On 3-11-07, aprox. 7pm, I had a friend over at my new house ordering pizza from the above store . We had been painting all day and were in no joking mood. We placed an order, the only thing my friend got confused with was whether or not the street was ave. ct. etc. They actually called us back and said that we were calling in a prank, when after I verified that the street was Ave. I felt outraged, as they also said my friend sounded like a little girl trying to call in, she is 20yo, lives on her own as well. I feel we have been discriminated against. If need be I can provide that I made over 70000 last year and did not expect to be treated that way by Dominos. Has always been my favorite pizza joint, but until last night, not anymore. So, after that, we called another location for pick-up, only to place an order and actually went to pick it up, and they had no record of our order. Now i am not sure what happened there, but we did in fact have in our minds that we wanted pizza, and if we could not get it delivered, we would pick it up. So it delayed us that much more to have to input our order once again. All in we attempted to order the first time around 7pm, we were not able to eat until 930, as we had to drive to another store to pick it up, when in fact the other store could have delivered it. Do I need to show them my lease, my tax records, to in fact prove that I am an adult? I felt very offended by this, and am really quite ready to NEVER call Dominos again unless the poor service is made up somehow. I have also called the complaint office. THIS HAS BEEN BY FAR THE WORST ANY PIZZA FOOD JOINT HAS EVER MADE ME FEEL! How can Dominos tell if in fact that someone is of age over the phone? Do they hire psychics now? And the fact that they insisted on arguing about the matter, instead of talk to even me to settle it down, they still insisted on saying we were pranks. First off we were extremely hungry and having pizza delivered to my house was the most convenient solution. After taking over 2 hrs to order one large pizza and a crazy bread, I don't care how busy, I understand there is a waiting line, but this is just plain ridiculous. I do wonder if they were too lazy to have it delivered, maybe they were getting ready to close? Who knows but they still answered Dominos how can we help you, so therefore they SHOULD have had delivery service. I am so offended that a free pizza will not cut it. I WILL NEVER ORDER DOMINOS AGAIN IN MY LIFE, EVEN IF ITS THE ONLY STORE LEFT OPEN! Thats how outraged at this I am, I have never been this outraged at such poor service, no one has ever discriminated against me as much as this one store has. IT COMPLETELY RUINED MY NIGHT, I say THANKS DOMINOS FOR THAT! I will also have no problem writing a paper of this incident and see what newspaper companies around the country might like to hear about it. I am very articulate with a degree in Writing, so Dominos might look very good after I write and send my letter to as many newspapers as I can, also the BBB and many other resources to complain about POOR SERVICE.

About four or so days ago I ordered a pizza from you guys. I am still waiting for it. After not getting it for the second day I camped out by my front door hoping they would come. I then got tired of waiting and went to play some video games online. On the third day I heard the doorbell ring, I was excited then when I found out it was the Scouts collecting money for charity I felt let down that still three days my pizza did not arrive. It is day four and I am still waiting.
Also last time I had a problem as well. I was busy in the middle of playing Monopoly with my cousins who like to cheat. We do not trust each other so the Pizza delivery guy came. He knocked on the door. Not trusting each other(being afraid someone would cheat) I told him to come in through the window. He acted all confused and I was like, look dude have you never delivered a pizza before come in through the window. He then informed me that he was a pizza delivery guy and not a burglar.
I live 5 miles from the restaurant and was refused delivery. i have same zip code live in same state, and only 5 miles away. they go across the river to another state but won't go a straight 5 miles down the road this seams wrong.
Okayyy I call to order pizza and before I even say a word they place me on hold? And I call back on my phone and again on hold but this time no one says anything and for about 8mins till I hung up!?
I order pizza at 11:40 am but my order did get to me 203 pm they sent it to the wrong addresss. Also the pizza was cold. they sent it to 1557 west union street. our address is 1657 the order #80158 i paid with credit card
This is an incident happened today on 30-aug at Tilak Nagar in New Delhi. I live with my family at Mukhram Park Extension in Tilak Nagar. I wanted to place an order so i dialed the the Dominos helpline no. (011-[protected]), my line was transfered to the dominos store in Vikaspuri as my last order on 05-jul-09 was delivered by the same store nd they've registered my mobile no. with the same store. While interecting with the lady who attanded my call, i could hear the voice of her male colleague who was insisting her to not to take the order as this will not be delivered. Then i requested to make me speak to the store manager or any competent authority, then she connected me with Mr Amandeep who happens to be supervisor. Even he refused to take my order. Moreover he only told me that they've delivered the order on 5th july but this time they'll not deliver any order. When i asked him why was it delivered last time, he told me that because i requested them & then i said that i'm again requesting him to deliver this time again, he straight away refused to deliver the order. I'm still trying to find out the answer as to -
1) Why was my order delivered on 5th jul ?
2) Why didn't they deliver on my next request ?
3) Why have been promotional message being sent to me on my moblie through SMS on regular intervals when none of the nearby dominos store want to deliver the order. Interestingly, after the calls are being transfer to them by their centralised helpline no. only ?
At the end, i felt humiliated.

I have seen your new advertisement on hot Subs and I am appalled at the language used in the ad. The word "fricking or "frigging" is just as bad as saying the "f" word. The way things are in this country it is bad enough the way it is without having a free for all on words in our commercials these days. We need to get back to the basics of living. Family time with love and understanding. How was your day today, sure did have a nice lunch with a Dominoes new Hot Sub. They are mighty tasty.
I went to the dominoes restraunt, vaishali nagar, jaipur, rajasthan.. And the enviroment inside was so horrible, the tables were uncleaned with the paper boxes still lying there, the food bits on them.. And this is not the story of single table but every table placed there.. Now when we told the staff to arrange for the cleanliness, instead of arranging for the cleaning person, he was showing a different attitude as if he is paying for the food, he said thank you for telling us for our fault, and after waiting for another 15 minutes we have to again ask him then he arranged for cleaning the table.. The floor was so dirty that you could see ants crawling there.. Better situation is with the roadside dhabas.. Better environment and hospitality...
As much as I love dominoes, I am getting appalled by the services on a regular basis. Around August last year, I was delivered a non vegetarian pizza even though i am a vegetarian. i had raised it to the customer service team on mail and spoke to various departmental heads, but all i was told is that you have been served a complimentary pizza!
following that i was denied any home delivery and the store manager AVINASH the Goregaon, Gokuldham outlet spoke to me as if i was an outlander ever since.
as if it was not enough, in a religious country like India, where vegetarianism is seriously followed, there was no gratitude given to the fact that i was served a non vegetarian pizza that too in the month of shraavan. now anytime that me or any of my relatives call dominoes, they call me back after 30 mins and tell that we cannot process your order.
Post this, i went to the dominoes outlet in Lokhandwala andheri and to the worst of my horrors, was served a chicken pizza instead of a veg gourmet pizza. The store manager Prach Gawade kept saying that i am sorry and you will get your pizza for free. which does not really solve the purpose. the vegetarians that we are, we were appalled by the derogating services. after a lot of pleading by them, when we gave them another chance, and she replaced the vegan gourmet pizza; we were astonished to found pieces of wood where there should have been olive toppings. when i showed the same to one of the staff, she said it was olive. one of my friends who accompanied me, had swallowed the same and was brutally sick that and Prachi and the assistant store manager still said its wood. it wasn’t until i challenged them to bite and digest it that she said it was wood!
I ask, is this how customers should be treated? in a brand name like dominos, can there be no trust?
moving on, when I contacted mr Chandrakant who is the district supervisor or something; he said ‘aapko free pizza mil gaya na.. aur kuch nahi milega.. aapko jo karna hai kar lo.’
i am in anguish and I feel betrayed and disappointed. can you please look into this for me. I wish to take this further.
I called to place an order the girl left me on hold for 8 minutes then hung up. Then i called again put me on hold once Again for another 5 minutes. I called again and she answered the phone and hung up. Then i called again she answered and i complained about the time she left me on hold i asked to speak with a manager and she hung up once again. I called again and a guy answered the phone claiming he was the driver and said that the girl was alone and that she was the manager. I have been a constant customer at the location of the dominoes on westfield avenue in elizabeth NJ for the past two years and i believe customers should be treated with much more respect the the one that was given to me today may 10 2011 during the evening hours. I have phone record to show the amount of time i was left on hold for each cAll and the number of calls i had to place to simply be left on hold, hung up on several times. So dissapointed with the customer service in elizabeth nj.
On 8-1-09 I ordered 6 large pizzas. and was told that it would take about 30-45 min. until they arrived. after about an hour and a half i called to see where my pizzas were and i was told that they had just been placed in the oven because they pushed my order back to make an order that had come in after mine but had a time limit i wonder how a business can do this to their customers and still be in operation i don't care that my pizzas would have been late i care that the company had been rude with me when i called and treated me poorly instead of addressing my concerns.

Pizza Driver was lost over a hour gave directions and address . She then went back to the restaurant and another driver came. Manager was rude and said she wouldn't accommodate us for anything for the long wait and the manager was rude and unprofessional
Just let her do her job. If you really need conversation this bad get a girlfriend.

My name is Umar.I had a very good experiance with the dominos pizza but yesterday when i called at dominos at 10:45 pm at bhatar road dominos pizza.The person name chetan told me that they can not take my order because its 11:00 when i told him its 10.45 only and you had deliver me before also.but the person was very rude to me, when i asked can i talk to your senior than he given the phone to name called joy.And joy told me we will not deliver do whatever you can.When i told that i want to talk to the store manager, he reply that there is no one. I am the only person whom you can talk.Language which they are talking was not to the dominos standard, they both were rude and mannersless.It was a pathatic experiance to me in dominos pizzza and i have to think twice before going to dominos pizz.

The Dominos Pizza here in North Ridgeville, Ohio has a baby in the kitchen and a toddler boy running around. I'm not sure why they aren't shut down by the department of health. I'm sure I'll never be back, so I don't care.
I just went to Domino's for first time in a few years. The smell o garlic salt was heavy in the air, as if it were overused. The new Domino's Pizza I got was terrible. The crust was "spiced", and the sauce was way to sharp and salty.
the dough itself was not true pizza dough, and was COATED with corn meal. I tried to get a piece out of the box, and found myseldf covered in corn meal dust, and my hands were coated with this stuff as well. The corn meal dusting gives the impression that every bite is "crunchy" but it is a bit of an illusion. The fact is some bites had so much of this loose sandy dust that it made me feel like I had eaten a sandwich with beach sand in it!

I f**king HATE Dominos pizza! It has disgusting food all together, an always left a bad after taste in my mouth. I used to LIKE it but... No. When they first came out with the cheesey bread, I was like OMG YES. I live in ojai ca and they just opened up a Dominos around the corner. Which I thought was nice, however this is about the sixth time I've ordered from there, an ill be damned every I mean EVERY TIME I order from there their cheesey bread WAS NOT COOKED AT ALL. I've told them and told them that it wasn't cooked an that had raw dough all on the inside. Asked them to cook it well, ### even told them to burn it. Never once did they even send me another one or even cooked it properly. Dominos is the ### establishment I've ever seen an have eaten at! No respect for customers an their request. DOMINOS IS [censored]. THANK YOU DOMINOS!

Yesterday on November 27th, my niece her two small daughters and I went to get some pizza at Dominos in Pierre South Dakota and encountered some very bad customer service by the owner, we ended up waiting half an hour waiting for our pizza order. I watched all these other customers come and go with their orders he took payment when she placed the order, she should have been taken care of right away. We waited for a whole 30 minutes before I went up to the counter to see what was wrong with the order. This morning early before 9am I tried calling the business to speak to the owner of the business to let him know what we encountered yesterday in his business, and he said what time was that? I told him 5pm to 6pm, he stated I was here till 8pm last night. We live 60 miles away from Pierre and started our drive out of town, the little girls were fussy and I just wanted to get home. My neice pointed out that she ordered and paid for an extra large pizza a medium pizza and two boneless chicken orders. Our order was not right. We didn't get our whole order and the owner was very disrespectful to me on the phone when I called to tell him what took place, I will not patronize that Dominos again.
I placed an oeder in your South Capitol Street store in Washington DC .The order was fordelivery two large pizzas one pepperoni and mushrooms the other sausage and banana peppers.When the order arrived it was one pepperoni pizza and one was just sausage.Spoke with the manager he told me my next order would be 50 percent off. thatwas maybe 3 weeks ago. placed an order yesterday online and the manager on dutywouldnt honor the 50 percent off. Saying that it was over three weeks ago and the curret manager wasn't there. 50OFF was.the code given. I mean its not like I eat pizza everyday ...maybe once a month...Please Help...

Ordered pizza from Ranchi main road outlet (India) at 8.55 PM today and received delivery at 9.30. When question about the delay the answer was that the invoice time was 9.05 PM only. Why do you invoice 10 minutes after the order when you promise to deliver within 30 minutes.
Please stop your " free Pizza in case of delay" campaign immediately.

It was actually easier to count the words spelled correctly, than try to find all the words completely ###ized. It was like trying to find Waldo, Waldo being a correctly spelled word. Did your spell check divorce you, for not even making an effort?

on Friday 11th November 2011, i ordered domino's pizza for home delivery and also i have given correct address to domino's pizza, but the service man still not able to get that address, still he is asking the address on the phone, and he told to come and receive me on the way...if home delivery is their..then why should service man ask to come and collect on the road...this is not called home delivery...
