Domino's Pizza manager and driver

The driver harassed me and screamed at me about the address because he couldn't find it and when I called to complain the manager was very rude and hung up on me . She told the driver my address and phone number and that I complained and called me after . I called the manager again to tell her that I was getting calls from the driver and I was afraid of harassment and she hung up on me ! She should of never told the driver who complained ! Very poor management and I need this addressed

Domino's Pizza buffalo chicken sandwich

I placed my order around 9:40am and was told food would be ready for pick up at 10:30. I went in at 10:35 and still had to wait few more minutes and to top it off I got home I looked at my sandwich and it looked "burnt" too toasted. And I bit into it thinking maybe it's just the first bite that's too hard but no I ate half of half a slice and it was horrible. The sauce was dried up, cheese also dried up bread I had to force it down because of how hard it was. I was disappointed with it. But I also got an alfredo dish which was a little cold warm but it was still satisfying.

Domino's Pizza pizza

I ordered two 12" pizzas online and it was delivered on time. But, the pizzas were either a day or two old or they were cooked and overcooked. I have the picture attached for your reference. My friends and I are offended. The location is below:

Domino's Pizza pizza delivery and quality

I ordered pizza yesterday night at 9:40 PM. The order was for one medium extra vaganza and one garlic bread.
The order no. was 296 and the allocated store was;
Domino's Restaurant
Advant It Park, Plot No.07sector-142expresswaynoida, uttar Pradesh-201301ph.no-[protected]

This was just 2-3 kms from my place Supertech Ecociti sector 137 Noida, still the pizza was delivered after 1.25 hrs and moreover the pizza was not at all hot. We complained the delivery boy fir the condition of pizza and delay, he gave us the excuse that he has came on foot so it got cold. Moreover he was not willing to give us the refund for late delivery. Just to avoid any argument we took the delivery and paid the person.
Later on we saw that there was no cheesy dip also along with garlic bread and the food was not up to the standards.
Being an old customer, I truly not appreciate this and request you to provide me with the refund/compensation for my loss.
It was a very bad experience, with the loss of money too.
Kindly look into the matter and come up with a resolution at earliest.

Domino's Pizza terrible customer service and late delivery overall terrible experience

I did register a complaint prior on d same day of incident on 15/07/2017 concern ref 3111173... didn't get a satisfactory resolution to it...
I have been a regular Domino's customer since past 5 years...n this behavior was not expected...
I started placing the order on call and I didn't have cash available so I was willing to pay by card...they didn't have machine infect this outlet doesn't have card machine working in the store swell most of the times... then instead of providing a resolution these people chose to speak rudely even the first manager I spoke to was rude...I gave up cue I wanted to go to work and I was running out of time...I was trying to place order online but the pizza I wanted wasn't available there...so I called complaints...the person was helpful he said we will take payment through paytm...but we got disconnected...
I called back again but another rep said its not possible I will connect you to store...after explaining why I don't want to speak to store he got me really helpful manager name SUCHIT...he guided me to wit can be done and order was placed...after order was placed I had 35 minis left to leave for work...however my pizza came after 40 minuts of placing an order...terrible

I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese I did not get extra cheese nor extra onions like I asked for and pizza is cold and hardly and sausage I support Domino's big time and I have ordered from there the past 2 days in a row and the food wasn't what it was suppose to be I pay for the food and a delivery fee plus tip the driver and the food doesn't come to us right or hot way unexceptabl

Domino's Pizza delivery

I had ordered a pizza at this location 1096 Cardiff St, San Diego, CA 92114 around 7pm 07/21/17 at 7:47 the tracker said deliveru was on its way i called around 8:28 To see why the delivery was taking longer and the manager Steve said that Ashley (the driver was delivery orders as they were ordered) i called again at 9:32 and that's when Ashlry had said she contacted me but no answer and the manager said the same I am very dissapointed in how they took care of the problem because she says she called me and knocked on my door but no one answered I was waiting on my door till she would get here but she never did so they cancelled my order i will be summiting my Phone call log from my cell phone provider to prove her she never called. Shame on this type of services

Domino's Pizza never got my order even though I paid. waited an hour. poor customer service.

Tonight I place a pick up order at 6:28PM for a 3 topping pizza and 14 wings from the Domino's located at Frontage Rd, Belgrade, MT 59714. Martel took my order over the phone and told it would be 20-25 minutes till my order would be ready. i proceed to the the Domino's in question and paid for my order at 7:05pm via my debit check card. The gentleman who took my payment told me my order was next. Over the next 10 minuets I watch alot of pizza come out of the oven, multiple people picking up their orders, and delivery drivers leaving with orders. Not once did I see my name on the electronic board. The order was under Gwen phone [protected]. At this point I asked one of the young ladies where my order was and she said I was next up. Ten minute later at 7:25pm, I watched multiple people walk out with orders but yet mine was not ready. I went to the cash register again and ask the manager, Gabby, where my order was and if it wasn't ready I want my money back. I told her I called in my order an hour ago and paid for my order around 7:03pm. She stated, " They were really busy and she didn't know what happened and they were missing one of my pizzas." She then refunded my order. Never offered to look for my pizza or offer me a coupon next time or a free pizza. he told me if this happens again she give me a free pizza.

The gentleman that just paid for his pizza told me he order 7 minutes ago and got his pizza. I waited an hour. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave the guy my order because you can;t cook a pizza in 7 minnutes and he had a box of wings as well.

This is an epic management and store failure on many levels. The workers could have started my order almost 40 minutes after I ordered when I paid in full at 7:03pm and still have it complete while I waited another 20 minutes. This is terrible, unacceptable customer service.

Seriously, Domino's management needs to try the pizza the stores are making cause I have given up on them. I would rather eat a frozen pie from the grocery store. The value is just not there. They skimp on ingredients and charge you an arm and a leg. Consumers are not that dumb. Good luck trying to grow the business, cause the model is flawed. Never again!

Domino's Pizza food/employees attitude

Last night, I ordered a half cheese and half Philly steak (only) pizza. When I opened the box, it was NOT what I ordered. The Philly side had onions, peppers and mushrooms on it. This was my kids supper. They don't like onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Hence, why I ordered ONLY Philly steak and cheese. When I called to ask about it, the guy told me "oh, she just saw the Philly steak and thought you wanted all of that." No. If I'd have wanted all of that, I would have selected it when ordering. The next words out of his mouth were" well, sorry. We're really busy right now. We can give you an in store credit for a free large pizza." Um, NO! I was angry because here it was almost 10pm...and my kids were hungry, and they wouldn't replace what they screwed up! Never again. You should NEVER tell a customer that you are too busy to correct YOUR mistake. And never assume a customer wants other toppings on their pizza if it's not ordered that way!

Domino's Pizza delivery

I ordered two pizzas, cinnamon twists, and a sandwich. They delivered one pizza, the twists and the sandwich. I asked about the other pizza, delivery girl said she would call the store and call me back. When she called back she asked me which pizza was missing. I told her, she said she would tell the store. Twenty minutes later a different driver called and asked again which pizza. I told him. They remade the one I had instead of the one I was missing. He said he would speak to the manager if I still wanted the pizza. I told him we did. That was an hour and a half ago. I called the store an hour later, was told a driver was in route. It has been 40 minutes and still no pizza. This is the second time this store has not delivered my full order. At least last time I finally received the rest of it! Two and a half hours after I place my order this time and still no pizza!

Domino's Pizza service

I ordered a veg pizza from the willingboro nj. My order was close to $30.00. The online status read that the order was left for delivery at 5:48pm. I called at 6:33pm to find out the status. A female worker that answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude. I simply wanted to find out when/if my pizza will be delivered. It's not what she said but how she said "it's out for delivery... Sir" ok? 3 times I asked so when will it be delivered? I got more attitude. If they where behind; I understand. No need for attitude when i'm paying. Bit of advise - be professional; be respectful. Wont order from there ever again...
Finally deliver! Delivery guy said they had to redo the pizza. Why couldn't she had told me that?... Instead I got attitude for asking...

This mail is to kindly inform you that I came from my shift and I was very Hungary so I ordered pizza from Domino's and I ordered vegeterian pizza but they gave me pizza with a price of pepperoni stick to it I have ordered pizza many a times and I have never faced any problem but this time I'm highly disappointed because I belong to religion we don't eat pepperoni at all so I kindly request to change my pizza.

Domino's Pizza dominoes at 1430 east army post rd

So we order from this dominoes all the time n we make specific instructions online n over the phone. They get it wrong all most every time n we just let it go but these last couple weeks we have not let it go n had to complain today we order n once again order not right even ordered from management since we did have a free order from last week. Came to our house was not right so we call the store n might of been a lil irate however we r spending our money n should have order as we ordered. Staff at this store was very much not coroperative kept hanging up on us n would not give managers name. Therefore we called the store down the road 905 army post where there manager Darrell was very helpful in making our order right n now we no longer have to order from the other store thanks Darell for actual good customer service!

2 weeks ago We ordered pizza over the phone at 1430 Army Post road for "pick up" I got put on "hold" 2 times for 15 minutes each time, the 3rd time when they asked if I would hold I said "NO" they said " Ok we are just so busy tonight, they took our order when we got there to pick it up 8 kids most of them in Dominos uniforms were hanging outside the store, , when we went inside the store I said to the lady at the register " so you must be really busy tonight huh"/ she said "No, actually it is SLOW tonight. TONIGHT, we ordered over the phone again, it is 11pm Monday night, they again put me on hold, I called back as I was on hold 20 minutes, when the lady answered the phone she said " if you pick your pizza up it will be an hour and a half before it is ready, if we deliver it will be 2 and a half hours! So I hung up, then ordered ON LINE. I ordered on line and the computer says it will take 44 minutes to complete the delivery. What is going on at 1430 Army Post road? Are the workers there just lying about the pizza time so they don't have to take as many orders and just want to take ON LINE orders? This needs to be addressed, it would UPSET me GREATLY if I owned Domino's, and my workers are treating my customers awful just to get out of work that they are being paid to do. I wanted DOMINOES TO KNOW what is going on and hopefully the huge company will correct it, we spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS at DOMINO'S EVERY YEAR!

We ordered a pizza around 5:30 and it came at 7:15 the pizza was a bit burned and very poorly made the delivery guy was very rude when we called dominos to tell them they messed up the order they said they would send a replacement pizza and never did from 7:30 to 11 they said they were sending a replacement when we called for the last time they were disrespectful and unwilling to listen

We called about 10 times and then they didn't pick up when they did pick up they hung up frequently they were very disrespectful the pizza that was supposed to be a replacement arrived five hours later called around 11:20 The manager refused to answer any calls that we placed The person who continued to answer our calls was very disrespectful and was acting very ghetto.. now we don't want to order from Domino's because of the uncertainty that something will be done to our food ..

Domino's Pizza false advertising

I called the Dominos on Countryside Center Lane. I have a coupon for a free 16 piece Parm Bites. The manager told me the coupon expired. I explained that it didn't expire until December 2017. He said they didn't except this coupon. I told the manager that it said it was valid at that particular location. They said they didn't participate. I told him that didn't make any sense at all, specifically because I had the coupon in my hand. I asked if they would go ahead and accept the coupon since it was Dominos and since it said it was valid. The manager said no. For the life of me- this makes no sense at all. I asked the manager for his name- he gave me his first name but said I didn't need to know his last name. My family already had their mind set on pizza, but I didn't not feel comfortable calling that location back, so we called the competition (Marcos Pizza) Tried to do business with Diminos- but hey clearly did not want to do business with me. I do NOT feel that this was handled in a professional customer service fashion. Unsatisfied customer scratching my head...

Domino's Pizza customer service/food quality

Earlier this evening my husband went to our local Domino's to pick up our dinner. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and brownie for dessert.
First, the young girl at the register said she didn't have correct change. It was not a large bill! My husband then had to walk across the shared parking lot to a Wendy's restaurant and make a purchase to receive change for our Domino's purchase. Are you serious? Unbelievable.
He returned with the change ans never received a thank you or an apology or anything!
Additionally, our pizza was obviously not fresh! It was lukewarm! There was barely any cheese and the crust was rock hard.
The brownie was no better. It was so hard and burnt we could not eat it.
I had to cook dinner for my family because the food was almost inedible.
There is a SERIOUS problem with your Salem, IN store. This entire situation is almost comical. Except for the fact that our money was wasted. There's nothing funny about that. At all.
Please advise as to how we can remedy this situation. To say we are dissatisfied would not cover it. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Domino's Pizza pan pizza

Last night, I ordered two pan pizzas from the bardstown, ky location. I picked them up, and once I got home, I realized that they were still very undercooked. The very bottom of the pizza was brown, but the dough was still veryvery raw, almost inedible. I tried re-baking it in my oven, which only helped a little. This has never happened before, as I order pizza frequently from this chain.

Domino's Pizza pizza and spaghetti

Out of all of the pizza delivery restaurants Domino's has to be the absolute worst! It was bad the last time I ordered, decided to try again and the pizza was disgusting and cold. The spaghetti was not spaghetti, it penne pasta with marinara sauce that seemed like it had been around for a long time and some black mold looking stuff in it! I have been sick to my stomach since I ate the pizza. Never will I try again!

Domino's Pizza food not right and cold

I ordered pizza and wings online today. The tracking was saying 18 to 28 minutes for delivery so after 1 hour of placing my order I called them asking for my food. They told me it was out for delivery and it should be another 10 to 20 minutes because they had just 1 delivery person and 3 new employees so service was slow, to what I replied that they were making false advertising wen tracking system is showing other time frame and that if my food was cold when delivered I wouldn't pay for it ( $35). The food arrived 10 minutes later I paid and tipped delivery guy and went to eat it. I open the boxes and what I see... 6 wings thar I order 14 with no sauce or side dressing and cold. The pizza came all with chicken, mushrooms and olives when it was supposed to be half just chicken and half chicken mushrooms and olives. I grabbed all of that got in my car and drove to domino's. I asked for the manager and told her what happened and for my disbelief she told me she new the wings delivered were not the order I placed ( this like she thought it was ok to have less then half of what you order and still pay for it ). I was so frustrated with this so I asked my money back and went somewhere else.
