Domino's Pizza pizza and wings

I came outside to get my food and the delivery guy was in the car on the phone . Secondly my food was an hour and half late according to the tracker it was only going to take 28-38 minutes. I didn't blame the driver at first upon arrival because the stores are usually busy. Every thing was cold wings and pizza were dry and that's unacceptable. I called the place back and they didn't want to give me my money back unless I returned the pizza. They finally came and got the pizza and I got my money back. Poor service, food wasn't warmed, and I waited almost 2 hours for nothing.

Domino's Pizza I am complaining

i placed an order for delivery on 9/18 same order i always place i ordered bbq wings i got buffalo i ordered a 2 liter of diet coke got a 20 oz of coke even though i had already paid for a 2 liter over the phone with a debit card one of the pizza had the wrong topping the delivery guy went back to change the coke and when he came back told him how the order was all wrong the thing is they always get it wrong it is not the first time the send some thing that has nothing to do with what i ordered he said sorry and would credit my order i called the next day to use said credit spoke to a n alexis who was rude said i had no credit and that they had given credit to me before and if i did not like them to order some where else she was rude she yelled and insulted me i will never order form them again sadly there is no other dominos in my area so i guess they just lost a customer and they dont seem to care no one from there reached out to me

Domino's Pizza pizza

We ordered 3 delivered pizza on the 25/09/2017 5-15 pm we live in the BRADBURY 2560. We ordered your new extra meat lovers pizza the pizza did not taste right it had a salty bitter taste.
We also ordered you new cheese and garlic pizza by far the pizza was the worst, the garlic was very bitter the cheese was tasteless and when it went cold it set like a rock we end up throwing out most of this pizza.
We all so had a supreme pizza which was also very average in taste.

Very disappointed we use to buy domino's but your pizza became were average so we changed brands. This time I thought I would give your new menu a go... Big mistake. Domino's Pizza delivery time

I work on the road so I tend to eat a lot of pizza. I am currently working in Swift Current, and ordered pizza for delivery. When I called they took my motel and room number and gave me a price. After 35 minutes I called back and they told me I didnt provide the delivery information. HOW CAN YOU GET DELIVERY AND NOT GIVE THE ADDRESS!? Anyways, I called back again and they said it was on the way? I didn't give the address again...doesn't make much sense. But my pizza finally arrived 50 minutes after I ordered it. And still had to pay full price.
I am not satisfied one bit with Domino's and will not be ordering again with crappy service like that.

Domino's Pizza switched order

We ordered online. We ordered stuffed jalapeno cheese bread and then when it was delivered we got cinnamon twists so I called the store and told them that before we realize they sent us the wrong order our children ate it but that's not what we ordered and she said we would have to pay to get a new one when it was their mistake I understand wanting the old food back but in reality I have worked at 3 different pizza places an know you throw it away anyways.

Domino's Pizza bread bowl

Im complaining because the order I said I wanted was not completed. I asked for triple the sauce and even offered to pay, it was dry as ever, chicken wasn't cut like I asked and I called the store and my complaint went completely out the window. They just put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I feel that is very rude and I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Domino's Pizza burnt pizzas

My name is Jainesh Panchal on which the pizza had been ordered, We were twelve friends together on Saturday night and thought for a good pizza from dominos so I ordered online and got delivered around 2:30 midnight and all of the four pizzas were totally burnt, blacked out. Also, the delivery guy wasn't really into the good manner and we felt so rude. The order contained two large hand-tossed pizzas and two medium pan pizzas and all of them were disgusting, not at all eatable.

The pizzas were so burnt that we could hardly able to see topping or any layer of cheese as it was covered with black layers of overcooked carbon and smells like a small piece of coal.

We have pictures of the burnt pizzas attached to this complaint, we contacted the store (Address: 1913 N Placentia Ave, Placentia, CA 92870) in the morning but I don't think they are ready to do anything because they are just avoiding the whole matter and giving it time as much as they can. they assured me that any of their supervisor or manager will call me but nothing happened so far!

This isn't acceptable at all from Domino's. I and my friends had been hungry whole night just because of that incident, I want to be compensated and rewarded for the damage I got. We want Domino's to take proper and firm actions in order to justify the matter rather than avoiding and postponing the matter.

Yes hi I have visited your location at 28 w 4th st Cincinnati, oh 45202 on 8/28/2017 in today 9/25/2017 its almost a month I haven't heard anything I was told I was supposed to get a credited never did this is unprofessional and this is ridiculous I feel like there is nothing being done I'm getting real upset that I have to wait this long and nothing is still being done and I still haven't received my credit

Domino's Pizza pizza and lava cakes

I had ordered a medium cheese pizza light on the sauce and 1 order of lava cake Friday September 22, 2017 around 830pm well first the employee told me my order was about $20.00 an I said ma'am that is very high for just a medium pizza an lava cakes so she said hold on a sec so then she gave me a total for $16.08 am I said okay she said about 45 min so when I our order came the pizza was cold n so we're the lava cakes they tasted as if they were sitting for a while .. so I called up and told them the lady apologized an gave me a credit so I called today September 24, 2017 at 6pm an gave them my information the employee put me on hold for about 8 min then some other employee had got on the phone an pretty much called me a liar saying there wasn't anything but she could do a discount meaning she said to me I would have to pay half of my order no I'm not I received cold food an hard cake an I called an was told credit and now I'm getting told I have to re pay again for my food that wasn't any good .. when I told her I would call above her she told me go ahead very rude

Domino's Pizza why

went in to your Jamestown NC Dominos last week...wanted to order a lizza and wait on it...I walked out, they said thery couldnt take my order unless I gaev them my phone number...Im standing right in front of them...and they want my phone number, its none of theor business..manager didnt even try to correct the person that said they had to have my phone number to take an order...stupidity on Dominos part, I went to another Pizza place, ordered $100 in pizzas...ignorance cost you customers...simply by saying you have to have my phone number to get a pizza and Im standing in front of you...

Store: 714 Taylor Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109
Msg: My first five orders this month were fairly quick and tasty. The last two have been ridiculous. Both times I had to call the store after an hour, when the app said, "Nom nom, we hope you're enjoying your pizza, " only to find out the pizza had not left the store yet. And in the case last night, it left the store with someone who was ending their shift. They decided to take it back to the store, so another driver could deliver it. This is what the driver told me. It was cold. So, not only did I wait an hour and a half for cold pizza, with stingy toppings (I have a pic), I had to wait another 30 minutes to heat it up in my own oven. Ridiculous!
This was my free pizza after placing six previous orders in the last month. The driver said he could throw the order out so I wouldn't be charged. That would be great if I had paid for the pizza. But I used my points. The points I earned from six other large orders. I want my points back, and some kind of effort to make up for the the last two orders, not a free, free pizza! I sincerely hope someone reaches out to me to make this right, or last night's order will be my last order.

Rude costumer refusing to deliver food refusing to take my order because I had 8 pizzas today at approximately 10:30 I called dominos asking can I place an order for 11:15 they told me yes I said do y'all deliver to my work which is hickory spring in Verona she stated yes but they only had one driver I said fine I'll pick it up I started giving her my order of about 8 pizzas she began to be rude saying no they couldn't make theses until 12 I said I take lunch at 11.15 she put me on hold for bout 15 minutes I hung up called back she stated she couldn't make theses because I had too many

Domino's Pizza order I placed and customer service.

I made an order online and called the store when it opened at 10:30AM. When I called i kept getting a fax line, then when i finally got through I was put on hold for 30 min. I recieved my food very cold after 2 hours. I then called dominos back and this woman answered the phone and was talking very ignorant, I then asked to speak to manager or supervisor she said they don't come in til 4:00pm. She then started cursing and going off saying racial slurs. I feel so violated II will never buy from dominos again. Worst experiance Ever.

Domino's Pizza misbehaving with customer

I m a regular customer at this location . Last two times the staff taking the order not accepting my order long hold on the phone, at the end saying that we r closed while at the store door it says that carry out timing are 12:30 am Monday - Thursday while I call the location by 12:04 am so the staff behavior is so rude, totally unacceptable they refuse to take orders for take out even 12:04 am, if it's happening with me it could be happening with other customers too, plz stop these employees for insulting customers and I will appreciate if the owner of this location should know about his employees behaviors thanks

Domino's Pizza sexual harassment

My name is Uolanda Castro, i sent my 18 yr old daughter, to pick up a carry out order I placed, when she got there, she did the guy who was cashiering said to the other male workers there, hey guys how about this one, and that one of the workers said, " I'd hit it and quit it " and another said "man I'd pull a steph curry on her " and they were all laughing and taking turns making disrepectful, comments about her, and that they even had one of their friends hanging there in the lobby and he was even joining in. When she got home she was crying it took me a little while to get what had happened out of her, when she finally told me. I drove back up there, and asked to speak to the manager, and it just so happened that the manager was one of the guys that initiated the conversation. I told him what had happened and he said that they were talking like that, but that they weren't talking about my daughter.
I asked for his name and refused to give it to me.
This is very unacceptable, and would like to know who I can speak to on this matter, because this is sexual harassment, and I will not allow this incident to go unnoticed.

Domino's Pizza food ordered

When I arrived at store for my order they said it wasn't there but it was. Once I got my order they went back to their business without checking me out. I patiently waited a couple minutes but had to ask to be checked out. Then when I got home, I opened up the box and it looks like there was zero cheese on the pizza...very disappointing after all that!

Domino's Pizza pizza quality

A few days ago I ordered a large 3-topping pizza (canadian bacon, mushroom, green pepper). I was told it would be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. I got there in 25 minutes and the pizza was almost cold. There was hardly any sauce on it to the point I couldn't taste it, and the toppings were slim and over cooked. The pizza was so dry that I ended up throwing it away. This is the second time I have gotten a very poor quality pizza from Dominos.

Domino's Pizza store # 5537 unprofessional g. m. and staff attitude.

We are the administration of the MAS Sunday schools organization in Durham, NC. I, the principal personally spoke with the GM by name Jacob of the above mentioned store, I asked him if we order in a weekly bases for ten months (Ten) pizzas (this is part of our fundraising activities for the school) how much is willing to charge us? Jacob responded $5.00 for the medium then we agreed also that he wont charge me sale tax and I provided him with our tax exempt certificate upon his request and we will pay cash on delivery. I was stunned when he send the ten pizzas with the total amount of $58.49. I paid plus tips to the driver but her is the biggest problem when I called to inform him that the invoice was over priced then I asked him for the upcoming delivery to honer the price and service we agreed upon. At this time I was treated very bad with a nasty attitude, when I asked to talk with Jacob they put me on hold for 15 minutes then someone else tried to take my order and adjust the price but he could not saying you put the order online then we will adjust the price for you. I tried to do so but the system did not allow me because the order was over $50.00. I called again to inform them and asked to talk with Jacob and this time he was so nasty to honor his deal with me and told me if I do not like what he charging us for then I have to find another pizza place looks like I am bugging him for money or trying to get the pizza for free ! I told him I can not accept the he talk to me and I wont tell my staff and the students and their parents about that rudeness behavior from Domino store GM Jacob. I would appreciate if someone can respond and find a resolution to this unprofessional deal with your customers. Your cooperation in this matter will be gladly appreciated. Domino's Pizza poor feedback service and no refund at all.

I ordered pizza on 17-Sep (Today) twice, because I received a failed notification that my order couldn't be placed. The next order was confirmed.
I payed in both the cases with my gift vouchers. Since, one of the order was failed (cancelled), but my gift voucher was redeemed in both the cases.
Also, the delivery manager was telling that once credited the gift voucher couldn't be redeemed.

This is a serious issue. But nobody from dominos is keen to resolve this. Nobody has contacted me so far.

Domino's Pizza lava cake

I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order I took it home. We ate our pizza which was burnt and our desert the lava cakes was also burnt. I am very disappointed. If they would have taken more time into taking care of my order instead of letting it be burnt I would not have been as disappointed. But I will probably not be returning. I do believe someone should be responsible for making sure they didn't get burnt since there was five people working when I got there.
