Domino's Pizza pizza delivery

We arrived into Minneapolis late at night and checked into our hotel at about 1:30am. We were starving after a long flight and decided to order a pizza, and the closest Domino's is open until 3am (1113 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis). We submitted our order online (just 2 pizzas) at 2:05am and received a confirmation email. The email included the pizza tracker, which noted that our pizza was already being cooked. The delivery time said 100 minutes. I checked the tracker several times and it still said our food was being cooked. Around 2:45am, I checked it again, only this time it said that there was suddenly no order associated with my number. I tried calling the store several times and they did not answer. The pizza was never delivered. The next day (today), I called the store several times to attempt speaking with a manager, but no one ever answered the phone. I tried waiting till later in the day and tried again, but there was still no answer.

Domino's Pizza incomplete orders

Last evening I ordered from one of your franchises. And while the food was delivered in a near record time (and was exceptionally good) my order was incomplete. I immediately called the store located on Broad St. in Providence RI. The employee was very courteous and stated that the rest of our missing items would be sent out once the next driver was available. As of this email, we are yet to receive the items we paid for. Now I understand mistakes are made, it happens. But after being told that the problem would be remedied, I now feel that I was just ignored. I am one customer, but it this era of social media, one customer can very quickly multiply. I can not fault the home office, but if there is any sort of oversight on your franchise branches I believe word from your mouth would serve to be much more effective in correcting this behavior. As a loyal customer, I would prefer not to switch brand loyalty. But I will not deal with that particular store again.

Domino's Pizza service from delivery driver was horrible was rude and my order was wrong

Placed order for delivery driver called to say my buzzer wasn't working he never left his car or attempted to buzz in both my husband and myself he's to go look for him. When we found him he was very rude to me I called his store to complain about him as well as my 12 inch pan chicken bacon Alfredo had no chicken or bacon and I was told 45 50 mins for their mistake this is unacceptable $45.15 was my total if I wanted to be treated like trash I would have went to one of your competitors.

Domino's Pizza The new and improved sausage (ewww)

Hello!,

Recently, you came out with "The New and Improved" Sausage that goes on the pizza. I think it's disgusting and doesn't taste right. Something is off about it. So, now I have to order pizzas without sausage, even though it's my favorite topping, because I don't want disgusting pizza. Please go back to the old sausage. There was nothing wrong with it to begin with.

WHY DO YOU (DOMINOES PIZZA) continue to serve that disgusting sausage? Could you at least left the old recipe as an option? I am a sausage pizza lover and I cannot eat your pizza anymore until you bring back the old sausage or use something similar to Papa Johns or Pizza Hut.

You don't seem to listen to your customers, because my friends hate your sausage, my wife hates it and my kids do as well. I cannot order a pizza from you if it has sausage on it and that is usually all the time. My family and I usually get pepperoni and sausage pizzas and we used to love your old sausage recipe.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to use this sausage on your pizza needs to be fired!

Please change your sausage. I think it has a terrible taste, when you can taste it. That has always been my go to topping, and won’t be ordering from domino’s when I have to have sausage on my pizza. It is so bad that my dog even turned his nose up, and didn’t eat it.

It's absolutely god awful. Spongey and square in shape...it ruined my pizza. It is my favorite topping, but had to stop ordering. Going to Pizza Hut as well.

The new sausage has no flavor compared to the sausage it replaced and it looks similar to the ground beef making it almost impossible to distinguish one from the other. I don't like it and will be giving my business to Pizza Hut in the future.

Domino's Pizza disgusting!!

That was so disgusting and unhealthy!

I ordered a pizza from local Domino's, Charlotte, NC.
The courier’s shirt was almost fully covered in dog or cat hair. I swear there was so much hair on it!
Don’t know why he didn’t care about it and what he did before delivering the food. Moreover on the pizza I was eating I found a four inch hair obviously from someone’s head. Terrible service!

I don't recommend you to order from them... at least I will surely never do.

Blow this place off! Go to papa john's! Sent internet order... waited 30 minutes... went to store..."Sorry, we don't have the order!" Then spelled my name to 'brain dead dolt' at counter..."oh, here you are!" Not even seen by the five people behind the counter!... So... OK.. sat down..3 other groups of people were sitting there too. All had car keys in hand, no drinks... waiting... So... after 5 minutes..."a guy' comes out of a corner office, older guy... walks up to counter and asks people next to me,"are you waiting for an order?"DUH... NO, they are there enjoying the air conditioning!... So he asks..."NAME?"... guess what, he turns around and pulls their order off the hot window. they leave.. so, he asks next couple,"You too waiting for an order?"Yes they respond and he too pulls the order off the hot window and they leave. This happens again and the hot window is empty and I leave to go get gas. 20 minutes later I return and give the 'dolt' behind the counter my name. Guess what? They don't have my name!... DUH, I all but yell my name to him and, well, guess what? He finds my name and it too is under the hot window! He turns and gives me the order and then asks me..."Oh, do you want the Coke you ordered too?"... my response..."No you dolt... I want out of the store for the last time in my life!" So I get home... I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich... Should have taken a picture of it. 1/2 the bread was butter and burnt lettuce and three little, burnt pieces of... well... I will call it some kind of meat... You want hot buttered cheezy bread for a sandwich... go here... othewise...

Domino's Pizza old food being delivered with another delivery sticker on it

I placed an order for a large cheesy garlic fingers and I got a call saying they had a system malfunction just making sure I ordered I confirmed and they delivered it on time. When I got the order I went to go inside and I checked it and it felt cold and looked like it had sat under a heat lamp for some time so I told the driver and he said to call the store and they will make a new one. I called and told them and they sounded very reluctant to send the order. The fact I am a former employee shouldn't make a difference I am a paying customer I should get treated as such. A member of my family pointed out there was two delivery stickers on it. I called back to the store asking why was there a different delivery sticker under mine. It was noticeable. I was told by a member of the staff (because I worked there I know her name but I'll leave It out unless I'm asked for it). I was put on hold while she talked to the manager. I was told that they had a fake order placed and that because there was the same thing I had ordered in this apperently fake order that it would be quicker for them to send that then make a fresh one. I then asked why wasn't I asked if I was ok but I get it this aged product ad a reduced price or to wait for a fresh on. (Amongst all this I have saved th delivery sticker and you can see the time from this previous order to mine there is a 40 minute time difference if not longer.). Same employee put me on hold again to talk to the manager. When she came back on the phone she was real rude and snappy. Just cut me off and said that my food will be delivered in 15 to 20 minutes and then just hung up on me. I was going to call back and ask for the manager but had a feeling that it would do me no good cause the manager would not talk to me when I called back with such a major complaint. When I was working there this stuff would not happen. I use to be a massive fan of dominos and enjoyed the food dominos made across Canada. But after this experience I feel I may not order from it again. If this happened to Someone that use to work there would I would hate to see how many other people they have done this too. If someone from a hdifferent corporate office would like to see be delivery stickers I have saved them. Would appreciate if someone from the corporate customer service would contact me please.

Domino's Pizza management/delivery

I called my local store (the one provided ((store # 3196)) to bring to their attention that they delivered an item I did not order. I was told that because I ordered online there was nothing I can do. I proceeded by asking for a supervisor. Once bringing the concern to his attention, he arguably told me there was nothing I can do. I replied that via their system, I eequested no bacon because my wife is allergic. They delivered bacon and THANK GOD I checked the order. He did not seem to care that her health was put at risk. He counties to be rude and ended the call with, "if you'd like to whine you are free to file a complaint online. My name is Danny..." and provided the store number. I've been with you guys for years and never have I felt so disrespected and wrongfully treated. Definitely thinking twice about recommending you guys or ordering from this establishment after being treated like dirt, by a supervisor.

Domino's Pizza food delivered two times

I am very disappointed in the last 2 deliveries I received. (7/31/17 and 8/9/17). I know I order later at night (after 10pm), but the quality of food should still be QUALITY.
The pizza from the 31st was sparse with toppings (extravaganza) and overdone. I was even very ill the next morning and had to get someone to come over and help me with my dog. I ate very little other things during the day, so I am pretty sure that it had to do with the food from there.
Last night, (the 9th), I ordered a buffalo sub, chicken carbonara pasta and brownies. The sub was pretty meatless, the pasta had little sauce with no flavoring and worse of all was the delicious marble brownie was burned! How heartbreaking was that?! I sadly have just been giving it to the dog. :(
Our choices for delivery around here are limited. We look to you for service, please make it worth our while. It is so expensive to have food delivered.

Domino's Pizza customers service and closing store before closing hours and being rude and disrespectful

I called to store on 5136 Randleman Road Greensboro North Carolina at approximately 10:52 last night the place of order I didn't get through the first time so I was only a few minutes away so I just pulled up when I looked at the time it was actually 1054 when I pull it up at the store itself the door was locked the lights to the sewing machine was off the ovens look like they were off I'm not sure two guys came out the kitchen or at least from the manager's office it looked at away they left out of the room and went out of the side door where trash bins was awaiting after sending come out the side door I pulled to the side and ask them where they still open looking at the time it was it was 10:55 so with that being so with that being said he looked at his phone and he said what we basically close he didn't give me the option of telling me that he would take my order or offer to take my heart he simply let me leave at 10:55 I see a Domino's Pizza car passing by and I call back to the store to see if they still was open he answered the phone as if they was open I asked a question I thought you told me that y'all was closed or that y'all was basically closed but you still taking orders but I wasn't given the opportunity to take a water he got real nasty and rude obnoxious with me over the phone I told him that these calls was being recorded I would like for y'all to take look back at these these calls which was made on August 8th at 10:52 to the 5136 Randleman Road Greensboro North Carolina store phone number [protected] my name is David little and I think something should be done about the manager that was on shift last night and he really needs to be reprimanded and I should have been given some type of compensation for not being able to you know put a order in being treated like a normal customer as everyone else is you know for the time they were not close so please reach back out to me as soon as possible thank you

Domino's Pizza delivery

Well lets start with I order from Dominos on a regular basis.
My kids wanted pizza tonight so 8/8/17 7:30 pm so i got on line to place an order. After i was complete I clicked place my order and it said an error occurred please try back momentarily. I kept trying and trying until about 8:15pm with no luck. So i proceeded to call the store [protected] where i was going to place the order over the phone for delivery. I asked if the on line ordering was down and the young lady placed me on a brief hold. When she returned she told me the reason i can not order is because "they will not deliver to my area after dark". Are you kidding me I asked...she said no you live in the ghetto. Wow is all i can say. Its not like its 1am and second off my area is far better then most. I am single mom with 3 little ones and i have never had an issue here. So unless i want pizza for breakfast i guess i have to find a new place to order from. Well i may just have to do that. I must say i am very unhappy with my experience today. It will be a while before or if I ever order from here again. I see many of your delivery drivers out way past 8pm and on streets near my home.

Domino's Pizza poor customer service - refund requested

Writing a formal complaint regarding our incident with the service provided to us on 8/7/17 from the Dominos in Hudson, WI. Based on the box, I believe the order number is 292347/347.
My daughter and her roommate are staying with us until their apartment is ready. As a kind gesture, they ordered pizza for dinner. My daughter's friend placed an online order at 6:15pm (which was paid in advance in the amount of $44.47), when the order did not arrive after 30+ minutes, Kelcey called to inquire if they lost our order. She was informed that a driver came to our door, knocked, and no one was home (these are false statements). The driver may have knocked on someone's door, but it was not our house. Kelsey did have a message on her phone which stated a delivery attempt was made and now she had to call the store and figure it out. When Kelcey explained she did not have her phone on her, she was basically called a liar and said they would resend the driver. The pizza finally arrived at 7:30pm, cold and did-shuffled (we did not eat it) and my daughter's roommate was in tears over the entire incident.
In order to try to make things right, I called the store back and requested to speak to a manager. I too repeated the incident that occurred and explained that at this point, we are simply asking for my daughter's card to be refunded, which I was laughed at and informed that would not happen. I too was informed that a driver came to our house and no one was home (again, not true). When I said that was not possible, I was also chastised and accused of lying. I am a 50-year-old woman and was trying to assist, thinking perhaps if an adult called and explained the situation, this would resolve the problem. Instead, I was informed that no refund would be provided because we were not home when the driver first arrived. It's our fault that the driver could not find our house and/or went to the wrong house? Why would we leave the house if we paid for the pizza in advance? I thought Dominos slogan is "Not completely satisfied, we will make it right!" That was not the case with our incident. The "manager" on call needs to learn customer service and listen to her customers and more importantly, not accuse them of lying. My daughter and her roommate were outside (with the garage door open)and I was in the living room (where I am able to see our front door, driveway, and the road in front of our house) - we live in a cul-de-sac, no one came down our street or into our driveway, let alone up to our front door. We are simply asking for my daughter's card to be reimbursed and to make this right.

i ordered 2 pizzas and they stated on the tracker that it would arrive in a certain time frame we waited over an hr to arrive i called the store and spoke to Ronnie and told him that the pizza was late and i stated that you guys have a policy if it does not arrive at the time it states the pizza should be free. but i still ended up paying for the pizza which i am very disappointed for the simple fact that i waited till midnight when i placed my order at 11pm. we are regular customers and if this is the service and treatment you give your customers then i will never order from you guys again.

Domino's Pizza pizza

Sorry it has taken me so long to submit this but I have been dealing with some family emergencies.
On 7/28 I had a pickup order pizza from Domino's. The edges of my whole pizza were burned black. 3 of us ordered 3 pizzas that night. (each for ourselves) I was the only one who had burnt edges. I took a picture of my pizza. I can send it go you if you would like me to. It was late & I was just so hungry that I didn't call & report it then. But then I started thinking...
I just wanted to make you aware that I was not happy.

Domino's Pizza late pizza

I made an order online because it my birthday and the dominos tracker said the driver left the store with my food at 7:32 pm on Agust 7, 2017. The driver got to my house not until after 8:00 pm. Once he got here I told him that I was not going to pay for cold pizzas and deserve to have them for free since I waited the process of the cooking which is totally understandable but to wait that and plus more than 30 mintutes of what the dominos tracker said was totally unacceptable. I had lots of children that didn't get to eat the pizza because the driver been rude left saying they don't give free pizza. It's really not about getting the pizza free but it's is mostly about the time waisted on waiting and that many of my family members that where here in my birthday party are great customers of dominos and the perspective we got today was not the best of all.

Domino's Pizza didn't communicate

I believe the managers name is Kenny, it took me six tries to get a response. He didn't call me though I provided the number and confirmed with the manager after the fact. I had to pay twice for dinner(one refunded in 3-5 days)which I still haven't gotten.

Could you please consider offering a coupon of some sort?

Domino's Pizza management

Shane the store manager for westlock is a very poor manager. I request days off and I am unable to get them because he either is to busy with personal stuff or he keeps giving the same people there requested days off. He doesn't deal with problems in store like he should as a manager. Chris one of our other employee has been caught giving away free food to his friends over topping all his pizzas treats me like crap and he doesn't do his work preoperly. I have had to go and re do his work because Shane gets mad at me when it isn't done right. I have a daughter I can't ask for days off for Halloween or a wedding because it wasn't good for Shane yet I have had to work an all day shift because he gave everyone except myself a driver and another worker. Something needs to be done with this store Shane isn't doing his job he isn't a good fit for this store customers don't like dealing with him because he is very rude

Domino's Pizza service

As I walked in to the Domino's on Chapman and Beach the girl at the front was talking on the phone to a customer for a good minute and a half. Once she gets off the phone, she doesn't say, "sorry for the wait" she just says what do you need? She doesn't even make any eye contact with me either and then when I say I'm picking up she walks sway before getting the name it's under. Then she yells from the distance what's the name? Then she takes the money and walks away. She doesn't say anything, but walks over and gets a key, hands me my change and doesn't say anything else. No thank you, have a nice day or anything like that. I was shocked and upset because that was the worst customer service I've received from this Dominos. She needs some serious training.

Domino's Pizza customer service

I asked for cheese and peppers upon delivery. I was told they weren't allowed to carry them. I thought this was pretty silly considering they deliver pizza? Called the local store back to ask why. Was hung up on. Asked for a manager and was told I was speaking with the assistant manager. Weird? Wouldn't an assistant manager offer a solution? Or at least be professional enough not to Hangup on someone? Asked for the real manager and was told that they weren't there. Asked for a contact number "they didn't know a number." Which is also weird because I always know the number to my manager. I told them that I would just come by then, and they responded that they would be the only ones there all day. I told them I would come in on a different day. They ended the conversation with "you know what b[censor], f[censor] you." Are you kidding me? I wanted cheese and peppers and some good pizza, not some unprofessional person using profanity that acts like they are 16 years old. I'm pretty sure "janae" needs to find a new job. Rediculous. I don't pay money to be spoken to in such a way.
