self, although I still think they didn't catch my entire order. Finally I have made this order before using the same coupons, I get the same price as always online relatively 18 dollars. Yet they were insistent that I was wrong and the order costed 22 dollars. When I tried to tell them why that could not be the price, they gave me the "I can place your order if you want but we are busy tonight..." phrase. I do not appreciate this kind of treatment especially being a Domino's customer for 7 years. Not only am I left with out getting my order but now I m left with severe frustration. This leaves a bad impression and makes want to change pizza services!

Then when I tried to make a "concern" on the site, my perfectly valid, just got of the phone with Domino's cell phone was marked as an "invalid number"! How vexing! I might just switch after all if I can even make a complain when necessary!

Domino's Pizza service

I ordered my pizza at 10:12 pm from the Dominos Pizza on College Ave in Beaumont, Texas on 5/19/2018. I made serveral calls to the store checking the status of my order. The customer service was terrible and the employees were rude. It's currently 12:02am on 5/19/2018 and I have still not received my order as I'm typing this complaint. This is unacceptable. It's been 2 hrs and my food hasn't arrived and the employees were rude. I'm very disappointed in my service.

Domino's Pizza delivery order online

I placed an order tonight on May 19, 2018 to my local Dominoes. My order was placed at 6:58 pm at 8:00 pm I called to find out where my order was. An employee who said his name was cole said that the order was placed for carry out when I specifically ordered for delivery due to transportation issues. (Email to prove) He told me after a few back and forth statements, that I would have to pay the delivery charge to have it sent to us. I refused and he asked someone for further choices, I overheard him speaking about me very rudely to another associate (never placed on hold). He Came back and said that they would wave the delivery fee but that it was going to be an hour because I was going to be placed at the bottom of the list. I said that was unacceptable due to having young children and it not being until 9 pm for us to receive dinner we ordered at 7pm. I told him to cancel the order and refund the money. He said his name was cole clepper. That's how he said it was spelled.
My step father then drove over and spoke to a woman who said she was the manager and told him to call 1800dominos. And after trying to call it said we had to go to the website to complain. Therefore here we are. 8:40pm at night and no food for my young kids.

Domino's Pizza customer service for a misplaced order

An order was placed and it seems other items were accidentally ordered. Upon calling and questioning the extra items we were charged for, the person on the phone was very rude as I told him we did not order two of the items. He responded by saying "it was ordered by her own two hands" in a condescending manner. A mistake was made and if he would have politely explained to me what happened I would have been fine with it. His tone and attitude was completely out of line. I will never buy from this company again and no longer wonder why the pizza industry if failing. This is not the first time we have had a run in with this company.
