Domino's Pizza customer service / overall experience

I cannot understand how a whole chain can consistently get bad reviews and nothing be done to change this. Between (always) having to wait at least 20 minutes to sometimes over an hour JUST for some one to answer the phone to take your order already begins a less than ideal situation.

If some one is patient enough to sit and wait until they are able to get their order in; they then have to worry about how long the order is going to take or if it is even going to arrive at all. It would be different if it was on one occasion but on almost 3 different occasions I placed an order - WAYYY before closing - and did not receive it either due to wrong information like the phone number or just no call no show. It would almost be funny if it didn't mean being left starving after TRYING to be EXTREMELY patient through an already tenuiuous situation.

Worse off, you can't tell yourself that one location is bad so you will call another. NO WAY! ALL OF THE LOCATIONS NEAR 11203 AREA CODE ARE TERRRRIBLE! Same bad service. Same cold distorted food. Same old Dominos.

It may seem like this is a rant but it is more than apparent how much bad publicity your franchise is receiving from those locations with numbers of bad reviews on a monthly basis. Again I ask, why has nothing been done to change this? As good as business may appear I am sure that those locations are nowhere near bringing in the numbers that they could.

I send this complaint to state that I no longer promote Dominos nor offer it for suggestion. It is simply not worth it. There is no convenience and you usually end up with a headache - between the service & being hungry at the same time. Just doesn't work and there's way better options out there.

Domino's Pizza my wife's employer

James at Domino's Pizza in Saint Mary's PA was refused a brake after being scheduled to work over 5 hours yesterday she worked 2- close with no Break. She also shows up 1 hour early and stays late willingly. Earning more hours but he said he's cutting her hours because she made a couple minor mistakes. Instead of teaching her. He did this to her co-worker as well who quit because of it. These are illegal and goes against the fair wages act it's also goes against descrimination. As one of her co-workers was promoted to manager when she herself makes more mistakes than Sara. Not to mention that this co-worker has only been there for 4 months herself.

Also he illegally fired me when I missed work after being informed I cannot work early mornings due to a sleep disorder he continued to schedule me too early knowing I cannot work early and fired me because of it.

Domino's Pizza delivery

I ordered my food around 10pm and the dominos doesnt close until 2 a.m. The food was not delivered. I then called back the next day around 1 p.m and they stated that it would be at my home in an hour. By 6 p.m I went to the Dominos and they stated that they didnt recieve a call and they cant find my order. So we just made another order and they only delivered half of the order.

Domino's Pizza customer service

I order from Dominos in Booneville Ms 38829 online at around 7:30pm the delivery driver messed up twice taking my order to the wrong place it was around 11:00pm before we received our pizza the manager was very rude about the situation when the pizza arrived at my house one of the pizzas had a piece missing & toppings off of some pieces (I have pictures of this pizza) when we called the store the manager again just acted like we were being picky. I had other people besides me here that night too so it was not just me that thought what happened was very wrong. We have order pizza at least once a week sometimes more for a while from them so we've been regulars. I called corporate they said they would called Booneville & be in touch but have not heard from them we've ordered from them once since this happened but now for the past month I can't order online & everytime I call the store there's no answer. I would like to know why I'm the one being punished for their mistakes.

Domino's Pizza inside male worker

Today I went to the Domino's in mt Penn as I got there the male with braids was extremely rude as I placed my order, he seemed very annoyed. As I placed the order I took notice of a female driver Hispanic maybe that was leaving to take a order as soon as she left the male workers began to say sexual things about her from the size of her breast to what they would do to her in bed. The whole thing made me feel uncomfortable and very sorry for the female driver that look to be the only female there. there was a white male manager a heavier set manager with glasses and a driver that drove in a gold color SUV. Them guys need to clean it up. Will never visit that store again. Hopefully that poor female driver will find some where else to work. Totally disgusted.

Domino's Pizza unethical behavior+undercooked pizza

Store in Shoppes of Arrowhead Davie Florida. I'm so upset how my transaction went at this particluar dominoes store. Basically i pre-order with the app for 8:35pm to grab the pizaa after work. I tracked the preparation with app and i realized that my pizza went in 8:20pm and came out at 8:32pm..thats 12mins preparation for a pan pizza? Thats very short, no?. When i picked up my pizza i noticed it looked very weird and had max like 7 pepperoni thrown on top an dlittle pieces of pineapple dropped here and there..i grabbed it and left because i was hungry. Long story short, I got home and had a slice; digusted is understatment to how bad the pizza tasted. Verrry undercooked and like the cheese and pepperoni was just thrown on without care.the whole pizza wasnt cooked at all..just very undercooked. Upset i took back the pizza to the store and the manager that goes by the name of Araceli(if thats even correct) had the audcaity to tell me not to "order pan pizza anymore" and walked away. First of all..how dare you tell me what I can and cannot order..As a manager she should have better customer service skills and poeple's person skills..no apologies..nothing. Im highly dispppointed and i wont be returning. Taking my business elsewhere.

Domino's Pizza delivery driver and manager east kearney springfield mo

My household orders pizza from this dominoes alll the time. We always have problems with them not giving us our condiments we paid for and act like we are bothering them when we call to have them redelivered... I mean we pay for them! This last situation involved a very rude and disrespectful delivery driver. It was past 10pm and the delivery driver had his music blasting! Driving up n down our street waking up several neighbors including me. My son told him to turn down his music it was too late and the delivery driver handed him his food and said "nah I'm good". naturally I was very upset with his rudeness and lack of respect. My son called the manager of the store and the manager said he would handle it. Also my son asked about his card receipt because the driver didn't give him anything which at that time the manager said he could have a driver bring it back by. Which we stated ok but not the same driver. No one ever came. We called last night to place an order and the manager stated they won't deliver to our address anymore because we refused payment and tried to "swing" on the driver. Well I have a security camera and proff that this is farthest from the truth. So I'm not only upset with the driver but your manager has done a terrible job correcting this matter. I work at Hiland Dairy where we order from this Dominos quite frequently also, but I will make sure to let everyone know of your poor poor lack of customer service and the lies not only the driver but your manager come up with to make them seem in the right. But like I said, you can't lie with the camera!

Domino's Pizza full menu not received in delivery at home

I didn't received Veg parcel from my menu and I called number of times but nobody picked up the call.
After contacting support they told me that I will receive call withing 7 mins but didn't get any.
Again I called after half an hour then, I was able to connect with branch people.
I refused to get it delivered by that time because it was already very late i.e. 10:15pm.
Manager of the branch Scetor-9 panchkula told me that they will initiate refund but didn't get any mail or confirmation on that till now.
I am very disappointed with the services. I need it to be solved ASAP.

Domino's Pizza pizza

I had a terrible experience with customer service. I ordered delivery and
1. Was charged twice
2. Buzzed in the delivery man who never came up
3. Called 5 times to find out where my delivery was and was ignored
4. On the last call the person on the other end was so rude and refused to send the pizza.
5. 30 minutes later I get a call from a restricted number saying that they have my pizza

After about an hour and a half I told them I wanted a refund. This was at the Framingham, MA location

Hi I am sahil and i am here to Complaint the Dominos pizza because when we came to the store we ordered a ExtravaganZZa and I did not no that it has pork and they gave pork and then told them our religion don't support pepperoni, Ham and sausage and they told us they could make another pizza for us and we told them that you make another pizza but no pepperoni, ham, sausage. they gave wrong pizza the 2nd time we ordered, still they gave pizza with ham and we said can they the pizza again but the manager told me that he did no have anymore pizza and he did not gave our money back.

Domino's Pizza delivery

On Saturday August 4, 2018 I ordered a pizza to Kensington Maryland from the Weaton store to be delivered. The pizza took close to an hour to arrive, and when it came. The pizza was cold, the boxes were crushed, and in both boxes the pizza was folded and jumbled together like puzzle pieces in a box. I am a loyal dominos customer and I have not had this happen and I was truly disappointed. I have multiple pictures that show these results. I would at least like my money back since the product was destroyed and inedible. Thank you for your time.

Domino's Pizza delivery driver

I filed a complaint about the following matter with the store manager. She assured me that I would hear from corporate and that these matters are taken seriously. I did not hear anything from Dominos. About 3 weeks after this incident I was heading Eastbound on Bond at Stockton when this same vehicle ran the light in the turn lane heading southbound onto bond and sped off. Apparently this is a bit of the culture there at Domino's and I should not expect any action.

Tonight I was driving with my children westbound on bond just past Waterman. As I was about to pull adjacent to a car in the other lane, a third vehicle, with a Dominoes Pizza logo on top, whizzed through the gap between us and accelerated on. I tried to catch up to the car and realized I was up to 75 miles per hour and the car was still pulling away from me. As I slowed I noticed the car a 1/4 mile in front of me pull into the Jack in the Box parking lot at the North east corner of Bond and Elk Grove florin. I pulled in circled around and saw the driver pull up in front of a Domino's Pizza store. I pulled up next to him and told the guy he was driving somewhere in the neighborhood of 80 miles in a 45 mi zone. The driver looked at me and asked very sarcastically, "AND?" I informed him that he nearly cut me off with my children in the car. He then again stated, "And?". I got out of my car and walked into the store and requested the name of the manager. The gentleman behind the counter identified himself as Elijah. He told me he was the manager. I informed him what was going on and told him I wanted to make a complaint. He said, "Okay". He did not ask anything further. I asked him how the process worked and he said, "Well were closed." I then asked for the general managers name and he stated, "We don't give that name out." I asked how to get in touch with the manager and he pointed to a corporate number on the counter and told me to call that number. I was unsatisfied with the answer and realized he was clearly trying to back the employee. I asked him again for a pen and piece of paper and he stated, " You are not my boss I don't have to give you anything." I noticed a pen sitting on the counter and picked it up and then retrieved a napkin to write the number on and the Elijah reached over the counter and grabbed the document from the counter and pulled it away. I then took a flyer from the counter and left the store.

Domino's Pizza employee

Late last night I ordered pizza for pu and they said 20 mins...i arrived and decided to wait in the car as im watching my partner walk in to pay he uses his card so the lady helping him ran the order through the debit machine walks away to the kitchen part eats a wing throws the bone away grabs paper towel wipes mouth and hands with the dry paper towel, goes back to my partner gives him the debit receipt and then walks over to the dough and starts handling the dough and making a pizza...i was watching the whole time..the delivery guy xame out so i told him..he said they have hand sanitizer and if i had a complaint to do something, i didn't hear him...then he sped off very fast for another delivery. She did not use hand sanitizer. Even if she did this is not proper food handling..i have concerns regarding food safe...also by the time i was home (4 mins away) my pizza was only a little warm and didnt seem fresh. Very substandard I was very disappointed.
I googled and found this for complaints.

Domino's Pizza 2 large specialty pizza's,2 parmesean twists and 2 liter.

Made the online order at 9:03pm.
The online tracker said my pizza wasn't made for 15 mins after I place the order.
It kept referring to the name Curry and according to the tracker it said my pizza was out of the oven and ready for delivery at 10:01 at 10:04 I get a call from a employee that said I can come pick up my pizza because their drivers were on a 3 hour backlog for deliveries.
3hours I asked. So I said Yea I can come get it.
The girl said ok it'll be ready in about 45 mins. I was like 45 mins the tracker said it was out of the oven and ready for delivery.
She said Nope we never even made it.
And she proceeded to tell me if I had a issue to call Corporate Office on Monday.
I will Never Ever call Domino's Pizza Ever Again.
Worst service ever.

Domino's Pizza delivery

I have been ordering pizza to my address for 20 years! and yet today (8/4/2018) I was informed that as of today I will have to drive down the road just to get my pizza if I want it to be delivered. Like seriously it's like less then a quarter of a mile you would be driving. I should not have to leave my house and drive down the road to get my "delivery". why would I pay somebody a delivery fee if they are only doing half of their job. I don't pay fedex to deliver a package to a house down the road so why should I do the same for dominos. The worst part is that it has never been an issue up until today and I would love to know what changed all of a sudden to exclude my house.

Also the man who informed me "Andrew" straight up said he doubted what I said was true. which is blatantly disrespectful of the customer as he was essentially calling me a liar after I said I have had pizzas delivered all these years with no issues.

The dominos I order from is located in mill hall, PA just off the highway.

Domino's Pizza gm

Samantha Morgan is my gm. She works for the store in sumner, wa. I am continually yelled at in front of customers, as well as my coworkers. Today, she came out of the bathroom yelling (in front of two customers) "who the [censored] cleaned this bathroom!" You need to clean it again, and don't sign off on it unless is done properly!"
While I understand her frustration, she is always yelling and cussing at us in front of customers. I think she needs to take a class in etiquette. Please take the time to investigate, because this is the lesser of my complaints. The others are just rumors of her using drugs in the walk-in and sleeping with her boss. She has fired at least 6 people because she doesn't like them, and I've only been here for a month.

Domino's Pizza waiting for an hour and getting the wrong pizza

I ordered my pizza inside the store was waiting patiently and saw on the screen my pizza was ready, only one employee out of all the ones they probably have was doing all the orders. I asked about my pizza because 30 minutes have passed and no pizza. They said "I accidentally skipped over it, I'm sorry I'll do it right now". I said alright. Another 20 minutes passed and no pizza, I looked upset and the employee said oh here's your pizza, they made the pizza with different toppings that I had asked for. She said she would make another one, so I would've had to wait another 20 minutes. I said no! I took the pizza they had made with wrong toppings, it was also someone's else's order.

Domino's Pizza foreign object found in pizza-larva

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Takeaways

The issue that I have experienced was: About 2 hours after we had our pizza delivered my daughter had found what looked like parmesan on a slice that she ate. When she went to heat up another piece she noticed there were several of these cheese like pockets. So she came to my husband and I and asked us to look. It was late so with a flashlight we looked and what we saw looked like larva. I didn't want to jump to conclusions so I suggested us to wrap it up and look in the morning. To our surprise, there were maggots moving in the pizza. I called the store and told the manager Nicole and she asked to bring it in. After taking a video of the pizza I did just that. I came with my two daughters with a wrapped up pizza and asked her, "Where would you like to do this?" She said, "Right here!" And pointed to the front counter. In my amazement that she knew I had live larva she was willing to contaminate the front counter where customers put their order in, I opened the box. I pointed out that what we thought was cheese was pockets of larva and some were alive and moving. I asked her..."Do you to see that? They are moving.." She replied, "Yes! We keep everything clean and I'll need to send a slice for analysis. I told her my daughter ate 2 slices before noticing she was eating larva and I and my husband did also. She did not apologize, she did not offer anything, she did not even take my name and number. After staring at her and understanding that she was not going to do anything. I asked her..."Are you going to take my name? Are you going to compensate me for us eating larva on our pizza?" Mind you we ordered there the night before and we saw the same stuff on the sausage but we didn't think nothing of it. So here we are 2 days of ingesting larva. She says, "Oh!" She got a piece of paper out and wrote my number down and wrote, 1med 2 topping pizza w/ 2 marinara cups at any store. Never once did she take my information for follow up, never once she even apologized. She gave me a piece of scratch paper and told me to take to any store for a free pizza. My 14 yr old ate a pizza with larva on it as did me and my husband. As you can imagine my disgust and absolute disappointment in a multi billion dollar chains manager would negate the seriousness of a customer eating larva and when bringing it in you have me show you on the very counter you take orders on. I am so furious at the mere fact she treated me like I was nothing and the concerns of my families health, the communities health even mattered. I have contacted a lawyer, BBB, Yelp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, all of my local news stations, King 5 -Ask Jessie, how dare Nicole offer me a 1 Med Pizza for my family ingesting larva. We will be making appointment Monday for health checks to make sure we don't have any parasites. Shame on your company. I ask you this? What are you going to do with this?" After I had a representative call and ask her for her owners name, Nicole then called me within 20 minutes asking me come in and sign a form. I want to know what I'm signing before I do that. It is was so important to Nicole why didn't she have me sign it when I went in with a box of live larva?

Domino's Pizza customer service

On 30 july 2018 I placed an order for 4 pizzas, parmesan bites, cinnamon twists and a two litre sprite. I placed this order a little after noon and began following the progress on my app. The order left the store @1235, at 1320 the delivery had still not been made. I called the store to ask what the hold up was and the manager got on the phone, with a disrespectful attitude telling me that we would all like to have our delivery to be first but we all must take our turn. I explained to him that I had a house full of people and did not want to serve cold pizza, he said he would try to contact driver and call me back. 9 minutes later the driver arrived and I called the manager back and asked him what we were going to do about this issue. At this point he said nothing, he said the pizza made it there within an hour (which is untrue). The pizza was still warm, however the thin crust pizza had dried out and tasted awful, the cinnamon twists were hard and the hawaiian pizza was soggy. I order from dominos at a minimum twice a month but after being spoke to and treated as if me, my family and my order didn't matter I just may need to consider another option. I have never felt so disrespected by a person of authority ever.

Domino's Pizza bad business

I ordered a pizza & pasta for my children July 38, 2018. from 1106 E 42nd st, Odessa Tx 79762
We received our order to find a pizza with no sauce, no cheeses... I called back requesting another pizza, which took 2 hours to get delivered once it arrived the dough was stuck to the box because it was not the least bit baked!
I didn't have much money to spend but my kids talked me into spending it on a pizza for them, needless to say the whole family was disappointed.
