I been dealing this compmany since 2018 they are completly fraud and charging over and over again and when u trying to cancel the service they reply oh you have contract for five years they scam compay. Today I was trying to stop don't deliver again and saying oh your contract expire in july 2025 which is I did not signed anything.
I want to sue this company.
Rags rugs and drying towel rolls terrible service and lies from management
We are a 40 year old family business that has been getting the work around from this terrible company for years.
They almost never deliver the contracted amount of anything we have on order. In the last 4 delivers in a row we got less than 50% of our order. Was given a direct number by the "manager" himself that goes straight to voicemail and he has yet to return one call. They tell you they will bring you the missing items from the order in the next day or so, but never show, and then short you again on the same or different items on you next scheduled delivery.
I have not once spoken to somebody that hasnt told us a blatant lie about making up for their mistakes. They tell us they'll have someone call or send a second delivery to make up for the items, but they never call nor show.
Desired outcome: get us out of this contract with this terrible company.
Work rags
We D and G Auto had a salesman come by our office several times to get us to try some uniforms. We told him each time we were not interested. He continued to come by and then wanted us to try some work rags. We again told him we were not interested. As a salesman does, he was persistent, so Greg the owner, said he would, but did not want to be in a contract. The gentleman said that there is a contract for 5 years, but he would do a 2 year contact. If we do not like the service, just call them and tell them and they will void the contract. They were sending abundance amount of rags, so we ask if we could reduce the amount of rags and monthly payment. They said they could not do that. We then proceed to call to get out of the contract. They said we could not do so unless we paid the contract in full. This is when we found out that we had been lied to. We had sign a 5 year contract, which was not what we had discussed.

Billing after canceled for not service. Raised prices after defined service.
Anyone doing a class action lawsuits. I'm open and can help. I have plenty of their violations as many of you do. Especially on DU rags. If so email and let's start. [protected]@gmail.com
Contract
Because of Covid we had to reduce the services from weekly to bi-weekly and it was a hassle. The service has been less than stellar. There is always a different attendant and no one has any answers. The service was terrible. Cost of services kept going up. We tried to contact the home office. Several messages were left and finally were able to get ahold of someone that said he was going to help us by reducing down the cost of services per month. Instead we received a certified letter from a law firm that we are in breach of contract of something that we didn't sign or renew. The initial contract was 2018. Tried to cancel contract and was informed it was an automatic renewal. Now we were contacted by a private investigator and wants to come to our business to document our assets. The investigator provided us with a phone number for the lawyer that is suing us for breach of contract. Unbelievable strong arm tactics for subpar services. Absolutely terrible company.

I am now going to freak the fluck out.. this company is a hot mess, I have been emailing calling everything.. Now I get a letter of threats...
can we do class lawsuit... I cant afford this b.s. ! Small businesses shouldn't have to deal with this poor business!

Please stay away from Domestic uniform rentals they trick you staff into a year agreement fail to fulfill their side of the bargain and send you to collection. It's literally a scam, please be aware. If you googled them you obviously saw enough.

over billing
We are being constantly over billed for items we are not receiving. I cancel something and they stop bringing it but keep charging for it. I'm stuck in a 5 year contract that they refuse to give me a copy of that auto renew's without any notification. I've tried to cancel the service many times and not sure what else to do. My next step is likely legal action but that cost more money. This company is super crooked and their invoicing is so unclear and hard to read no normal person can understand it.
Desired outcome: Get out of this contract and find a new company.

For today for NO [censored] FRIDAY I have nominated Domestic Uniform Rentals as one of the worst companies I have had to deal with in all my companies history and in my lifetime. Hand shake deals or contracts mean nothing to this company. They are one of the worst service companies and dysfunctional customer service I have ever seen in my whole life time. Between the 5 year shady contracts, to the lost of quality and missing of uniforms, rags, and towels... that is needed to function for our operations to keep are quality of work for our employees is horrific. You can talk to the salesman to the Vice President it means nothing to say the least. Stay away from this broken company, hope to see them in Court very soon. This company fails to deliver product and services below acceptance and worthy of payment. From May 2015 - April 2016 I kept complaining about uniforms not being fully washed/pressed, some garments had holes of wear and tear, I visited their site in Los Angeles met with Jason Campbell and Carlos Vasquez and I requested credit as it is guaranteed in Domestic Certificate of Customer Satisfaction, during my visit to their office I expressed verbally our company did not want to renew the contract that expired on 06/04/2017. I sent a written notice delivered by US postal service, sent an email with acknowledge delivery/read receipt, called and verbally reminded Carlos Vasquez that we were not renewing the contract. Domestic keeps sending the uniforms, and now sends representatives to deliver copies of the contract and to tell us that we "have" to honor the contract. We are being harassed with telephone calls. An automatic contract renewal must meet some criteria, the wording "automatic renewal" is not in bigger and font letters, no customer acknowledgement was issued, this company needs to deliver good products and services before collecting money. I welcome them to take us to court so we can have a fair argument.

We got tricked into signing a contract on December 10, 2015 with Domestic before our other contract was expired and were promised things concerning service and products that weren't true. When we tried to back out of the Domestic deal after part of the first shipment looked like it never had been through the washer, Domestic would not take accountability and tried to hold us to the contract by charging us with $10, 000.00 invoice upfront or continue with a weekly service which is no benefit at all since their representative tried to get us out of another contract and failed. We've been in business for 15 years and have never been taken advantage of like this before.
No service
First of all I thought to sign an agreement was done with the owner of the company not with an a person that has no documentation to the company. Second of all there was never a 15 page contract that we signed. Services were garbage I paid for 2 uniforms and only got one set and was told next week I would get my set. A month went by never received it yet I was paying for 2. They never took my cloth to wash and I still paid service. Very unprofessional so therefore I stopped paying and I called there manager and all he said to me was I must continue to pay or they will take action. Now I'm getting sued by them. I received a letter and a private investigator is going to be sent to my site.

My company has been doing business with Domestic Uniform (fka Domestic Linen Supply) for over 30 years. We had decent service up until about 4 years ago when the company started the shady practice of billing us for non-existent uniforms. They have been billing us for 11 or so uniforms at the rate of $ 20.00 + per week. They have not picked up nor delivered any uniforms to us in well over 3 years when a few of our guys were laid off and retired. Unfortunately, because we cannot “PROVE TO THEM” that we ever returned the “NON-EXISTENT” uniforms, they have been continuing to bill us for them. They have not picked up any uniforms from us to clean in about 4 years time. We stopped using their uniforms because they constantly screwed up the orders by taking uniforms and not giving us clean ones the subsequent week like they were supposed to. We have been paying these sheisters over $ 175.00 per month for 15 towels and a bag full of rags!The last contract we signed with them was in January 2004 (a full 5 year contract that would have expired in January 2009 if it hadn’t Rolled Over FOR another 5 YEARS! Now they have the NERVE to DEMAND that WE PAY THEM a BUY-OUT FEE to get out of a 10 YEAR CONTRACT! They are MAFIA in my opinion. the company is owned by three immoral lawyers who don’t give a flying fart about customer satisfaction! They are horrible!Please help us by letting other companies know not to do business with them!
