Worst company ever - 8038 wiles rd, coral springs, FL 33065
The management and delivery drivers at this Dominos are very unprofessional! I live in a neighborhood about 4-5 minutes away from this dominos. A delivery driver with the tag number IAA-V27 driving a black Toyota Corolla, flew through a stop sign causing me to turn my vehicle into the side walk. I had a baby in my car! I drove to the store to complain to the manager. The manager, seem to not even care about me stressing the point that I have a baby in the car! This driver walked right in the store and the manager did NOTHING! I've asked multiple times for a corporate phone number and he refused to tell me anything besides "go online, I will talk to the driver". I will NEVER spend anymore money @ Dominos! That was the worst display of customer appreciation I've ever seen in my life. The manager said he would talk to the driver but as I get to the light, I see the driver at the light in his car as well. You guys are horrible!

Domino's Pizza large pizza deal

I ordered dominos large pizza deal on phone to take away from sector G 11 branch, and told them to make half pepperoni and half BBQ tikka but the pizza was very smelly and was far far away from dominos mark. I called them to record my complain and was told that i would get the call from the respective branch, i waited for like more then an hour but didn't get the call.

Domino's Pizza pizza

Very dissatisfied with the service and food ! I placed an order over the phone for a Large pizza half pepperonie and ham on one half and then cheese on the other half ! I order from dominoes pretty often by the way ! I go in to pick up the pizza and the girl say she can't find my order ! So I immediately say yes you do a guy placed my order and phone records show it ! So I can't tell she was in a bad mood and really no help on the floor ! Phone ringing just horrible ! So finally a man comes out and start making pizza and I'm standing there like is somebody going to help me ! Finally the girls says she found it she mad it wrong ! So I said I will just take it because I had to go little did I know it was a old pizza and on our way home my daugher is eating a slice and there's a fly in her crust cooked in it ! I bought freaked out ! I returned the pizza ask for manager the guy and the girl was not very sorry and were rude ...////

Domino's Pizza managers professionalism and extremely rude to me and my daughter.

I have used your company for over 10yrs and many locations and have never experienced the most unprofessional from a manager as the one i recieved from Carmen Deliz of the Pompano Atlantic locatiin. We put in our order over the phone and told us our oder would be ready by 6:30pm and we got there 2mins after. As we enter we tols our name tp the front two cashiers and they said our good would be right out it was in the oven. By 6:40 pm we got alert our food was done so we told two other people their and they said not ready.. by this time everyone people who can in after were in and out...By 6:55pm i finally guy another worker to look at some boxes i didnt see anyone look at snd it was our boxes but no food and he said no one hss even started on them, Carmen saw how upset i was and didn't say anything to me and there was another worker who started taking other peoples order to fill ours. Then Carmen told him to tell me the missing two items will be done in 7mins. 12 mins later it came out and i was given my food at 7:14pm and the casier ask is everything ok and i said no... ive been her for 45mins, do you have a manager. Carmen heard me asking for a manager and never looked at me. Two of the workers pointed to her and i said yelled out "excuse me, excuse me!" And Camen just ignored me. And I had to tell to other workers to tell her that I want to speak to the manager and they basically yelled out to her which was right in front of me until they see this gentleman would like to speak to you she put herself down came over to me and she always what's the problem and as I stated what is going on with this organization I have never been treated this way that she goes why because your pizza is late. And I said no it's more that this place is totally disorganized. Carmen just looked at me and rolled her eyes it started walking away and I said Carmen can I please have your business card and she turned her back on me and walked away and said my name is Carmen at said I asked you for your business card and she goes I don't have one and that tax for her last name as she goes I can't tell you that and she just kept on walking away. I've been in banking for 12 years if any of my managers ever walked away from a client while they were still walking and turn their back as when the asked for the manager's name, they would be fired on the spot. Carmen is so unprofessional she is not a manager to material she doesn't know how to organize that Pizza Place and has no mannerism to be a manager. My family owns a nail salon 3 blocks away from my location and we've been there for 23 years if I don't get an apology directly from Carmen or is she is not removed from this location I will make sure that none of my customers ever use that location ever again I expect to get an answer back. and now things are worse then before. i was angry at them my daughter was holding one of the boxes and droped it by mistake i waas still angry at the manager that i grabbed her hair and punched her in the face, and now they called the cps on me and they want to talk to me and my daughter it was their fault i was angry and hit my daughter but they still called cps on me.

Domino's Pizza rejection for an order

I ordered a pizza from zomato and paid them too but they told that the area where m staying is non deliverable whereas I was delivered before a few days in that same area ! Now they are telling that they follow the 30 mins policy that's why they can't deliver whereas I didn't get a 30 mins delivery ever till now! And the customer care service was very rude and the salesman too ! I know one compliant won't make a huge difference to their business ! they will continue like this! Please do something !

Domino's Pizza late delivery refund not received

On 9th september, 2018 I Akshat jain ordered 4 pizzas from dominos app (registered no. of the account [protected]) and was promised to get the delivery within 30 mins.
I waited for 45 mins and still didn't received the delivery, then i called the dominos costumer care and asked for my order no. 357 of amount Rs. 552, the call was directed to the dominos restaurant where I asked for my order and the restaurant team themselves told me that the is running late by 45-50 mins. Then I asked the dominos agent for the refund of Rs. 300 that you people hold the liability. the order finally came after 1hr 20 mins, i was asked by the agent to get the bill signed by the delivery guy for the late order. but he refused to sign and when I again contacted the restaurant for the same, they were also not so co-operative even after their own mistake. After taking the order I again called the costumer care and asked for my refund, then was told that i would receive a callback from their side within 24-48 hr.
I waited for whole week but didn't receive any callback.then I again called after waiting for a week for my refund then again the agent said that i would get a callback in 24 hrs but the same thing happened and i didn't any of those nor got any refund. till that time I had contacted costumer service about 10 times. I recently contacted them for the same after about 16 days from ordering, then also they told me that they were very sorry and didn't ensured me of my refund. After calling for about 12-15 times I have not received my refund of R s. 300/- and nothing has been done from the restaurant's side. but this is not the first time this thing is happened to me as i have received the orders even after 1 and half hour. the action should be taken against the domino's pizza restaurant in our college campus( VIT university, Vellore Tamil Nadu)

Domino's Pizza service

We called at Domino's branch in faridabad crown interiorz mall sec. 34 for reviewing our order but the CSR talked rudely and also put our call on hold. I am a regular customer of Domino's but this has happened to me for the first time. I am not willing to eat free pizza but your staff has forced me to launch a complaint against them. Your staff is not trained how to serve well and how to respect the customers. Kindly assist the same... thanks

Domino's Pizza pizza

Tonight I ordered two medium carry out pizzas on my way home from work. When I arrived I noticed a lady and her daughter making a complaint about their pizza that they had brought back. I didn't think much of it as i've never had any issues with dominos. When I got home we opened our boxes and both pies looked yummy, but the first bite... It was doughy and bland. It was disgusting to say the least. I was too tired to return it and decided just to throw it out. Before doing so, I had my friends taste it and they agreed that something was off and the pies were no good!

Domino's Pizza service. let's hope the product doesn't warrant a complaint. please no...

The Lack of customer service, rudeness and lack of knkwledge for employee to do it the Domino way, was appalling. As well as no delivery radius or flexibility. I'm 4miles away in the same state and have to get my pizza delivered 2 miles away and walk there and back to get it. I could make it to the store in those 4 miles. Why even offer a service called delivery at that point?

Domino's Pizza tracker/email/notification

Ordered at 748pm from Homestead, Fl Domino's. No email received, again. Online tracker went as far as it checked at 8:11pm. Called around 8:50pm and was told order was there. I honestly thought maybe they had been robbed. At 8:53pm finally got a text and within 10 minutes my luke warm pizza arrived.

Driver said they were busy. That is fine, but communication of expected delivery is expected and I want hot pizza.

Domino's Pizza store manager

I always order dominos. I have requested the driver to please have change for a $100 bill a few times and they brought it no problem. I requested this time and Starr the manager told me he or she could not do it and canceled my order. I have been a patron of dominos for decades and with this incident I feel it will be my last time. I feel she was very rude about it and this has no place in a service occupation

Any place that delivers food will tell you they don't accept $100 bills. It's a safety issue. I always order online and pay for it there with my debit card. It's much easier and you don't have to worry about the driver having change.

Domino's Pizza online order and the 2-2 1/2 hour delivery time

Order #89 on line and never got confirmation so I contacted the store and was told that they don't have but one delivery person and hat it was goin to be 2- 2 1/2 hours before it would be delivered! No mind you I am right across the street from the pizza place and we are having a massive conference here and to be told that it will be after 10 pm tonight before we can get food, even if I were to walk over and get it!
This is how you end a local business! You have over 3000 people from out of state in on place and they order from a chain well know around the country! What do you end up with the worst reviews for customer service and it will filter back to there home towns that have local stores! If you can't handle or keep staff then close and lost someone else take over the food business!
I'm talking about store located at 1100 Main Street store number 9571, Kansas City, MO.
While on the phone I called and canceled my order after 12 minutes on hold to check on my online order! I called a place down the street that grub hub works with and order pizza a little more expensive but will have it in 30 minutes or less!

Domino's Pizza delivery/ rude manager

Ordered pizza 5pm on app. At 5:35pm driver calls saying he's around the block & for us to wait at hotspot. We waited in the rain till 6:45 called several times, no answer. Called outlet Mr. Naim, claiming to be the gen.mgr, stormed at us for complaining, according to him we were not to be found. Asked if we wanted money back. We'd waited 2hrs, we wanted the food. This is most frustrating & the 2nd time we encountered such unprofessional service. Strict reform is in order among staff.

And at 7:14 p.m. it stated that my order was ready for pickup it is now 7:40 and my order is still not ready they are acting like they don't care and they're very unpleasant and disrespectful you should not have people working for your company that behave in such a manner also you should not say the food is ready when it's not it's on Fair to the consumer remember without us there is no business.

Domino's Pizza bad customer service for an online order.

Quite possibly the worst Dominos Pizza experience that I have ever had. On 9/19/18, I make an online order of a medium thin crust pizza with a 20 oz bottle of Coca-Cola, Dasani, and two cups of ranch dressing from my hotel, the Comfort Inn & Suites on 11050 Southwest Freeway. Mind you, I'm here on business from Dallas, and just got off of work late. I'm exhausted.

A few minutes later, I get a call from the Domino's store. A female employee mentions that they can't deliver to my hotel after 5 PM. Its already after 9 PM at this point, and I'm in my pajamas exhausted after a 13-hour workday. I ask why, and she indicates that the store has had problems delivering to the hotel. Baffled, I noted to her that this information isn't on the Domino's website for the store. I asked if the store can cancel my order, to which she indicates that it will take up to 48 hours or so for the bank to return the funds that I already spent online. No bueno.

I indicate that this is unacceptable, to which GM Josh Wright gets on the phone. Unapologetic, he says that my pizza will be ready in 10 minutes, and that I can come pick up it from the store. At this point, I'm upset. He then continues to reiterate what the female employee says, and notes that Dominos has no way of posting on their website that they can't deliver to certain areas or venues. I indicate to him that this is incorrect, to which he gets curt with me and notes that I can either pick the pizza up, or cancel the order.

Long story short, I drive 3.5 miles to the store to pick up my order. I explain to the female employee (very nice, wears glasses) that Dominos can ensure that there is a way to note online that deliveries cannot go to certain areas. I've seen this before in other areas of the country. Josh Wright was just flat out wrong in this case. The female employee is apologetic, and comps me my order. I realize at this point that there is no reason to be upset at her, so I ask for her district manager's info. All of this time, Josh Wright is nowhere to be found to assist her in clarifying this insane Dominos policy. Talk about an example of poor management tactics, which I'm sure started from the top with his district manager, Craig Hopson. Absolutely unprofessional.

What's interesting is that the Comfort Inn & Suites hotel manager noted that there are other local businesses such as Stone Baked Pizza, as well as Pizza King & Pasta that delivers to the hotel. Dominos is the only one that does not. While I don't have an issue with Dominos protecting their drivers by not delivering, I think that it is imperative that they disclose this information for online orders. Had I made a phone call, they would have said "Oh, we don't deliver to that hotel." After already debiting my account via the online order option, it was only after the fact that this Dominos location indicated that I'll have to pick the pizza up since they won't deliver to me under any circumstances, and then lie about not having the ability to make online changes (which they do).

Terrible. Absolutely terrible.

Domino's Pizza product and service

We received our buffalo specialty chicken, which is my husband's favorite, and there was plenty of cheese on it but no sauce. When we called to complain we went through 2 people who only tried to defend themselves. We were finally put on the phone with the manager who offered to send more back out. The chicken was the same way last time we ordered as well. I do believe that purchase was on a weekend so we let it go. We understand how busy it is in pizza during football season. The staff tried to make it sound like this is how our chicken comes now...

Domino's Pizza bone in wings

I was on hold for 45 minutes then they pick up the phone and hung up on me! I call back from another phone was on hold 30 minutes and was hung up on again! I called back a third time waited some more finally someone answered the phone! I told him what happen while I was trying to get through. He seamed like he could care less. I place my order for a 14 piece wing. They told me 10 to 15 minutes. I was picking up at my local store. My husband went to get my order about 10 minutes later. When he got to the store they could find my order! Then they said they forgot to put it in! So now I'm husband had to wait! He said while he was there waiting the phone was ringing off the hook and no one was answering the phone! It took me over an hour from start to when my husband got home with my order!

Domino's Pizza refund not received

I placed an order online with a local store (#51 Niagara Street, Newark NJ 07105) on September 11, 2018. They called me to say that they cannot deliver to the said location and cancelled my order. My credit card was charged, so I called the store and they said they'd issue a refund within 2 days. The refund never happened. I called the customer service twice, and inspite of reassuring me they'd keep me updated, they never even called ONCE .I have been calling them ever since and they have absolutely no clue when my refund will be issued. It is not a minor amount, a total of almost $70!

Domino's Pizza manager was very rude

Called to order and manager briana at 1085 N Main St in Brockton MA, hung up the phone on me twice because I mentioned that they didn't have the right account, she was very unprofessional and rushed me off the phone because I had questions regarding method of payment. Called back she said she is not the owner of the company and she hung up on me. I had a $110.00 order.

Domino's Pizza delivery

Our order was never delivered. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs, we called store. The driver and whoever answered the phone argued back and forth about my address then the driver tells me he did deliver it, which he absolutely did not. Subsequently after a long argument that he did NOT deliver my order to MY house, we canceled the order. Unprofessional and unapologetic attitudes for their mistake.
