In December I went to salon and asked Jennifer Finch (hairdresser) if she did my daughter in law's hair. I was told yes and bought a $100 gift card. Well I recently found out the hairdresser had not being doing her hair since September of 2017. After my daughter in law got the gift card Christmas, she reached out to the salon to get some hair products. She was told the gift card could only be used for services. The hairdresser sold me the gift card knowing all along that she had not done her hair in three months and she would get her hair colored every six weeks. The hairdresser sent me a private message through Facebook wanted to tell me her side of the story. I have already read the text messages she sent my daughter in law. She told her it was not her responsibility to tell me that she did not come there to the salon any more. She didn't have a problem lying to me nor taking my $100. We want our $100 back or $100 in product that my daughter in law uses.

At your earliest convenience tommorw would you give me a call, I would like to talk you concerning the gift card purchased for Katie, I can assure you I had no idea Katie was going else where, the last I talked to her in October she said she was busy and would reschedule soon and I assumed she was busy with work the boys etc, and when you came an purchased a gift card I knew you purchased one before and she used toward a keratin treatment, I honestly didn't know she wasn't coming me to any longer, I would of never let you purchase a gift card had I known that, it's just salon policy gift cards are used towards services and not products. Had Katie reached out to me right after Christmas and said she was going somewhere else and you didn't know I would of refunded the full $100, I can assure you I'm not dishonest or a liar or thief. Didnt want to message, I would of preferred to talk to you directly, but I just wanted to give you my side of this and let you know my concern and I'm sorry the outcome!
