Dollar Tree store was left unlocked

On March 26, 2018 at bout 9a.m. me and 7 more customers were waiting for store to open and no one never came to door the guy pulled on the door and it came right on open so everyone went on in to shop and I grab all the items I needed to and went to lane 1 to check cause no lights were on at either one.So I waited bout 5 minutes and no one hadn't came to check me out after that two black ladies come in the the light skin lady looked stunn to see me.But she wondered how we got in and whole time store was left open.Thats a very bad mistake whoever closed manager should be fired and the manager that manager should be too cause this could have been prevented and someone could have gotten seriously hurt.Store Manager of store need to do better and go over guide lines at that store.

You people do not pay good wages managers do not know how to run the stores and I do not want my girlfriend Chasity Hodge working at the East Franklin location she got screwed over in Belmont I suggest you do not think about hiring her in Gastonia both of those locations are always dirty and the manager in Belmont was always in a bad mood she had a bad back and was forced to unload the truck and Belmont or schedule constantly changed the truck never showed up on time to be unloaded made her take lunches after her shift was over before she can leave to come home overworked her and underpaid her no benefits there's really no good reason to work at any of these stores

Dollar Tree store

I'm in this store at least 2 to 3 times a week. The store is a mess, items in the floor. There has been things in the coolers out of date. It so disorganized. I'm a supervisor my self and I know this is not what a place is suppose to look like, it's awful. The bathroom, I can't even talk about it's that bad. I will still go because I like the prices but please get this store straightened up. I've been in others dollar tree stores in middlesboro and Morristown and they are nice, neat, and very organized.

Dollar Tree manager at store 687, overland, mo

The manager in this Store is incredibly lazy. So unhelpful. Never checks the back for you, won't go out of his way to help EVER. I paid the ridiculous $1 fee for $50 cash back & he wouldn't check any of the registers for 1's or 5's, after I explained I wanted to stuff the Easter eggs I just bought. He did direct me to a bank in a monsoon rain storm. Always unhelpful. Lumbering in the back, doing nothing. Never seen working, that's for sure. Truly one of the laziest Dollar Tree managers I have ever laid eyes upon.

Dollar Tree workers

I didn't even know if I should bother with this because I doubt they are even addressed but felt it important to let people know. I was shopping at dollar tree in Union Township New Castle Pa. I was in an aisle with two people who I assume were supposed to be stocking. Because there was a big cart there piled with stuff Instead they were watching something on a phone and making disgusting comments about "women's butts and tits" then when I went to reach something the one squeezed between me and the cart and rubbed my butt he said he was sorry but was snickering while he said it the other guy was snickering to and when I walked away they fist bumped each other. I was going to say something at the store but when I asked the cashier who he was she told me he was a manager so I didn't even try. I don't know if you are aware of the perverts you have working for you or don't care but I won't be back to your store again which is a shame because everyone else is so nice and I love the store. I am also warning all my female friends about what kind of men work there.

Dollar Tree I am complaining about dollar tree store on hallandale beach off ne 9th avenue

This store always a chaotic desaster, filthy, disgusting, merchandise sitting on carts in the isles even cold foods for days, safety hazard, register personnel using disrespectful foul language towards customers, entry is discustingly filled with trash and foul oder dirty floors. Management Kelsy could care less and resolved nothing! Managers friends working are given priority to hours and constantly on their cell phones talking in isles hanging out. This store is a complete Embarrassment! The volume of profit is huge however, the customer service with poor attitude makes it unpleasant to want to shop there. Registers only one opened at a time, long lines waiting endlessly. They want customers to do their work for them saying put things back where they belong, shopping carts, baskets and items not needed. When a second register opens after customers complaining they take the last person in line to be checked out first instead of next person in line then disrespectfully say to customers, management rules don't like it, leave! Amazed how this kind of treatment has been allowed for so long and management doing nothing. Speaking creole so customers don't understand what is being said about them. One register girl said today to a customer, don't put your money on the counter hand it to me and when customer left with others pending their transaction tells the other register girl, "[censor]ing nasty customer thinks I have to pick up her money" then says "nasty b[censor]" This store and all its employees should be terminated and closed down not to mentioned reported to the better business bureau. The photos below are just a few of the entry to this store. However, on this day what you are looking at is decent compared to how much worse it usually is. This store is a law suite waiting to happen and whoever does file will be filthy rich.

Dollar Tree employee by name of pamela

Pamela's behavior towards children is none other described as being a "bully". I have shopped in this store before and never have a problem unless she is working. This employee is 50+ years old and possibly a manager but by no means does that give her the right to mistreat, yell, or waggle her finger at anyone shopping at the Dollar tree; especially children!

Dollar Tree I paid twice, did not get a receipt and was humiliated

I shopped and ask the cashier if she could take a check. The cashier informed me that she could. The total I believe was 68.12. I told the cashier that I allotted a certain amount to spend and I would only write a check for fifty dollars and put the 18.12 on a credit card. I did go ahead and put the 18.12 on the credit card and gave the cashier the check. The machine said processing, but it continued to only processing. The cashier shut the cash register down and booted it back up. The cashier said after she booted the register up it would automatically register what is owed. The cashier said the register said nothing was due, and she did not understand it. The cashier had phoned the supervisor Tina, and it went strait to voice mail, so she phoned Jackie. Jackie walked the cashier through what she could and the cashier again said if anything was owed the register would show it. I offered to leave the check. I asked for a receipt. I was told that I could not get one because one did not print out and I would have to come back tomorrow and speak to the manager. I took the merchandise and left the check. Thursday March 22, 11am, I left work from E. Grand Blvd. and Mack to Southfield and Dix. I explained the situation about needing a receipt to be reimbursed. Tina told me that she could not get me a receipt and the check had gone to the bank. Tina told me that the only thing I could do was to return all the items and purchase them again. I went back to my job and got the merchandise and took it back to Dollar Tree. Tina wrong up the refund on the same receipt she added it up again and it came out to a zero total. Tina said in front of a store full of customers that I did not pay for the items I had because I did not sign the check machine. I was humiliated and embarrassed. I took the receipt and went back to my job, because I did not have the time. I had to move myself to another and act like I was looking in my wallet for something because Tina wanted to argue about last night and what should have happened. I moved because her arguing was stopping her from ringing up the merchandise.
I have cashed checks at that store before. I shared with Tina the register that the check could be cashed on. I believe Tina did something that caused your check cashing company to deny my check. After today, I really do feel Tina is prejudice against me. Why would she give me a zero receipt and say in front of people that I did not pay for the merchandise. My gas, my time and my money. Will you help me?

Dollar Tree Poor customer service, item missing from my purchase

Dollar Tree Management,

I'm very disappointed that I have yet to receive a phone call or at least a reply to my email concerning my treatment at one of you dollar tree stores. I don't know if your employee's behavior was racially motivated but I do know it is not ok to treat customers that way. It's not that hard to be kind.

The fact that no one has responded to me says something about Dollar Tree management.

Subject: Poor Customer Service

Dear Dollar Tree,

On Monday, March 19, 2018 at 8:23 AM, I made a purchase at a Dollar Tree Store. The store # is 2680 and the located is 1533 N Dysart Rd, Avondale AZ 85323.

Unfortunately, the service I received was inadequate because the cashier refuse to ring up the items I wanted to purchase. I was very disappointed. I enter the line with (I thought) 12 items in my cart, however once totaled I had 14 items and only 12 dollars in my hand. I handed the cashier (Briana was her name) two items to subtract from my total, I would purchase those items at another time.

Two customers waited in line behind me, Briana announced somewhat agitated that she would have to delete the sale and ring in everything again. I said ok. She called for the store manager, I assumed to reverse the sale. While waiting for the manager to arrive she asked me "are you sure you want the remaining items"? It felt like she was putting on a show for the bystanders. I said yes, these are the items want and these are the items I don't want. I asked her what didn't she understand and why was she making this bigger than it is? I said please just ring up my purchase. She then raised her voice and said "I'm not waiting on you, you're rude! She moved all my items to the end of the counter and began ringing up the next customer.

The manager arrived seconds later and she repeated to him, "She's rude, I'm not helping her". The manager "William" never said a word other than "I'll ring you up on the next register". Lastly, I discovered that I paid for ten items but received 9. The nail file I purchase never made it into my bag.

I've worked for the Department of Defense for 31 years, my expertise /background is customer service. Today in your store I never raised my voice, there was no verbal abuse or foul language. Briana needs training. She made the decision that I wasn't friendly enough and she felt that gave her the power and right to denied me service.

Please, I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until Monday, March 26, 2018 before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau. Please contact me using the information below.

Sincerely,

Linda A. Lewis

Dollar Tree store

So yesterday I went to the dollar store around 9:25 to buy some water and pads that I needed and the lights were all on but the doors were locked. And it says on the door they close at 10. So my question is why were the doors lock at 9:25, If they close at 10. Some people decide to go late at night for personal reasons but that wasn't fair. And I wasn't the only one there. Other people came but the doors were locked so they too couldn't get what they wanted.

Dollar Tree assistant manager unethical treatment store 1201

My mother has been a long time customer and of this specific location she has been shopping apprx. 2 years to date.
Yesterday, March 19, 2018, Linda Carter my mother was for no reason rushed by associate Tatiana Lewis & accursed of "Shop Lifting"!
In front of an entire packed store, without cause, cameras can be checked and it will show my mother doing nothing but grabbing a few items she needed for the family at home.
My mother is 51 and never been accused of such audacious and humiliating actions such as she was in store 1201. She was in tears at home and beside herself, she is a person of habit and has built a routine of the places she shops at, she is not only hurt but feels rather uncomfortable to go back to said location. I am asking that this be handled in a timely manner and that the assistant manager be handled accordingly.
Thank you for your time, if I do not hear back I will more than likely head to a corporate location personally and ask for their assistance. I understand this is a very busy company but my mother's heart and image have been walked on by an employee who does not represent this organization honesty and integrity code.

I have had run ins with lowlives like this skank you are talking about. They are nobody in their personal life and all they do is smoke weed and drink, so when they get to their jobs and they are given a petty title liek "manager" they ty to get as much of a power trip off it a they can.

Your mother sounds like a nice lady and it sounds like this pile of trash was trying to use your mother to get a power trip and saw your mother as an easy target. Simple solution is your mother should have said (or you, depending on who was there) " Am I being detained" (if YES) then what am I being accused of (If they said theft) then call police, ask to review cameras and if your mom did not steal sue the store (that will get their attention) You CANNOT detain someone just because you THINK they stole.

Remember always have a camera on you for piles of trash like this woman. They prey on people who mind their business because people like this are usually rotten.

Look at her boyfriend, he looks like a damn loser bum. She obviously has some mental issues. This meme describes the lowlife.

So you decided to stalk her facebook because she was doing her job? Were you there? Ive actually met the manager you speak of and she is the most hardworking of them all. She does her job well. Especially when it comes to catching thievs. Your mother may be old but old people steal too. And she (your mother) still comes into the store so shes not that uncomfortable to shop there.

Dollar Tree the new store manager hannah at dollar tree 01170 store on eat market st york pa

So we received a new store manager Hannah who treats everyone like [censor]. She took stock hours from stockers so her and Jackie the new store assistant manager can work over night shifts. She took cashier hours to give it to Jackie (her sidekick) cashing that been with the company for years are putting in two weeks notice. We have a cashier that's going to do a no call no show on Hannah because Hannah gave her hours to Jackie. Hannah is writing up employees for every little thing. She is not fair and every since she came to this store it has been nothing but drama. She calls her old store on route 30 to talk about employees of the store on Market st. She's very unprofessional and her and Jackie do not stock product where it is supposed to be stocked. Alot of the great assets to this company is leaving for good because they can't deal with Hannah. She's unfair and dont care about no one but herself and Jackie (her size kick)

Dollar Tree customer service

I was in store number 965 in Williamsburg VA on Saturday, March 17, at 8:05, I went and picked up the items I needed and headed to the register at around 820 and the cashier was blowing up balloons. As her back was to me I informed her I was ready to check out. I was told "I am filling up these balloons, I will be there when I finish,"; I looked the person who was now in line with me and they were as startled as I.

The cashier continued to fill balloons, as another customer arrived and she too, informed the cashier that we were waiting. She said, "They can't I'm only one person,"; I am not sure that I was suppose to hear that but I did.
Mind you, there was another associate in the store who could have helped but she did not call her up until, she realized she did not have change for the fifty dollar bill, with which I planned to pay. I was not posted that they could not take large bills, the sign posted state, 'We need $5 bills."

This is inappropriate and someone needs to do a customer service training, because four people were in line by the time she came and none of us wanted balloons.
Shameful.

Please Rectify

Dollar Tree not one shopping cart in store

There are no shopping carts at the Dollar Tree Store #7048, at Jones and Cheyenne in las Vegas nv. For about one year, they had maybe three carts or 4. But since Christmas time, there is not one cart for use. Get some carts or shut down the store!

There is elderly housing across the street and they come in to shop at closest store and can buy only one or two items that they can carry. Its very inconvenient not to have a cart. I took my 96 year old mother there to shop and I had to carry her items, my items and also try to make sure she did not trip and fall while my hands are full. Not coming there again until I see shopping carts available.

Employees told me they have asked the district manager numerous times and still no carts. I asked for disrtict managers number. And was told by the employye they are not allowed to provide district manager or corporates phone number and told me to Google it. I believe her. That's ridiculous.

Please get this issue fixed immediately. Bring in some carts so I can shop there again. Hello! People do not go there to buy one or two things.

Thank you
Jackie Ramos
