This is the worst experience I have Experienced with Domino's I had placed an order wide telephone for delivery and received the order vide Order number:46 dated 7/23/2006 at 15:05 hours. We paid for it and your delivery guy left, On looking inside the order we found that Jalapeno dip was not there as We have a habit of eating chicken wings and Garlic Bread with the dip, since it was not there we called up your store and people were telling me after being online for 15 mins that they will be sending me the Jalapeno dip to which I requested them as the pizza had been lying there for over to 30 mins on the table it had gone cold and I requested them to take the whole stuff back and send me the full order again, and by this time it had been 1 hour waiting for the food which was agonizing to which the store manager finally agreed after much persistence. 5 mins later I get a call from Mr. Asif who identified himself as the store manager and asked me not to return the stuff back and also keep the reorder as I was very hungry We ate the breads and The chicken wings after heating them in the Microwave.20 mins later we recieved the reorder and the delivery guy insisted that I return the whole stuff back this made me go in a very embarrasing situation as I had no Bread and the wings to return. I would like to inform you that I have returned the whole stuff back both the first order and the reorder and also the money as I donot want deal with Domino's any more and will also take case to customer court as I have taken in writing from the delivery guy that I have not taken the money back from domino’s and also returned the stuff back. I was a regular customer of their competitor Pizza Hut but sorry to say it has been a very bad experience with this company and above all these people are not courteous enough. I would like to know your Mumbai details where we can take this case forward. They have kept the money and the food also with them that is the whole bill amount of Rs.375.75/-

3 times I ordered chicken wings with sauce but the sauce always missing!
Two times i was waiting 30 minutes after the delivery to eat cold wings with sauce.
This time I still waiting the sauce...Never again
I ordered extra cheese on my pizza because every time I order there is barely any toppings on it. I guess because they are on the 5.99 menu they short you on toppings. Terrible way to do business
I spent 5.99 on a chicken Caesar salad and it had hair in it I call Domino's Pizza why ordered it from they told me to call corporate I got no answer I'm really upset about it because I spent 5.99 on the chicken Caesar salad and I can't even eat it cuz it has hair in it.
This is by far the worst Domino's restaurant that I have ever been to, placing order 3 days ago and my food was not cooked properly tried to get a refund for 2 days now but geting the run around. Employees at the restaurant was not helpful in making sure I was getting great customer service, in fact they blew me off and told me to return again.
I got my pizza free through the rewards. I love dominos. I got a pepperoni and pineapple, yes it belongs on pizza. And a few pieces are really squished and small and sad. I don't want to hate on my favorite pizza. But what can we do to fix this experience!

My my order was placed at 11:48 a.m. I did not receive a call or anything until 1:33 I called them back at 12:48 just to be on hold for 30 minutes and they tell me that someone else had an order in front of me Miss Sarah had poor customer service Domino's in Lake Jackson Texas is by far the worst pizza place thank you

Last night we ordered from the Redland bay store very disappointed with my husband pizza hardly any topping and cheese was suppose to be meat lover and when arrived it was warm and the delivery boy noooo personally at all very disappointed 😂😂😂
I'm ordering dominos pizza almost every week.but their service is very bad.i ordered this week and they say need 45/1 hour for delivery but I got those delivery after 2 hours.that time pizza is totally cold.last week I got same.so I'm not ordering any more pizza from those dominos...
I open my pizza and and looked it over and it wasn't cut right and i go to pick one up and it wouldn't come off I had to recut it and then I saw a hair as I was picking it up. I was hoping I could get the credit to be placed onto my account please and thank you!
I ordered the pizza and paid through card on 8 Sept 2018. But the Domino's called and said that we don't deliver in this area so we ll send your payment back within 7 working days. But I haven't received the payment till now. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

i ordered pick up and asked to change it to delivery. they said okay sounds good so i contacted them and gave them the address and new phone number to contact. they said it would be 20 mins. after 1 hour i called back and they told me that i messed up and didn't answer the phone when they called the wrong phone number. poor customer service.
Delievery driver was very rude. After I gave him a $5 tip (which I shouldnt have) on a $18 order then he wanted to be nice. Everytime i order from dominos the customer service from the delivery drivers is bad. Everytime! I used to order every weekend.. I stopped ordering for months and thought things would be different now but nothing has changed.
I wish they would push other kind of Pizza besides meat pizza.
Have not eaten a pepperoni pizza since I was 25 or so.
Many people now like vegetarian pizzas or at least ones with
better ingredients.
The ads just make me sick, nauseated, and I would never order from them -
even if they are cheap. Lots of other pizza ads make the same mistake.
It took us almost 2 hours till we recieved our food. The dominos tracker is not accurate. & we were on hold for 30 mins before someone answered the phone. You will not be getting our business again.
Today I just ordered a thin crust pizza . I order this pizza from the dominos in Madison, Al on Martin rd. The pizza was burnt and dry . We called to get the pizza replaced and they accused my mom of lying about the pizza . Their customer service was horrible, and they were very rude .
I ordered a pizza every day and was very unsatisfied with my pizza and when I called a woman got an attitude with me I would never ever order from you guys ever again. This is the 2nd time this month I have had to wait over an hour for a delivery order. Please if they can not deliver, why cant they CAL L me and tell me instead of bringing COLD pizza to the door over an hour after ordering ? Someone needs to take the delivery option off the website. Plus the delivery person is rude
Ordered pizza 2 hours ago and it still isn't here. Tracker said they checked the order to perfection about an hour ago and it still hasn't left yet. I called 9 times to make sure it was still coming and at first they didn't answer at all and after that it said the number wasn't in service anymore.
Please switch to a low moisture mozzarella cheese on your pizza. It would make a world of difference.
I orderd 2 pizzas and hot wings on fight night aug26/2017 they charged me twice and they also brought the pizza the boxes was all crunched up half way open in not that hot had to put in fridge i am not happy about this i really hope that you guys do better soon i understand that was a busy night but i order food so i can enjoy it in i couldnt
Supposed to be half cheese but looks more like half bread.
First went to the app to order a pizza and I was told no delivery in my area and the dominos shop is 5 miles away so I called the dominos and asked do they deliver to my area and gave my address and was told we sure do but it will be an hour and a half to be delivered to me, that is totally unacceptable for a delivery
9/4/2017 i have complained before about my pizza less then 10 minutes ago well they gave me a free pizza but this time i think on purpose they deliberately put way to much garlic powder or garlic salt that it it burned my tongue and lips. i hope you can solve this problem because it is serious.
Everything about my bread bowl was fine until I bit into it an tasted that they subbed my alfredo sauce with ranch.
Finger nail found on cooked on top of pizza. Was eating and felt something hard in my mouth. My finger nails are very small. This was an unopened box of pizza before I decided to eat it. Hi I ordered a PEPPERIONI thin crust pizza from dominos on Roswell rd, sandy springs ga 30350 with a pasta dish and a 2 liter and It came with only cheese
Every time i order from Dominos the food never arrives hot.they also never supply forks spoons or napkins.they take at least an hour to arive and they're store is not even far from my home basically 10 minutes.

I order double cheese with pineapple when I got the pizza it was cold, barely any cheese . I tried calling 2 times but no response just a long hold on the line. This is the 3rd time I had to deal with this from this store

At morning a girl from dominos was calling me at 10:30 and offered me today's spiral deal and I said give me the order at 9:30pm and nothing came till now so I called again and again but they said that the rider is coming in 15 mins 30 mins and it is not came till now.
Order 14 piece boneless wings I got 13 and 7 of them are my pinky nail in size. I've never had a problem before but getting miniature wings and still not counting up to my 14 piece that I ordered is a shame I hope something gets done about this ASAP
28 September 2017. I was almost done ordering pizza online but when i submitted all my card details it was past 12 AM and they didn't do delivery service after that so I couldn't complete the whole check out but it still charged me. It's pending right now hope it comes back to my card asap!
I called and complained about the pizza i always ordered from dominos my pizza was very greasy that qe couldn't eat it and my chicken didn't have my ranch sauce ans the chicken was dry. I never had problem with dominos. My husband love dominos he doesn't want to order u guys again.

I placed an order for a single pizza and bread sticks at 10:30 am to be delivered at 12:00 pm as i only have an hour for lunch. When it had yet to arrive by 12:23 I called the store and they informed me that the driver would be returning shortly and then my order would be on its way. This is completely unprofessional.This is the 2nd time.
We bought a Brooklyn style pizza and it has no dough. It's flat. And it tastes stale. Thanks dominos. Also. The guy that was in frint of us was pissed because they gave his pizza away to another customer. Horrible experience.
