Domino's Pizza brought the wrong food then

Brought the wrong food then brought it out it was cold and undone I ordered the 2 for 5.99 each one pan pizza they sent out a large pizza and the other one was cold and then I call back they sent it back out and it was undone and nasty worst thing ever and I will never order from them again it doesn't matter to me how they feel I am 5 months pregnant

Domino's Pizza manager conduct and fraud.

I ordered pizzas for my family on 12/8/17, from the store on meridian rd in Bellingham Washington 98225, My food was delivered to a neighbors house by mistake, my neighbor forged my name to my bank account and took my food and no one from the store called to tell me. I then called in because my husband and child who were at home waiting for this food called to tell me that after an hour and 15 minutes their food was still not there. I then called in to speak to someone about my order and was told my pizza was already delivered and was put on hold and sent to the driver named Adam who then informed me he made a mistake and delivered it to the wrong house and that they told him they would call and let me know, no one called to let me know. I then asked for his managers name and he told me Joe was the manager on duty. I called back to the store and a young girl answered I then explained who I was again, the problem and that I would like to speak to her manager, she said rudly, this is she.. I explained my situation again, and she inturupted me to tell me that I personally from my phone was the one who called to tell her specifically that the order was delivered to the wrong address, I then explained to her there was no way that was possible I was at a work event not even at home and I did not know it was never delivered until my husband called me at 10 minutes to 10pm to tell me it was still not delivered, and that I never spoke with anyone. She told me that it was impossible that she is not wrong, and I respectfully disagree . I than asked her for her managers name and she refused to give it to me, then gave me her email with her name right on it. The manger responsible for the mistake made on her shift tonight is Ashley, she has zero customer service skills, and from working in customer service for 13 years, I will not accept this, I was never brought my entire order and no body cared that someone forged my name and cost your company money. Unacceptable, I will not accept this kind of service from a company of this caliber. This is the second incident ive had due to this stores incompetent crew... Something needs to be done. I will be reaching out to every corporate complaint I can find.

Domino's Pizza domino driver damaged my property and store is not being responsive the resolve

I ordered a pizza on Tuesday 12/05 from Domino's Store (4141): 3300 Buford Highway Atlanta GA 30329 | [protected]

The driver got stuck on my retaining wall when backing out and he had to get a town truck to help him get out. I can say that I have lived in this house for 14 years, and this is the first person incapable of backing out of my driveway and getting stuck. He damaged my wall in the process and I want Domino's or the driver to repair the minor damage to the wall (see pic attached).
I have called the store 2X and still waiting on the manager to call me back. It's been 3 days and no response from them. I need help with corporate to get this resolve before I take legal action for destruction of property against Domino's.

Domino's Pizza dominos rip me off brought me the wrong stuff was rude to me hung up on me I want a full refund

I made a purchase last night at Domino's Pizza what I ordered online was chicken a pizza that was redeemed a free pizza salad something to drink and cinnamon twist and what I got was a cold pizza no chicken and the pizza that was supposed to be redeemed for free pizza they charge me for they didn't bring the chicken they didn't give me a receipt the driver over charge me he didn't give me the right money back I want a complete refund of all of my money I called today because they kept on hanging up on me last night and I didn't say anything yet I was just trying to tell them that they messed up on my order but they were rude to me and I do mean very rude it was like talking to gangsters what on Earth I have ordered from this place over and over I've never had a problem up until now so please resolve this ASAP my name is Suzanna Balentine my #[protected]

Domino's Pizza pizza

I just received one of my many orders of dominos once again it was wrong, they forgot my dip cup after I paid almost a $1 for it and just said sorry and closed the door, not offering to go back to get it when it's right up the street from me. This has happened to me 3 times now last time they forgot 2 of my toppings. I spend a lot of money but am considering switching companies if this can't be dealt with, tired of not getting the right order.

Domino's Pizza pizza delivery

We placed an order online to use our free pizza we had earned. We also added a pasta dish, sandwich, and dessert all from the $5.99 menu, along with a soda. The total came to $27 and some change and then we rounded up for st Jude. We used a cc for payment. It was processed and the tracker started moving. 20-30 min later, our driver pulled up and told us we owed $40 and some change. We informed him that was not correct because our total was less and that we paid online. He was rude and hateful and stated "no, you owe us $40 and I am not leaving without my money" we showed him the receipt we printed for $28 and he said "well you can call if you want my phone is off so I can't" so we first pulled up the receipt on the email and it was completely different than the original receipt we had printed. It didn't show the free pizza and everything was a dollar or two more than what we were originally charged. We also checked and saw the credit card was not charged so we called to see how we could rectify the situation. We had to wait 10 min to speak to someone and the driver huffed and moaned and groaned the entire time. Once we got on the phone we were treated by even more disrespectful and hatefulness. They even YELLED that our card was not charged. At that point we said that he could just bring the pizza back to the store and he shouted "peace out, " slammed the door and then burned out of our drive way. We are frequent customers of dominos and know that this is not normal of the company but I wonder how many people this particular store may be pushing away from your business.

The order was delivered late and cold in addition it was deliver in a horrible perspective, awful, the store is not responding, am unable to get with a manager to have a refund made, just horrible experience from this store location. There were also items missing when deliver who we let the driver know, still he just said to call the store whom we been unsuccessful with.

Domino's Pizza pizza was a huge mess

I ordered a pizza delivery due to a broken foot. The pizza was prepared in a timely manner but once I opened the box it looked like the pizza was dropped and put back in the box. I called store and they said I would need to bring it back but I explained my situation and said they would have the driver pick it up and re deliver a pizza but that would be another 50 minutes. They refused to provide me with a credit or free pizza. please call me at [protected]

ordered a large pepperoni pizza with garlic sauce online and when i picked up my order and got home i realized that my order was incorrect. instead of the large pepperoni i received a large pineapple pizza with no garlic sauce. i drove back to dominos to sort things out and they said i would have to order and pay again since i had already received a pizza even though i had a receipt proving they got my order wrong.

Domino's Pizza refund

On December 2 I ordered 4 pizzas, and In the end once I was charged!, they called me and said they had to cancel my order. So I called back again and they said they would refund me. I called Monday And the girl said I had to call around 5 so I can speak with the manager, I called around 5 a bit later and they said I had to speak with the supervisor and they didn't transfer me or anything, and that it should take up to 3-4 business days to get my money back. It's now Wednesday & all I want to know is if they will refund me, but the store just keeps switching me to an employee & giving me the run around & now they're saying I have to wait 4-6 business days!

Domino's Pizza pizza large

Stayed waiting 45 minutes waiting for pizza. While waiting seen and heard others order pizzas, they get their and leave and I'm still waiting. Ask my order is lost and I payed with debt card, girl like it will be 6 minutes and we will have you a pizza. This was wrong . My son worked at pizza place for 5 years in college station and they're place went by orders online and in line and admit if made a mistake. I will not come back here. Person taking order was nice but my name was lost. I live close and this is second time I've ordered pizza from here, first time took a lil time but went ok . Unorganized this time.

Domino's Pizza delivery

On 12/5/17 at 4:30pm I ordered for delivery online and was quoted 30-38 mins. At 5:02 via your "tracker" my food was checked for accuracy. My food sat there getting cold until 6:10, and was not delivered until 6:30. Everything was cold and dried out and I was offered no explanation, no apology, no discount, nothing, in fact the delivery driver was a bit hasty and rude. I order dominos all the time and have never had to wait 2 hours for something to be delivered to me just 10 mins down the road! Not too pleased with this particular location at all, to say the least. Will not be ordering from this store again!

Domino's Pizza deliver pizza

I ordered online a pizza at 5:53 pm at location Duncanville, tx 75116. Two hours later I had to call store to know status of order. Was told it was on way. 20 minutes later and I call store again and ask to speak to Carissa (manager) they hang up the phone. Called again and had to cancel my order at 8:28 pm because pizza was still not delivered. Very bad service!

Domino's Pizza delivery and customer service

On 12/2/2017 I Justin Bryant ordered pizza at dominoes store location (Domino's Pizza, 3305 W Walnut Hill Ln, Irving, TX 75038) around 8PM. This was an order for delivery, when asked "how would I like to pay for the order?" I informed the employee with credit card but I advised him that Its for my teenage kids and I would not be there to show Card (which I've done befor with the store) the employee informed me that that's okay the order will be delivered. Once the delivery driver made it he told my kids that he would not be able to give them the pizza my kids Ed mediately called me and I spoke with the delivery driver asking him why is he refusing the pizza which I've already paid for. He told me in exact words " I don't trust no damn teenagers" I was very shocked by the way he spoke to me about my kids and informed him to get away from my house. My wife and canceled our evening outing to go and confront this store on the Rudeness of their employee and also get a refund receipt. The store manager denied all what we was telling him about his driver and but did admit to telling us we would not need to be there (home) for credit card verification, he also told me that he was unable to give me a refund receipt and to call my bank to check the refund status.

Domino's Pizza large pizza and 8 piece hot wings

After 40 minutes of waiting for our delivery the driver showed up and left saying ill be right back. After calling dominos we where told that the driver had delivered the wrong pizza and a new one was being made, we where not given a discount and before our order was revived I had to leave the deleaverly location and cancel my order of wings. I hope to get something to make me want to order from dominos again because that was terrible first time service.

Domino's Pizza pizza

Ordered 7 pizzas online for a kids birthday party. Ordered one day before. Delivery scheduled for 5:45PM on 12/03/2017. It was 6:00PM and no delivery. Tried to call store multiple times and either no answer or call answered then hang up. I finally, drove to the store myself to pick up the pizza as we had all these kids in the house and nothing to feed them. Got to the store and they said they ran out of "large pizza boxes" all my large pizzas were in medium size boxes. They actually made large pizza but broke them apart to fit in the medium boxes. It looked like they just dumped 3 or 4 slices on each box. (WE HAVE PICTURES OF THE WHOLE MESS). So I Got all my pizzas in broken slices, late, I have to pick up myself and to add insult to injure was still charged the $3.99 delivery fee. Horrible experience.

Dec 2, 2017 at 8:17pm from the Domino's pizza store in passaic nj on main ave..they had me waiting for my food till 11:00pm for them to say that they canceled my order cuz nobody picked the phone up when they called an that's [censor] cuz keep calling them an the female was like the driver car broke down an another driver is coming but we have to make the pizza over cuz it was out for to long so 15 mins an they will be there...so I waited 15mins and called back she said it's still in the oven a few more mins so a half hr went by an I called back an said I'm outside in front my house an nobody came or called my phone were is my food at so she said it left already but hold on the a guy come on an say it's canceled an I can't see or tell u who canceled it an the girls that u was talking to had left so I can't do nothing cuz I can't see yr order call tomorrow at 8 when the manager is here so I sent a email to cooperate an called the shift manager this moring now doing this complaint cuz that shift was just being lazy an didn't want to do there job.an that's not good customer service or satisfaction to ppl like me that's spending an this is my second problem with them...the 1st time the same thing waiting 2-3 he's just for pizza an wings an that was $30 to get it an it was so cold I really kept it an called them the next day for them to say I will think bout sending u a coupon for a discount...i never got so I don't recommend this pizza store to nobody they don't do there job an they suck at Customer service it's poor...

Domino's Pizza food, managers, delivery, and more

Last night I ordered a pizza that took an hour and a half to get to my home. The ENTIRE pizza was burned. When I called to complain the woman told me "well you asked for it well done". Seriously! I can not believe someone actually put that pizza in a box and sent it out thinking it would be ok. When we order pizza I automatically turn on the oven so when it gets here if it is not cooked correctly I can go ahead and throw it in. We usually order two pizzas, one of which is the deeper dish pizza/pan pizza. When the pizzas arrives the cheese on the pan pizza is either 1/2 cooked or a big pool of mush, almost liquid like in the center of the pizza melding with the sauce. It ends up being goop.
On one occasion I placed a complaint on dominos.com about the pizza and the manager that I just spoke to called me right back and had some very choice words for me about she just talked to me and why would I go make a complaint. I was very shocked by her behavior.
Needless to say, this goes on and on.
I only order from them cause Pizza Hut is worse

Domino's Pizza my order

I order my food approximately 3:20pm on Sunday 3rd December. Driver called approximately 4:45pm explaining the order is on the way, what nunber he will be calling from (347) number and he will be arriving shortly. I called called the store on 686 Nereid Ave Bronx, New York 10470 at 5:08pm and explained and inquire about my order and the employee by the name of "Alex"responded that they are "busy" and that is the reason the order is taking that long. I then explained to the employee that its been 2hrs and i have yet to receive my order and i would like to cancel it, the worker hanged up the phone. I called back and spoke to the manager and neither the manager or employee showed any sympathy towards the situation

Domino's Pizza unfair employment, bad hygiene, and overall customer service

I once applied to this Dominos and the manager never took the time of day to bother with it as I have applied to other pizza shops and all told me that I was a great candidate for the position. But the overall attitudal aura of the manager is unfriendly and rude Not to mention the one time I went to place an order and the smell radiating from the manager was atrocious it smelt like something died in his clothes and I don't appreciate him working with my food with facial hair.
