Domino's Pizza wrong order

On Monday (05/21/2018) morning I ordered 3 types of wings (14 pc.) from the Dominoes Pizza in Riverhead, NY which is located on old country road. I called in the order at 12:51 am and was pleased that they agreed to make the delivery. The delivery arrived sooner than expected. I opened the 3 boxes of wings to find that although (2) of the wings were the correct type, 1 was plain when it should have been spicy. I called the store immediately (1:14 am) to see what the best resolution would be, and was greeted with "sorry, we are closed", then they hung up before I could say any more. I tried 2 more times and each time the gentleman on the phone became more angry with me and began yelling "we are closed!" and hanging up before I could say anything. On my 4th attempt a young lady picked up and I got a few words in, I said" Hi I received the wrong order"... she said "what do you mean". I said "I received the wrong wings and provided my address...she hung up. I feel this was extremely rude and I would like a $50 gift card to dominoes as this is what I paid the delivery man (including tip). I couldn't enjoy my meal after being yelled at and hung up on that way and I'd like the $50 gift card so I can try again next time and hopefully have a better experience.

The Dominos at 5219 has the rudest female managers I have ever encountered. After placing a phone order for delivery and waiting and hour and half for my pizza I called to find out where it was. The girl put in pick up which thats not what I ordered after saying I would come pick it up the manager told me they threw it away and hung up on me. I called back...

Domino's Pizza online order #476256

I ordered a Diet Dr. Pepper and when arrived it was a regular Dr. Pepper. And I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and it came as just Chicken and Onion on it. We were to hungry to have it reordered the right way. This is the second time we have had a order not right with the same location Dominos 7825 E. Harry St. Wichita KS 67207.
This is our favorite style in Pizza over the rest of other competitors and am sad that we continue to have messed up orders.

Domino's Pizza gift cards online and less than good customer service

I have never been so frustrated with a Domino's ever! First my UNUSED gift card wouldn't work online despite being new, still having the original balanced. Second when I called the store, they were instant that I had to come in, defeating the purpose of an online delivery! Third I had to constantly repeat my self, although I still think they didn't catch my entire order. Finally I have made this order before using the same coupons, I get the same price as always online relatively 18 dollars. Yet they were insistent that I was wrong and the order costed 22 dollars. When I tried to tell them why that could not be the price, they gave me the "I can place your order if you want but we are busy tonight..." phrase. I do not appreciate this kind of treatment especially being a Domino's customer for 7 years. Not only am I left with out getting my order but now I m left with severe frustration. This leaves a bad impression and makes want to change pizza services!

Then when I tried to make a "concern" on the site, my perfectly valid, just got of the phone with Domino's cell phone was marked as an "invalid number"! How vexing! I might just switch after all if I can even make a complain when necessary!

Domino's Pizza service

I ordered my pizza at 10:12 pm from the Dominos Pizza on College Ave in Beaumont, Texas on 5/19/2018. I made serveral calls to the store checking the status of my order. The customer service was terrible and the employees were rude. It's currently 12:02am on 5/19/2018 and I have still not received my order as I'm typing this complaint. This is unacceptable. It's been 2 hrs and my food hasn't arrived and the employees were rude. I'm very disappointed in my service.

Domino's Pizza delivery order online

I placed an order tonight on May 19, 2018 to my local Dominoes. My order was placed at 6:58 pm at 8:00 pm I called to find out where my order was. An employee who said his name was cole said that the order was placed for carry out when I specifically ordered for delivery due to transportation issues. (Email to prove) He told me after a few back and forth statements, that I would have to pay the delivery charge to have it sent to us. I refused and he asked someone for further choices, I overheard him speaking about me very rudely to another associate (never placed on hold). He Came back and said that they would wave the delivery fee but that it was going to be an hour because I was going to be placed at the bottom of the list. I said that was unacceptable due to having young children and it not being until 9 pm for us to receive dinner we ordered at 7pm. I told him to cancel the order and refund the money. He said his name was cole clepper. That's how he said it was spelled.
My step father then drove over and spoke to a woman who said she was the manager and told him to call 1800dominos. And after trying to call it said we had to go to the website to complain. Therefore here we are. 8:40pm at night and no food for my young kids.

Domino's Pizza customer service for a misplaced order

An order was placed and it seems other items were accidentally ordered. Upon calling and questioning the extra items we were charged for, the person on the phone was very rude as I told him we did not order two of the items. He responded by saying "it was ordered by her own two hands" in a condescending manner. A mistake was made and if he would have politely explained to me what happened I would have been fine with it. His tone and attitude was completely out of line. I will never buy from this company again and no longer wonder why the pizza industry if failing. This is not the first time we have had a run in with this company.

Domino's Pizza ordering

I tried to make an internet order with Dominos.Their internet was down so I had to call to place my order for delivery.
The young man on the phone wanted to charge me $8 more because he said the coupon wouldn't work!
I told him no thank you, and I called papa johns.
That was extremely bad customer service!

Domino's Pizza online ordering

I ordered online a small pizza with bacon and pep and there was no bacon but after reading the coments seems like it dont happen much so either is just certain employees that forget to add certain things or there is bug in the system. Just wanted to point it out i didnt personally eat the pizza cause im a picky eater but someone else did but yah no bacon wish there was just pointing it out

Domino's Pizza ignored allergy

I ordered a pizza and sandwich online. Before submitting my order I reviewed it to make sure there would not be green pepper on either (there is a chemical in green pepper that I am allergic to).

After placing the order I called the store to ensure they would not have green pepper and explained my allergy. Both did.

As a result, I could not eat either one.

I will NEVER order from Dominos again.

Obviously they don't care if their food makes their customers ill.

Domino's Pizza service

I had called in a carry out order because that's the quickest way to get a pizza... so I thought. They said 15-20 minutes perfect! I need to go pick up my hungry kids frm the babysitter. Get there, waited a few minutes, got the pizza, walked to my car. They gave me the wrong pizza. So I went back in they said they'll make a new one. Wait 10 minutes... nope I waited longer than that. Anyways they messed up my order and made me late to pick up my kids and I had to pay babysitter extra. They weren't even sorry and didn't compensate me anything. The pizza here I liked but I don't know if I like it enough to order frm again.

Domino's Pizza I received the wrong pizza 🍕

I ordered two pizzas on Mother's Day, one thin cheese and one hand tossed feta and spinach. It was $27 and some change and my daughter picked up the order. The thin had pepperoni, extra it looked like and the feta pizza was not sliced correctly but we just fixed that but we already had a house full of people and could not return the order. I order dominos at least once a month if not more so let me know what we can do to fix this please.

Domino's Pizza delivery process

I ordered my pizzas at 8:45pm and received a message that Jaron was on his way with my pizzas at 9:20pm, at 9:58 my kids were bothering me about the pizza delivery' so I decided to call and enquire? The manager Jasmine (who was very polite and respectful) told me that my pizza wasn't on it's way? and that it was going to be out on thier next delivery? unexceptable! so I decided to cancel the order, needless to say my kids were very disappointed. I'm pretty sure this email will fall on deaf ears, but unfortunately that's the society we live in these days! thier are many pizza places that would love to gain one more customer!

Domino's Pizza my order #1439436

I placed my order with domino's online and I had to wait 3 hours to get my order by the time I receive it it was extremely cold and sauggy i was hosting a dinner party and no one wanted to eat it i would like my full refund for this order because i an extremely dissatisfied with my order the driver was supposed to keep my order in a insulated over mit but handed it to me all cold I was extremely PISS and I wasted $36 dollars on my order please refund me back because I am totally dissatisfied.

Domino's Pizza delivery

I work at a vet clinic. You cannot imagine how physically demanding this job is. Today I had to restrain an aggressive Rottweiler that weighs exactly as much as I do. This [censored] is not easy (but I love it). This morning I skipped breakfast because we had an emergency at the clinic, I had to rush there. We don't get a lunch break on Saturdays, we work 6 hours straight and close early. Every Saturday that I work I order pizza for the clinic because, frankly, I can't go that long without eating. I'm starving all morning and finally get a chance to put in an order at your Santa Fe location. I verify the address, pay online, and get my [censored] back to work. At 1:30 I check my email to make sure the order was confirmed, etc... I clicked the link for the "Tracker"... It says my food has been delivered and "we hope you're enjoying it". No the [censored] I am not. I call the store... they hang up on me. I call back. They put me on hold with your obnoxious, repetitive "informative" hold recording for so long that I listened to it several times. Then they hang up on me. We finally close at 2 o'clock and I drive to the store. They guys behind the counter asked me what the address was supposed to be and I told them. Alex (or Andy or Allen?) immediately knows which order it was and proceeds to tell me he went the wrong direction with my food. He said he came back to the store when he realized he went to the wrong place, and the order was cancelled. My first question was why would the Tracker thing say it was delivered, why no email, call, or your website said anything about a problem with the order. My second question was how did he recognize the address if "the machine printed out the wrong address" like he claims. My third question is who doesn't have enough common sense to maybe google the freaking business you're supposed to be delivering food to when you see you're in the wrong spot? Well here comes Dylan to the rescue. "We'll give you a refund". Well that's a [censored]ing given. No apology, no kind of sense of responsibility from anybody. I've ordered food from you guys so much for all of us in that clinic and I'm treated like they didn't give a damn that obviously people are hungry and in need of food and can't currently leave their places of business. I mean, isn't that the whole point of pizza delivery? Is that what kind of place you run, "Put in an order and good luck, we'll see if you get to eat"? Don't worry. I'll be supporting some local pizza joints from now on.

Domino's Pizza never received a pizza and they took money from my account

I order two pizzas and bread sticks never revived any of it and they took my money really pissed need my money back or police will be called they did not take my name just phone number and when I went to get the pizza cause it wasn't delivered they said the order was being deliver I left and the pizza never showed up but I have where they took the money from my account

Domino's Pizza I called last night to order two large pizza

I called last night to oder two large pizza the young lady ask me my phone number twice and my address then put me on hold come back ask me my number and address over three more times then take my oder said I would have a 45minutes wait well that time was up I called back to ask how long on my oder someone told me hold on she was on her way out the door no one came to the phone so I called back and the lady said the tried to call me back but my number I gave was wrong and they don't deliver on 1013 hill Street after dark why was I never told that when I place my order they were very rude towards me

I ordered a Philly cheese steak handtossed from u canyon nc dominions. At 615 on weds May 95th at 650 was not ready all the workers there thought so funny a bunch of laughing women carting on like they had no job they so called apologized have me 2 pizza one half raw one almost burnt I love the Philly cheese steak pizza thought yes downsize u don't deliver . but u only pizza place that makes this in my area never again it was 715 before I got my pizza on a pickup order it should never take an hr to get a pizza made and service from youtmr people was awful

Domino's Pizza delivery

Order a medium pizza and boneless wings. My order arrives in 40 minutes. The delivery guy even confirmed, "medium pizza and wings?" Yes! I open the box and it's full of bread. I call dominos around 8 and spoke with Alisa and explained my order was delivered incorrectly. She apologized and said they will send the wings over. I specifically asked if i have to wait another 30 to 40 minutes. Alisa replied no only about 15 to 20 minutes. I called back about 10 minutes later and asked to speak with the manager who is Cameron. He apologized for the error and confirmed my food would be delivered as a matter of fact his delivery guy was just about to leave the store when we spoke around 8:08. My wings didn't arrive until 8:32pm. Keep in mind I live 4 minutes away. When I called back to speak with the manager again he refused to come to the phone and had Alisa speak for him. Not a good manager at all and not very honest. I just don't like being told lies.

Domino's Pizza the online service

I ordered a pizza online it told me it would be ready in 32-42 minutes. It told me my price was 8.63. I told the computer I would pay when i got there. Call the pizza place 25 minutes later to make sure my order was ready before I picked it up because I have a 5 year old that I'm feeding and I'm just trying to get it and go home. They couldn't find my order I had to re-order at 7:10pm and it won't be ready til 7:50pm seriously! Don't order online it sucks!

So I have to totally redeem the dominos on loop 250 in midland tx after the online order that they messed up I went to pick up my new order at 7:50pm it was ready she gave me a free 2 liter coke and a container of red bell pepper I was trying to pay for it but she didn’t take it sine they messed up! That was amazing! Thank you for great employees dominos I had to tip her extra even for a carry out
