Domino's Pizza sanitary handling of food

Last Friday7-25-08, I went to the Dominos in Rocky Hill, CT (Rt. 3).

The guy behind the counter was pleasant and attentive, but there were some serious sanitary violations.

The worker who was answering the phone, handling the money, and making the pizzas did not have any gloves on and did not wash his hands between handling the money, the phone, making the pizza; something I believe is in violation of public safety and health regulations.

Shortly thereafter, a driver arrived and began to make the pizzas; he too, didn't wash his hands. Both of these individuals had their hands all over the dough, in the cheese, and were handling the added items.

This grossed me out. I can't believe that they themselves would not have realized that what they were doing was wrong and against the law.

I will never order any food from any Dominos again. There is no way that Dominos could possibly guarantee that your workers will observe the regualations regarding the proper handling of food. It is obvious that they can't.

It is too bad. Their thin pizza is actually quite good...not any more.

Domino's Pizza trash in street and cars illegally parked in street

I reside at 33 Victory Blvd. hence this complaint... I entered a Domino's store and requested I speak with a manager (a young lady named "Cina" stated she was the manager), And as a gentleman, I attempted to complain about the "consistent" filthy trash left in front of the store and at curb side each & every day such as domino's card board pizza boxes left behind for private trash pick-up, which often times end up in the middle of the street and creates dangerous situations and possible car accidents, red sauce on the side walk, which is a public hazard (someone can slip) and lastly the habitual hazardous parking of the domino's pizza delivery cars that wait on the corner of Victory Blvd and Bay street(without a domino's sign displayed on top so as not to be associated with the store. May I add that is a bus lane and very high traffic area. There are reportedly many accidents on theses very corners, I am sure Domino's does not want to add to that statistic.

I am a professional, I own my business and I know what it takes to run a successful company. I was greeted completely unprofessionally by Ms. Cina and in fact was told in a very harsh tone along with an additional rude gentleman in the rear of the store and I quote "The trash is going to sit there all night because we are short staffed."

I stated "Okay fine" and departed the store. This all took place 12:09am on July 14th. If you are at all interested I have photographic proof of trash in street and cars double parked on a regular basis. I would also like to mention there is plenty of parking just a stone throw away on many corners.

Respectfully,
Mr. Daniel Fuentes.

Domino's Pizza fraud

On 6/4/08 approximately 8pm, I entered dominoes pizza and ordered 4 meddium pizzas. I charged the to my debit card. The cashier seemed to be having a problem with the computer entry and then entered my info on another computer. I signed the receipt for the pizza totaling $23.64. That transaction posted to my checking account on 6/9/08. I then noticed that on 6/10/08, there is another transaction from the same dominoes for $130 with a insufficient funds fee of $35. This was noticed on 6/13 upon checking my account information accross the computer. I then called my bank to dispute this charge which I did not authorize. The case is now open for fraud review. I proceeded to the dominoes in question to complain about the unauthorized charge from this store. The manager at the time was unable to find who and where the transaction came from. I then made him aware that I had filed fraud charges and thanked him for his help. Thanks for your assistance in getting the answer to this discrepancy.

called the sweeny store to order a thin crust 1 topping pizza, and asked if there was a special. the employee told me i couldnot have thin crust with the special. i asked why and she told me that she could not ring it up and make it thin, i asked for the mngr.(jason or jonathon?) and he obviously is young and inexperienced, because he told me he couldnt no way make my pizza thin for the special. well i hung up the phone and called your clute store, and was greeted by cody. i placed my order again and was told that the special was actually a thin pizza because the way it is rolled out and that would be no problem. so cudos to cody, who is just an employee not a mngr. the mngr at sweeny needs to take lessons about GOOD SERVICE from cody! what i was asking was nothing extreme or hard to do, just a customer wanting the service i deserve. SHAME on your sweeny store.

Domino's Pizza call from domino's at midnight demanding balance money just rs. 64/- and arguing also

I am a regular customer of Domino's Pizza. Yesterday at 12:08 p.m. (lunch time), i ordered pizza from my office from Domino's Pizza, Gurgaon, Haryana, India for Rs. 1164/-. The delivery boy came at 1:05 p.m (no worries in that). The delivery boy had not the tender money of balance Rs. 36/- when i offered him Rs. 1200/- so i paid him Rs. 1100/- and promised him to pay balance Rs. 64/- later on and he agreed and went away. I ordered 4 pizzas ( 1 large and 1 medium - Mazican Green, 1 large and i medium - Maxican Red) and when we unpacked the pizzas, it was a wrong delivery and instead of large Maxican Red (Non-veg) it was large Maxican Green (Veg). But me and my guests were about to eat and i could not order again and wait for more half an hour to deliver the right pizza so we had it. But at night when me and my wife were sleeping, i had a call from Telephone no. [protected] at 10:39 pm asking the balance Rs. 64/- and the delivery boy and his supervisor were arguing with me regarding the wrong delivery of pizza and upon the time line in which i will pay the balance of Rs. 64/-. It was just a harassment to call at night for just Rs. 64/-. If i am a regular customer then where is the point of calling at night for just a tiny amount.

The following harassments i had from Domino's Pizza, Gurgaon, Haryana, India:

1. I had 2 calls at night from Domino's Pizza when me and my wife were sleeping at 10:39 pm, asking for balance of just Rs. 64/- when i ordered for Rs. 1164/-, when i am a regular customer.

2. The order reached to me in an hour when Domino's claims to deliver in 30 minutes.

3. Instead of taking one hour in delivering pizzas, the pizzas were delivered wrong, instead of non-veg pizza, veg pizza was delivered.

4. Arguing by the supervisor and delivery boy at night with me regarding why did not i return pizza when i got to know about wrong delivery.

I intend to file a complaint against that Domino's outlet for harassing me at night.

The address of Domino's pizza outlet against which i intend to file a complaint and from where i ordered pizza on 12th June 2008 at 12:08 pm is:

1. The driver doesn't have enough change for you so you decide instead of leaving him a tip, you short him. Real classy.

2. The store made a mistake and sent you the wrong pizza. You should have called back and let them know right away, they could have offered to give you a free pizza next time.

3. The delivery estimate is for 30 minutes. It's not a guarantee. Every pizza store wants to get the food out as fast as possible. Sometimes they can't get it there as fast as they would like.

4. It's not harassment to call you at night to ask for the money you owe them. The manager has to close the store that night and doesn't want the store or the driver to be short. You should be more considerate.

Domino's Pizza domino's owner lied to better business bureau

I contacted the Better Business Bureau about the way that the Linway Plaza Domino's in Goshen Indiana handled the events after their driver killed our puppy in March and was appalled at the way that the owner and the driver that killed our puppy lied about what happened. The owner stated that we had 4 to 5 dogs(this coming from their driver) when we had 2 and that included the one that he killed. They lied saying the driver didn't know that the puppy was out when he was standing in my kitchen door when my son said the puppy got out and even admitted he saw my son chasing the puppy in our neighbors yard before he ran over it. We also have witness's that were standing in the kitchen that heard us tell the driver the puppy slipped out the doorway. They also mentioned a leash law and that because the puppy was not on a leash that the responsibity and death of our puppy was our fault. WOW...I didn't know that I was supposed to keep my puppy on a leash in our home! The franchise owner also told the BBB that she consoled me on the phone for about 40 minutes when we only talked briefly because I had to catch a plane and told her I would call her back when she asked if there was anything they could do. I couldn't talk and didn't want to cry on the plane all the way to DC., so I again told her I would call her back. I was gone a few days and came home to some roses from them with a card and that was supposed to be the end of it with them When I returned home and called like I said I would, she was very short and rude and then told me she would call me back the next day and never did. There were so many holes in their version that they gave the BBB that you wouldn't want to take it out in the rain for fear of getting soaked. Needless to say both the franchise owner and their driver are experienced at telling lies long enough that they believe what they are saying. The roses made me sick because the loss of my puppy was not something that roses could in any way help console with. I am telling everyone I know about Donino's pizza and I think there are a lot of dog owners that would never order a pizza from them again. So the next time you think about ordering pizza and you order from Domino's in Goshen Indiana, you better lock up your animals or even your children because all you will get is a dozen roses if something bad happens.

Most likely a heartfelt apology...Also for them to admit a mistake and take responsibility for thier actions. IF it were my animal...I would be upset too. Many people care about thier animals like family members. I just changed my mind ..I would rather not have thier service drivers pull into my driveway. Ill order from elsewhere...besides if they lied about that, , , , , what else are they lying about?

What would you have liked the outcome to be then? People always complain about not getting the results that they want, but don't ask for what they want to begin with. What did you want to happen?

Domino's Pizza terrible employee!

I ordered pizza from Dominoes in Latonia. Ky a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't believe the way an employee (I believe it was the manager) behaved toward a female employee there. He was yelling at her and then he threw something at her( I think it was a hoagie and a spatula). I asked someone who he was and they said the manager Chris. All I can say is if I was that female employee I would be looking into filing some sort of harassment charges against him. This kind of behavior is uncalled for anywhere much less in the work place.

I will not be visiting that location any longer. I hope this complaint gets to the right person.

Domino's Pizza poor service

Dear sir

Today at 9.40 pm, I ordered pizza from my place. My daughter is having high fever and was in no mood of eating anything. So I thought to give her favourite domono. S pizza.

When I called at toll free number, the person was totally in different state of mind. I gave him my address and he was asking me about versova outlet. Then he gave me contact number of chembur outlet which I already had with me.

When I called at chembur outlet, first mr. Imran informed me that they have stopped delivering pizza to my area. When I requested him to connect me some authority, mr. Ashish came on line. Both of them were trying to inform me that they could not deliver the pizza in 30 minutes to our area, so management has asked them to stop taking orders from my area. The chembur outlet is only 7 minutes away from my home by road. Then also I requested them to deliver the pizza without any time restriction from my end. Unfortunately both of them refused to take order proudly stating that our top and local management has taken the decision and we can't avoid that.

I have decided to never call dominos again.

Customer is the reason they are in business. And service is nothing but the feeling customer receives from service giver. This has been by far the worst any pizza food joint has ever made any customer feel!

I will not generalize the poor image of domino pizza from my end due to this one incident? But incident was not pleasant one...

What suggestion you can give me to make them realize the importance of one customer?

I posted my complaint regarding the Domino Pizza at Broad and Hunting Park in Philadelphia, PA. I called in an order for two large pizzas, and after waiting for about an hour and a half, I called only to find out that the order was canceled. the manager told me that a call was made to my house and no one answered but I was home. Checking my caller ID I saw no proof of a call from Domino Pizza. This is very disturbing. What or how can one be compensated for such mismanagement?

I placed a order for a large pizza and a pizza sandwich and asked the person to make sure the delivery man bring the pepper and cheese with the order. When get here with the order, no pepper and cheese. He said no one put it in the order. This is the fifth time this has happened,
C alled the store #6984 order # 75557 He said when I asked for pepper and cheese he had already placed the order in the computer. Which makes no since, like he could't add pepper and cheese we were still on the phone together when I made the request. The service this resturant give is terrible.

My family and I - all Civil War reenactors - found your "There were no Dominos Pizza in the 14th century" commercial hilarious! As one who normally does not watch TV commercials, I look forward to seeing this one. It is so funny and so true of reenactors and living historians. And yes, we did order a large with (almost) everything in honor of the great commercial.
An out-loud laugh! Thank you!

Domino's Pizza dealing with domino's after they killed my dog!

I posted a complaint on this board last week about a domino's delivery driver running over and killing my dog. This is a letter to the editor I just wrote to the goshen news after receiving no retribution for the puppy's death.

On march 14 I ordered pizza from domino’s in goshen. Little did I realize that such an everyday occurrence could end in such tragedy.

My son had some friends over so I let him order domino’s. I gave my son my credit card number to pay for the pizza over the phone, thinking ahead so I didn’t have to deal with our dogs barking or getting loose when the delivery man came. I also sent my son to stand in the driveway as another precautionary measure, as I had a 5-month-old jack russell puppy and a 3-year-old jack russell as well. I generally put them in my laundry room if I know I am going to go to have to open my door.

When the delivery man came my son opened the kitchen door, saying I needed to sign for the pizza, and handed me the credit card slip. I was not happy because I had purposefully ordered with my credit card thinking they would run it as a debit and not credit so that I could watch my dogs and not have to go to the door. I then had to look for a pen and sign the slip as my son struggled to hold back the dogs.

With the delivery man still standing in the open kitchen doorway, I asked my son where odie, our puppy was. He said, “he just slipped out. I’ll go get him.” then he said to the delivery man, “I need to go get our puppy, ” as the driver walked away. I looked out the dining room window, and saw my son chasing our puppy. As I went to get my shoes, it was only a matter of minutes that my son was screaming, “the delivery man just ran over odie.” we live four houses from the end of a cul de sac in a subdivision with a 25 mph speed limit. The driver had went to the cul de sac, turned around, and drove at full speed past our house, hitting our puppy without even stopping.

I ran out to the street and picked up odie as he died in my arms. The driver never even turned around to see what he had hit. It could have been a child. At that point I went into traumatic shock and cradled my bloodied dead puppy in my arms on the kitchen floor. My son, who had previously received a call from the driver’s cell phone as he had gotten lost on the way to our house, called the driver back on that number to let him know he had just ran over our dog.

The driver wouldn’t answer his cell phone. My son then called the domino’s and they said that there wouldn’t be a manager there until 10 p. M. My parents came from nearly an hour away to come get me and take me and my dead puppy back to their home because I was so distraught and they were worried about me. I stayed there for three days.

During that time conversations went back and forth between my children, the domino’s managers and the driver, who admitted to seeing my son running after our puppy. He said he didn’t even think that he should maybe either stay put until the puppy was back in the house or at least drive slowly and cautiously. It was his last stop and he had no need to rush back.

After two emails to an online complaint site about domino’s, the franchise owner of this goshen domino’s called me, apologized, and asked if there was anything they could do. At which point I said I would call her back. When I called her back I requested if they wanted to do something they could pay for the purchase of a new puppy. She wasn’t very remorseful at this point and was not receptive to this suggestion, saying that she needed to speak to both the driver and her husband (Who she owned the franchise with) and that she would call me back the very next day.

This was the last I have heard from her. That was monday - two days ago at the writing of this letter. I’m not asking for much – just the minimum that I feel is owed to me. There is no real price to be placed on my grief or the loss of my puppy, who was like a child to me. It seems that they would be more receptive to my request since they offered to begin with. While it could be argued that yes, this was an accident, the driver was aware of the situation and he had to have known that it was our loose puppy that he hit. His failure to own up to his actions, and the further failure of the franchise to make amends is appalling. What are they going to tell a parent should this situation occur with a child? That it was just an accident? That they should have watched their child more closely? If my dog would have bitten the driver, I may have received a law suit. Shouldn’t the need to assume responsibility go both ways?

I finally called the domino’s corporation today and they had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault - that I should have been watching my dog more closely. When I replied, “I ordered with my credit card and sent my son out to wait so that I could watch my dogs. How much more responsible could I be?” he then backed down and said he would call me back. I still haven’t heard back from him either.

You have probably seen the current domino’s ads about what people are doing with the 30 minutes that it takes for domino’s to come to deliver pizza. What are you doing with your 30 minutes? You should be locking up your pets, children and staying off the streets.

Lisa get a lawyer and sue them also file a police report for a hit and run that driver will get charged as he was forewarned ” Then he said to the delivery man, “I need to go get our puppy, ” as the driver walked away."

He can be charged with animal cruelty and a hit and run he deserves these charges he was forewarned and he did not care plus he was driving excessive speeds in a cul de sac which should have never happened in the first place that was reckless endangerment on top of the charges.

As for the rest of you she was responsible and was doing the right thing and that driver was forewarned so legally it is up to the company to take responsibility for a negligent employee plain and simple so back off her and quit telling her its her fault when its not.

People these days need to take responsibility for their own actions, and a puppy is like a child and she had another child supervising it, when it's an adults responsibility, the driver is not responsible and unfortunately probably doesn't even realize that he ran over the dog on accident, there's no case here, bc they didn't even notice the dog wad gone right arti, like she said the driver had to drive to the end and turn around, who knows what happened in between then, how would the driver know now after that time? She should of had the puppy locked up like she usually does... you guys agree anything like this is criminal offense, but this happens all the time unfortunately, when people aren't watching their dogs, or don't have control amid they run away, I'm sure she's exaggerating about the speed, how does she even know she wasn't even there! Being lazy and not wanting to go to the door and not locking up your dog when you know the door is going to open, all could of been avoided...no one should buy her a puppy, she couldn't take of one, why is this different..

We have ordered from this location and had delivery, no problem. The pizza was good, the delivery driver was nice, etc. Today I called and was told they wouldn't take our order to deliver to us! I explained that they have done so multiple times, but they said they couldn't drive to our subdivision because we are out of their delivery area. I asked to speak to the manager, open about the fact that they have repeatedly delivered to us (recently!) and i wanted to complain that they now refused to and I couldn't understand the difference one week makes in delivery zones, and his name was XXXXXX. The economy must not have been hard on this location. I told him "you" would lose our business, and he was okay with that. Ironically, this was a calm conversation, no yelling or anything on either side; he was just matter of fact about it. Is business that good that we can be that way to customers?

Tonight is the last straw! Now dont get me wrong I absolutely love dominos but just about every time I order, something always seems to be missing! And I usually always have to eat my food cold/semi cold as I am a very picky eater and I cannot eat my food without having everything that I need with it/ordered. Now when these things happen I always call and let them know and they always fix it and bring whatever they have forgotten, usually they come back within reason and are always polite about it.

Now tonight when I had called and made an order, now although I found this phone call amusing and very oddly funny not everyone would have enjoyed it and might have gotten upset with it. And not to mention how many times do they/or have they done these phone pranks on their customers. Nonetheless even though I enjoyed it and found humor in it they should not be acting in such a manner when dealing with customers.

Ok so now here is what has done it for me tonight after I finally get my food I go to eat my hot wings (which for some reason were absolutely extremely over the top spicy hot tonight, enough to burn a hole in your stomach spicy hot! Which I do have to say I am having a hard time eating them!) and when I opened up the blue cheese dipping sauce it wasnt any good it had gone bad. So needless to say I had called and told them and they said they would send another sauce over. Now to mind you I had already waited the average 20-30 min to get my food and I was more than ready to eat now I have to wait again, as usual. So now I am waiting for them to come back its now been over a half hour and no one has showed up at that point. So I called back and told them and the person gives me this excuse oh he grabbed it on his way out the door and was supposed to drop it off to you, he must have forgot sorry, I will have another driver bring it to you (ok so now why in the world would someone who is now clocked out and done for the night and not working want to come back to a delivery?). So now from the time I ordered, got my food, and waited again for them to come back it was now a total of 1 hour and 20 min! Now my food is cold, Thank you once again! I should be able to enjoy my food and have it the way its supposed to be without any problems, nevertheless may I mention/remind how outrageously priced the food is! So yes when I order I expect my food to be as it should and to have everything that I have ordered and paid for (as I am sure everyone else does too).

I think that they need to take more pride and care in their work/more training if necessary. Something needs to be done. I do understand that we are human and people forget things or what not but this has gone too far and always seems to happen and I am sure that I am not the only one that is having these kinds of problems.

Maybe the driver was late because the woman made him search the neighborhood for a puppy he was not responsible for.

Domino's Pizza delivery driver killed my puppy!

Last evening we ordered pizza from the Goshen Dominos in Linway Plaza in Gosnen, Indiana. When the delivery guy came he needed my signature for my credit card and I was distracted by our dog Max and the delivery guy joked he had a dog too. When I signed for the card I asked my son where our puppy was and he had slipped out the door and my son went out the door and told the delivery guy our dog was out. With this said it was only a matter of minutes and our son ran across the street to catch the puppy and the delivery guy went to the end of the cul-de-sac and was driving very fast and before my son could stop him he ran over our sweet puppy and kept on going. My son was yelling that our precious puppy "odie" got ran over by the dominos pizza guy and I ran out to him just as he died in my arms. My son called the Dominos store to tell them what had happened because I couldn't do anything but sob with my lifeless puppy in my arms and I have not heard even an "I'm sorry" The loss I feel for our sweet puppy cannot be put into words... he was a member of our family and had I known that the delivery guy was going to come into our neighborhood and be so careless and thoughtless I would never had ordered a pizza... it was so not worth it and I will never forget this for the rest of my life. Maybe to some people it was just a puppy... but he was our puppy and was loved as much as a human. I just can't stop thinking why he was driving so fast knowing that our puppy was out. What if next time he runs over a human... something to think about... my heart is in a million pieces!

I sent a reply asking who it was and about 10min later i got this response- 'sry it was innapropriate to txt you'...yes it was. it really, really was. now this guy knows where i live and has my phone number..i assured him that it was innapropriate that he contacted me, and that he neednt worry about his job, and hopefully that will be the end of that...

YOU, yes, you are the one who is responsible for this.
You are negligent in several ways.

1: Never ever allow your son to meet a stranger at the curb.
YOU exposed your child to unknown risk.

2: You are liable for any charges on your credit card which your son may make, including and besides the pizza.

3: YOU are liable for any damages which may occur by allowing your dog to run loose.

Finally, it is a totally negative example which you are setting for your son by not having the courage and/or integrity to accept the blame for this entire incident which is rightfully yours and yours alone.

I have done many things in my long life for which I have been culpable and have ALWAYS felt better about myself when I admitted thiese things to myself.

Stand up and act like a responsible adult instead of attempting to get something from someone else who has NO responsibility in this matter.

Domino's Pizza bad advertising!

I'm Brooklyn born and bred and offended by the way dominoes portrays Brooklynites to the rest of the country! WE'RE not a bunch of wannabe gangsta rappers. We don't talk like that! We do have a distinctive accent, but not as the ones on TV. even the black people should be offended! Another thing,it's not abbreviated that way either. It is B'klyn. If you write B'klyn on a letter, it goes to BROOKLYN, NY. GET IT RIGHT DOMINOES. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from dominoes EVER again! And if I can do anything about it, NEITHER will my family, friends, or co-workers. You guys blew it with New Yorkers BIG TIME! Whomever thought up that campaign, should be drawn and quartered!

Domino's Pizza overcharge and incorrect pizza!

I called Domino's Pizza to order a Wing Deal which was suppose to be 1 Large Pizza w/2 toppings and 1 Order of Buffalo Wings. When I called the first time they informed me that the Wing Deal consisted of 1 LG Pizza w/1 topping. This is not what the coupon said. But I ordered anyway. Then after giving my credit card number was given they hung up on me. I had to call back to get a total and verify my order. After the delivery and I rechecked my coupon I called the store and spoke with the manager who was rude and unconcerned even when I told her that "next time I will go to Pizza Hut". She didn't seem to be concerned about my issues at all.

Yesterday, I called Domino Pizza on Alamance Church Road in Greensboro, NC to place an order for delivery as I have many times before. I told them that I had a coupon (buy 1 get 1 free) from the Attractions book. I have already used 3 of these coupons, and was going to use the 4th one yesterday. I was informed that these coupons were for pick up only. No where on the coupon does it state that they are not valid for delivery orders; and since I had already used 3 coupons for delivery orders I was very angry. Not being able to use this coupon cost me an additional $6.00, and needless to say I am not happy about this. As a senior citizen and a good customer of Domino's, I feel that I was treated very badly. If these coupons were not to be used for delivery orders, it should have been printed on the coupons in the book.
If this is the way you treat coustomers, you can be sure that I will shop elsewhere for pizza in the future.

Domino's Pizza payment policies

Six months ago I was attempting to place an delivery order with Domino's. I was asked if I would be paying my cash or credit, usually I pay with check and they informed they no longer accept checks. I sorry but I refuse to give my credit card # to anybody over the phone. A couple months later I was at a birthday party and I noticed a family member had ordered from domino's and paid with a check. I asked them how long ago had Domino's started taking checks, they said they had always paid by check they had never head of them not taking checks. Since then I have bought pizza from domino's three times with a check. Lo and behold I called tonight and was told no they do not take checks, I asked why because I have been paying by check. I could hear the person taking my call tell another person what I had said and was told it has been Domino's not to take checks. I have never bounced a check with Domino's and I don't know what type of profiling they are doing but I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Domino's Pizza no cheese or sauce on pizza, just pepperoni!

On January 18, 2007 My husband and I ordered the $20.99 special which included 1 large pizza with topping, an order of wings and a soda. We ordered a pepperoni pizza. After waiting an hour we get our order. We paid the driver and he took off. When we opened our pizza we noticed that there was no cheese or sauce on the pizza only pepporoni's. We immediately called the pizza place where the manager told us that they've been really busy but all they can do is make another pizza for us and they'll deliver the new pizza and take the old pizza. I wasn't very happy with the response I got because for one, being busy is not an excuse to forget the main toppings of a pizza, ( cheese and sauce ). I let her know that and it resulted in bickering back and forth between the both of us and when I asked the managers name the manager hung up the phone. I am very displeased with this service and would like to get refunded for this order. This order was taken at 5:12 pm on January 18, 2008 by server number 6333. The order number was 40027.

Domino's Pizza - scam advertising!

The new TV commercial for Dominos Pizza is degrading to all men everywhere. The commercial has a man telling his wife that the person on the phone at Dominos says that they have 30 min, are you thinking what I'm thinking? Then it shows him wearing a bath robe. His wife then asks him, " What are we going to do with the other 28 minutes?" I personally...

If you call during a major rush or incelment weather it can sometimes take that long. Best to do carry-out during these times and the online site will not be able to guage accuratelyt how long delivery times are - that's a fact. It is not located in store or manned by store employees and only has certain statistics to go by which isn't enough to make an accurate assessment of how long delivery will take. It also won't tell you if they are out of a product and many other practical facts. It does not have access to that information.

Domino's Pizza Burnt pizza and cheesy bread

On December 7, 2007 I purchased one of the new double crust pizza's and one order of cheesy bread. When I checked these items the pizza was burnt on top and the cheesy bread was burnt on the bottom. When I showed this to the customer servers they said that is the way it was suppose to look. I pointed out that the picture on the window of the pizza did not look like this, they said that was because the picture was light. They did offer to remake my pizza, but what was the point if it was going to be burnt too. They did not offer to refund my money. I had been looking forward to trying this new pizza and was very disappointed and was not able to eat it. It was awful. I have been going to this Domino's for years and have ALWAYS had good food and service before. Thank you for listening to my complaint. I do have my receipt for my purchase totaling $21.63... ava teasdale

Domino's Pizza complaint forwarded to local store

I had some pretty bad service one night. Actually very bad. Food was 2 hours late, when it arrived it wasnt what i ordered. However, what really bothered me was when i called up to check on the status of the pizza i ordered, the manager gave me some real attitude. So i decided to go to the dominos website and file a complaint.

It was my first time filing a complaint. I tried to give as accurate as a description of the interactions i had with Dominos Pizza that wednesday evening. Pressed the send button after filling out all the online forms and voila i felt better venting my anger to dominos headquarters.

7 days letter, the very same manager who gave me attitude on the phone gives me a call back. Speaking in a very hostile manner and asking me questions as if i am on trial. "Did you or did you not recieve your pizza cold", "Who told you your pizza will be at your place in 30-40min".

Two things went through my mind, first why was my complait forwarded to my local dominos store in an NON-Anonymous fashion. Now i can never order from the store again b/c with the way this manager was talking, i just couldnt trust the quality of the food he sends to my house.

The second thing was, well lets just put it that i didnt like the way the guy was talking to me, so i dont think too highly of him.

Complaint: Dominos should send complaints to local branch in an anonymous fashion. I dont know if others would agree with this but atleast this way, people can order without the fear of something wrong happening to there pizza.

I called and ask what the spiecal was. At E. White St. Rock Hill S.C. when the lady said 1 small 4.00 or a middle for 5.55 on Sat Aug 23, 2008 about 5:00. So I order one middle and the total was 15.00 I said I thought you said it was 5.55 for a middle pizza. Then she said if I had order three. I said well lets start over cause I'm not paying 15.00 for one when I can get 3 for that price. So I order One middle will Ham & ex-cheese, One with Hambuger & ex-cheese and another with Peppironi. Then I add ex-cheesy bread stick. All pan pizza.
My husband went and got this order for me. he got home the pizza was so thin when you picked it up it fell apart, it was very much not done. I think that was the nasties pizza I had ever ate. I order there all the time and never had a problem. Someone just don't know how to cook pizza.
I don't think I want know more pizza for a while.

Sincerely,
Jewell Gregory

Domino's Pizza Behavior against the law and discriminatory

Hello, I would like some assistance in getting my money back. Domino's Pizza used my credit card to take money ($14 +) out of my account. I had ordered a pizza and paid for it with by credit card. The store manager (Jay) promised me several months ago that they would refund the money, and that it needed to come from corporate office. My bank did nothing about it because the complaint was made 60 days after the event. If you respond I can provide you more information etc, dates and amount.

I believe this behavior to be against the law and discriminatory. If I had did this to them, I would be facing legal charges.
