I worked from home for this company for about a month and a half. The first few checks I got paid with no problem. In the first week of January, the CEO, Thomas Crain laid off everyone out of no where. He promised that he was going to pay us our last checks. Since we got paid weekly, I waited around for about a week then contacted him about my last checks, he said that my check would be mailed out on Tuesday. I waited the whole week and still didn't see a check come, so I asked him again, he said his "accountant" was out of town so everyone's checks are delayed, he said the checks would again be mailed out on Tuesday. I still didn't receive my check so I contacted him again. His next excuse was that he still hasn't heard back from the "Accounting Department". I followed up with him again, and he said he's sick with Bronchitis and the Flu and that's why the checks have not been mailed out yet. It has been over 30 days and I still have not received my last checks yet. All I kept on getting was excuse after excuse from Thomas Crain.
Update:
I still have not received either of my last paychecks from Dominion Worldwide and it has been over 2 months. Anyone that has worked there that has not received their pay yet and is still getting the run around needs to contact the Department of Labor and/or file a lawsuit against this company, The last email I received I was told that my check would be fed exed to me on March 19th and I still have not received anything. It has come to the point where emails are no longer answered from me, despite my legitimate attempts to collect my last pay.

I never understood why he even called himself a Dr. Yea, he's a pathological liar and one of the biggest liars I have ever met. He lied to all of his employees and clients all of the time. One of most famous excuses for not paying us yet was that he is waiting on checks from the clients...I knew that was a lie because Thomas Crain's number one rule was that he does not accept checks from clients, the payments must be wire transferred and paid upfront so he got paid a long time ago when he ripped his clients off. Then he claimed his accountant that we never heard of was out of town... What accountant? He does his own payroll. lie after lie, after lie. You never know when you should believe him and when you shouldn't. He would lie to clients about when he was starting a campaign, at one point he lied to a client (after the client already paid), and said that the campaign had started and agents were on the dialer, when in actuality, there were no agents on the dialer and only 1-2 agents were in the process of training. He was/is constantly on linkedin.com posting ads in the discussions claiming that he has the such great data, and advertising the services of live transfers...when realistically he would charge the clients upfront for data that they may not have had the chance to even look at and for live transfers he would also charge upfront before he even hires any agents to dial on the campaign. He made the company look like it was a big company to employees and clients when actually he only had maybe 10 employees including management, executive assistant, and account executive. He doesn't even know how to run a call center, he would expect employees to sit around all day waiting for a phone call to start training at almost any given time...Then after that most agents didn't have a consistent schedule, they would log in then he would say...oh, come back later. Kids? I don't even think he has a heart for kids...I told him that because of him not paying me that I was unable to pay my child's daycare, he still didn't send my money. I 'm glad that you have your attorneys backing you up.
I am definitely contacting my Local Department of Labor. I contacted the US Department of Labor and was referred to the local one in my area.

I have received my last 2 paychecks from Dominion Worldwide.
UPDATE:
The 2 last paychecks that I received were bad checks. I deposited them into my bank account and it came back to me that they were insufficient funds for both checks. Not only that, I got charged the $30.00 returned check fee! I have contacted Thomas Crain with Dominion Worldwide demanding that he reissue the checks by fedex with money actually on them and also repay the $30.00 returned check fee that I was charged since I am not the one who wrote out a bad check. Isn't that fraud to knowingly send out a worthless check?
Thomas crain you are a liar, thief and a scammer. Everything i have read in this report against you i agree with. You owed me seven paychecks totalling 1500 usd. He will pay for 2 weeks and so and after that he will say He is blocked from sending a payment thru moneygram paypal, Align is putting a hold on the funds which are all lies. He doesnt care even employees have no more money to pay their bills. I resigned from Exactacall on November 4 and they owe me almost 4 weeks of pay. He gave me $90 dollars which does not even cover my 1 week salary. Do not work for Exactacall and Thomas Crain. A lot of things have been said about this company and if you dont want to suffer the same thng, look for something else.

The name of the company was Exactacall and made calls for two campaigns:
Solar: calling californian's homes to offer a "free consultation" from "solar speciallist"
MCA: calling people's businesses and homes to offer cash advacnes
he paid me for 1 week and 2 days.
after that I worked more than 9 days of 8 hour shifts and was not paid.
I tried contacting him and "PRESIDENT - ExactaCall - Charlene" but they don't answer

Thomas Crain is indeed a big time scammer. He has no mercy. I have been patient and understanding enough to believe with his lies. You will not notice at first because he will pay. This is his lure to rill you in and then he replaces to get new victims. He has so many excuses and doesn’t keep his word. He gives you false of hopes of getting paid and will keep you hanging. I am really exhausted.
Almost a month of following up is way too long. This is very stressful and unproductive at all. Though we're not part of his company anymore it still haunts us because of this unfinished business otherwise we will be taken for granted.
He wants us to believe with all his promises. He doesn't even care at all about tearing off everyone and anyone as long as he can gain. I will be posting here all the information that I gathered. He fooled us for weeks with his lies and I will do everything to get my pay. I wonder if he can still sleep at night with his bad conscience.
KRISTI: I was working for Thomas Crain since September 2 at Exactacall. He paid me for the first 4 weeks, the whole month of September. Then he stopped paying me first week of October, now he owes me 4 weeks pay. I'll be posting all the links where you can find more info about him. Screenshots of our conversation on how good he is in lying, making people believe him then leave them hanging. I even have a screen shot of his "friend's" status saying that he is a scammer. I have a picture of him with Charlene too. Most of all, I have a screenshot from a chat with Align Commerce proving that he never sent any money to Align Commerce for our pay. For the whole month of October, he kept telling us that he already sent the money to Align Commerce and it's up to Align when they are going to release it. WHICH IS ALL A LIE. Align said that as soon as they receive the money, they will send us an email right away. But Thomas fooled s for 4 weeks. I am a mother of 3 kids, i will do everything to get my 4 weeks pay. Well I see many people complain about Dr. Thomas Crain...lets think about it all for a minute...people thrive on drama and only take the time to complain and NOT report the positive things! Well I am posting to change all that! Dr. Crain has been amazing to work for. He is professional and runs a legit legal business despite what some say! There have been times he has gone through financial hardships but who else has not?! During that time, his clients did not pay him and in turn he was unable to pay the employees BUT that was just for a short time and then PAID ALL of his employees for the work they did for him! I would love to see the people who complained to come back on and tell the truth that they were PAID! Sadly, none of you will seeing you would look awful for lying on several accounts!
His company is successful and he has helped many people with a stable stay at home job and they are all thankful! Dr. Crain has been nothing short of upfront, honest and professional.
I unlike all of the precious posts, thrive on the positive side of life and working for Dr. Crain has been just that!
I too was scammed, owes me 2 weeks and 1/2. He acts like he is the victim, he always blames his clients saying they haven't paid him on time, but what business owner does not have money reserved, in case situations like "that" arise? HE IS A BIG TIME SCAMMER, you will not notice at first because he pays on time first week or so and then comes the excuses, its his game if you notice this has been happening since 2012...his first payments is his bate to then rill you in, so that you can work for free at the end, then he replaces you with a whole new staff. He is going to paid massively and our heavenly father will make sure of it!

The exact same thing happened to me as the above. It's unbelievable how after so many people coming forward, the so-called 'Dr' still thinks he has done nothing wrong and can't admit to his mistakes. When I message him about my payments, he calls it harassment, and then starts insulting me just so he looks like the big man. He is a complete sociopath, all he sees is greed and money, doesn't care at all about ripping off everyone and anyone as long as he can gain.
I realised as soon as I begun there would be problems when some of his clients sounded pretty exasperated when I said I was calling 'on behalf of Dr. Crain', and one man who was servicing his car told me that he never wants to work for this man again as he has given him the run-around so many times now.
I have written down all his client's details and know his accountant, and am going to contact everyone I have ever dealt with through his scam of a company to warn them. I hope this doesn't happen to ANYONE else.
I should have known there was something strange about "Dr." Thomas Crain. When I was first hired I was told that I would be his executive assistant and be in charge of a about 5 other employees. By the end of the first 6 weeks all of the other employees had been "let go". My job consisted primarily of the other employees asking when they would get paid. There was always an excuse. After 3 months of work and more of the same crap I consistently asked about my payments which were always extremely late and accompanied by lots of excuses per usual. He finally paid me a part of what he owed me of my last paycheck but not all of it. I remained in touch with 2 employees that were still working for him when I left. He also owes them now quite a sum of money. I will definitely be reporting this ### to the US Department of Labor.
Hey Guys...I am a new addition in your long list. I have an outstanding of $16, 000 from Doctor Thomas Crain. Though he never deny to pay the amount but he dont know when and how he will pay. So if he is not paying it can clearly shows his intentions. This guy has told me that he gets post payment from his clients and thats how i will get my payment as well. Slowly and slowly he made the gap of my outstanding from 5-7-9-12-16k and then later on when i asked my money then he told me the real picture and admitted that he used to get PREPAYMENT but used all the money on his personal expenses.
Now i am taking help of my attorney on this but thought to let you guys know about me. It seems that i am the latest victim but i am praying from GOD that i should be the last one.

Gerry enjoys harassing me because he has nothing better to do. Even threatening to hack me. I will be alerting the FBI if anything of mine gets hacked. The Doctor has promised to make payments for what he owes me. So on a good note, he did pay everyone here that made a complaint, so I hope that he keeps his promise and pays me what he owes aswell.. From my part I agreed to remove all posts on linkedin, odesk and the countless posts on Craigslist South America, Central America, and in all 50 States of the U.S.
All actions that were going to start this Monday have been paused until payments start coming in.
Its all up to him now, if he pays what he owes me as he said he would, then I will put this experience behind me on keep moving forward with my business.

This is
their routine. They hire people to work
from home to do transfers for either a debt settlement campaign or a solar
campaign. You will be offered payment every Friday for the previous week’s
work, so he gets you to work for 2 weeks for nothing, and when it comes time to
pay, he fires you and replaces you with others.
If he thinks he can get you to work more he will promise you the world
and he is very convincing, but in the end, HE DOES NOT PAY.
I know
all this because I administer a call center, he has a SINGED CONTRACT with our
call center, and I let him run up a bill with me and believed his lies, and
when it was finally time to pay what he owed me, he disappeared, and did not
pay me or the agents that he contracted from my company.

Contact The US DEPT OF LABOR and let them know that Thomas takes money from everyone then SPENDS it on Limos and his Mercedes Benz. I bought from him and then he didnt deliver, promised a refund in writing then lied to me MULTIPLE TIMES how he sent it, but never got it. HE EVEN gave me false tracking numbers to cover his ###! CALL THE FBI TOO... Hes not even a doctor, one day he told me he was with his kids, two days later he said he doesnt have kids! Hes pathological and my attorneys will do everything in their power to put him a way for fraud!
