Domestic Gas Of Hindustan Petroleum / Deplorable service

I am a consumer of domestic gas registered with M/s Jyoti Gas Distributors Versova Mumbai Tel. No: [protected]. I have to book a refill and keep on waiting. I often make a reminder after about a week, but to no avail and finally I make a visit to the Distributer and give a request in person. I would like to know, whether this kind of approach is acceptable by the company. Incidentally on first booking, I am told that it would take a couple of days only, which never happens. Is this behaviour well accepted by the company or any improvement possible?
