Attention All the web-developers, php programmers and business owners.
Dollar2host is one of the biggest fraud hosting and domain company on Internet. I paid them 48 USD for hosting a hosting account along with the domain name.
They offer one domain for a account for 2 years and within just one week I asked them to cancel my account and refund me the money. Their online terms states that they refund the money back after deducting the domain price which is 10 USD for the domain.
But they told me that they can not refund me any money coz I have domain name with it. I asked them to keep the money for the domain and refund me the money for hosting but they didnt do that.
Later when i filed a dispute with paypal, they told paypal that they have refunded all the money to me and this case must be closed.
Now this company never paid me and also suspended my accounts with them. They want me to close the dispute with paypal and also threatn me that they will suspend rest of my accounts if i dont close the dispute. I also posted on some forums and blogs about their poor service and they asked me to appologise for it and remove all the post.
Now I would like to ask from them How can they stop my voice, how can they ask me not to give my feedback against their company.
I am a customer, I paid for the service and I have a right to comment on the service. Its not the free account that they have given me which They can suspended any time and if they wish to suspend my account they are liable to pay me back.
Also there are major of draw backs that I found in this company.
1. This company claims that its a US company with their head quarters in california usa- but their paypal account is a verified non-US account. How is it possible that a USA company will have a non-us account.
2. The contact number in support section of paypal belongs to the Indian TATA number in western uttar pradesh circle.
3. Their online contact number that they have posted on the website is also fake and this is not a valid number.
4. The address that they have given on the website is also a fake address and there is no such address in California USA.
5. I have asked more than 10 times about the legal status of the company, I asked them about the regstration number and the state of their registration and they never responded me back.
Below are given some of my chats that i had saved with this company, Also I want to post the tickets that I had sent to this company but they deleted all my tickets.
Also this company claims that they have their own servers but this company is just a reseller of webhostingworld.net.

Anyways do not worry the Cyber Crime Cell Mumbai and also California State Police is investigating the case and if they find my complaint wrong and if its right your company will shut down. Also if you can prove my allegations wrong, I assure you that I will remove all my post immediately from every website and will also take my complaints back. But you must always read before opening the mouth and commenting on others complaint. Its true that you have a right to speak but speak truth and right and not wrong.

I would like to make a complaint against Miss. Mona Grover from Dollar2host.com and webhostingworld.net websites for scamm, forgery and ripping me off.
The company is running a big big online gang and scam on several websites, I have throughly verified all the details of each and every website and the multiple scam websites that they are running are-

There could be more but I found only these websites, All the websites and companies are fake, no proper address given on the website, they claim that each company is independent but all the websites are owned by one single owner. All website claim that they are US entity but all the address posted by them on the website is fake and all the paypal account associated with these companies are non-us accounts and each of the domain is registered with an Indian company Named Directi- I feel even DirectI is also involved in this big money scam.

As per their policy terms anyone can cancel their account without any questions within 30 days period.
I requested them to cancel my account within 30 days time period and they denied. More over thier hosting service was really very very poor and it was most of the time down. So i asked them for a refund but they denied.
Later I posted some reviews about their poor service on the internet and they suspended all my accounts. They threatn me that I must remove all the post against them else they will not refund me the money and will keep my account suspended.
Now the point is I am a customer and I paid them money for my hosting account, Its my right to give my feedback positive or negative against the company, they can not stop me for giving the feedback, They didnt gave me this hosting account free of cost that now they have suspended my account, if they want to suspended my account, they must pay me the full refund back.

I am also marking this complaint to california Police to investigate into this matter as the complaint website claims that this is a Californian company but i believe that this is an Indian group running some online business without any registration so in order to ensure proper investigation, I am making the complaints.

I also confirmed from one of my personal friend who is working in paypal as technical lead and tried to ask him about the owner details and they told me that they withdraw the funds to a Indian ICICI bank. How is it possible that a company running its operation have non-us account and withdrawing all the money in Indian ICICI bank?

am have problems with myresellerhome a ask for a refund of $50 that i put in to try and register a domain name that tuck them 2day to do and even then they didn't do it i had to register elsewhere luck i setup the hosting thought paypal because i have open a paypal dispute against them which they didn't like as i got this off them

I totally agree in all of these bad reviews about www.webhostingworld.net. They will screw you and will never let you cancel your subscription with them. My fear is if they have my credit card on file, they will forever use that to subscribe to a service that I don't want to use ever again! Please help.

They have sold me service that have NO limits in use and now that! They are ruining my businessess!

Dollar2Host has hosted my domain name for over a year now. It is on the shared web hosting plan. I like the unlimited mysql databases and unlimited addon domains so I can add more domain names in a hurry if one of my other web hosts has problems. C-panel control panel is loaded with everything I could need. Server uptime has been very good

All i can say is i absolutely disagree with Lygrace and agree with the rest of the comments. I have been hosting with myresellerhome.com for the last 3 and a half months and its been nothing but head aches. At present my whole reseller account has not been working for more than two days. That means my website, e-mails, client websites and client e-mails ! i am loosing clients by the day and loosing money.
The only response being they know theres a problem please be patient.
Their telephone number does not work etc. so i cannot get hold of them. Chats are a waste of time as you get told the same thing over and over regardless of question.
And the 99.9% gaurentee clearly is False as well.
Please don't bother saving money with these people they will only hurt your business
I have found them to be kind and helpful and I do not see any 30 day money back guarantee listed at http://apsinfotech.com so probably you are posting something incorrect and taking people to wrong threads, i think admins should have removed such inappropriate posts.
I agree with this complaint. I receive almost the same treatment from this "company" I'm from Mexico, I speak spanish and I also want to save some dollars with "dollar2host". I paid for my hosting, 1 full year for 24 USD is very cheap. But after about a week (more or less 5 days) they suspended my account, without notice. I asked them and they told me that my page was consuming too much resources and that will not be reactivated.
So I asked for a return, and after 5 conversations by chat, support and email, and false promises saying that "in 7 days you will receive your refund" I placed a complaint on Paypal. After 45 days, paypal denied my complaint because this company don't provide physical thinks, but services. So in my search for improving my costs, I ended with a net loss of 23.90 USD (the first 4 days my domain worked), some traffic penalty on my site while I looked for other provider and a bad afternoon.
Be careful! My grand father sometimes told me that the things that looks very cheap sometimes results in extra expenses.

i paid this company for bronze plan . they active my account . i start uploading through ftp software . every 2 or 3 days after i logged and checked my folder some of my folder automatically deleted or some other folder file deleted. . i got this problem again and again . when i contact this company through there live chat they rearrange my file and folder which they deleted. since this cat and mouse game continue for one and half month . i contact him they solve my problem . and now they deleted all my 45 folder. they said sorry our server is sharerd your file and folders are voilated our aup policy . they said your Band Width is high . you should go to our vps plane http://webhostingworld.net/cheap_linux_vps_servers.php
