Domino's Pizza abusive supervisor

Went in with my sister to treat ourselves to a rare pizza lunch. We were in no hurry and walked around to watch a pizza being made and started to look at the board when a man asked if I've been helped and I said "no but I wasn't looking for any, but if your free, I guess I'll order" and he made the first of what would become many passive aggressive comments to what turned out to be this awful man's employees. He said well everyone's obviously to busy to help you and looked at the woman who was keeping herself busy, like any good employee, building boxes. I tried to explain how I wasn't looking for help until he made contact from the register. Then I asked what were the specials and apparently he couldn't do that with other people speaking in the room and stopped to give another employee a dirty look until she quit speaking, even though I could hear him fine with them speaking, then he continued. Then before I finished deciding what topping the man abruptly/rudely left the register and the lady folding boxes came and took over without missing a beat. Our island has had a fly problem since the major hurricanes last year and I had seen a fly but was not concerned, and the boss went over to the employees and made a comment about the fly situation and one of the girls disagreed with him and tried to explain why and he began to personally attack her behavior and told her if she wanted to leave go ahead in his passive aggressive manner with obnoxious hand gestures. The employee calmly said if you give me a letter explaining why then I'll go. My sister and I whole heartedly agreed that if anyone had gone on so with us they would have been given a reason to fire us and we commended her diplomacy through it all, and the others as well. I don't know his name but he was the only man, the only white person, and acording to one of the girls he was the boss. I believe he was very likely racially biased as I've lived here 13 years and recognize the ignorance. These native island ladies held their tempers with grace and I know it wasn't easy! I was there at 2:45pm Fri Sept 21st 2018 at the Christiansted, St Croix USVI location. Needless to say we walked in with happy spirits and walked out with heavy hearts and a throbbing anger at the abuse this man was inflicting on his staff.
The pizza was delicious.

Domino's Pizza pasta

I am a frequent customer of Dominoes I ordered pasta and ask for no mushrooms when I opened it mushrooms was all over it I called and spoke to the manager and told him my issue to me I felt he was rushing me off the phone but I continue to order from there so tonight on 9/21/18 I ordered two pasta bowls a sandwich and two different kind of bread all off the menu that says pick two or more and get them for 5.99 only thing that was 5.99 was the breads I ask the driver why am I paying 7.99 for pasta bowls when clearly it say two or more 5.99 and of course he had no answer so as of right know Im a little dissatisfied with Dominoes.

Domino's Pizza service and elijah

We ordered a pizza and salad no utensils came and pizza one and half hour to deliver. Spoke with Elijah he said eat with your fingers sometimes we don't have utensils. Hmmm another manager said forks would arrive at our hotel in 20 minutes 45 minutes we called back Elijah said F-OFF. Super rude we paid 42.00 for the worst service in the world. We live in Georgetown Texas. Super polite there this issue is in Turlock California store 257900. Manager is a disgrace to Dominos

My mother called and placed an order incorrectly for pickup. I had called back to replace the order correctly as I wanted it and manager on duty Dan specifically said he did not want to make my pizza. He was very rude and unprofessional. Claims I had given him an attitude and therefore did not want to accommodate me. I honestly feel that he was just being lazy and did not want to place my order as needed. Domino's Pizza manager at the 8555 store in san diego

Manager Morgan, is rude to both employees, and customers. She is repeatedly late, talks smack about customers and employees alike. The store is a mess, employees work off the clock. She is more worried about me coming in late, rather than pizzas going out late. Other employees and managers sometimes dont like working with her. Drivers are taking money and the crew inside do not get their tips. I had a slight schedule issue, which she told me she wpuld work with and now im no longer on the schedule. Horrible boss, horrible woman. If you go to Dominos do not go 8555 on Lake Murray.

Domino's Pizza the customer service and product

I ordered off the app both times. The first time my order took almost an hour and a half to get there. The driver was extremely rude. He forgot my soda. I went out to get it and he walked by me with the soda. I was so irate. It was my money and I felt like a clown paying for horrible, melted, and cold food. Called the store and she was doing everything to cover for him. Saying the app lied about time and everything on it. Then the second time he did not come to the door. He called once. I missed the call. He went back to the store. I used my free pizza coupon and the same lady that answered the phone is no help at all. I only ordered because of the free coupon. Did not ask if I wanted him to come back or anything. Just crickets on the phone. Nothing said or suggested to make the situation better.

Im tired of being treated like [censored]. Im done. I am no longer ever going to spend my money with Dominos. Can't take it anymore.

Domino's Pizza funds get deducted but did not received the order

Hi,

This is a second time I am complaining to dominos that I placed the order on 8-Sep-2018 for 813INR the funds got deducted from my Paytm Wallet account but I didn't receive any order.

I have a written document stating from Paytm that the funds had been to dominos account, but the merchant says that they have
not recived order.

Please help me this matter is getting into my nerves now.

I want out of your sms
I've sent opt out numerous times to number provided (mob) yet I still receive sms
Take me off the [censored]ing list I've had enough of the sms
If your going to provide number (mob) for customers to opt out of service make sure someone takes notice of it
I have even tried calling number with it saying it's not connected or out of service or some crap
I DO NOT want to receive anymore sms

Domino's Pizza I am complaining about management.

I was working in dominos for 2 months .because one day i was absent in store by some reason and i informed manager 1 hr late from shift time, they get me out from job but the reality is that the store manager wants to get out all part-timers from job so he is finding excuses for this purpose .this job is very important for me .so plzzzz help me .i hope u will help me.thank you

Domino's Pizza pizza

So every time I go to the Domino's in Grass Valley, CA an employee named Raeanna Randolph messes with my food. I've stopped going there because of this, the last time I went I swear she spit on my food. Not only that, but she takes inappropriate pictures of her in her underwear in the bathroom at work and posts it all over her Instagram. If I owned a business I would not want my employee doing that because it makes the business look bad. I know that as long as she's working there, me and many other people I know won't give them our business.

Domino's Pizza manager ms amrin at dp road pune

I had ordered for Dominos Pizza from swiggy after an hour I call up the outlet the female there told me that she cant deliver to my place where in my money was deducted and on swiggy it showed order is already on the way aftr that i called up outlet Manager Ms Amrin was so rude that she cancelled my order without my permission argued with me bad experience with dominos and customer service people like this are inconvinience to humanity .. i am really feeling sad for myself for ordering anything from dominos i would suggest other peoole also plz dont try Dominos

Domino's Pizza food

I placed an order @4:15pm it is 6:25pm & still no food.
I called the location @5:37pm and the gentleman who answered said call back in 15 mins if your delivery is not there we will throw something in for you.
Email stated your delivery will be 15/20 mins once I placed the order
I called back @6:06 no one answered until 6:15 and to be told by monesha that the delivery is on the way. I asked for the Store Managers name and Levon who wasn't not available Then she decided to hang up on me
This is the worst service I've ever received
I work in the retail industry aswell.
I live a few blocks away this has never been an issue prior
They lacked communication and transparency
This is completely unacceptable

Never ordering from the company again

Domino's Pizza employee

Carrie Steinmetz that works at the Henderson Ky dominos is an ex roommate of mine. I don't start anything with her and I ignore her when I go up there i am a customer and she threatened me last night while on the clock and said "I get off at 230 [censored] " I further discovered that she was telling another employee she wanted to box my jaw and to bad she was in the clock. Well today around 200 I was outside on my porch and she drove by twice. And the second time flipped me off and said [censored] you [censored] while in uniform. I normally wouldn't care but thus is unnessisary and very unproffessional. I also have seen her smoke weed while driving around on deliverys. And has dropped pizzas off at my address smelling like it. I dont.like that smell especially not on my pizzas.

Domino's Pizza pizzas

I had ordered a pizza, all hungry and exhausted, and waited for the pizza to arrive approximately for 45 minutes. The company has an offer of 30 minutes or free. And I was not given the offer. I had to pay the full amount, and also the pizzas were all cold. This is not how customer satisfaction works, and this is a form of mental harassment, promising a thing, and providing another. This is one thing I will not tolerate, and would like dominoes to credit the amount into my balance.

Domino's Pizza time of delivery

At approximately 2.30 pm I put a pizza order in for my work colleagues and myself for us to enjoy on are lunch break at 9.45pm . We have 30 minutes for are break but are pizzas turned up at 10.10pm so we could not eat them because we had to go back to work . I paid the driver gave a tip as always as probably not his fault . When I place a large order 7 hours early I was expecting it on time give or take 5 minuets. I use dominos as I think there pizzas are the best but I don't want this to happen again, there was a lot of hungry angry people at my Cummins plant last because of this, is it worth trying your services again ? Is it an on going problem?

Domino's Pizza the brownies

I ordered brownies for $6.99 . When I received the brownies they were burnt. I call the domino pizza on 5th Ave in Redwood City CA. The manager was so rude and he hung up on me when I was letting him know that he was giving me bad customer service. I've been in retail For 18 years. Im sorry but your manager needs some schooling on how to handle and give great cutomer service. Was appauled with the bad cutomer service. As a manager as well, he hung up on me twice, then he just didn't answer the phone. As member in your rewards deal. I feel that I need to get compensated for a manager who doesn't know how to manage. Domino's Pizza manager

While visiting our local Domino's #5567 in morganton NC today9/6/18 I witnessed the lady making pizzas come to the front to answer a question for another employee! While on the front she proceeds to finger all over computer and take the customers Debit card and run the whole transaction! After doing all that she proceeds to go right back to making pizzas without washing a finger! When I said something to the employee on the front about it he had the nerve to tell me she "must have just forgot to wash her hands" You work in an eating establishment and forget to wash your hands! That is ridiculous! I ask for the manager and he (the employee in the front) tells me "she is the manager"! He proceeds to go and tell her something in her ear and she stop making pizza and go and washes her hands! This is UNEXCEPTIONABLE any eating establishment! It's really sad that people don't take any more pride in their job than to do such as this! She not once made eye contact with me after the complaint! Needless to say #5567 Morganton NC store will get no more of our business and just as a suggestion! Maybe so called MANAGERS may need more training themselves! If they would do this who's to say what their training the employees under them!

Domino's Pizza work environment.

Hello i have been working for Dominos for a total of 5years. I was a manager until recently becauae of cash handling and so forth. I know i have not taking any money because i make enough.
Recently.we recived a new but old GM. His name is Tim Tomkins.
Mr. Tomkins has violated professional standards of how to deal with his employee saying that they can be replaced and so forth has approached me in a threatening way not once. But 3 times he said if i disnt like it then i could just leave. This is unaccectable and unprofessional.

Domino's Pizza order/delivery time

I placed an order for delivery at Dominos in Dixmoor, IL around 6:00 pm and I've waited the approximate time that was given through the online processing stage but, it turns out that I waited over a hour and a half for my food. I called in to check on my order and the employee that answered stated that they were moving slow, and it was 5 other people that had deliveres and that he should arrive within 20 minutes so, I continued to wait and was waiting once again for more than 20 minutes. I decided to call in again and the same lady answered and this time she stated it was only 2 people working at the time and it was 8 people waiting for deliveries. That's when I became frustrated and questioned her, she got mad and hung up in my face. I waited another 30 minutes for my order, the guy called and said he would be here in 10 minutes.. I waited another 15-20 minutes. When the guy got here he and another individual were sitting in my driveway before I even noticed without calling and saying anything.. When I got my order the pizza was cold, it was cut any type of way, and they didn't even call to inform me that they ran out of the pop that I ordered so, now I'm still waiting for him to come all the way back from the store to deliver my drink.

Domino's Pizza rude store manager

Order: 10 inch small pepperoni pizza; Over an hour and a half late

I have never experienced such TERRIBLE, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the STORE MANAGER. I ordered my pizza at 7:15, at 8:30 I still had not received by pizza so i drove to the store which was about 4 minutes away from my house at 7:45 pm. I called the store 10 times with ZERO sign of life from the store. When i drove to the store, Ron rudely greeted me as I asked him where the status of my pizza as I was following the tracker. Upon mentioning the tracker, Ron immediately cut me off and said the trackers never work and are worthless. Just the first part of my shocking and terrible experience. To cut this story short, he raised his voice at me when i asked him for a refund and the making of a new pizza.Ron showed zero remorse. He slammed my receipt on the counter and told me that he is not making the pizza. Ron is the epitome of a condescending and abrasive individual. Contact me immediately to provide full details of this extremely disappointing and aggravating experience.
