Dollar Tree service at register

I visited the land O lakes dollar store I went there after work on 10/09/18. I bought 15 bottles of water in a pack of candy, as I'm waiting line to be checked out I am watching The employee Tara as she is bag up person's items she proceeded to stuff all of his things in one bag and they were falling out all over the place The customers said to Tara the cashier these are going to fall out I need another bag please in with an attitude she said she doesnt have enough bags and that is why she packed his things all in one bag, TARA reluctantly put the customer stuff in 2 bags... Now it's my turn I look at where the bags are hanging she only had 3 bags, so she rang my stuff up and the Proceeded to put 4 liter bottle in one bag I told her I cant not carry all of that at one time because I have Lymphedema on my left side from a recent surgery, Then she stated to me while she does not have any more bags I actually I asked her if they were no more bags anywhere in the store she told me NO.Tara Did not even attempt to look anywhere she did not look at any of the other registers to see if they had bags she didn't even apologize for not having any bags and she did not even help me put the 15 bottles in my cart she just acted so nonchalant and she did not care... there was a line of at least 3 people behind me...So I gathered my stuff put them in the cart and as I'm walking out the store the person ringing on the next register yos out yes we had bags here over there in that Box and that even made me more of set because they had bags she did not take the initiative to go and look and I believe the other person on the register was a manager... So now I had to take these bottles to the 3rd floor of an apartment to an elderly persons so of course I had no help with that.I have worked in retail for more then 15yrs and management for 6.. One of two things happened there poor training or poor management, but now I see it was poor training... I have enclosed a picture of my receipt a picture of the bottles laying freely in my trunk and a picture of my arm in lymphedema compression sleeve and you can see that it is swollen.. Thank you for your time hope this problem will be rectified as I will not be going store again..

Dollar Tree shopping with no cars or carriages

Hi I went to the dollar Tree In Hartford CT on Flatbush Avenue on Sunday the 7th and I could not find a shopping cart nor a carriage, As I'm walking I realized that I'm not the only shopper that is holding mega items in my arms. Items are dropping out of our arms and falling to the floor, as I reach the register I had this young man in front of me and he had so much stuff that he had to keep going back and forth in and out the line to get his things, as we get get closer to the register we see 20 caring carts on the side with put back items in them and two carts one did not belong to your store. I'm complaining about this because I did not have a good shopping experience at this Dollar Tree, and I could not get everything that i needed. This store needs more shopping carts and carriages please

Dollar Tree management response

Today I visited a dollar tree store at 2060 westchester avenue in Bronx NY, and it happened to have a bad smell, with garbage on the floor. The nasty floors seemed to haven't been cleaned in long time, and there were over stocked boxes blocking aisles and other areas of the store which seemed to be a fire hazard. I made management member aware of the horrendous conditions at her store and contrasted it to the conditions of the store at westchester square in Bronx NY and she sarcastically suggested I shop at westchester square, in stead of being constructive with her response. It seems as if she did not care much for her store. The employee I spoke too was an African american female who wore long braids and held a management position. personally speaking I would suggest someone visit the store to analyse the conditions as well as possibly providing some kind of training on customer service and work etiquette. That way your customers will be satisfied and you will avoid losing business.

Dollar Tree shower cap

The designs are cute but it's so small. I feel like it's only for men or with women with really short hair. I look like I'm wearing a child's shower cap. I bought another one and it was the same size as well. Tying my hair up isn't working and actually raises the cap up a bit when it's already too short. Please adjust length on a manikin Head or whatever is best.

Dollar Tree service

Good evening, I am filing a complaint regarding your customer service at the Dollar Tree located on Central Ave in the city of Chino, California. I was shopping today October 8 at around 7 p.m. and my daughter was playing with a ball in the store. One of your employees yelled to her no playing in the store. My daughter stopped but the employee kept making comments to another employee. As I was looking at stickers in the aisle on the opposite side, I heard her say something about playing in the store. She came back to the aisle where I was with my daughter and accused me of dropping some stickers on the floor and one of your toy flutes. When I questioned her if she had seen me dropped the stickers she said I heard them fall (very rude and in a loud tone). I said then you did not see me so do not accuse me of something you did not witness. She rudely whispered something. As I was asking to talk to a manager, the manager immediately said she was going to believe her employee and did not ask me to explain. She raised her hand at my face as if saying she was not going to listen to me. As a manager she did not handle the situation correctly did not bother to apologize and handled the situation very unprofessionally. She could of taken me to the side but instead chose to raise her voice at me in front of other customers. I have never encountered such a rude employee and manager at this store. What got me more upset was how the situation was handled. I have pictures of both of your employees because I felt if needed I would be able to send them to you.
Thank you in advance to your prompt attention to this matter.
Mayra

Dollar Tree dollar tree manager

Miss Ena has really stood out to me on both trips to this location. On both occasions i was greated with a warm "welcome to dollar tree", was brought a hand basket when she saw i had my hands full of items, while at her register she asked "did you find everything you needed today?", she suggested items and upsold me on an item near the register, and even told me she hoped to see me again and to enjoy the rest of the evening. Such a sweetheart. But what i was not pleased with was when she requested back up, the manager (heavy set white woman with glasses) complained, had an attitude and was sitting on a crate on her phone not working! When she finally opened she only wanted the next person and only rang up one. She told others "she'll get you on two, im not open" she complained to another customer that she is overworked and that she's the best and fastest manager. She is lazy and is overall rude. I suggest a job that doesn't involve human interaction next time. You deprecate the company's reputation.

Dollar Tree service

Associate "Lisa" became verbally abusive to two customers this evening around 7pm EST. Part of her outrage is recorded by cell phone. The Chatham County Police was called in response to this escalation against the customers, who both where paying customers with young children. The assistant manager "Christine" was present and laughing, which escalated the stress and anxiety of the customers and thus encouraged Lisa to have the confidence to become more verbally abusive. When a customer requested the name of the store manager, both the assistant manager and associate refuse to prices the store managers name. Deputy Hensen of the Chatham County Sherrif (patrol car #243) responded to the call of the customers for support. Only after arrival if the Sherrif was the store managers name was able to be obtained. We were informed that the store managers name is "Jenny".
Obviously this isn't the only issue at this location. I have attached 2 photos of othe customer concerns. The video was taken by my wife, who called me in when "Lisa" became verbally abusive against her in the presence of my 7 year old daughter and another mother.

Dollar Tree condition of dollar tree on 101st & 3rd ave

Need to stock items, especially perishable ones. The aisles are filled with boxes. Difficult to pass through and unsafe. Store is untidy and appears to be unclean. Short staffed. Workers are nice enough but they don't even have time to ask customers if they've found everything they need. This store requires more support and supervision. Unfortunately I have to go to the Dollar Tree on 120th & Third Avenue which is definitely out of the way. Please make some positive changes. The holidays are upon us. It's getting cold soon. Please, investigation in order.

Dollar Tree harassment by security

Sacramento ca 95828 dollar tree at stockton blvd & 65th expr after 24 years i'm pulling my business due to overbearing rude security out front of store. Kiss my [censored]ing money goodbye and you should probably tell that [censored] punjab retard to keep up the good work and you might be able to loose another twenty or thirty regular customers over the next couple months. I'm really getting tired of greasy [censored]ing indian people acting like they're something special. Most of them just seem to be no class having liars! But that's a side note, this [censored] has no business in a uniform dealing with the public period in any way shape or form. Good day to you.

Dollar Tree online order

Hi,
My order details are as follows.

Order# : EC7255745
Ordered on September 30

I received an email that my order is ready to pick up in store and asked me to pick it up by October 14.
I went to the store today and the store manager told me that they don't have my package yet.

I would like to understand why my package was not available in the store though I got an email from dollar store. I just spend my weekend going back and forth to the store which was a absolute waste of time. This is totally disappointing and I wouldn't recommend dollar store service to any one.

Dollar Tree being over charged without refund

My husband went into the store to buy a magic washcloth. The cashier charged him for two when he only had one. When we asked for our money back for the product we didn't even purchase the store manager refused and said that they did not do returns. We were not trying to return a product we just wanted the money we were charged when we didn't buy the product.

Dollar Tree ear swabs

I bought at your store in Sarasota, Fruitville Rd. a round plastic box with all white ear swabs. No name on the container. After using several of them over the time last week 1 cotton end came off in my ear. I was hoping it will come out by itself, but it didn't. I tried to retrieve it, but it went deeper inside. I had to visit an ear doctor to get it out and had to pay $ 104.00. I'm using ear swabs for 60 years now and never had this problem before.
I ask you to reimburse me the $ 104.00 for the doctors visit.

Dollar Tree manager harassing employee

I was a customer at the dollar tree in wellsburg wv. I witnessed the manager named Melanie being very verbal abusive to one of her employees and made her cry. The employee then ran to the back of the store so she didn't cry in front of customers. The manger Melanie asked her employee to unpack boxes in the back. The employee simply said I wish I could get paid more for how hard I work jokingly. The manager then proceeded to yell at her with profanity and told her she was worthless and made her cry. I witness this manger yelling profanity at her employees almost every time I go into that store. This manager should be fired for the way she talks to her workers.

Dollar Tree customer service

October 2, 2018
I ordered something for a women's event in my church and when I realized it was not going to arrive on time I called the number on the tracking site to cancel the order.
The order clearly had not shipped (It is bad enough that dollar tree does not give cash for returns) however I was told that if the product had not shipped it was possible to cancel the order.
I called...and waited...if fact I waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes for someone to answer..with the exception of hanging up and calling back immediately to push #1 thinking if I was going to make an order someone would pick up...NO they did not!
So I decided to wait it out and just hold until someone answered the phone. I think. You need to change the message that says someone available 24/7...unless you mean you would have to hold for 24 hours. I spoke to Natalie Carrington (who was nice enough) and she told me she canceled the order. I asked if I would receive an email confirming the cancellation and would the money be put back into my bank. I was told by Mrs Carrington that she could not send me an email but that one would be sent. I am still waiting for the email. If my money does not appear back into my account within the next week I will seek further help. My email is [protected]@gmail.com I would appreciate receiving an email confirming the cancelation of the order and a date when the money would be back in my bank

Dollar Tree unprofessional employee behavior

To Whom It May Concern:

I went to my local Dollar Tree on Sunday, September 30th at 7:50 pm. When I arrived a lady and her two children were checking out at the first register. I noticed as I walked toward the door, an employee unlocked the door to let the customers out. I was almost to the sidewalk, when the employee glanced at me and said we are closed. I said ma'am I thought you closed at 8. She wouldn't make eye contact with me, as she stated we do, but we are closed. She turned around without another word, still not looking at me, and locked the door in my face. I said wow to the other customer and she said I know. I began to walk off because I was very upset, but decided to go back. I went to the door and knocked loudly several times. Three employees were working from what I could see. The male employee was directly in front of me at the first display, a lady was at the register closest to the door, and the woman, who spoke to me, was sweeping at the end of that register. No one acknowledged my knocking, so I kept on. Finally the man looked at me and I said I want to know her name. He smiled at me then walked over to tell her something. The woman came toward the door and I was able to see her nametag said Gail. I said Gail I just needed your name. I went back to my car very upset because I felt humiliated. Not only was I disrespected, but it occurred in front of other employees and customers for no reason. While I was sitting in my vehicle, three more customers came to shop and left because the doors were already locked. I left Dollar Tree and went to Dollar General, where I spent $101.00 on the items I planned to buy at Dollar Tree. I know employees want to go home at quitting time, but the unprofessional way the employee handled the situation was unnecessary.  Normally, employees inform you that the store will be closing in 10 minutes when you come in, not lock the door in your face. I live 5 minutes from this store and shop there often, but I am not sure I will be doing so in the future. I would appreciate any feedback concerning my complaint. My e-mail address is [protected]@yahoo.com and my phone number is [protected].  Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Robyn Watson Camp

Dollar Tree appearance

Your Dollar Tree at 4 Cedar Radial Pass, Ocala, FL 34472 is filthy inside out. There is garbage all over and around the parking lot. The inside is not much better. Cups, boxes, bags, chicken bones, resembles a recycling center. Please hire a manager with some good, strong, clean ethical morals. Have your lazy staff go outside and clean this pig sty up. Please.

Dollar Tree about a manager at the location 5670 jacksonville fl

Ive gone to that location alot. The operation manager Anne is a sweet heart. Just about all the cashiers are also nice but not all of them. The store manager Luis is very rude and disrespectful to customers and the employees. With him being a store manager you would think that he would be very respectful. Today 10/2/2018 around 1:40pm, I went in to the store to buy a few items and saw the store manager Luis being very disrespectful to Anne in front of employees and customers. I felt like she was being verbally assaulted by Luis. He didnt seem to care that customers where seeing and hearing all of this. Being a store manager he is suppose to set an example to his employees. Anne has been very sweet and always helpful to all the employees and customers. He does this to her in front of customers who is not to say that hasnt done that to other employees or to customers. As long as he is a store manager at this location i will not be going back. I was very appalled at what i had to see today and it broke my heart. She was almost in tears and shaken. Employees should always feel comfortable and safe to go to work, they shouldnt have to feel uncomfortable to be at work.
