Domino's Pizza wreckless delivery drivers

I was driving to the the store when a Dominos delivery car approched me very quickly from behind. When I stopped at a stop sign. The driver must not have been paying attention because he had to swerve at the last moment to miss me. He was able to stop his car and ended up next to me. He yelled at me and flipped me off. I continued on my way and the driver approached me again and passed my at a high rate of speed on a residential street. I began following him to get his license plate number. He saw me following him and turned off aff of his lights. He then turned into a dead end street. When I turned to follow him, he drove over several lawns in order to exit the dead end street.
I called the store to report the issue. The person that answered the phone, claimed to be the owner and could not care less about what I was telling him. The only information he would give me was the corporate number and to tell them it was the Mokena store. He made it sound like they get so many complaints that the corporate office would know exactly what I was talking about.

So its funny how a board like this can generate so much speculation, especially from a local resident who exagerated this story. It is a possibility this driver did something wrong, but without any previous complaints, it is something that was logged in case of future occurences. I mean, how would it be fair to terminate an employee because someone called in and made a claim. What if they were less than truthful about an incident. Anything is possible right! After having a conversation with this person, I realized that he very well could be a bi polar lunatic since his listening skills were slim to none.
He forgets to mention here that he admitted to illegally driving down a residential street at 50+ MPH chasing a Domino's Pizza driver who was clearly shaken when he returned to the store.
He also forgot to mention that he admittedly tried to pin the driver into the cul de sac, probably to attack him, and forced the driver to go up on the grass to get away from him as he exited his vehicle. He claimed it was to get his plate number. Why did he get out of his vehicle then?
He has also forgotten that he had a police report filed against him that same day.
SOUNDS LIKE A CRAZY MAN TO ME!
I handled this conversation with utmost care. I clearly stated that our, yes our community, was of utmost importance, and if I were to receive further complaints about the driver, action would be taken. It was never stated that I didn't care.

In fact the opposite is very true. Ask any school or organization in the area who donates the most to this community of any pizza restaurant, and you will find 9 of 10 times they will say Domino's Pizza.

It saddens me to see a person post something like this, especially when they are exaggerating through their teeth. Statements like that can jeopordize people's lives and families.

John Wayne Bobbitt is one abuser who finally got what he deserved! HOORAY LORENA!
Too bad she didn't put it in a blender. He didn't deserve reattachment. But again the law did nothing against John. All the abuse he did was shown in Lorena's case, but I didn't hear about John going to trial for abuse! He continued beating women and other violence. The Jerk became famous a porn star and how in God's name could he be a minister?
BUT LORENA IS MORE FAMOUS! A REAL LIFE JENNIFER LOPEZ FROM ENOUGH!

Jerseyguy46 Can I come over and kiss you for me and all the other women who got stuck with abusers? LOL 1979 huh. I was in Junior high back then. I'm glad you put that in an open car rather than a restraunt like I thought. But For the record, The point I was making about the dog in the pizza box was that the little rabbit you found is no less precious than the beloved pet dog. No animal should be disregarded as okay to flatten as you put it. AWE...that poor squirrel. You sound like a nice guy, but it's a shame that you don't seem to consider other animals as special. It's two Bs in rabbit, since you picked on my spelling. LOL I like the game better than the pizza anyway so I spelled it right for that. SO HA! LOL
hmm maybe a cement filled glove doesn't hit as hard as I think if it was only a couple minutes. Can you hit him again? JK Give him one for my cat that was run down. The rotten thing is they never stay in jail. Law enforcement really needs harsher penalties for domestic violence. Women can't feel protected enough to do what needs to be done. Unless you know martial arts and can kick ### till the police get there, you feel pretty trapped. You can't even press charges without fear they'll come after you with a vengence. And they know your routine, so your pretty screwed. And people think you love em too much to leave. BULL! Give em a real way out and see how many leave. Retraining orders ought to come with Kick ### lessons. Paper aint ### if they come.
Maybe back then a car stopped at a redlight didn't matter much, but TODAY I could see some idiott only paying attention the green light half a block away and stepping on the gass before he notices a car parked there. Especially with em talking on cell phones and messing with whatever else instead of keeping both hands on the wheel and eyes on the road.
If ya got em post some nice pics of beaters getting more than a slap on the hand. LOL
Or Crazy or stupid drivers get theirs.

Comments about what? LOL And this site is tailored. It's called a complaints board. If you want a BS pictures board, why aren't you looking there? If you came here, you should be looking for Dominoes and reckless drivers. That is what the heading says, so why did you come if you don't care?

So lets hear about your first comment Jerseyguy46, okay. I still wanna know if the cops came after you for that stunt.

Maybe not, but why don't you post pictures or make comments having something to do with the chat? How does a guy eating pizza in 4.6 seconds have anything to do with crazy delivery drivers? At least your first comment said something. Although parts seemed half psychotic. I would think that cement in a glove could be pretty deadly and land you in prison. If this guy was a crazy driver running down pets and all, why was he polite enough to look at his watch anyway? And knocking someone out in the middle of traffic sounds dangerous to other cars on the road and road kill in a box where people eat is just sick, not to mention heartless. would you put that person's dog in a pizza box?

I'd make sure you tell corporate the first number you called; just in case the guy lied about the store name. And look up Dominoes Coporate to make sure he gave you the right number. if he is trying to protect someone or himself, who knows...

Shannon also had a good idea. Get the police involved if you can, in case even the corporate office doesn't take it serious enough. Who knows, they may be too worried about law suits to do what needs to be done.

OMG Don't do like jerseyguy46 said. I'm suprised he's not in prison for assault with a deadly weapon or worse. he did make a good point about the 30minute rule though. That's scary what some iddiotts will do to save a minute. A lot of crazy of just inconsiderate drivers just don't care; they even come close to pedestrians!

you should definately report it to the corporate office and tell them more than just the Mokena store. I'll bet the guy you talked to was just looking out for his friend, hoping you wouldn't report or say enough. he probably knew who it was. Tell corporate exactly what time it was, where the location was, and anything else you can think of as important. I'll bet they ccan look at the logs from the store and see who was delivering in that area and narrow it down. Drivers for companies are also supposed to keep records of addresses gone to and the milage used. They can't just drive anywhere on extra errands. And tell them how the man at the store spoke to you too. You do that, I think some butts will be getting fired.

I would call the police station and make a report. If he drove through several lawns odds are he did some damage and you witnessed it. The owners of the yards may want to press charges and the police may want to administer a dui test.

Domino's Pizza food poisoning

So I ordered two medium pizzas for my boyfiend his little brother and myself. One pizza was a chicken with peperoni pizza and the other was a peperoni and jalapeno pizza. Keep in mind that no one else ate the pizza and this was the only food we had in common eating the whole day. That night my boyfriends little brother could not sleep because he felt ill. He wanted to throw up and had diareah. That next morning my bf and I had finals and we started feeling really sick he complained that he had diareah and that his whole body ached so he couldnt focus on his final and in turn failed the final and failed the class. Later that day he went home and I met him there. We were both really ill with diareah, vomiting, body ache, fever, and our heads throbed really bad if we started to walk. We were bed ridden for two days after that feeling really sick. I tried contacting domino's pizza and all they could tell me was that supposedly they called over 150 people who had their pizza that day and the day after and they all were fine, oh and that supposedly they tested their own ingredients from that day and that once again everything was copersetic. Yeah of course if this was my buisness I too would do my "own research" and find that everything was perfectly perfect. All they could offer me was credit for more of their food.. ewwwww no thank you! Moral of the story is DOMINO'S = FOOD POISONING!

Hrmmm...It is hard to get food poisoning by food that is already fully cooked before it even enters their stores. It sounds more to me like the poster and family caught a stomach virus, which can make you have all of the aforesaid symptoms.

Domino's Pizza not recieved order

I placed an order online and was called from dominos within a few minutes. The woman said they are unable to deliver my order if I can pick it up. I told her she can cancel my order because I have no means of transportation to pick up my order. She then said that she will have someone deliver it. Half an hour goes by and they call me again stating they are unable to deliver my order. I go online and check my account to make sure im not being charged for an order I never recieved. They were charging me for the order so I call and speak with the manager. He states that they refunded the money but my account is showing that they are charging me for the order. He said if I wanted the refund to speed up I need to call my bank. I called the bank and they said the only person who can speed up that refund process is dominos and the manager keeps saying he cant do anything about it. Horrible experience! I will never order from them again.

Domino's Pizza pizza messup

Two days ago, I bought two specialty pizzas on sale for $7.99 each plus tax. One pizza was fine, but the other was not.I ordered one of the pizzas a supreme specialty without onions and I told them that my daughter and I were allergic to onions. I got home and we had almost finished that pizza when my daughter and I started wheezing and gasping. I peeled back the cheese and found onions hidden there. I brought what was left of that pizza back and told the manager what happened. He gave me my money back on the messed up pizza only and did not even appoligize for it and acted as though it was my fault for not checking the pizza before eating it. Personally, I think he poisoned us on purpose because why would toppings be hidden under the cheese?

Domino's Pizza poor service

I placed an online/internet order from Seattle for my Mother in Arab, Alabama. I ordered her plain barbecue chicken wings and one of their chocolate desserts. The plain chicken wings arrived but the dessert didn't. When I found out from my Mom they didn't arrive, I called Arab, AL Domino's to complain and for them to get her dessert to her. I also complained on the Domino's website. When I called the Arab, AL store the female asked me if I was "ordering this from somewhere else?" I said yes, I ordered it on the Domino's online/internet site. "Well we have had people say they got empty boxes." What does that have to do with my Mother's dessert? It's the 21st century Arab, Alabama, and Domino's offers to let you order by phone, or by internet. I chose internet. I'm responsible for ordering and paying, you are responsible for delivering the ENTIRE ORDER. If you don't trust people have them sign for it, yes I received this and that. THE WORST DOMINO'S I'VE EVER BOUGHT FROM, in person and online. We will never do business with them again.

Domino's Pizza no delivery

ordered pizza at 6:03 and was told that the pizza would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. At 7:07 we called to ask where pizza was since it has been over an hour. Was told by a female who picked up the phone that the drive tried to deliver, no one answered the door. Since we did not leave the house, I told her that this was not true...she then said he tried to call and gave my phone nunmber. I told her that was the correct number but no one called. Since it is easy to check the "recet" call list, easy to verify. She then said that she had also tried to call. It is amazing to me that they are so worried about having to discount pizza due to their ineptness, that they would lie about the details. She proceeded to say that they would be happy to make another pizza and deliver it frest but she would not discount...are you kidding me? That was not the point, she never even aopologized and we never got our pizza. Terrible customer service! Highly suggest using pizza hut or I Fratelli if you want pizza in Grapevine.

Most of the time deals like these are better called in to the store - many deals even state that they are "phone order" only. If it had happened before through online ordering, why did you keep ordering online instead of calling in your order? I've never had a problem like this at my local Dominos.

Domino's Pizza treatment of employees

My girlfriend was hired at dominoes in cambridge to work in the store and occasionally make deliveries. She is not very familiar with the area and explained that during hire hence the reason for not wanting to deliver. Every day she worked there during her two weeks of employment she made deliveries which she did without complaining because she needed the job. One of the owners who I believe to also be a manager repeatedly yelled at her and was very mean if she was sent on a delivery which he claimed as his because the tips were better. This was in no way in her control as she did what the other manager told her to do. It got so bad that after two weeks she could no longer handle the abuse and quit. The manager/owner told her he wanted the dominos shirts back which she agreed to. On her way home from her last day there she was in a accident where she rolled the vehicle she was driving. As a result of the accident the EMTs cut her clothing off in route to the hospital. Luckily her injuries were not severe and she was later released from the hospital with a few stitches and numerous bruises and abrasions. The next day I went to this Dominoes with the shirts and a few words for this guy, but he was not in. I left the shirts along with my number for him to call if he wished to be payed for the shredded shirt. He later called me and very rudely let me know that she signed something in her application stating she would not destroy his property and that I had til 3 p.m. that afternoon to deliver his money. After the conversation I was talked out of returning to the store with the money to avoid any kind of confrontation, I have no intention of paying him for the shirt until my girlfriend and I recieve an apollogy. I also have no intention of ever eating another Dominos pizza as long as the franchise allows this type of behavior to be associated the their name.

The manager at the Cambridge, MN location, Ross, is an ###. He took my address down, but some how heard me wrong. The delivery driver called me to ask where my house was, I explained it was by a ballpark. He said he knew where it was and we hung up. 20 minutes later he called back and asked me again, and I again told him the location and the address. Which was wrong, fine whatever. A 30-40 minute deliver took an hour.
Then eating my order and it's cold pizza! So I called back and he tells me "if I would have given him the right address my order wouldn't have been cold". He was very smug and rude. I work in retail, I know there are ### customers you have to deal with. This guy runs this store! There is better ways to deal with the public than to blame the people paying his pay check. Next step is to find the franchise owner of this location.

I know it's unfortunate, but it can't matter whether your girlfriend got in an accident or just cut the shirts up for fun, she just has to stand by the agreement and pay for the damages. I know it may seem like the morally right thing to do would be to let it go, but legally they don't have to.

As per my attorney — if I won't get back my job within two weeks from today... He will file a sue against dominos pizaa.

Domino's Pizza bone choked my little boy

We ordered Dominos Chicken Kickers for my son on his 6th birthday. He loves them and requested them on this special day. He choked on a 1.5" bone which appears to be that of a chicken wing. We called the store right away and they laughed. This was 3 weeks ago, we have talked to Tyson, the USDA, and FSIS. They broke federal guidelines by not tracing the product, we were told the store discarded the packaging even though we called within minutes of receiving our food. Further, Tyson had a lawyer write to us and tell us to sign papers or go away when we asked basic safety questions. There is an entire story that goes along with this. Please check out the site at www.kickersbone.com

Domino's Pizza horrible service!!! and no guarentee

I ordered two pizzas and was watching a hockey game. I didn't get my pizza Dominos thought I phoned in to cancel my order. I didn't and got a call over an hour and 20 minutes later saying that they made a mistake but will bring the food right away and give me 50% off. The food got here at the two hour mark. It was cold and tasted like cardboard and I only received 5$ off. I called back immediately and asked for a new order stating that the pizza was horrible. The Owner/manager argued and said that he gave me 50% off and wouldnt do anything about it. I then tried to go over his head and phone Dominos Canada but all I could get was an answering service and no phone call back. THANKS DOMINOS FOR GUARANTEEING MY PIZZA AND SERVICE. It is a shame because I have been a loyal customer for years.

I ordered dominos from hertford and was told it was going to be 45 min wait which I was fine about, 1hour and a half later still no sign of the pizza. I kept ringing and ringing with no response, Once I finally got through to them I was told it was going to be 10 mins and I was on the phone to them for 20 mins and still no sign of the pizza. Last thing is the fact they refused to give me a refund on my order because I had payed buy card. Their reason being it had gone past midnight.I think it was such poor service bad attiutude and customer service was...well there was none. Never using them again

Domino's Pizza worst place ive ever worked

This has been the worst job I have ever had. This dominos located in sebring florida is a joke. The owner of the store tim jones couldent run a store if his life depened on it. He dont know how to handel customer complaints, he lies and cheats on his paperwork and has his managers do it also, he has people clock in and work for him when he dont want to be there and he pays them cash under the table to keep there mouth shut, he uses out of date products because he dosen't want to throw them out. The corperate store hours for his store is 11am to 11pm on mon-thur and on fri-sat there 11am to 12pm and on sun its 11am to 11pm but this isent what he does he closes an hour early everyday because he tells everyone he's loseing money. If I were dominos I would take the time and do a thurough investagation on how he runs the store and how his emplyees are treated.

Domino's Pizza extremely rude worker!

I ran into one of the most extremely aggitating workers I've ever had the experience to deal with. Sabrina was her name. Rude, very confrontational, and extremely off putting. How could they hire someone for a customer service job when they have NO IDEA how to deal with customers. From when I called and placed my order I was receiving attitude. I don't know if she maybe had a bad day, but I had nothing to do with her having one, so why was I lashed out upon? I had intentionally planned on delivery but after my rude encounter with Sabrina, I changed it to pick up. I wanted to see for myself if this girl would be just as rude in person as she was over the phone. So, I pull up and who happens to be working the counter? SABRINA. She still seemed off putting. No greeting, already irritating. She gets my order wrong, I let her know, then she goes off about how I'M THE ONE who got MY ORDER wrong and that it wasn't their fault I didn't know what I wanted ... ARE YOU SERIOUS ?

I don't know about the rest of Dominoes customer service, and if anyone else has had any bad experiences similar to mine. But all I know is if I find that I'm not the only one this disgruntled worker had confrontations with ... I want to make sure she enters into a different profession because maybe customer SERVICE isn't her forte.

Domino's Pizza a-hole delivery guy who cant speak english

We were gonna buy pizza from dominos but when we went there there were no parking space in front of the store so we just parked for a while behind the cars in front of the store while my friend is planning to get out and order what we want then leave since we are gonna go to CVS anyway to buy some medicine. So after she went out of the car the next thing we know this delivery guy whose car was parked on one of the lanes started backing up WITHOUT LOOKING BACK TO SEE IF ANY HUMAN BEING OR A CAR WAS BEHIND HIM! And then when he realized that someone was behind him he started talking in another language. Then he drove away. So my friend and I went inside the store to ask what is the name of the stupid delivery guy. So we started asking the staff members about what is the name of the guy. It started with "Go inside, I cant tell you", "I cant share that information with you", "talk to George". So i started talking to George. Were not sure if he is the manager but we told him about what the delivery guy did. And he kept saying "Were really sorry about that. Can we make you something for free because of what happened?" Seriously...? Free pizzas will make up for that? Seriously?!? HOW ABOUT MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DELIVERY GUY KNOWS HOW TO DRIVE, DOESN"T SPEAK IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE LOOKING ALL MAD WHEN HE IS OBVIOUSLY THE WRONG GUY, AND DOESN'T JUST DRIVE AWAY WITHOUT APOLOGIZING TO HIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMERS. Also, when we asked this George guy, whats their delivery guy's name...He looked at a piece of paper and said some random name that is too random to even remember but uhhh...seriously you have to look at a piece of paper to know the name of your staff. well maybe he's not a regular worker there but even so...CUSTOMERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW THE NAME OF A DELIVERY GUY WHO ALMOST HIT THEM so we should have gotten that delivery guy's name from the first staff member we spoke to.

I placed an order to be delivered at 6:30 om it arrived 15 minutes late, the pizza dough was terrible, the toppings didn't even taste like the pizzas I ordered, and then when I called to complain, the manager told me you got what you ordered, even after I told him I was not satisfied with the pies. I used to be a manager, and had I ever spoken to a customer the way I was, I would have been fired on the spot! I am super disappointed with Domino's Piazza, and you have just lost a 20yr plus customer! I am appalled with the service, and the lack of taking responsibility the manager showed! store number is 8238 order was placed at 2:54 pm the cost was 43.70, and worth about 5 bucks at most, I have had better meals from a roach coach!

Thoroughly pissed off,
Trevor Guhy(guy)

I just want to point out that the times quoted to you are an estimate not a "scheduled" time. If it's on the weekend it could take longer than that. Every since I was a kid I already knew that if I called ANY pizza place on the weekend it was going to take at least an hour. I would suggest that if you don't want to wait a long time it might be better to pick it up or have it timed for you. You can call earlier in the day and schedule the time you want it delivered to your house. I do agree that the person who took the order should have definitely used better customer service skills, and I also agree that they should have estimated the time better.

The fact it may say it closes at 12...understand it takes almost an hr to clean up the whole place. That being said there are probably only one or two workers around that time. I work at Dominos there is usually 2 people who close, sometimes one.
If they take your order for carry out they have to take half hr for your order to be ready...at that time you pick it up it will be 12.

GM of the stores wont like it if you work till 1am cleaning up the place, they threaten to write you up. They tell us to start cleaning up at 11...so, order at 10. Yes...for the time to say it closes at 12 is BULL!

You are correct though time states at 12 not 11 30...however, it all depends who is working the close shifts. I suggest eating at Bertuccis or make organic pizza you can easily do yourself for 4 dollars including with the sauce. They have dough at Joe Traders for .99Cents.
That dough is organic you wouldn't get fat or getting a disease eating homemade pizza. You also get the nutrients from organic food you eat.

Enriched dough at Dominos and all the fast food chains like Papajohns use to make their dough along with partial hydrogenated oils which makes you fat and can shorten your life span. I work at these places cause, they HIRE easy.

IF your going to eat pizza make it yourself like TRUE Italians do...Pizza is a PEASANT food ANYONE can make it, CHEAP, and HEALTHY TOO!

If you don't care about health don't complain when you have heart attack. Just understand, and know what you are putting in your system.

I wouldn't have any pizza place CUT my pizza ever again either.
