Domino's Pizza give wrong order & rude service!

I was ordered 1 large extravaganza with extra chesse in domino state bridge rd, atlanta, georgia, delivery man came and I give a good tip without check on the pizza. When I opened I found that the pizza is wrong order, I called the store but I got very unpleasant service, the girl staff who answer the phone insist that they send the right one, she said that I was order brooklyn pizza, how come extravaganza become brooklyn? I asked, how about change with exravaganza but instead of that she was angry and said the store will closed, so no more delivery!

How rude and bad service.

Domino's Pizza hair cooked into the pizza's cheese!

My family and I were really hungry so we decided to order the 5 by 5 deal, when we opened the first pie ,we found a long wavy grayish hair on the pie (no one in my family has gray long wavy hair!), but we said ehh lets just not eat that pie lets just eat the second pie, so while I was eating a slice I felt a hair in my mouth, which even got tangled in between my bottom teeth. I took out the piece of pizza that was in my mouth to see if it was my imagination. Unfortunately, there was a brownish visible hair woven into the crust and cheese, cooked into the pizza. I immediately vomited, and when my family saw the second hair coming from a different pie, everyone became nauseous and started vomiting too, I mean wouldn't you? It was disgusting, never again will I order pizza from Dominos.

Anyways after vomiting, my sister then politely called Dominos from (Newark, NJ the one on Bloomfield Ave.) to speak to the manager (NOT asking for a refund and definitely not demanding another pie). The manager was rude, didn't allow her to explain and when she asked for his name he hanged up on her! So of course my sis became mad, after all she just wanted him to know what happened so that he wouldn't lose other customers, and so that his employees would wear a hair net, because obviously they probably weren't wearing one. She then called again, he yelled at her and when she asked for his name he hanged up on her again!

We just called so that other people could be able to enjoy their food, instead of vomiting. So next time you order your delicious dominos pizza, watch out for nasty hairs on your slices!

We had a similar experience with Dominos. We thought the worst part of ordering from this Dominos at 371 S Doheny Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90211 was the cold pizza that was delivered an hour after ordering, but NO! THE WORST PART WAS A 2" NASTY HAIR THAT WAS COOKED UNDERNEATH THE TOPPINGS! UNBELIEVABLE! This is absolutely unacceptable.

Also, the Website said they left at a certain time and they got to our place 45 minutes later! They're only 2-3 minutes away from us! The pizza and bread sticks were completely cold. Waste of money and time. The manager didn't care much about making it right either. Never ordering from Dominos again. IT'S THE NEXT MORNING AND I STILL FEEL SICK THINKING ABOUT THE HAIR THAT MY MOUTH TOUCHED! I STILL FEEL LIKE THROWING UP!

Domino's Pizza late and cold delivery

I ordered a pizza on 13 oct, 2007. And i received it cold and that too after 50 min, thus breaking the company policy of 30 mins or free and moreover when i complained about it they further argued with me. And today ie. 2, nov 2007 I ordered a fun meal which they place bulk category they again delivered it late though they had written on their menu cards still when i complained about it they went for a argument instead of explaining me what the offer was. Thus the customer service is a tooooo bad. I would like some actions to be taken against them.

Domino's Pizza lousy service

On Saturday night October 20th, 2007 we ordered a medium sausage pizza and were going to redeem a $5.00 gift certificate, which by-the-way was sent to us following a previous poor quality experience with Domino’s. The grand total of this purchase was to be $8.66 counting the gift certificate.
When the delivery driver arrived he could not speak a work of English and became annoyed when he realized I didn’t speak his language. But that’s another issue. He had no idea that he was supposed to pick up the gift certificate and get only $8.66. He kept demanding, through primitive sign language that I pay the total $13.00 dollars for this pizza. I paid due to the fact my daughter and I were hungry and it was late enough that going out was not an option. Obviously I did not leave a tip for this person. When I opened the box the pizza was cold. I called the story back where I purchased it and was transferred to customer service. The customer service rep who I spoke with had the voice of a 15 year old and claimed to be a manager. His disposition as well as lack of tack immediately indicated that he was no manager. After explaining the situation I asked that I receive my ‘satisfaction guaranteed or your money back’ guarantee. He asked how much of the product was left; I told him my daughter had already eaten two pieces. He would not honor their guarantee saying that the product was not whole. I demanded, and was able to speak with his supervisor. (She) had the voice of a 19 year old had the demeanor of such. She proceeded to tell me the exact thing the previous rep said. I was then placed on hold for 10 minutes. She came back and explained that Domino’s would not fulfill their written pledge as part of the pizza was eaten. This basic argument went on and on for another 10 minutes, when again I was placed on hold with her saying, “Let me try to make this good.” Another 10 minutes, the same argument ensued. She would refund my money and take the pizza back. I told her this was the 2nd time I received lousy service from Dominos and then demanded that the pizza be comped due to the amount time spent trying to resolve this simple thirteen dollar dilemma. She argued it was not Domino’s policy to do that. I told her that Domino’s broke their written promise and I was going to call the BBB and file a complaint as well as contact their corporate office and provide a tape recorded copy of the conversation. The outcome was that she said Domino’s would not deliver to us any longer and the pizza would be comped and the purchase amount refunded within 4 business days. I am sure that one person refusing to ever do business with Domino’s Pizza will not bother them. But I hope if more people provide feedback Domino’s will get their act together.

I ordered a pizza and when you come to my condo community there are clear instructions on how to operate the gate. The driver called from the gate and requested a gate code. I explained what he had to do to call my unit so I could buzz him in. The store manager called me and I explained to him the directions at the gate and he told me without a gate code they were returning my order to the store. I have lived here over 7 yrs and the procedure for entering the complex has always worked. They straight out refused to follow the directions. The mgr was very rude and told me to call someone else for pizza.I hope somehow this complaint will reach someone who can handle it.

today i ordered my food online (a pasta bowl, coke, wings) the total amount was $18.67 so as i waited the delivery man finally came. when he did he gave my all my things and then i paid him with a $20.00 and $0.67 so he can return me my $2.00 back. but when i gave him the money he started walking away and i told him, "hey wasn't it $18.67?" and he checked his reciept and said, "no, it was $19.67" and was about to give me my dollar back so i was confused and asked to see the reciept which read TOTAL: $18.67 and he asked me with a [censored] little smile "is it ok like this?" (meaning if he could keep my change) i understand thay they work for tips as well but i mean to me this was considered stealing. $2.00 is nothing and i actually felt like giving it to the delivery man but i decided not too. Not after what he did.

You contact a different site entirely, that is in no way even remotely connected to Domino's and yet you hope this will somehow magically reach someone with authority to take action?

In what universe does it work like that, and how could you possibly have gone through the entire registration and confirmation process and not figured out you're nowhere near Domino's? Are you sure you didn't order your pizza from a furniture repair company on a different continent?

Dominos in Lexington, NC on highway 8

On March 20, 2011 I went to pick up a pizza and they had a plastic rack of pizza dough sitting on the floor and some of the dough had run out of the container on the floor. It was in plain view of when you walked in the door. I wish I would have thought and took a picture of this with my phone. I don't understand why they didn't have the rack on a table and cover it up. This looked very bad for Domino's.

I bought 2 large pizza's from Domino's Pizza on Christmas Eve, When I received the Pizza it was cold and soggy. I then called Domino's up right away and explained to the owner what was going on. He informed me that he has had nothing but problems with his pizzas and all he can do is refund me 2 large pizzas when i was ready to order from there again. Frustrated and annoyed i agreed and hung up. when I called and spoke to the general manager to order my 2 large pizza's 3 days later he said the owner never put it into the computer so we would have to pay because of the owner negligences.and he hung up on me! NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN! Not only is the food disgusting but the service is worse!

I was writing my terrible experience about the fake cheese and all the chemical after taste/feel and not even my dog would try some because she knows what mozzerella is and all of a sudden my complaint I was writing just dissapeared. Anyway, as long as our nation maintains a healthy level of bad eating habits and overall ignorance about food and the eating culture we should be, Dominos' will do just fine.

Dominos, please deliver me a pizza with the toppings stuck to the top but real toppings are stuck, then that's ok. You see, I think they call them "barbie tables". these are the plastic piece they put in the middle of the pie so seeing toppings stuck to the top of the box hasn't been a real issue since the late 70's mid 80's it's simply a gimmick so that will never happen again, it doesn't happen now.

Michigan companies are funny, they point to the bells n whistles of their product because the real core-quality a customer is looking for simply isn't there. Ford motor company, they talk about cup holders, Movie screens and fuzzy lephricahns that come out at night to clean the tires while you sleep. Never, never would ford simply say their class autos will beat the same class autos Toyota puts out, so they talk about how if you look at the front of a ford car (this is real, i am trying not to laugh) the car has a "face" so look at that face, Look at that chilled cup holder and when you pick up your plastic pizza from house of cards, I mean dominos, make sure you get your "barbie table"

There was a time when Dominos was amazing, this was back when Tom Callahan actually was in the store/s. There was also a time a mustang was a mustang.

Sorry Dominos, this digressing wasn't helpfull therapy as you hoped. You could send 10 helicopters for me, and have 20 radio stations say my name and I would call Joeys pizza so I can enjoy what I am eating.

one more thing. the irony of this whole thread is, it's about service! Service is the only organic thing Dominos "pizza" offers

domino's SUCKS I have been a customer of domino's for a long time... NOT ANYMORE... Tried placing an order on a thursday night.. according to the pizza TRACKER the pizza was prepped and baked and boxed after it was boxed i waited 20 min. I called the store manager argued with me that it was not correct. that in fact the pizza was just them exiting the oven and assured that my pizza would arrive hot and fresh. the oreder was placed by my wife who had left for work having had to wait to long thus not having the credit card there to verify the card against the order ( something that was new to me ) I had ordered multiple times before and have never had to show ID or a CARD. Driver was RUDE. I told him it was not my loss. I called store phone rang about 30 times and i got no where with management about the ordeal. I will NEVER oreder DOMINO'S AGAIN. and tell everyone I know not to order. Such a large company has no room to be so POMPAS

I ordered three pizza from a Domino's in Los Angeles, CA. After an hour later, I called and was told my pizza was on the way. After waiting an additional hour I was told the driver delivered it to the wrong address and the other people paid for the pizza. If he knew it was the wrong address then why did he give it to those other people? I wait two hours for some 30 minute pizza and domino's don't even care. Not only that they can't even give me a free pizza for my trouble. Domino's has horrible service.

dear sir,

i am Anwar, i bought 2 dominos pizzas from dwarka branch. i am very disappoint by the service, they didnt treated me well, and didnt even provided me the handbag, i asked many times to give me some handbag, but instead of helping me, they were making fun of me and my friend, by laughing at my back, and making comments.

and because they didnt provided the handbag to me, while on the way back to home, i was riding bike, i was holding 2 pizzas together, and riding the bike by 1 hand, and holding pizzas by the other hand, 1 of the pizza fell down, so it was a total waste.

this is not the matter of wastage of pizza, but this is the matter of service your company is providing,

this is ridiculous, and and i am very dissapointed with your service. please take some action and provide the facility of handbags in the branch.

### service, i hated it, and you have lost your customer today... take some action if u dont want to lose more of your customers.

now i say, pizza hut is better than dominos in every way.

thanks.

Hi Dominos team,

This is a complain for a non veg extravaganza that i had order on the 3rd of october at 9.29pm and it was taken by Mnaju t from the sector 12 outlet in Dwarka.

I did order for non veg but received a veg pizza and when i complained the person over the phone offered to send me a non veg pizza but at extra cost.

Now i want to know is it my fault that i had ordered for somehting and got something wrong and then u also charge me for sending the right food. Please get your employee maju T ears chekced or ask her to go for a leave for some days as she is not fit for a customer service industry if she cant take an order correctly.

I still have the veg pizza available with me and would like ot know what can i do about it now and what action u guys plan to take against manju t for not listening to a customer carefully and spoiling my dinner to be more precise.

MY ORDER #278.

please take action on this employee of your's Manju t and make sure she does not repeat such mistakes in the near future.

regards
Lopamudra

Domino's Pizza stupid automated robot

For years 17 to be exact-I have ordered from my local Domino's Pizza. Now they have some STUPID automated robot who directs you God only knows where for your pizza order. Is this truly what technology is all about. No communication--no way to correct an incorrect order.

In the past you were always pleasant to deal with. Now you are ANNOYING!

Thanks to your new age -- let's have no communication with the PUBLIC cyber geeks from whom I shall never order from you total loosers. The inbred, fearful of actually communication with another human android who created this new program should be immediately zapped into cyber space where he shall no doubt fine others of his ilk who have no social skills whatsoever.

Domino's Pizza incompetence and poor customer service

I ordered three pizza's that took the attendant over the phone 15 minutes to process. I did ask for a slight change in the order after the initial order took place and it seemed to be a "moving the mountain process"

Finally get the order straight, or so I thought I did. The next day I happened to check my online bank records only to find that I was double charged. I proceed to call the establishment only to have them tell me it would be best to call back later when the manager got in. I politely said it would be appropriate for them to call me when she gets in. The employee told me he wouldn't take my number.

The clear message here is. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE.

THIS IS MY LAST CALL TO DOMINO'S PIZZA...

BERNARD PETERSEN.

Lack of supervision by corperate I think is the major problem with this company.
Every resteraunt should at least have cameras through out the business to avoid some of the past problems that made national headlines.
If employees can get away with the food contamination can you imagine what else goes on there.
I have noticed that employees at Domino's do not use gloves to prepare anything that goes in the oven. That is just gross.
I bet if the company franchise owners showed up more often they would catch a lot going on that should not be going on in this food chain resteraunt.
Step up management and hire more mature people to run your establishment that you have invested in, and watch them close.
I have met some of the people that work at Domino's and I would not trust them to prepare my food or fill in my credit card slip.
Thats what happens when a company hires mostly young and as far as one of the guys I know says the company does not require drug testing. So who do you think this company hires anyway. People that do drugs.

I don't know about the outcome of your situation, but most people don't realize that if a store mistakenly charges a card and has to credit it back, it can sometimes take 3 to 5 business days. As a bank employee, I've had to pass that news to way too many customers, so I know that the businesses obviously don't make that known to their customers.

I am never ordering my food online again.

For the first time I put my order in online, I have my daughter pick it up for me. No hassle right?, wrong! A couple of days later I get my bank statement in and what do know, they charged a fifteen dollar tip. I asked my daughter if she had done that and she tells me, " I don't even give my sister a tip and she works in a restaurant." That is a direct quote. I call to see what happened and I just get the run-around saying you need to call here and there and then get sent back to the same people I had talked to in the first place. I don't get any answers and I honestly don't know what to do next. I seriously feel like picketing outside this establishments and wish to have a few choice words with them. I guess we will never eat at Dominos again. They dont deliver out here and we literally have to pass Pizza Hut and Papa Johns to get there. Well no more.

On 06/12/08 at approximately 06:59pm I ordered a Pizza from Dominos. I was told by the Order Status pop-up that the delivery would take 80 to 90 min. at 08:15pm I called and ask about our delivery I was told that he just went out 10min ago, at approximately 09:12pm I received a call which my answering machine pick-up, it was from Dominos clerk stating that "we are not in their delivery area, have a nice night". This was 2hrs 15min from the time I ordered! The clerk could have told me that when I called at 08:15pm. I have 3 kids and 2 adults waiting on that pizza. The service there is so bad the owners need to fire all of them and start over with new people. The worst thing is that the Manager, he said is name is David, was the one to say we are not in their delivery area, have a nice night". No sorry or anything. Bad service!

Domino's Pizza poor delivery skills

My son order pizza at 915pm and I called [protected] to contact the dominos pizza branch. I spoke to the manager, I was told it takes 1hour to 1.5 hours for delivery. So we waited, then I made a another call about 2 hours later. Still no pizza I felt bad and as if I wasn't important enough, to be treated and disregarded like I was. My feelings were hurt but not as bad as my kids. I really did not appreciate this. Finally the pizza arrives 2hours and 20minutes later. Then I was told that he would discount $4 off. They should have been free. At least that is what the ad and commercials say.

Domino's Pizza poor customer service, manager hung up

I ordered pizza from hotel room. About an hour later I called back to find out why Pizza was not delivered. They did not have a record of my order and the manager got on the line. His name is Russell and he said my card did not process and I said I had another card why did he not call the room. He said there was no answer when he called the hotel. I said I was sitting here in the room waiting, the phone never rang. No one asked for my number and no one called me back. He hung up on me. I called back and asked for his last name and he said " I will never get his last name", then hung up. I called back and he hung up again. I wanted my pizza I ordered.

Domino's Pizza terrible service

An employee of Dominos Pizza in Santa Cruz California told me that my pizza would be at my door in 30-45 minutes. I called one hour after it was ordered and told them that my pizza had not arrived. I then called 30 minutes later, and finally my pizza arrived one hour and thirty minutes later. They told me that there was a new driver. So they accepted blame, but did not offer to bring me a hot, or warm pizza. So, they told me to wait, and they just came back and took the pizza after waiting over 2hrs. This is ridiculous, they accept blame, but wont offer to help fix the problem. This is why managers at the Dominos Pizza should at least be a little educated and develop some social skills, and problem solving skills. I would strong not recommend this place to anyone. You can contact this Domino's franchise at [protected], located 2391 Mission St, Santa Cruz, CA 95060

We are greatly disappointed and enraged at the quality of the service and the behavior of the service people. This incident happened on 13th Feb at 10.30 PM. They have not learned the basics of “on how to take a proper order”. Instead of being apologetic they fire at the customer. We have been waiting for an hour or so and no one turned up. On inquiry by phone you tell us that the address has not been taken and it was and it was our fault that we had not reminded them to take our information as they are supposed to do at the very beginning instead of focusing on just the billing amount. In any multinational business houses, the first thing you learn is to respect the customer. We are taking this incident to the higher ups so that proper training is available to you all.

They didn't even try to offer me to still bring me my order. I order from Dominos all the time they just lost a customer and I feel like they didn't care.

I thought I was alone. It must be a pre-requisite to not have any social skills...or simple basic skills for that matter to be hired at Dominos.

It's a shame how employees answer a business phone let alone hire out anything that can drive to try and make simple change difficult!

My last straw was the last incident occuring. I ordered my pizza over the phone with a credit card, they processed it and said i could bring my id to show the drive along with sign my receipt. This idiot wants me to show them my credit card. Now who in their right mind is going to give credit card information out to a driver? My ordered has been billed to my credit card already, why would I need to give him my card info again? Then he calls his manager in the store who says I can't get my food until I give him my credit card! Wtf? Is my food not paid for? Who goes to a store and pays for something and leaves without their food? Then said my money will be credited back to my account in a FEW DAYS! It took seconds to be released to them from my account.
Needless to say I've put in yet another complaint to the Dominos website as well as put a complaint on the BBB which you all should too. It's disgusting how the art of customer service is lost!

About 6 to 8 months ago me and my family ordered some pizza from the ada dominos and the order was wrong and there is a heavy set guy there who calls himself a manager huh some manager anyway my order was messed up and i called him and i was automatically called a liar and cursed over the phone and he told me that he had already called the main dominos office and told them to never take another order from me i can not remember the mans name to save my life as a matter of fact i think he refused to give it to me and i would greatly appreciate it if something is done and i would also appreciate it if i heard back from you through e-mail or something the reason that i am just now getting this complaint to you is because i just now got my computer back out of the shop and got my internet service back on needless to say i havent ordered anymore pizza since then as when i used to get from there every weekend and at least two or three times during the week day and i probaly would not get now as long as he works there because he strikes me as the type of person who would spit on your pizza.

I wish the Corporate Office could call the location in Houston on Beechnut Blvd.

The general manager has the nastiest attitude I have ever experience. Please don't ask him to make your pizza a little crispier, "Oh My God", you will get you feeling hurt.

I am not longer eating Dominos pizza and will tell my friends.

Sub: New York Style Pizza

A copy of email to Dominos Pizza:

Dominos Customer Complaint

I am sending this letter in reference to the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I was provided with last night from one of your STORE MANAGERS. Let me start by saying I have been a continued customer of your establishment since I was a kid, when you first set the standard in pizza & delivery. Thru the years I have encounter only one other bad experience with one of your stores in the Ft. Washington, Md. Area back in 2000 and the problem was rectified very quickly. However I am a little reluctant that little to nothing will be done about this particular individual. I am referring to the store manager for the above location, G. Mizar, who at the time had the ability to fix the situation but chose to show just how unprofessional one could be.

My wife and I had been interested in trying the New York Style Pizza and decided to order last night about 7:30 or so, I just happened to have placed the order with Mr. Mizar. Now as advertised you have pepperoni on the pizza on both your T.V. ads and online, so it was assumed that that was the specialty Pizza, I then order a thin crust 2 topping pizza with wings to complete my order. I was given my total and time that the pizza would arrive and everything was fine. The pizza was delivered on time and the driver courteous. However, the pizza that was delivered was wrong, instead of a New York Style pizza; we got a large cheese pizza. I immediately called the store back and got Jennifer Hall on the phone and explained to her that we had ordered the New York Style pizza, and that we got a cheese Pizza, she in the beginning was a bit unprofessional about the incident and explained that there must have been a mix up and that that was that, I asked if I could speak to a manager and she then identified herself as a supervisor and that she could handle this call, after a few words she assured me that she would send the driver back out with the correct pizza and to return the cheese pizza to him when he arrived. I was fine at this point, a little ticked off due to the fact my children where beyond ready to eat. After 10 minutes or so Mr. Mizar called me back and began talking to me as if he where that of an irate customer himself. After calming Mr. Mizar down and him identifying himself as the store manager as well as the individual that placed my order he then began to talk to me as if I was less than him and telling me that when I place the order I didn’t ask for pepperoni on the New York Style pizza, and I explained to him that every time Dominos advertised that pizza there was pepperoni on the pizza, he then explained that I as a customer have a choice of sausage or pepperoni which was new to me. I then asked him why wasn’t I made aware of my option when ordering the pizza and his response word for word was “I do not make it a practice to offer free toppings if the customer doesn’t ask for it”, Now this is what really caused me to write this letter, because not only did he make me feel like all of my years being a customer of your establishment meant nothing, but he totally embarrassed the fact that I deal in customer service everyday and have for the past 20 years or so, and the first rule is that even if the customer is wrong THEY ARE RIGHT. In this case I was not wrong; I just was not offered the options that I was entitled to. Not only did Mr. Mizar continue to talk to me in a very unprofessional way, but he told me that nothing could be done, nor would be done to him if I sent a complaint up the chain of command. As I explained to him and to be honest at this point I became very irate and explained to him that I have been in the customer service field for over two decades and that I was very dissatisfied with his overall performance and that I would stop at nothing less than him being appropriately disciplined or terminated from your organization. Mr. Mizar than laughed and began showing off it seems in front of his fellow employees who where laughing in the back ground at this point, he then identified Jennifer Hall as a manger in training which I find hard to believe. Lastly after I hung up, Mr. Mizar called to let me know that he was sending me a courteous pizza within the next 15 minutes or so. I told Mr. Mizar he could shove that pizza, and I though as to not stoop down to his level, to shove it back in his oven because he would not try to bribe the fact that he knows he was wrong.

I would appreciate it if I can get a return call or response from someone as soon as possible as to what the solution, discipline or resolution for this complaint will be. I not only live here in this area but also work at 7500 Greenway Center Dr which is a very large building that this Dominos location services and I know contains hundreds of Dominos clients. As the old saying goes, if one person is not happy with your service they begin to tell others and it simply multiplies, on and on. I would love to post this on the buildings email so that everyone is made aware that this individual (Mr. Mizar) is definitely less that what Dominos standards should be but would rather wait until I know what will happen to this individual.

Sincerely,
WILL HENRY

I just had an incident where i placed an order online and i ordered $7 worth of stuff like i do sometimes because thats all i wanted and it went through online and then the guy comes to the door acting very surly and says to me if you order $7 worth of stuff again we're not going to deliver your food to you when i gave him a $1.50 deliver fee and a tip too. I mean its not like he didnt get as much tip as if i had ordered $10 worth of food because i gave him the same tip as i would for a $10 order. I was so surprised i just took my food and left without saying a word and i just burst into tears after i was inside. I thought to myself it'll be quite awhile before i order anything from Dominos again. I mean how rude can one be?
